Lauren Simon Talks Challenges of Going Through Divorce While Launching Perfume Line

TheSun.com:
REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Lauren Simon confessed she has “never worked so hard” as she battles through the heartbreak of her divorce by launching a perfume business to show her daughters they don’t need to be “tied to a man” to succeed.

Fans of the reality show will know the stunning mum-of-two recently split from her millionaire husband Paul, 42.

Yet despite the pair still living together in what she calls a "bizarre" arrangement, she has her sights set on making her saucy unisex scent - along with a racy trailer - go global.

Talking exclusively to The Sun Online the feisty red-head insisted there was "no way" she was going to sink under a swell of emotional turmoil as her life "reached a crossroads."

Instead, she channelled her turmoil to create Lauren Stone One, which she will launch in Marbella next month.
Bubbly TV star Lauren told us: "Be careful what you wish for - I've never worked so hard in my life!

"My life hit a crossroads and it was sink or swim but there was no way I was going under - I'm a fighter.

"I think it's really important for my kids to see that if you've got your own business you can make your own decisions in life.

"You don't have to be tied to a man."

Leanne Brown and Dawn Ward Feud Over a £500,000 Loan Amid Allegations That There is No 'Intention To Pay It Back'

DailyMail.com:
Two Real Housewives of Cheshire stars are said to be at war over a £500,000 loan.

Leanne Brown, 40, who is married to former Manchester United player Wes, 37, is said to have loaned the cash Ashley Ward's wife Dawn, 43.

A source told The Sun on Sunday that money was loaned to Mrs Ward, an interior designer, four years ago and it hasn't been paid back.

Mr and Mrs Brown are now said to be taking legal action against Mrs Ward and the disagreement has jeopardized the friendship between the two.

The source said: 'Dawn asked to borrow the cash. They agreed, but with interest payable after six months.

'It seems to them she took advantage of their kindness and has no intention of giving it back.

'The tension between the pair during filming is palpable. Last week tempers flared on set again and a glass was smashed.'

The Real Housewives of Cheshire to Return for TWO New TV Series in 2017

ManchesterEveningNews.com:
The Real Housewives of Cheshire are to return to TV screens for TWO new series in 2017, the M.E.N. can reveal.

The documentary series about the glamorous lives of wealthy Cheshire WAGs and businesswomen has been a huge hit for ITV’s ITVBe channel since launching in 2015.

Now station bosses have confirmed that series five and six have been given the green light - with filming to start on the new episodes by the end of January.

The last series ended in November with plenty of fireworks between the show’s seven stars - WAGs Tanya Bardsley , Misse Beqiri and Leanne Brown , property entrepreneur Dawn Ward , millionaire’s wife Stacey Forsey , Forever Unique fashion boss Seema Malhotra , beauty salon owner Ampika Pickston and domestic goddess Lauren Simon.

It included particularly nasty rows between Ampika and Dawn while Tanya even called Stacey a “Mrs Bucket” character claiming she looked down on the other girls.

The show also aired plenty of emotional moments for the Housewives, including Misse revealing the breakdown of her relationship with former Manchester United footballer Anders Lindegaard, and Ampika suffering more heartache with relationship problems with her “mystery man”, who has yet to be revealed on the show.

Dawn Ward Convicted of Assaulting Singer Sinitta

Metro.co.uk:
Dawn Ward, star of Real Housewives of Cheshire, has been convicted of assaulting singer Sinitta.

The 43-year-old was found guilty of one count of common assault and bound over £500 for a three-month period following a two-day hearing in London.

Ward was also ordered by the judge to show good behaviour and remain out of trouble during the three months.
The court case revolved around a lunch meeting the pair had at the Belgravia restaurant in April 2015, where they attempted to clear the air following gossip about a friend’s affair.

During the meeting, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard Ward shoved and threw a napkin at a ‘shocked’ and ‘humiliated’ Sinitta.

Reacting to the ruling, Ward told ITV News: ‘I am disappointed the court has found a prod to Sinitta’s shoulder to amount to the lowest form of common assault.

Dawn Ward Cries 'Witch Hunt' After Neighbours Oppose Her Plans to Build a Wedding ...

TheSun.com:
REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward has blamed a “witch hunt” after neighbours opposed her plan to build an extension to her £13.5m mansion, Warford Hall.

The lavish ten-bed home in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, already boasts a cinema, a games room, a beauty salon, a gym, a swimming pool, a bar, seven reception rooms and stables for 15 horses.

Now businesswoman Dawn, 42, who shares the mansion with her husband, ex-footballer Ashley Ward, and their four daughters, wants to add a conference and wedding venue to host up to 60 events per year.

The glam WAG, who already runs a successful interior design company, has been granted planning approval to build an extension, but she still needs approval for a “change of use” for the space, which is currently being used as living and office space.

And neighbours aren’t happy – up to 150 people have objected to her plans, complaining the venue would cause too much noise and disruption in the community.

A final decision is expected to be made at a planning meeting at Macclesfield town hall June 1, which locals are being encouraged to attend.

A letter to neighbours reads: “We feel that by our very presence we may hope to display to members of the committee the strength of feeling there is against what could change forever the character of our peaceful village community.”

Dawn Ward Hit Pop Singer Sinitta After Threatening Her with Champagne Flute, Court Hears

ManchesterEveningNews.com:
Real Housewives Of Cheshire star Dawn Ward attacked pop singer Sinitta during a heated discussion aimed at clearing the air between them, a court has heard.

The So Macho singer, full name Sinitta Malone, is said to have been left “shocked” and “humiliated” after allegedly being shoved and having a napkin thrown at her at the Salmontini restaurant in central London on April 1 last year.

Ward, 42, who is married to former footballer Ashley Ward and features in the ITV reality show, denies one count of common assault at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

The court was shown CCTV of the alleged incident, which shows the pair sitting at a table with two other women and presenter Lizzie Cundy.

Ms Malone, wearing a black dress with white pin-dot pattern and collar detail, and grey heels, took to the witness box to describe the incident.

She said: “She was angry about what I was saying and she has just, you know, gotten angry, and jumped up and sort of shoved me.

“First of all she shoved me in my chest. The second time was like sort of hitting me in the face.

“At the same time I was quite shocked because I didn’t really know what had happened, because I didn’t really expect it to happen at all.”

Bravo Announces New Show: 'The Real Housewives of Cheshire'

Broadwayworld.com:
Media gears up for a new flock of international housewives with the acquisition of "The Real Housewives of Cheshire" premiering Saturday, November 14, at 12 p.m. ET/PT, with additional episodes airing every Saturday also at 12 p.m. ET/PT. Nicknamed the "Golden Triangle," it is known for its expensive homes, famous residents and spectacular countryside. In the premiere, Dawn Ward's annual Crème De La Crème Charity Ball, one of the biggest events on the Cheshire social calendar, quickly approaches but not without a few snafus along the way. It's a whirlwind of panicked last-minute dress fittings and big misunderstandings over tickets as the housewives prepare to make their grand appearance...even if they are unwelcome.
