Marisa Zanuck dumped her husband, Dean, in February and now she's leaving her Bev Hills pad behind too.

The former 'Real Housewives' star unloaded her home for $1,825,000, nearly $100k over asking and just one month after she listed it.

The 3 bed, 3.5 bath house -- listed by Heidi Davis -- is 2,397 sq ft with an open floor plan, hardwood floors and tons of lighting. It's also got a sweet pool and spa setup, and it's just minutes from the Franklin Canyon Hiking Trails.

Marisa Zanuck Files For Divorce From Producer Husband

Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Marisa Zanuck says her marriage has reached its finale.

The glamorous real estate agent filed for divorce from husband Dean Zanuck on Feb. 25 in Los Angeles, court records confirm.

She is asking for joint custody of the couple's 13-year-old son Jack and 11-year-old daughter Darryl.

It was during Season 3 of "RHOBH" that Zanuck famously said her film producer husband wasn't really her "type."

Fellow cast member Brandi Glanville seized on the statement and accused Zanuck of being disrespectful.
Zanuck tried to clear things up on the blog she wrote for the hit Bravo show.

"Sometimes my mouth speaks before my brain thinks, but that's me. Dean actually finds this to be an endearing, amusing and bemusing quality of mine. But you would have to know us to know this," she wrote in January 2013.

Marisa Zanuck Sued By Day Spa

A key player on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" not only shattered the tranquility of a spa, she downright broke it ... this according to a crazy new lawsuit.

Marisa Zanuck runs a real estate company in Bev Hills, which is located next door to Vida Emanuel European Day Spa, which prides itself on a total zen experience.

Marisa -- always one to impress -- decided she needed to spruce up her offices, so a construction crew came in at 9AM and the soothing Enya soundtrack was overpowered by jackhammers.

The spa owner says it was like a war scene ... pieces of her wall crumbled, light fixtures fell off the wall, bottles of fancy oil crashed to the ground ... it was a disaster.

She complained 3 times ... to no avail, and says she was left with no choice but to scream through the broken walls at the workers.

The spa is suing Marisa for thousands of dollars in damages.

And that's not a happy ending.

Marisa Zanuck Confirms She’s Leaving "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"

After one season as a Beverly Hills housewife, Marisa Zanuck is saying goodbye for good to the ladies of 90210, she confirms exclusively to Celebuzz. 

After hinting about a departure in her blog late last month, Zanuck says she is not going to make up any excuses about why she won’t be back for season 4 of the hit Bravo series: “I wasn’t asked back,” she revealed. “It's as simple as that and I'm okay with it.” 

While rumors have run rampant that celebs like Lisa Rinna and Leann Rimes might be filling some empty stilettos, Yolanda Foster has confirmed she’ll be turning up the drama queen for a fourth season. As CB! reported, Adrienne Maloof won’t be part of the new cast, and Lisa Vanderpump and Taylor Armstrongare still up in the air. 

As for Zanuck, she’s at peace with Bravo’s decision and looks forward to the next chapter in her life.

“Housewives was a once in a lifetime experience and I am grateful that Bravo gave me the opportunity to step into their crazy world,” said Zanuck. “I have no regrets and nothing but love for the amazing viewers that were so kind to take time out of their day and reach out to me on Twitter and comment on my blogs. We will definitely keep in touch." 

In fact, Zanuck’s candidness is quite the departure from former housewives Sheree Whitfield and Danielle Staub, who had reportedly both claimed they quit the series despite numerous reports that they were unceremoniously let go. 

The only housewives that are known to have quit the series for their own spinoffs are Bethenny Frankel and Kim Zolciak, while Zanuck's former co-star Camille Grammer and former housewife of New Jersey Dina Manzo left to start a clean slate. 

“Let’s be honest, nobody is going to quit the show unless they have a spinoff because they either need the money or have a business to promote,” Zanuck told Celebuzz. “If a housewife doesn't fall into those two categories, then perhaps she was attracted to the show by the lure of fame and in that case won't be giving it up anytime soon."

Yolanda Foster Confirms That She's Returning To "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"

Casting rumors have run rampant about the upcoming season of "Real Housewives of the Beverly Hills." Adrienne Maloof is definitely out, while many believe Taylor Armstrong and Yolanda Foster's status is up in the air.

Marisa Zanuck Hints That She's Quitting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Adrienne Maloof isn't the only housewife heading for the hills. Marisa Zanuck, who first appeared as a part-time cast member during the third season of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, hinted she's leaving the reality show in her "final" March 26 blog post.

"In truth, I have moved past all of the drama, and I don't want to acknowledge it anymore," Zanuck wrote. She then thanked the show's producers, production assistants and other Bravo staff members.

"I have learned so much from this experience and it has changed my life in ways I couldn't have dreamed. My husband Dean and I have grown closer as we discussed the things I've said on the show. I regret many things that I have said without thinking, but my husband and I are deeply in love and after 16 years we know how we truly feel about each other," Zanuck blogged.

During her stint on the series, Zanuck often shamed her husband during conversations with her costars. Brandi Glanville often called the newcomer out, and even sent her a text message suggesting the spouses give each other a "hall pass" to sleep with other people.

After seeing herself on TV, Zanuck explained her behavior. "Dean is an incredible man and he knew that I didn't intend on hurting him," she wrote. "I am blessed to have him and my beautiful family and I am grateful for their love and support; it means everything to me." (The reality star's husband is the son of the late Richard Zanuck, an Oscar winning producer whose credits included Driving Miss Daisy, Jaws and Alice in Wonderland. Dean's grandfather, Darryl Zanuck, was one of the founders of Twentieth Century-Fox.)

The married mother of two added that she "never had an issue" with Glanville, insisting the "hall pass" text incident was blown out of proportion. "I really connect with Brandi because she says exactly what is on her mind. I do the same thing, and as you know, our unfiltered opinions have gotten us in to trouble," Zanuck blogged. "Despite that, we both have big hearts and are forgiving people.

"I don't think anyone or anything can prepare someone for becoming a part of the Housewives," the real estate admitted. "A Housewife must be many things: she must be media-savvy and tech-savvy. She must think about what she says and its potential impact, she must have a thick skin to handle the constructive criticism and a sense of humor about her to enjoy the creativity of the many writers that blog the show. A Housewife must also recognize that she is not perfect and be willing to learn from her mistakes. If 10,000 people are telling you that you are being a bitch, they can't all be wrong."

Zanuck concluded, "At the end of the day we are all very lucky to have this experience, and our jobs are much easier than all of yours and all of the people behind-the-scenes that work so hard. . . Thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining me on this journey."

Taylor Armstrong Denies Kyle & Kim Richards’ Claim She ‘Lost’ Daughter – Admits To Just Being ‘Tipsy'

Taylor Armstrong is strongly defending herself after the latest episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills seemingly painted her as a bad mom who leaves her daughter Kennedy with friend Kyle Richards far too often and doesn’t always know where the six-year-old is.  And then, there’s the drinking issue…

In her latest blog posted Monday, Taylor begins by writing, “Let’s talk reality. I’m so tired of friends not standing up and supporting one another when they know the truth. This week’s episode makes it look like I wasn’t keeping track of my precious Kennedy. Nothing could be further from the truth. And Kyle knows it.”

Taylor goes on to explain that her nanny was on her way to take Kennedy to her grandparents’ home in Orange County for the weekend, but when she stopped by Kyle’s home to pick up Kennedy’s iPad, which she had left there during a play date with Kyle’s daughter Portia, it was Kyle who suggested that Kennedy go with her and Portia to Kim’s ‘nose coming out party’ so the little girls could play together.

“Kyle is one of my closest friends and she truly has been like a second mom to Kennedy,” Taylor writes. “The nanny was very aware of the strong bond between our families and knew I would have complete confidence having Kennedy with Kyle and family. She made the decision to let Kennedy stay without consulting me. She did let my mother know that Kennedy was with Kyle and would be coming down to O.C. in the morning. I was not called which was unacceptable. My mother assumed I had approved the change in plans.”

Taylor goes on to say she was “shocked on the phone to hear Kennedy was at Kim’s because that was not the specific instruction and plan we had for the weekend. I take my responsibility for Kennedy more seriously than anything. Kyle knows this well, and I am hurt she didn’t communicate this and the facts of the evening when the girls were discussing it at the table at Kim’s.”

Taylor also takes a swipe at busy-body newcomer Marisa Zanuck, who seems to have an opinion about everything.

“Marisa doesn’t know me and doesn’t know Kennedy. I don’t know her and don’t find her interesting enough to want to. She has no business talking about my child,” she writes.

Taylor also takes Adrienne Maloof – a “friend for years” – to task for not speaking up to support or defend her.

“I am not surprised considering her lack of support for both Kennedy and me over the last few years, just disappointed. . .again,” she writes.

Taylor goes admit though that she had been drinking when she called Kim to say she wouldn’t be able to attend the party as she was going away for the weekend with a new man she was falling in love with.

“As for my being ‘tipsy’ when I phoned, I was,” she confesses. “I had been at a business meeting all afternoon and then met my friend, business adviser (and ultimately my boyfriend), John at the Peninsula hotel for a late lunch. He and I had just resolved yet another of the challenges I had been left with and we decided it was worthy of a champagne toast (or two).

Married to Hollywood movie producer Dean Zanuck, the outspoken Hilton & Hyland real estate agent met fellow housewife Kyle Richards 11 years ago when the brunette's husband Mauricio was working at the same firm. Racked sat down with the rising star to talk reality TV, shopping weaknesses and the famed French fashion house that she can't get enough of.

Are you enjoying your time on Real Housewives?
"I love it! It's a lot of fun, but it can also be very stressful. Most of the time I don't think before I speak and can end up hurting someone, which is never my intention. I'm close with Kyle and Mauricio, as well as Brandi and Camille. I'm looking forward to getting to know Lisa and Yolanda more."

What do you enjoy most (and least) about being a real estate agent?
"I absolutely love being a real estate agent in Beverly Hills—I've been doing this for 14 years. It gives me the freedom to be a great mom, and I get to work with some amazing people. Plus, I get a high when I'm working on a deal. The part I like least is the fact that I can go a month or two without a deal, and I'm the kind of person who needs to keep busy!"

Your family is filled with Hollywood players. Do you have any fun movie premiere stories?
"Yes, I did marry into the Zanuck family who is Hollywood royalty. [My husband] Dean and I have been together for 17 years, and in this time we have gone to our share of Hollywood events and premieres. The most recent one I went to was for my father-in-law's [Oscar-winning producer Richard Zanuck] film, Dark Shadows, which was amazing. Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp performed. It was like being at a concert!" 

What's your weakness when it comes to shopping?
"My weakness is definitely jewelry and purses. I can never have enough jewelry in my life, and I've been really into collecting Hermès Birkin bags lately. These two items will always hold their value. I don't spend big money on clothing because clothes get old and go out of style whereas jewelry and classic bags never do."

What are some of your latest big shopping splurges?
"I recently purchased a couple of David Webb pieces—I'm such a fan! And when I went to Paris last month I bought a beautiful Hermès Birkin for myself. Oh, and I just got a new Porsche!"

If you can do more reality TV, what shows would you like to try?
"The only other reality show that I would consider doing would be my own show with my family and sisters. We're all so funny together since none of us have any boundaries. I'd also really love to be on Dancing with the Stars!

Marisa Zanuck Says Taylor Armstrong Is the "Queen of Inauthenticity"

As it turns out, Marisa Zanuck was not impressed with Taylor Armstrong's behvavior on this week's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"Let's talk about Taylor; she seems to be a walking contradiction," Marisa writes on her Bravo blog. "Honestly, how does Taylor tell Lisa to find her a man in one breath and then in the other she starts playing the victim, talking about how she feels guilty dating, etc.? I think [it's] B.S."

Marisa says that, later in the episode, Taylor "is so desperate to get some attention on herself that she starts sticking up for Brandi and yells that they are both are single women and need to stick together."

Apparently, Marisa thinks Taylor is too self-pitying. "Taylor goes on and on about how her deceased husband left her with a mountain of debt and problems," Marisa writes. "OMG.. how often do we have to hear about this!!! Who cares! So over Taylor!"

"The thing that pisses me off is that Taylor is just fake — she is the queen of inauthenticity," she continues.

But Marisa did have some positive things to say about the ladies this week, particularly Brandi Glanville.

"Brandi has been through a lot, and it is great that she can be so open and honest with all of us," Marisa says about Brandi's meeting with Scheana.

Marisa Zanuck Joins The Cast Of 'RHOBH' As 'Friend of the Housewives'

Marisa Zanuck is one of two new additions to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the franchises third season and while Marisa may be new to this group, she is not new to reality TV all together.

The 38-year-old realtor first appeared on Selling L.A. and on top of having a connection to reality TV, she also has a connection to the cast. For the last 14 years, she's worked for Hilton & Hyland which Mauricio Umansky was a part of before he left to start his own company.

Since she knows Mauricio, she will likely have no problem connection with Kyle Richards and her crowd -- or will she? In the sneak preview, Kyle is seen yelling at someone telling them to get their hands off her husband, but as of now, no one knows who it was.

In addition to her day job, Marisa is a mommy of two and the wife of Dean Zanuck, a Hollywood producer. Dean has worked on such films as Road to Perdition and Get Low.

She has established herself in Beverly Hills and now she will establish herself on a successful show. Though Marisa's role is 'friend of the housewives,' she will be seen on plenty of the new episodes and she's in good company. Camille Grammer is also a 'friend of the housewives.'

Last season's 'friend of the housewives' was Brandi Glanville and this year, she was upgraded to an official housewife, so who knows where this role will lead Marisa.

Marisa Zanuck will make her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills debut on November 5. Tune in to see how she fits in with the rest of the cast.
