10 Days After Finalizing Divorce and Danielle Staub is Getting Married

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star and her new man are set to fly back from St. Barts to purchase their engagement rings on Friday, an insider said, noting that they do not want to have a long engagement. She only jetted off to the island to meet up with him on Sunday.
They are planning on tying the knot in a justice of the peace ceremony on Monday. “RHONJ” co-star Teresa Giudice will serve as their witness.
This is Staub’s 21st engagement.
Staub, 56, just finalized her divorce from Marty Caffrey last week. They were married for just nine months after two years of dating.

Margaret Josephs Pushes Danielle Staub's Estranged Husband

PEOPLE has the exclusive premiere of the midseason trailer for season 9 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and it features Josephs pushing Caffrey into a pool.
“You’re a liar,” screams Josephs, before shoving Caffrey (with the help of her husband, Joe Benigno).
All are dressed up during the battle, Josephs in an elegant red gown and the men both in suits. But the nature of exactly why they’re fighting remains to be seen.
Could it be that Caffrey was defending Staub, who has been angry at Josephs for not paying her enough attention during the days leading up to her wedding? Or was Josephs sticking up for Staub, who appears to be fighting with Caffrey as they make their way down the aisle? (They’ve since split, with Caffrey filing for divorce after just four months of marriage).
Either way, there’s no love lost between Josephs, 51, and Staub, 56, either.
“You’re an old dog with no new tricks,” Josephs yells at one point.

Dina Manzo Reveals the Last Time She Spoke to Her Estranged Sister Caroline

Sometimes time heals wounds, but when it comes to the fractured relationship between Caroline Manzo and Dina Manzo, that doesn't seem to be the case. When Dina appeared on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, she not only confirmed her engagement to David Cantin, but also offered an update on where things stand with her sister and fellow The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum.
“Caroline does not speak to me at all … we haven’t spoken in two years,” Dina said about the Manzo'd with Children matriarch, via PEOPLE. She noted that fame may have contributed to their rift: “People become [caricatures] of themselves. A little part of what people say that they liked, they tend to put it on.”
While she noted about the crew in her chat with the Flipping Out designer that “I think we all changed" once the show premiered, she adds she saw a bigger transformation in her sister: “It was when I didn’t recognize who she was any more that I said, ‘I’m out.’”
She continued, “And then the television thing [factored in] after I watched Season 1. I was saying very nice things about them and watching back, they weren’t doing the same for me. So I was like, ‘What the f---?’ Is there envy going on here? They don’t want me to look good?’ I don’t know, but it freaked me out.”
In the midst of their rift, life has not only changed for Dina who has found love again, but also for Caroline who became a grandma last year. Dina added, “Maybe becoming a grandmother has brought her back down to earth."
While Caroline and Dina don't speak, Dina did note that she is close to her other siblings. “That’s what people don’t realize. I get infuriated when people say, ‘You don’t speak to your family.’ I have 10 siblings,” she said. “[My brother] Chris [Laurita], I saw him not too long ago, when we lived in Malibu and he came out and we had a nice dinner. We don’t see each other often because we’re on different coasts. But we’re definitely fine. And Jacqueline as well. If they called me tomorrow and they needed me, I’ll be there. Danielle Staub's Husband Files for Divorce — Less Than 4 Months After They Married

Less than four months into their marriage, Caffrey has filed for divorce from Staub, multiple sources confirm to PEOPLE.
“Marty was willing to reconcile with Danielle, but after the last few weeks he knew there was no turning back,” an insider close to Caffrey tells PEOPLE.
In a statement to PEOPLE on Thursday, her rep said, “Danielle has not received any filing, and we cannot comment on something we have not received.”
Staub and Caffrey had been dating since April 2016 and lived together in her New Jersey home. He proposed to her on a season 8 episode — news of which PEOPLE first reported in May 2017 — surprising Staub on the grounds of a beautiful mansion, where a violinist played Pachelbel’s “Canon in D” and a handful of couples danced around them.
A year after Caffrey popped the question, the duo got married in May in a sunset bohemian beach ceremony held on the Bahamas’ North Bimini Island at the Luna Beach Club.

Danielle Staub Files Restraining Order Against Husband Marty Caffrey 3 Months After Marriage

According to the order obtained by Page Six, Staub said she arrived at the home and found that Caffrey had disengaged their garage door so it wouldn’t open. When the other two doors opened, “she found her husband standing in her garage. He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, agitated and confrontational.”
She claimed that she wanted to avoid fighting with him, so she went straight to her bedroom. But “after hearing a disturbing noise in another area of the residence she walked downstairs and found [Caffrey]. Then she realized that several of her family portraits of her children and other sentimental framed photographs had been taken down causing her to be upset.”
We’re told that Caffrey called the police as Staub, 56, went through the house to search for the photos, but when officers arrived, Staub was the one to get the order as she “believes that [Caffrey] is attempting to tarnish her reputation and career by making repeated false reports to the media,” per the filing.
The order says that Caffrey, 66, was given 20 minutes by the police to gather his belongings at the scene.
Now, Caffrey must stay away and refrain from contact with Staub and her two daughters and he is barred from NBC Studios at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and Monmouth University in New Jersey. Staub has exclusive possession of the home.

2 Months After Wedding, Danielle Staub Is Already 'Having Some Difficulties' with Her Marriage

Following reports that the pair had split, a rep for the 55-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star tells PEOPLE that while they are “having some difficulties,” Staub is hoping for a happy resolution.
“Danielle is having some difficulties with her marriage right now and is hoping everything will work out,” Staub’s rep says.
Staub and Caffrey said “I do” in May during a sunset bohemian beach ceremony held on the Bahamas’ North Bimini Island at the Luna Beach Club.
The reality star’s RHONJ costars Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs all served as bridesmaids for the event, and a source told PEOPLE at the time that the occasion was filmed for the hit Bravo show’s upcoming ninth season.

The wedding was held on the beach at sunset on the Bahamian island of Bimini, with Staub’s former RHONJ castmate Teresa Giudice serving as matron honor, while Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs were bridesmaids.
Staub, who wore a Pnina Tornai gown, spoke to Us Weekly exclusively hours before the nuptials and admitted she was a “little nervous” as a stream of visitors came by.
“All my family, my friends, everyone’s checking in with me, and I’m like, ‘Guys, I haven’t showered, I still haven’t showered, and I’m getting married today,'” she told Us with a laugh.
As she prepared to walk down the aisle, Staub admitted that she was “excited to be a wife.”
“It’s different when you’re a girlfriend, and then it’s different when you’re a fiancée, the stages are all different. When it gets real, and we did our rehearsal last night, and we did our fake I do’s, it’s like, oh my God, we’re almost married,” she said. “This is happening I felt like, when I saw his family last night for the first time after our rehearsal, on the beach, I felt them looking at me like I was a wife. And to me, and my daughters, looking at him like he is my husband. And I think it definitely made it super profound for me.”
Staub, 55, is set to return for RHONJ season 9. A source previously told Us that Bravo cameras will capture her nuptials.
