Based on what we thought we knew about Season 5 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, we were shocked to stumble upon a picture of Teresa Giudice talking to fellow H’wives Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita.
According to various reports, many (if not all) of the Jersey Housewives refused to film with Teresa, but this picture from All About the Real Housewives tells a different story. In the pic, Tre is clearly seen conversing with Caroline and Jacqueline at the Damian and Beau Monde Salon & Spa Holiday Party earlier this month.
What’s most interesting is that sources tell AATRH that Bravo cameras were rolling for this conversation.

What Happened When Kim DePaola Came Face to Face with Dr. Terry Dubrow

Kim DePaola can't say enough good things about how Dr. Terry Dubrow fixed her life — and her previously, um, botched boob job, as fans will get to see on Botched this week. "Well, I knew a little bit about her and I knew that she just had that really terrible thing happen to her. That's not necessarily a good place to be in when you're gonna have difficult, revisional, high-risk plastic surgery," Terry told The Daily Dish, referring to a tragic incident involving her car that left two people dead last year. "So, I was really concerned."
But, Terry saw a different side of the Garden State boutique owner. "You know what's funny? I know her what her reputation was on Housewives being very argumentative [but] when they need help, and they have high-risk plastic surgery — she was so normal, so cool, and just wanted to be fixed. She was funny. I liked her. She actually turned out to be a patient I really liked [and] was a lot of fun to work with."
However, it wasn't all smooth sailing, Terry noted: "Very difficult problem. We had a bit of a complication that was hard to deal with, but she was very cool."

Teresa Giudice and Kids Can't Visit Joe in Prison for Christmas

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the snag came last month when Joe was transferred from a federal prison in Fort Dix, New Jersey to another facility in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Teresa had to submit new visitor forms for her and the kids.
Problem is ... the process that goes into approving the paperwork moves at a snail's pace and won't be ready until after Christmas.
Plan B for Teresa, her dad and the kids is a trip to Mexico. If all goes as planned, they'll celebrate Christmas with Joe in the New Year.
Until then, homemade Christmas cards headed for Pennsylvania will do.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star lost her marbles this season when Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga had a full-blown food fight in a restaurant with the very expensive, personalized birthday cake Siggy brought for Melissa.
"I was wrong -- I called them animals. I called them -- their act was trashy for doing it," Siggy explained to Andy Cohen on Wednesday's "Watch What Happens Live," adding that she had had more than two drinks that night and acted "in the heat of the moment."
"I'm very dramatic, I have a lot of energy and I get very excited," she added. "But for me, once the cake was thrown, it was over for me."
Sitting next to Flicker was Valerie Bertinelli, who interrupted the New Jersey firecracker to suggest that the ladies reimburse her for the cake.
"No, I just wanted them to say I'm sorry," Siggy replied. "I'll eat the cost. I don't care about that, but friendships and relationships are 50-50. It was more like this is the way we act."
What really bothered Siggy was that "nobody wanted to apologize."
"It was disrespectful to not only the cake maker, but it was disrespectful to the restaurant," she added.

Kim DePaola Speaks Out About Double Homicide

“The mob doesn’t do this,” DePaola told Radar Online Monday. “It would be gang-related. Maybe they pissed someone off and they’re making a statement. I hope they find these savages.”
The bodies of the two men were found shot and burned beyond recognition early last Friday inside the torched white Audi S-line, which is registered to DePaola.
DePaola said the car was being used at the time by Aaron Anderson, a friend of her son Chris Camiscioli.
“People are saying my car was tied to the murders, my car was not tied to anyone,” DePaola said. “Aaron Anderson, a friend of my son, was supposed to drop my son off at the airport, park the car and not use it. But he used the car and then this horrific accident happened.”
The mom, who appeared on the Bravo show from 2010 to 2013, said she was home and Camiscioli was in California at the time of the murders.
“The cops never thought I had anything to do with it,” DePaola, 56, said. “This would’ve happened in my car or not.”

Kim DePaola's Car Is Scene of Double Murder

The victims have not yet been identified. A source told E! News Sunday her son Chris's friend Aaron Anderson was the last person to drive the car, even though he was not supposed to use it, and that his mother has been unable to reach him since the incident. Chris was in California at the time of the killings and headed home after hearing the news.
Police said in a statement that on Friday at around 2 a.m., authorities responded to a call about a car on fire. When they arrived at the scene, they found a vehicle engulfed in flames and two victims who were pronounced dead at the scene.
"The car is burnt to a crisp," the source told E! News. "There's nothing left."
The victims had both been shot in the head execution-style, law enforcement sources told NBC New York. Police said in their statement they were taken to a medical examiner's office to be identified. No arrests have been made and the case remains under investigation.

On the drive to the restaurant, I said I wanted to hear both sides of the story. That didn’t really happen as the conversation between Teresa and Jacqueline escalated very quickly and once again focused on the PAST and “soldiers” rather than the issue at hand.
Jacqueline immediately came at me demanding that I back her up. First of all, I am not a child, and I don’t respond well to people yelling and pointing their finger in my face -- that will make me never speak. And I hesitated to answer her because quite honestly, I think that while she did warn me, seeing how invested she is in KNOWING everyone’s business, I don’t believe she was completely in the dark as to what was going to go down that night.
Let me be clear, I am not trying to re-write history. Believe me, I KNOW who was involved in the events that happened at the fashion show five years ago and no matter what any of them say, none of their hands were clean.
It doesn’t matter to me anymore. I agreed to let go of the past and move on with Teresa, and I meant it. Jacqueline just CAN’T do that and always has to throw in our face one of the most sensitive issues Teresa and I had. Her crazy outbursts don’t come from hurt, they are calculated and meant to cause problems. You can’t blame this on PMS. That’s just weak.
I asked Jacqueline what I ever did to her to warrant such a vile attack and she wouldn’t answer me either. She wants me to back her up because she “backed me up,” but her “support” was never genuine or for me. It’s more important for her to prove she is right and try to convince people that Teresa is a horrible person. Speaking of horrible people, look at how quick she is to pick up the phone to call Kim D. She is the one who is bringing her around the group this time, not Teresa.
That night in Vermont confirmed for me that Jacqueline is a sh--ty friend, completely unstable, and someone that NEVER had an interest in helping our family or being my friend.

Kim DePaola from 'RHNJ' tells TMZ ... Ohio jeweler Constantino Frangopolous is "delusional" for claiming she jacked anything from him because she swears she's never met the guy or even heard of him.
TMZ broke the story ... Frangopolous sued Kim -- claiming they had a verbal agreement to design jewelry for her to wear and promote on the show ... but instead she copied his pieces and sold them as her own.
KD thinks Frangopolous is trying to piggyback on her fame, and her only response to his lawsuit is ... "Hop off my coattails and try to mess with someone whose intelligence level is as low as [his]."
She's thinking about suing for defamation.

The acid-tongue HLN host appeared on Watch What Happens Live Monday night where she answered a caller’s question about whether or not the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars would be going to jail.
“Yes, yes, yes, yes,” the former prosecutor announced and said she believes the charges are legitimate.
“I think that they are founded, sadly for the franchise.”
The Giudices have been charged with 39 counts of tax evasion and fraud and are facing 50 years behind bars, and Nancy said she doesn’t see them avoiding jail time.
“I think they were in it together and you know what? You can get away with shoplifting, maybe stealing a car but don’t mess with the feds when it comes to money. Never mess with the tax man. Never mess with the feds alright? They have no mercy.
“I predict they’re going down,” she told Andy Cohen and explained why she believes they’ll end up incarcerated.
“Much as Martha Stewart was used I think they will be used as an example to other people.”
Andy tried to defend Teresa, but Nancy quickly dismissed him.
“She told me she absolutely had no idea,” the WWHL host pleaded on Teresa’s behalf.
“Did she sign her name on those documents?” Nancy asked him and he replied “Yes,” but when she asked “Did they get money? From loans? Bank loans etc. from signing those documents?” he pled the fifth.

Dina Manzo Issues Ultimatum To RHONJ--Fire Jacqueline Laurita Or She's Not Coming Back
Of course, Dina could put an end to all the gossip about her coming back to RHONJ by issuing a statement stating clearly that she has zero interest in returning, but she's too narcissistic and passive-aggressive to do something like that.

The source said Danielle Staub was the real instigator of all the old fights and that a Jacqueline/Dina feud goes back to season one.
”Jax stopped Danielle from exposing Dina so many times by refusing to film with her if she said anything about her. Jax told Danielle that if she said anything about Dina, she would not be friends with her anymore. Danielle always told stories about Dina and everyone else’.

True to the Housewives curse, Dina’s own marriage may be in trouble as well, but the source said her status will all depend on her own success. Dina revealed in February that she and her husband had separated, but they may not actually be getting divorced.
‘If Dina makes enough money on her own then she can leave her husband, if not she’s going back to him. She’s already attempted a few shows to further herself but they fell apart. RHONJ was her only option to stay in the limelight for now.”
The source said bringing Dina back will make for great television.

Fans Show Up In Masses For Teresa Giudice Book Signings Despite Legal Scandal

Despite her ongoing legal problems, the lynchpin of the Real Housewives of New Jersey is still selling books, and “seems to be fine” despite the fraud charges levied against her and her husband, Joe, according to her pal, Kim Depaola.
Depaola was at Teresa’s book signing held at her Wayne, New Jersey boutique Posche, and says that despite the accusations against the reality star, her fan base is intact, as “she sold out all of her books.
“Sold out and needed more, so she still has a lot of support,” Depaola said. “The line was crazy… a lot of fans. And that’s it on that question.”
Depaola said that both Teresa and her husband Joe — who is also under legal fire as he was named in the indictment — kept in good spirits at a dinner after the event. (As we previously reported, the Bravo stars, in a 39-count indictment, are accused of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.)
Kim said that despite the rough patch, Teresa is keeping busy with the typical activities that have moms occupied in the dog days of summer.
“She’s with her daughters, she’s with her kids,” Kim said. “She was going down the shore. Next week, she will be home a lot because Gia has cheerleading and of course all the school stuff starts.”

An inside source close to the show tells us there’s a new cast-member on the block for season five, but fans of the reality show may already know her name: Kim [D] DePaola.
“She’s already signed her [full-time] contract,” says the source, who adds that DePaola begins filming for season five on Tuesday.
Bravo reality addicts may remember DePaola as a friend of Teresa Giudice — who will also return for the fifth installment — and an agitator of Giudice’s sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga.
On the reunion show for the fourth season, DePaola admitted to concocting a plan to make it appear as if Gorga had worked as a stripper.
The drama mama is also the owner of Posche Boutique in Wayne, N.J., and has appeared in a number of episodes.
There are other moves in the works: While former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” cast member Danielle Staub has denied she’ll return to the “New Jersey” cast, the insider says producers will be “bringing her back midseason to stir up drama.”

Despite 'RHOJ' Finale Drama Teresa Giudice Hangs Out With Kim “D.” DePaola

Teresa Giudice gets herself into some serious hot water on this week’s finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey after the other housewives accuse her of trying to sabotage Melissa Gorga by revealing that Melissa used to work at a gentleman’s club. Instead, we’ve so far seen Kim D. make matters worse. For example, in last week’s episode she was grilling Melissa’s old boss Angelo about what exactly Melissa did for him, even though Teresa repeatedly asked her to stop.
On Sunday’s episode, we also see Kim D. get into with Joe Gorga after he shows up at the Posche Fashion Show to come to Melissa’s defense.
So, why then, is Teresa still socializing with Kim D. if several members of her family strongly dislike her?
Teresa and Kim D. were spotted out twice together over the past few weeks, first at Posche on Aug. 21, and then at a New York City restaurant on Sept. 11.
Even though the finale was filmed over a year ago and Teresa is currently not speaking to her brother or Melissa, we’re still surprised that she would openly socialize with a person who clearly doesn’t like her family.
