A debt collector is looking for a payment from Gretchen Rossi.

The former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, 39, is being sued by a debt collector for an unpaid balance on her Citibank/Home Depot credit card, The Blast reported.

The collector claims Rossi made payments from 2014, when the card was first opened, until January 2017, but then allegedly stopped. An unpaid balance of $9,433.56 remains.

The collector is suing for the remaining balance but isn’t seeking interest or fees.

Page Six has reached out to Rossi for comment.

Gretchen Rossi Reveals Her Summer Plans: "We’re Focused on Having a Baby"

Holding on. Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley have not given up on their baby plans.

“We’re focused on having a baby,” Rossi told Us Weekly exclusively at the grand opening of the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center on Thursday, June 14. “That’s our summer plans.”

The process has not been easy for the couple, though. “It’s hard. It’s a very arduous, hard thing to go through,” the Real Housewives of Orange County alum, 39, explained. “I’m so thankful I have an amazing partner to go through it with. We are pushing through it, and hopefully we will have an announcement that we are pregnant.”

Smiley, 44, applauded his fiancée — the Marriage Boot Camp stars got engaged in 2013 — for her strength throughout the pair’s in vitro fertilization attempts. “I have to give Gretchen huge props, because it is such a hard, difficult process,” he said. “A lot of the burden falls on the woman going through the IVF process, and not only has she embraced that challenge but she’s using that to be an advocate for other women who are struggling with IVF and can’t get pregnant. I’m so impressed how she jumped right in [and] became a voice for every woman. I’m very proud of her.”

Rossi emphasized that they rely on a broad support system to keep them going: “Truthfully it’s a partnership. We have an amazing doctor, and that makes a difference. It’s a very confusing, hard, difficult process. It takes a lot of good people around you.”

Gretchen and her fiance, Slade Smiley, are going through a second round of IVF, and she told us they're right in the middle of a critical stage.

Ex-The Real Housewives Of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi has revealed she is planning IVF to have fiancé Slade Smiley‘s baby at long last.

Rossi, 39, told the Daily Mail, “God willing, I can get pregnant in 2018!”

The blonde beauty first came to the Bravo reality show with a wealthy, much older boyfriend, who later died, then fell in love with her RHOC co-star, Smiley. They got engaged.

While Rossi has no kids, Smiley, 44, fathered two sons during a previous relationship.

The photogenic couple has struggled to conceive a child together, Rossi has admitted.

“It is no secret that we tried IVF in the past and Slade also had his vasectomy reversed but we are going to try again to see if we can get pregnant,” Rossi said in the recent interview at her Costa Mesa, Calif. home.

“We have had good feedback from our doctors about our bodies.

“I know that Slade and I would make great parents because we both love kids and I feel like I am a great mom to our three dogs, so, let’s give it a shot,” she said.

Lizzie Rovsek Files for Divorce from Husband of 8 Years

Former “Real Housewife of Orange County” Lizzie Rovsek has filed for divorce from her husband Christian, Radar Online reports.

The pageant queen and her husband had been married for eight years and appeared on season nine of the Bravo franchise.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, the 37-year-old mom of two filed a petition for dissolution of marriage in October and her now-ex, also 37, has yet to respond.

Something must be in the water in Orange County as Rovsek is the third “Housewife” to recently split from her significant other.

Kelly Dodd divorced her husband Michael for the second time in September and Shannon Beador split from her husband in December after multiple attempts to move on from his affair.

Tamra Judge Slams Her Co-Stars for Questioning Eddie Judge's Sexuality

Tamra Judge is sticking up for her man and marriage.

On Monday night's Real Housewives of Orange County, accusations resurfaced that Eddie Judge may be gay.

In fact, it was the talk of Vicki Gunvalson's party as Gretchen Rossi, Lizzie Rovsek and Kelly Dodd gathered around their co-star to fuel the rumors once again.

"I don't want to know this. I don't want to know this. I don't want information in my brain that validates what was told to me. I don't want to know this," Vicki shared in her confessional. "Tell me more!"

As soon as the episode aired on the East Coast, Tamra set the record straight on Instagram while calling out some of her co-stars.

"How staged and wrong was that? The worst acting I've ever seen. They are nothing but homophobic bullies that think it's okay to try and out a straight man hoping to humiliate him," Tamra wrote to her followers. "Well guess what it didn't work! It's not the 1920's and being gay is not something to be ashamed of or mocked. You should all be ashamed of yourself. Vicki was 100% behind this and I hope she loses her job just like Phaedra [Parks]."

Soon after, Gretchen discovered the post and decided to defend herself and her friends with her own statement.

"Talk about reaching, this post takes the cake even for Tamra. Some of my dearest & best friends are part of the LGBTQ community...I am not homophobic in any way! No one was trying to 'out' anyone," she explained. "By the reaction on all our faces no one could have anticipated what Ricky was going to say when asked if he knew if Eddie was gay (which I only asked him because I knew he had been best friends with Tamra for 13 plus years and if anyone he might know)."

On Tuesday afternoon, Judge, 49, took to Instagram and wrote a negative post about 38-year-old Rossi, in which she called her a “thirsty wannabe” and “#obsessedfreak.”

“I usually don’t give this troll any attention because it’s exactly what she wants. But after years of her bashing me and now reaching out to my daughter I must say. Gretchen you are the biggest piece of s— I’ve ever met. Move on with your sad empty childless life and stay out of mine you thirsty wannabe,” Judge wrote. 

“You are obsessed with my life and I haven’t even seen or spoke to you in 5 years. #MoveOn You have NO IDEA What my family is going through or what the truth is, Nor do you care. It’s just an opportunity for you to get your name in the press. #obsessedfreak,” Judge continued. “Funny you of all people should be talking about morals . You have none!”

The attack on Rossi comes a day after Judge’s estranged daughter, Sidney Barney, unloaded on the Real Housewives of Orange County star in a lengthy Facebook post, where she claimed that Judge “was no mother to me.”

In an effort to extend her support, Rossi left a comment on 18-year-old Barney’s Facebook post, encouraging her to “stay strong.”

“You have no idea how your brave words are helping so many who have been wronged by your Mother’s manipulation and lies as well….so thank you for being brave enough to speak the truth,” Rossi commented. “I am so sorry your mother and your family is going through any of this, especially publicly, but continue to stay strong. Your morals and strength are commendable and inspiring.”

But Judge evidently didn’t appreciate Rossi chiming in on the personal family matter: her Instagram attack was sparked by Rossi’s comment and featured a screenshot of the RHOC alum’s message. Judge’s Instagram post has since been deleted and Rossi has yet to publicly respond.

The rumors have flown in the past that Eddie Judge of The Real Housewives of Orange County could be gay. Of course, Eddie is married to Tamra Judge and their marriage seems to be doing well. All About the Tea shared, however, that Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley do think that Eddie is actually gay — and they are now speaking out about it.

Slade Smiley shared his thoughts, saying that nobody cares if Eddie is gay or not. The fans do care, but Slade feels like there is something else they care about a lot more, and it is the fact that if Eddie is gay, then Tamra Judge is totally lying about her relationship. If that is the case, then the fans would not be happy about that at all. Gretchen even thinks that if everyone knew the story she knows, they would agree with her. The thing is, Gretchen is avoiding telling the story, so all she has done is confuse the fans a bit more.

Gretchen Rossi’s Alleged Stalker Attacks Fiancee, Slade Smiley

Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, Gretchen Rossi has been entangled in legal disputes with her former friend and alleged stalker, Jay Photoglou for years. But, now things have gotten physical. According to arrest records obtained by Radaronline, Photoglou phsysically assaulted Gretchen’s current fiancée, Slade Smiley.

The reported attack happened on April 21st when Gretchen, 38, and Slade, 43, had finished having dinner at popular Newport Beach Eatery, A’s Restaurant. The duo were waiting for the valet to bring their car around, when Photoglou allegedly came up behind Slade and hit him in the back of the head. Police were called and Photoglou was arrested and charged with assault and battery. Photoglou will have to appear in court on June 5th to face the assault and battery charges.

Gretchen and Photoglou first battled it out in court when the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum accused her former friend of stalking her. She also alleged that he leaked nude photos of her and told lies to tabloids about her, causing her to be fired from the popular “housewife” franchise and cost her $500,000 in endorsements.

Gretchen scored a legal victory when a jury awarded her $523,000 in damages. However, she never received the money because shortly thereafter, Photoglou filed for bankruptcy. What has since followed is Gretchen again taking him to court in an attempt to collect the money she was awarded.

On a side note, Gretchen’s attorney who represented her during her civil lawsuits against Photoglou, recently fired Gretchen as a client.

Gretchen Rossi and Lizzie Rovsek Return to 'RHOC' as 'Friends' of the Housewives

Bravo TV released a preview of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 12, featuring Rossi and Rovsek with Vicki Gunvalson at a group dinner. In the preview, Rossi asked Gunvalson if Tamra Judge's husband, Eddie Judge, is really gay or not.

Gunvalson didn't get the chance to answer, but appeared looking away uncomfortably from Rossi's question.

Previously, Tamra already addressed the rumors about her husband being gay.

In a previous segment of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen," Tamra was asked what her sex life is like with her husband, Eddie. Tamra refused to answer the question because she prefers to keep her sex life private, even though most of their relationship was aired on TV.

But when Tamra found out that the reason for that question was because of the rumors that her husband is gay, she decided to set things straight.

"Let's just put it this way. Me and Eddie are such trolls that I need to be married to somebody that's gay? Why? Why? What's the point of it? Why is it that a hot guy can't be straight?" Tamra said.

Rossi and Rovsek's appearance sparked speculations that the two are finally returning to the reality show as full-time stars. However, Rossi announced on Twitter, in response to a fan, that she only filmed one scene for the upcoming season 12.

Gretchen Rossi may have to lawyer up somewhere else after she stiffed a law firm for hundreds of thousands of dollars ... according to a new lawsuit.

Brown & Charbonneau, LLP -- a SoCal business and family firm -- just filed suit against the ex-'Real Housewives of Orange County' star, claiming she left 'em hanging with an invoice of about $285,000 in late 2013 ... and then another for $16,000 a few months later.

Gretchen's camp tells us she hired B&C to work on a harassment case and plans to pay her unpaid balance once she collects in an unrelated legal matter.  She chalks it up to a "misunderstanding."

The cast of Real Housewives of Orange County (Watch Live) needs a timeout! RadarOnline.com has learned that the cast has gotten so NASTY towards each other in recent weeks that production staff fired off a shocking letter to all of them, commanding their social media silence!

Radar exclusively obtained a copy of that letter, which lays down the law.

It reads, in part, “…the social media viciousness has gone too far and you need to cool it. Specifically we’re asking you to stop attacking each other. The network is upset and so are we in production.”

“The constant, ugly fighting is a bad look for you, and bad for the show,” it reads. “You may not like each other, may not trust each other and often wish you weren’t on the show together – but taking shots at each other on social media isn’t the answer. Save it for the show… for the reunion… and please stop fighting so dirty.”

The letter begged the ladies to stop “negative mentions about the other cast members,” and urged the ladies to focus on their own lives and projects instead.

We’re asking you to stop any negative mentions about the other cast members on social media. Talk about your lives, your kids, your grandchildren, your jobs, products…. Or whatever…. But please stop aggressively hitting each other below the belt.”

So what started it?

The back-and-forth social media war between this season’s cast members – Vicki Gunvalson, 54, Shannon Beador, 52, Tamra Judge, 49, Heather Dubrow, 47, Meghan King-Edmonds, 32, and  – has gotten way out of hand lately, with team Gunvalson and Dodd up against team Beador, Judge and Dubrow.

After being called the C-word recently by Dodd Gunvalson got her sweet revenge on Beador during last night’s episode when she hinted that Bedor’s cheating husband David was happier with the mistress than he was with her!

RHOC Reveals Moment ATV Carrying Flipped Injuring Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson

The Real Housewives of Orange County go for quite the ride on Monday's episode – and PEOPLE has the exclusive First Look.

In celebration of her husband Eddie's birthday, Tamra Judge and fellow Housewives Vicki Gunvalson, Kelly Dodd and Heather Dubrow travel to Glamis, California to hit the sand dunes on ATVs.

After Judge settles into the driver's seat with Dubrow at her right and Dodd and Gunvalson in the back, the ladies receive some safety advice from Tamra's brother, Kenny, before they embark on their roller coaster-like ride up-and-down the sandy slopes. 

"If this thing goes over, the last thing you want to do is stick your hand out," Kenny instructs the women of keeping their hands inside the vehicle.  

"What do you mean if it goes over? Don't say that," Dubrow responds.

Each wearing a helmet and screaming in excitement – and we mean lots and lots of screaming – the women take off and enjoy the winding desert terrain.

Not long after Bravo personalities catch some speed, Tamra says, "Oh s---, I'm scared" before things take a turn for the worse as the ATV flips, Dodd's helmet falls off and the sand-filled video cuts to an eerie silence. 

"I still have nightmares today thinking about what happened," Dodd told PEOPLE Now in August of the crash, which led to medical evacuations for some of the ladies.

"Vicki had a concussion, so did Tamra," she revealed. "It was just a really, really bad accident."
