Melissa Gorga Clarifies 'Housewives' Drama, Says Teresa and Joe Giudice Have Tried to Turn Joe Gorga’s Parents Against Him

TheInsider.com:
The Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star Melissa Gorga has faced plenty of rumors in the past couple of months, from her alleged inability to pay her mortgage payments on her home to drama with her friend and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice. In an interview with The Insider, Gorga set the record straight on it all.

The news that Gorga was selling her home in Montville, New Jersey sparked rumors that she could no longer afford to live in her luxurious multi-million dollar home, which she said couldn't be farther from the truth.

"Joe (husband) is a builder. This is what we do. We buy and sell and build and sell. He custom-builds homes all the time," she said. "We love Montville. We love the school system here but Joe wants to be back in Franklin Lakes...It's not the we can't afford it...We've been doing really well."

Gorga also gave her honest take on fellow housewife and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, who has had her fair share of circulating rumors as well. "It's not that she can sit there and claim victim because it's just what she's doing and what she's saying," she said. "So, it's hard to feel really bad because it's what she does and what she says."

As for her personal relationship with Giudice, Gorga admitted that there is some tension between the two but she would like to eventually be on friendly terms with her. "I'm not going to sugar-coat it for you," she said. "We definitely have some things to work out but I am hopeful that one day we could all work this out and be together because it's just such a waste of time."

  1. Ya, except that home was the dream home he built just for Melissa, remember? Now it is just a flipper.... And it is really hard NOT to see Teresa as the victim, when Mel is constantly bullying her. I am sure their parents' dissaproval has more to do with the wedge Joe Gorga let Melissa put between their kids than anything Teresa did. No old fashioned Italian parents want to see their son whipped by a golddigging stripper.

  3. LOL...the fraud is Teresa with her hypocrisy. She cried that her brother told his wife what she had told him "in confidence", but went ahead on the next episode and told the Stump what she and her brother spoke about "in confidence. Don't cry if you are going to do the same thing. And remember it was Teresa who waged war against Mel & Kathy, even before they came on the show. Now everyone, except the blind and the stupid, see her for what she is...A PHONEY!

  5. Joe Gorga made a big mistake by telling Melissa what Teresa said to him privately. Joe Gorga should have understood that Teresa was just being the loving and protective sister, and whether he felt that she was mistaken feeling that way; Joe Gorga should have known that by disclosing Teresa's private conversation with him then he would have created a bigger fight between the two families, the Giudices, and the Gorgas. !!! Joe was in the wrong here, but Teresa is solely attack for this.
