Carlton Gebbia Is Officially Divorced

TMZ.com:
'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Carlton Gebbia is officially single -- her divorce from David Gebbia is now final ... TMZ has learned.

The judge signed off on the divorce settlement Thursday, according to docs obtained by TMZ. David filed in November 2017 -- citing irreconcilable differences -- but they'd separated nearly a year before that.

Carlton and David got married back in September 1997 and have 3 children -- 2 teenage daughters and a 6-year-old son.

The last 12 months have been rough -- not long after David filed to divorce Carlton, she was sued by her housekeeper who claimed Carlton drunkenly attacked her. Carlton has denied the attack.

Carlton Gebbia Sued for Allegedly Attacking Housekeeper

TMZ.com:
'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Carlton Gebbia mopped the floor with her housekeeper, and the maid's now taking her to court ... and she says Gebbia even tried to kill herself.

The housekeeper -- referred to in the lawsuit as Jane Doe -- claims she was hired by Gebbia back in 2011 and toiled for 6 years as a housekeeper/nanny/chauffeur/grocery shopper/assistant.

Jane Doe claims Gebbia was often under the influence of alcohol and repeated physically, verbally and emotionally abusing her, including slapping her. She says 4 months ago, without provocation, a drunken Gebbia attacked her at her Bev Hills home.

She says the trigger was when Jane Doe texted Carlton's husband, David, and said Carlton had broken the TV in the movie room with a baseball bat. Jane Doe says when she tried to calm Carlton down, she became enraged, yelled at her and pushed her so hard, she fell against the door.
She says she was badly injured and was given 2 weeks off. She says the following month, she was fired.

Even more interesting ... the maid says over the last 6 years, Gebbia attempted to harm herself ... she mentions one incident in which she allegedly threw herself off the second story of her home.

We've reached out to Carlton's rep ... who said, "No comment."

Carlton Gebbia’s Husband David Files for Divorce

USmagazine.com:
According to court documents obtained by Us, David filed for the dissolution of their marriage in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, November 28, citing irreconcilable differences. A source confirmed to Us in August 2016 that the former couple had been broken up for a year, though they still lived together at the time. However, their date of separation is listed in the divorce papers as September 16, 2017.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 44, and her estranged husband share daughters Destiny, 15, and Mysteri, 14, and son Cross, 6. He is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their three children.

Carlton starred on the Bravo reality series’ 4th season, which aired from November 2013 to April 2014. During her brief stint on the show, she often clashed with several of the woman, specifically mainstay Kyle Richards. Carlton and costar Joyce Giraud were both fired after just one season.

“Decisions were made and Joyce and Carlton have been informed that they’re not coming back,” a source exclusively told Us in 2014 of the former Miss Puerto Rico, now 42, and the British Wiccan.
These days, the cast of RHOBH includes Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Erika Girardi, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley and newcomer Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. Additionally, Camille Grammer will return for the first time since season 2 as a friend of the Housewives. Season 9 premieres on Bravo on December 19 at 9 p.m. ET.

Kim Richards Talks Life After Rehab and Arrest: ‘I’m Just So Grateful to Be Where I Am Today’

People.com:
Kim Richards is opening up about overcoming her struggles and welcoming new challenges in the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“Before I started the show, life was really good and then, you know, things happened and it wasn’t,” she told reporters at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 7 premiere party at the Sofitel Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, California, on Friday. “And it wasn’t just my relapse that was hard, but I went through a depression as well after that.”

Looking back, Richards said she feels “so happy” now.

“I’m just so grateful to be where I am today, and to be this happy and have life this good and have the relationships that I have … I feel so blessed,” she said. “I feel powerful. I feel so grateful. Honestly. Life is so amazing today. I wake up happy. I go to sleep happy…”

But her happiness has been a long time coming. Richards, 50, who originally entered rehab following her April arrest for public intoxication, decided to leave her Malibu treatment facility for her daughter’s nuptials in May 2015. She checked herself back in two weeks later. The reality star and former child actress also entered rehab back in 2011.

“I was really busy this season with my home, my daughters, my son and my grandchild,” she said, when asked about her presence in the new season. “My focus was really on my family.”

As for drama in the upcoming season, Richards said it’s difficult to avoid.

“Well I really wouldn’t go that far!” she said, when asked if there was less drama in season 7. “I managed to make a little time to get by to say ‘Hi’ to everybody, but I don’t know if I squeezed out leaving out the drama. It wasn’t my doing, but you know, leave it to the [Lisa] Rinna!”

Carlton Gebbia Speaks On Separating from 'Soulmate of 20 Years': 'He Was My Everything'

People.com:
Carlton Gebbia is opening up about why she and her husband David Gebbia chose to separate after nearly two decades of marriage.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 4 alum, who will mark 18 years of marriage to her husband on Sept. 19, publicly confirmed her yearlong separation on Aug. 25.

Two weeks following news of the couple's split, Gebbia exclusively tells PEOPLE that although she has "experienced every conceivable emotion similar to the grieving process" throughout the past 12 months, she and her husband are "finally on the same page."
"It was never a verbal decision between him and I. It just sort of happened naturally. It was a gradual breakup of our relationship over a period of time," Gebbia says of her 47-year-old husband. "This man was my soulmate for 20 years and never would I have imagined this. He was my everything, but we've been together a long time. …[It] is wonderful now to know that we can still continue to be partners because we had always worked so well together in the past."

Though Gebbia, 42, only appeared on RHOBH for one season, she credits her experience on the Bravo reality series to strengthening her marriage.

"I have to add, because I have heard about the Housewives curse, my experience with Bravo and the show actually made my relationship with David stronger," Gebbia tells PEOPLE. "He has always had my back, but this was like a different animal. We had a partnership and worked really well together."
Looking to the future, Gebbia is uncertain about the couple's relationship and what is to come, but she credits her experience on RHOBH to learning another life lesson.

"The one thing that I learned ironically from Housewives – which I said I would never ever do reality – is never to say 'never.' Ultimately, there's no end game here. We're just working together as a team, I guess, in the most positive way we know how. I mean, he will always be one of the most amazing men I've ever known and I will always consider him my soulmate. When I met him, I called him 'my destiny' and I said if we ever had a little girl, that's what her name would be," she says. "I think I'm just dealing in the moment."

Currently living in the family's Beverly Hills home, the mother of three, who is still designing houses and is "also considering going back into acting" (which she calls "one of [her] passions), says she feels a "sense of relief" that news of the yearlong separation is public: "It felt like I was sort of hiding a lie and a secret and it just didn't feel good."

"It is still very, very raw. I still go through the emotions and waves. After being together 20 years, it's just not something that is buried immediately," Gebbia tells PEOPLE. She adds, "But as long as our children are happy and we keep running together positively, that is all that I can ask for. I don't want our children affected by this in a negative way."

Carlton Gebbia Has Been Separated From Husband David For A Year

People.com:
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Carlton Gebbia has separated from her husband, David, a source close to the reality star confirms to PEOPLE.

"Carlton and her husband have recently separated but are living together under the same roof for the wellness of their children," the source tells PEOPLE of the couple, who have been married for 18 years.

News of the couple's separation, which was first reported by Entertainment Tonight, comes days after the mother of three was temporarily hospitalized on Friday following an allergic reaction. (According to the source, she was released within hours and returned to work the next day.)

The Bravo personality appeared on RHOBH season 4, which featured her relationship with husband David and her role as mom to Destiny, Mysteri and Cross.

Gebbia, who grew up in England and South Africa prior to moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting, previously described her husband to Bravo as "truly [my] soul-mate."

The 9 Most Hated ‘Real Housewives’ Ever

NYPost.com:
Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise is the gift that keeps on giving.

From the extravagant lifestyles to the constant catfights, viewers can’t get enough of the reality TV juggernaut. And while some Housewives are beloved by fans, others have more Internet trolls than actual Twitter followers.

Case in point: “Beverly Hills” alum Brandi Glanville.

During Tuesday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the tension between Glanville and Kyle Richards came to a head. While jabs below the belt aren’t anything new — especially when it comes to the leggy blond — coming between two sisters is quite another matter. With Richards’ relationship with older (and troubled) sister Kim now in jeopardy, it seems Glanville is better at stirring up drama than keeping her friendships intact.

But 90210’s resident pot-stirrer isn’t the only Housewife whom viewers have come to detest.

There’s no question that the Housewives live a life of luxury, but some are bit more pretentious about it than others. “Orange County” alum Bellino didn’t win over her fellow wives by trying to one-up them in almost every conversation.\

Though she eventually got the ax after four seasons, it wasn’t without plenty of tension-fueled dinners.

Oh, Aviva — where to even begin? From her scuffles with former co-star Carole Radziwill to the infamous leg toss, Drescher knew how to get people talking — and not in a good way.

Not only did Drescher make frenemies with “Housewives of New York City,” but fan pages dubbed her “Me-Viva” for her self-centered attitude.

Carlton Gebbia Says She 'Open To Returning' to RHOBH After Andy Cohen Apology

TMZ.com:
Ex-"Real Housewives" star Carlton Gebbia says she may have been fired, but she won in the end because Bravo secretly came back to her on hands and knees, asking her to return.

Carlton got her walking papers from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... because the audience didn't connect to her Wiccan ways ... something the show wanted her to do.

We're told Bravo execs had a meeting with Carlton, asking her to make a few appearances. She made it clear ... she had NO interest in returning.

But fast forward to this week, when Andy Cohen went on his show and publicly apologized to Carlton, saying the show screwed up by portraying her as a wicked witch when she's actually a devoted mom, a fun wife and a savvy businesswoman.

That did the trick. Carlton tells us she's now open to returning to the show.

Huge Brawl Breaks Out At Launch Party For Joyce Giraud's New Show About Wealthy Latinas

TMZ.com:
Brunch turned into a crazy chick fight -- busted up by cops -- during the launch party for a reality show called, "Rica, Famosa, Latina" ... and TMZ got the wild video.

Bev Hills PD responded to the Luxe Hotel when cast members started throwing punches, pulling hair and tearing off each other's clothes last Saturday. Several people suffered minor injuries, and one went to a hospital.

The show -- set to premiere Sept. 16th -- is sort of a Latin version of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and is produced by ex-'Housewife' Joyce Giraud ... which means, even though she may not condone it, she knows the game: a good catfight before a premiere is good for business.

'RFL' follows late singer Jenni Rivera's sister and several other wealthy Latinas ... who have awesomely adopted a Three Stooges style of fighting.

Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud Reportedly Fired from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"

HuffPo.com:
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast is getting another shake-up.

Newcomers Joyce Giruad and Carlton Gebbia have reportedly been fired from the Bravo reality series after just one season, according to Us Weekly. The women were brought on for Season 4 after former cast members Adrienne Maloof, Taylor Armstrong and Camille Grammer left.

"Decisions were made and Joyce and Carlton have been informed that they're not coming back," a source told the magazine.

A representative for Bravo was not immediately available for further comment.

Rumors that Giraud and Gebbia were getting the axe first surfaced on TMZ back in February. The website reported the ladies were on the chopping block because "they're just not exciting enough."

The former Miss Puerto Rico had reservations about joining the show from the get-go.

"I was slightly scared," Giraud told Nicole magazine this month. "Specifically at the beginning when I saw that editing is a huge factor but I always remained true to myself and I think at the end of the day regardless of the editing the audience can see the real you."

On Tuesday, TMZ reported "RHOBH" veteran Lisa Vanderpump has been considering quitting the show after a contentious season. Bravo honcho Andy Cohen allegedly dined at Vanderpump's new hotspot, Pump, with Lance Bass in an effort to convince her to stay.

Reports have circulated that "RHOBH" guest Shiva Safai and "Real Housewives of Miami" star Joanna Krupa may be joining the cast.

Carlton Gebbia Slams ‘Bigot’ Kyle Richards, Declares She Is Trash & Has No Moral Compass

RadarOnline.com:
Getting one final swipe in after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, Carlton Gebbia slammed her castmate Kyle Richards for her contradictory behavior throughout the entire season.

After Richards – once again – blamed Lisa Vanderpump for bringing up the tabloid story about her husband’s alleged cheating, Gebbia reflected on her co-stars’ mean girl behavior.

“Overall it was quite amusing sitting there and watching Kyle bouncing around on the couch like a caged animal ready to pounce. She’s snarling at me and then at Lisa, blaming her for her husband’s tabloids. Slightly misplaced anger I say.

“Whining about how it could damage her life, her family, her husband and her business. Yes here it comes. . .Really??? You mean like calling someone Anti-Semitic! A deliberate and calculated attack on my character and family, which only goes to prove my point about this vile woman,” Gebbia vented on her Bravo blog.

Speaking about the reunion, Gebbia noted she’s still Team Vanderpump – but could barely get a word in over the other feuding housewives.

“All I’ve witnessed is Kyle bellowing over Lisa and I whenever we want to answer or say anything. How can anyone get a word in, let alone a sentence with this crap. Seems like she’s the one who doesn’t want anyone to hear the truth,” Gebbia noted.

“Kyle definitely has a Pack Mentality… She is trash!”

Gebbia, who felt Richards had attacked her Wiccan beliefs throughout the entire season, had no remorse about calling her co-star a “bigot.”

“I look back at the despicable behavior of Kyle Richards and am now not surprised by her asinine behavior.

“After all, why would I be shocked by what she’s called me when she can publicly humiliate her own sister, her own flesh and blood, Kim by viciously outing her on camera for the world to view. That is exactly who Kyle is, no moral compass whatsoever,” Gebbia concluded.

Lisa Vanderpump Considering Leaving 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills'

HuffPo.com:
It might be the end of Lisa Vanderpump's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" reign.

The 53-year-old restaurant mogul, who has appeared on "RHOBH" since its premiere in 2010, may not sign on for another season of the hit Bravo series, which she says has turned into a "bitch fest."

“I don’t know, right now I have to be honest. It is a tough season for me," Vanderpump told RadarOnline.com. "I have got a lot going on. If it becomes about a bitch fest then it is not something I signed up for; but if it becomes about documenting my life, which is the show I signed up for and having fun and supporting women that is something I want to do. But the way the show was in the end, the last episodes, that is not something I would care to repeat.”

Apparently, nothing has been decided for next season yet.

“I am not signed on and I don’t know whether I am staying and don’t think any of us do right now," she added. “Everyone wants to stay, but I don’t know. I have a lot to consider I am opening a new business, I have 'Vanderpump Rules' and let’s see if they both get picked up and let Bravo make the decision and offer and see where we go from there.”

The news comes on the heels of a drama-filled Season 4. While she started out the season surrounded by friends, Vanderpump was singled-out by the other women who accused her of playing games and lying come the finale.

The drama continued on Monday with Part 1 of the "RHOBH" reunion special. Yolanda Foster accused Vanderpump of being an absent friend while she was battling Lyme disease and Brandi Glanville claimed she's a different person when the cameras are on.

If Vanderpump does decide to leave, that could mean some major changes for the "RHOBH" cast. Last month, it was reported that Mohamed Hadid's fiancee, Shiva Safai, is being recruited as an official cast member because newbies Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia are on the chopping block.

Carlton Gebbia Forced To Talk About Alleged Porn Star Past On ‘RHOBH’ Reunion

RadarOnline.com:
The claws came out during the filming of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion and RadarOnline.com can reveal that Carlton Gebbia was questioned about her alleged porn star past!

“A few of the housewives are sh-t stirrers and wanted to put her on the spot — even though they knew it wasn’t true,” the source told Radar.

Gebbia, who has been very open about her sexuality and even smooched co-star Brandi Glanville this season, outright “denied the allegations” that she’d ever done XXX.

She scoffed at her jealous co-stars for referring to her saucy role in the 2001 erotic thriller Seduced – Pretty When You Cry as porn.

“She was like, ‘That was a love scene,’” the source told Radar.  “Carlton thinks it’s ridiculous. Her co-stars will do anything to start drama.”

There’s no official word on if Bravo will include the confrontation during the three-part reunion. But this isn’t the first time Gebbia has been asked about her rumored pornographic past.

During an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, a caller asked Gebbia whether she had already or would ever considering being in a porno.

“Ok, um no never did porn. Only in my bedroom,” she stated.

But would she ever consider doing porn?

“Oh, piss off,” Gebbia quipped.

Carlton Gebbia Taken to Hospital After Passing Out Drunk in Public

Zap2it.com:
The ladies of Bravo's "Real Housewives" franchise certainly love their liquor, but there's at least one who may steer clear of the bottle for a good while.

Recent "Beverly Hills" addition Carlton Gebbia gave friends quite a scare while out to dinner on Wednesday (March 5) when she passed out after imbibing one too many tequila shots.

A call was made to 911 around 9:20 p.m. and when paramedics arrived, Gebbia was still unconscious at her table, TMZ reports. The reality star was taken out of the restaurant, Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, on a stretcher and rushed to the hospital by ambulance.

On Thursday morning, Gebbia addressed the scary incident on Twitter. "Sorry!Apparently I don't hve the Irish wooden leg! All is well," she writes. "Thk uCant handle 6shots of tequila.Wen did I become such a lightweight?"

She followed that up with another tweet, writing, "I can't even explain what happened.Nvr knew there was a limit. Brokers sent over shots I drank n lost count.Didnt even order bloody dinner."

Here's hoping the hangover wasn't too brutal.

Camille Grammer Knocks Carlton Gebbia, Says She's Intimidated By Brandi Glanville

RadarOnline.com:
Camille Grammer might not be a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she still keeps up with the televised antics of her former running mates, and shared what she thinks of the current cast and their onscreen actions on Monday’s edition of Watch What Happens Live.

Camille, speaking with Andy Cohen, said she was taken aback by new member Carlton Gebbia‘s aggressive reaction when Kyle Richards said she was anti-Semitic during a fierce argument.

Carlton “was all wrong, totally wrong,” Camille said, adding that Lisa “didn’t mean … that whole thing with the Star of David … that was all innocent.

“I thought it was very innocent, and I didn’t like Carlton’s reaction — I thought that was off, and way overblown.”

When asked how she would deal with Brandi Glanville on a daily basis, Camille let out a prolonged laugh and said she’d “go home and relax,” looking a tad relieved to be out of the 90210 circus.

Camille stayed relatively mum about Lisa Vanderpump, saying she was “not sure” if the English restaurateur had faked fainting during her stint on Dancing with the Stars; or planted tabloid magazines in her castmates’ bags.

Lisa Vanderpump Confides In Carlton Gebbia After RHOBH Ambush

RadarOnline.com:
After Kyle Richards confronted Lisa Vanderpump about rumors that she’d tried to bring tabloids articles about Kyle’s marriage to Palm Springs, the British restaurateur fled to get away from the drama.

Back in Beverly Hills, Lisa tries to explain the tabloid drama and the ambush in Puerto Rico to Carlton Gebbia.

“I don’t want to be overdramatic and say ambushed or attacked, but that’s how I felt,” Lisa explains in a new preview for Monday’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“There was no magazine, or I would have seen it,” Carlton states. “It’s ridiculous.”

“To deal with this negative, aggressive bulls—t, I’m not going to do it,” Lisa tells the cameras.

Carlton listens as Lisa recalls the nasty confrontation and shakes her head in disbelief.

“These women are supposedly your friends and are having a go at you at one time. This is what I cannot stand about insecure women. They say they’re a girls girl, and they’re not,” Carlton says.

Suddenly, Lisa breaks down and begins to cry.

“I feel like everything I say is being questioned. I feel they’re all ganging up. It’s really hard. I don’t want to cry,” Lisa says.
