Lauri Peterson's Son Joshua Set To Go On Trial For Attempted Murder

LATimes.com:
The attempted-murder trial for Joshua Waring, son of former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lauri Peterson, is expected to begin Monday with jury selection.
Waring, 29, is facing three counts of attempted murder and other felony and misdemeanor charges in connection with a shooting at a former sober-living home in Costa Mesa in June 2016, according to Orange County Superior Court records.

Waring could face multiple life sentences if convicted.

His mother was a cast member on Bravo's Orange County-based reality TV series from its debut in 2006 until 2008.
A man identified only as Daniel L. was seriously injured in the shooting in the 2900 block of Babb Street.

Witnesses told police that Waring had left the house, described as a "drug crash pad," after a confrontation with a resident but returned around 2:30 a.m. June 20 in a BMW X3 belonging to his girlfriend, authorities said. Shots were fired at three people outside, authorities said.
Waring was arrested about eight hours later after a police pursuit through Santa Ana.

Alexia Echevarria's Ex-Husband Faces Federal Cocaine Charges in Miami

MiamiHerald.com:
For a guy who escaped an assassination attempt while married to a future “Real Housewives of Miami” television star and who once snitched on a notorious drug kingpin, Pedro Rosello’s arrest proved pretty low key.

Rosello, 52, was picked up last week during a traffic stop in Florida City with two kilos of cocaine that federal agents say he admitted he was going to sell, according to a complaint filed in U.S. federal court.

The five page-complaint, signed by Drug Enforcement Administration special agent Joshua Evans, said agents received a tip last week that Rosello intended to sell five kilograms of cocaine, and they successfully set up a sting on Wednesday that ended with Rosello’s arrest after a traffic stop.

“Rosello gave verbal consent for law enforcement to search the vehicle. A K-9 search was conducted and the K-9 alerted on the rear passenger seat of the vehicle,” the complaint says.

Federal agents said they found two kilos of cocaine under the back seat and that Rosello was taken to the Homestead Police Department for questioning. His first Miami court appearance was on Monday.

For Rosello, last week’s arrest is a footnote to a life story that included marriage to Alexia Echevarria, who went on to the bright lights of television

Once a confidential informant himself, Rosello was more widely known as Luis Mendez during the Cocaine Cowboy heydeys of the 1980s. His nickname was “Pegy.” He once tipped off DEA agents and U.S. marshals to the whereabouts of cocaine kingpin Sal Magluta, who was hiding out as a fugitive at his La Gorce Island mansion in 1991.

The next year Rosello married Alexia Figueredo, as she was then named, who went on to become a “Real Housewives” star. The day their son Pedro was born at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Colombian assassins allegedly sent by Magluta were hunting him down.

Luann de Lesseps Celebrates Her Bachelorette Party Without Real Housewives of New York City Cast Mates, But Jill Zarin and Miami Alums Were There

People.com:
It was girls’ night out on Friday night as soon-to-be-married Luann de Lesseps and 15 of her friends partied at the 51-year-old Real Housewives of New York star’s bachelorette party in Miami!

The event, thrown by Real Housewives of Miami alum Marysol Patton, was held at the famed Peruvian hot spot Coya — where the tight-knit ladies enjoyed a three-course sit-down dinner and an open bar cocktail reception featuring the club’s signature Pisco sour cocktails, a source close to de Lesseps tells PEOPLE.
De Lesseps was all smiles, wearing a sparkly tiara that said “Bachelorette,” a fur shrug and embellished T-shirt that said “Mrs. D’Agostino” — in honor of her fiancĂ© Tom D’Agostino, Jr.

He proposed to her in February with an eight-carat yellow-diamond ring after a few weeks of dating. Their relationship was the fodder for much drama on this season of Bravo’s hit reality show, as D’Agostino, Jr. allegedly had a “friends with benefits” relationship with Housewife Sonja Morgan —and had previously dated Housewife Ramona Singer.

Neither Morgan nor Singer were in attendance at the Miami party. Instead, the night was filled with alums of the Real Housewives franchise, including RHONY’s Jill Zarin and RHOM’s Adriana de Moura and Alexia Echevarria.

All the ladies shared shots of the fun on their Instagram page. It’s the first time Echevarria has been seen out since her husband, Herman, was found dead in his apartment on Sept. 26.

Alexia Echevarria Opens Up About Estranged Husband Herman's Death: "The Last 24 Hours Have Been a Nightmare"

EOnline.com:

It's already been a day since Herman Echevarria Sr.'s family learned about the tragic news of his death. Not only was the 61-year-old father a constant companion for his children, but he was also the patriarch of his family and respected businessman.

Alexia Echevarria, Herman's estranged wife, shares with us how she and her family are coping with the greatest loss they have ever had to face.

"The last 24 hours have been a nightmare for my family and I. It is life once again showing me that at the drop of a hat, things can change. I can't imagine what my life will be like walking into my office every day and not seeing Herman or having our family dinners with the kids and family. We were in this for fifteen years and although we were currently separated and living in separate homes, our spiritual and emotional connection was stronger than ever," Alexia says exclusively to E! News. "I would like to take this time to thank everyone for the incredible outpour of support that has come my way through messages, calls and social media.  I am sharing this image with you that we took this past Father's day because this is how I will always remember US. "

In the photo shared by the Bravo star, we see the pair hugging and caught in the moment.

Herman died Monday morning of natural causes, according to police. His body was found in the bedroom of his apartment at the Epic Residences in Miami. Authorities have closed the case.

Sources close to the family revealed to E! that they believe that the former council member suffered a fatal heart attack.

After 12 years of politics in Hialeah, Florida, Echevarria turned to business and became one of the most important and respected entrepreneurs in Miami.

The couple founded Venue, a Spanish-language magazine, that focuses on the sophisticated lifestyle of today's Latinos. The Real Housewives of Miami co-stars separated in 2015.

Alexia Echevarria’s Husband Herman Echevarria Sr. Found Dead

USmagazine.com:
Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria’s estranged husband, Herman Echevarria Sr., was found dead on Monday, September 26, the Miami Police Department confirms to Us Weekly.

According to E! News, who was first to report the news, and TMZ, Herman was found dead inside a room at Miami’s Epic Hotel. His business partner Gonzalo Gonzalez told the Miami Herald that it’s believed Herman died in his sleep from a heart attack. The Miami police department could not confirm the reports to Us, as an investigation is still ongoing.

“The Echevarria family is heartbroken over the sudden passing of our patriarch Herman Echevarria this morning,” Alexia told Us in a statement. “He was a family man, a hardworking businessman, dedicated to helping others and a pillar of his community that was loved by everyone who’s life he touched. We ask that you please respect our privacy during this time of grieving.”

The couple were both featured on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Miami and cofounded Miami’s Venue magazine.

Us exclusively confirmed in May 2015 that Alexia and Herman had separated after 15 years of marriage. As documented on the Bravo reality series, Herman was a father figure to her two sons, Peter and Frankie, from her previous marriage to felon Pedro Luis Rosello. (Rosello was sentenced to 24 years in federal prison after being part of one of the largest cocaine smuggling operations in the 1980s.)

“It’s uncomfortable to have to speak about my ex-husband, the biological father of my children, after we have been legally divorced for over 17 years,” Alexia wrote in a 2013 Bravo blog post. “As you all know, I've been happily married to Herman for the last 13 years. Peter and Frankie have always lived with me and Herman,” she explained of her situation at the time. “[They] have been blessed with having two fathers in their lives.”

Alexia Echevarria Separates From Husband Herman After 15 Years of Marriage

USmagazine.com:
It’s over. Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria and her husband Herman Echevarria have decided to separate after 15 years of marriage, a source close to the Bravo star confirms exclusively to Us Weekly.

According to the insider, the Venue magazine founders have been separated for a few months now, and had been struggling with serious issues for a couple of years.

Despite their differences, the now-exes, who are currently living separately, will continue to run Venue magazine together. According to the source, Herman will remain a big presence in the lives of Alexia’s sons from her first marriage, Peter and Frankie. (Alexia was was previously married to drug felon Pedro Luis Rosello, who was sentenced to 24 years in federal prison after being part of one of the largest cocaine smuggling operations in the 1980s.)

However, there’s no chance of reconciliation. The insider tells Us that Alexia has contacted her attorney and will be filing for divorce.

The self-proclaimed Cuban Barbie opened up about her marriage to Herman in a 2013 Bravo blog post, crediting the businessman for serving as a father figure to her two sons, whom she shares with Rosello.

“It’s uncomfortable to have to speak about my ex-husband, the biological father of my children, after we have been legally divorced for over 17 years,” she explained to fans after drama about her past marriage aired on the Bravo reality show two years ago. “As you all know, I've been happily married to Herman for the last 13 years. Peter and Frankie have always lived with me and Herman,” she explained of her situation. “[They] have been blessed with having two fathers in their lives.”

Is ‘Real Housewives Of Miami’ On The Chopping Block?

RadarOnline.com:
Is it or isn’t it? That’s the question when we think about whether or not the Real Housewives of Miami will be returning.

After a picture of Alexia Echevarria, Lisa Hochstein, Adrianna de Moura, and Marysol Patton hit the Internet, there were reports that the show would in fact be returning, with Patton even serving as a full-time cast member. But a source tells RadarOnline.com that this isn’t true at all!

“The show is NOT taping,” the source tells Radar, “and, as of now, has neither been renewed or cancelled. It is still in limbo, but I can definitely confirm that the show is NOT taping.”

In fact, the source even goes on to say that the four women are intentionally taking pictures together to spark rumors!

“These four women are intentionally showing up together at events in an attempt to make it seem like the show is back on and stay relevant,” the source continued, “but that’s just not the case. These appearances are all staged.”

Considering the photos might be “staged,” it’s questionable that Lea Black and Joanna Krupa are missing from the picture. The source notes, “That should tell you something right there.”

The idea of Patton returning to the show – should it return – as a full-time cast member would raise some questions, as the network downgraded her position last season.

“Marysol was only on the show for her mother, Elsa, and now that her mother can no longer tape the show, she definitely would not be brought back,” the source added.

Alexia Echevarria Sues Over A Car Accident

RadarOnline.com:
The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria is suing her car insurance company after it allegedly refused to pay her full bill for treatment following a 2010 car accident, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In legal documents in which Echevarria and Mount Sinai Medical Center in Florida filed suit against Infinity Auto Insurance and obtained by Radar, the Bravolebrity claimed she was injured in the accident.

Mount Sinai alleged they treated her for the injuries and the medical bill for their services came out to $2,928.38.

The hospital said they provided a copy of the bill to Infinity multiple times. However, the insurance company has refused to pay the full amount owed for Echevarria’s treatment.

According to the documents, the insurance company owes them close to $600 plus interest for Alexia.

However, the hospital has fired back, claiming Alexia’s policy only covered 80 percent of 75 percent of hospital bills. Mount Sinai has asked for the suit to be dismissed.

A judge has yet to rule in the case.

As RHOM fans know, it’s not the first time Alexia, 46, has been involved in a car accident case: Last year, she sued her insurance company Garcia Lorenzo & Associates for $2 million, claiming they dropped the ball when it came to executing her insurance policy.

After Alexia was hit with massive medical bills following her then 13-year-old son Frankie’s injuries in a 2011 car accident, she said she was left holding the bag due to Garcia Lorenzo & Associates’ shoddy coverage.

Alexia Echevarria Wouldn't Mind If Joanna Krupa Left 'Real Housewives of Miami'

EOnline.com:
Is the fate of Real Housewives of Miami is still up in the air? Not according to star Alexia Echevarria!

Despite various reports that the show has been canceled, Alexia exclusively tells us that season four is happening. "There will definitely be a season four for Miami. I have spoken to producers and they are currently working on dates for taping, since we usually begin taping this time of year we were told taping is being pushed back a little," she spills. "The producers spoke to all of us and told us all the same thing." (A rep for Bravo had no comment.)

So then why was Joanna Krupa helping to spread the rumor that RHOM would not be returning, according to Alexia?

"Joanna has poor comprehension and lack of understanding as to what [the producers] said because what she is telling the media is not what they said," Alexia explains.

And Echeverria seems totally OK with Joanna leaving Miami...and the Housewives franchise altogether. (Joanna has expressed interest in joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.) "Honestly, at this point I really feel very offended by her careless comments towards Miami and her fellow cast mates. She has no loyalty and I do not believe she belongs here or in any of the franchises," she says. "She doesn't belong in Miami because she doesn't really live here and she doesn't belong in BH for obvious reasons."

But Joanna is firing back at Alexia's claims, telling E! News, "Alexia needs to fact check before trying to put words in my mouth that I have never once said. I love Miamiit's one of my homes. I appreciate the show as it saved my relationship and led to a beautiful, fairytale wedding. That's why I love Bravo and the show's producers: they made it happen."
Alexia also addressed the seating drama that went down at the reunion special; Housewives boss Andy Cohen revealed during an "Ask Andy" video, that "there was someone from the Miami Reunion [that] was furious that she wasn't sitting next to me, and she said, ‘Just fire me now. Fire me now. It means I'm getting fired." So who was he talking about? "It was not me! I adore Andy, but sitting next to him does not mean anything, nor is it in an indication of how much he likes you or how important you are to the show," she says. "It is truly a misconception. On the other hand, it makes a lot of sense that Lea or Adriana would have said it because they are so competitive and these kinds of insignificant things mean a lot to them. As a matter of fact, I am happy I sat on the end of the couch and wish I would have had a pair of earplugs."

Alexia Echevarria Says That Lisa Hochstein and Joanna Krupa Were Never Really Friends

Examiner.com:
“The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria called it from the beginning; Lisa Hochstein and Joanna Krupa are not friends in real life. In fact, she didn’t think that there were any genuine feelings between the women at all. And during the reunion, low blows were made that made everyone question their friendship. According to a new Bravo blog published on Nov. 15, “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria is now revealing that the large fight between Lisa and Joanna was very uncomfortable to watch.

“There was one situation that dragged on for about 2 hours of this filming that made me very uncomfortable: Lisa and Joanna’s fighting. I feel that if you are really friends with someone that you don't go around making hurtful accusations about them. Obviously, what I predicted was correct: they were NEVER friends and just pretended to like each other for whatever reason. Not sure they will ever make up after this fight,” Alexia writes.

Of course, many of the friendships seemed to have been turned upside down this season. It seems like many of the friendships are only due to circumstance - them filming the show together.

Joanna Krupa Weds as Season 3 of 'Real Housewives of Miami' Wraps Up

Zap2It.com:
Another season in the Sunshine State comes to a close as "The Real Housewives of Miami" wrapped Season 3 on Monday (Nov. 4) with star Joanna Krupa finally tying the knot with fiance Romain Zago. With Joanna's ending fairly common knowledge, the suspense was left in seeing how things came together for the rest of the ladies.

First off, we must discuss that drive to San Diego from Las Vegas after the ladies "overslept." Has anything ever seen more fake in the history of reality TV? The women supposedly woke up at 11, couldn't find a single flight that would get them to southern California by sunset (a flight that's only 45 minutes long) and had to drive. They pulled over somewhere to make a dramatic phone call and then still arrived on time. There's no way this occurred in reality. Simply no way.

With that complaint out of the way, let's look at how each Wife ended the season:

Adriana De Moura: Adriana really came full circle this season, especially in regards to her relationship with Joanna. Seeing these two bitter enemies come together and enjoy each other's company was a delight, as was seeing Adriana apologize to Joanna's mom for her bad behavior. There may be hope for these two yet. Sadly, it doesn't look as if the same can be said for Adriana and Lea Black. (More on that later.)

Alexia Echevarria: Alexia's storyline this season was entirely centered on her family; particularly, the recovery of son Frankie after his devastating accident. It's been interesting and touching to watch throughout the season, but with the finale squarely focused on Joanna's wedding, it made her feel rather inconsequential. Though she was only away from her family for three days, all of her screen time was spent moping about being away from them, which only worked to highlight how little she really factored into season's events. And Peter's arrival was so beyond staged. Oof.

Lisa Hochstein: After all the drama spurred by Lisa's insane drinking in Vegas the night before was quickly swept under the rug, which was actually a pleasant surprise. It was refreshing to see a fight not turn into some sort of elongated grudge.  The youngest Wife was missing her husband while at Joanna's wedding and the producers tried their hardest to make it look like their marriage was on the rocks, but Lisa spent a majority of the episode beaming over the fact that she and Lenny had found a surrogate to help them have a child. One of this season's most fascinating, if sad, storylines has been watching Lisa struggle with her fertility issues, which is what made the final moment feel like such a punch to the gut. Lisa's season epitaph revealed that she and Lenny lost their surrogate, continuing their struggle. Here's hoping Season 4 arrives with better news for these two.

Joanna Krupa: So, Joanna and Romain made it official. Their vows were sweet (but the less said about the dresses, the better) and Joanna's sister Marta even made peace with her new husband. Between that and her detente with Adriana, Joanna's looking pretty drama-free heading into the reunion specials. Of course, that won't last. There's always an incendiary blog post or tweet to be bitter over.

Lea Black: Lastly, there's Lea. What's there to say about Lea? Throughout her three seasons on the show, Ms. Black has made her fair share of enemies, thanks to her caustic and, at times, off-putting ways. But no rift was more surprising than the one with her BFF Adriana. Lea spun it so that her anger at Adriana was based on the whole secret marriage brouhaha, but it was so clearly about her bruised ego after last season's reunion. Adriana was persona non grata to her because she didn't blindly defend Lea against Ana and Marysol's (mostly true) attack.

Certainly, Adriana didn't spend the season an innocent party, but her apology to Lea, and her willingness to try and rebuild, seemed sincere -- which is what makes Lea's actions in that spa scene on the day of the wedding feel so ice cold. After telling Adriana she wanted to try to make things better, Lea was so transparently bothered by the peace between her former friend and her new compatriot, Joanna, that she did an about face and shut Adriana out. Watching Adrianna cry and basically beg, to no avail, felt uncomfortably real and sad.

Lea always presents herself as the Wife above it all, too mature and put together for these ladies' nonsense. But in this instance, she made it clear that she's possibly the most childish one of all. Not a good look, Lea.

Spare Parts:

- Joanna and Romain haven't slept together again since their wedding night? One: What the what? Two: Why share that?

- Season 2 castoff Karent Sierra got in her final cameo at Joanna's wedding. Thankfully it didn't come with a soundbite.

- Lea's considering running for mayor of Miami on "the platform of cleaning the streets of its trash." HAHAHAHAHA. Maybe she can wrangle Flo Rida or John Rich to sing her campaign anthem.

- Can Marysol Patton return full-time for Season 4, should there be a Season 4? There wasn't nearly enough Mama Elsa this go-round. Here's hoping Elsa's healthy enough for some cameos next year.

- So, who won Season 3's War of the Weddings? Adriana's was wildly insane, what with the required costume change and the inexcusable delays, but Joanna's felt odd, taking place midday in San Diego's unforgiving summer heat.

Rest Of 'Real Housewives Of Miami' Cast Skip Lea Black's Charity Gala

HuffPo.com:
It was supposed to be a time of charity and fun when Lea Black's annual gala rolled around on "The Real Housewives of Miami." But charity and fun weren't on the minds of many of the women in the cast. So it's a good thing Lea had her "all-star" celebrity friends like Lance Bass, Dennis Rodman, drag queen Elaine Lancaster, former "American Idol" Taylor Hicks, and former "Housewife" Karent Sierra. It's a good thing, because the women she shares a weekly show with weren't going to be bothered to show up.

“The Lea Black Victims Club is rolling its way to Party Ville," Marysol Patton said. "She may have a boatload of celebrities, but we have a bus full of [cocktails].”

Lea seemed tired of the same old thing happening over and over again. "It’s a junior high group of haters," she said. "Hating the prom queen. What’d I do? Suck another lemon and join a new hate club. This one’s getting old.”

"You guys need to grow up, because it’s not about winning and losing," Alexia Echeverria told the ladies. But then, she apparently forgot to grow up herself. She flaked on the gala as well, saying that the women made her have second thoughts about it. Lea thought it was sad, because the gala's not about her -- it's about raising money for needy children.

Over at The Stir, Julie Ryan Evans seems convinced this drama was created out of nothing. "I keep waiting to see Adriana and her posse's side of things, and for my eyes to be opened to the evil of Lea Black they profess, but I don't see it," she wrote. "Much more starkly I see their jealousy and pettiness, and it's too bad they sucked Alexia into it.” Buddy TV's Gina Pusateri agreed, saying that it seemed like a collective cry for attention.

Adrianna Sidi and Joanna Krupa's Men Argue On Twitter, Get Into Real Life Fight At Alexia Echevarria's Party

HuffPo.com:
It was the men of Miami who took center stage on the latest episode of "The Real Housewives of Miami."

Now usually, viewers can count on the women to cook up some reason to be at each other's throats on a weekly basis, but this week it was their men. At least the fight was about the women, so they were still involved in some capacity from the beginning.

Adriana and Joanna's fiances, Frederic and Romain, got into a heated argument about their ladies on Twitter, and then they ran into one another at Alexia's magazine party. They quickly picked up in person where they left off online.

“You re-Tweet something, you need to re-Tweet?" Romain accused. "Oh, look at you, you guys must be so unhappy. Look at both of your faces.”

Alexia seemed okay with the fight erupting at her party. As she saw it, "As long as [there are] no bottles flying all over the place or there’s no blood, or there’s no hitting, I’m OK with it. It just gives people another reason to talk about the party.”

Later, Adriana decided that she needed to be involved in the argument after all, so she accused Romain of cheating on Joanna with a Colombian girl. Rather than deny it right away, Romain told her to "shut the f*ck up!"

“Let’s talk about the Columbian girl. He’s sleeping around. He’s been f***ing a Colombian girl!” Adriana said. What she didn't expect was Joanna's response. She said, "Good, good. Good for him if he did.”

Buddy TV's Gina Pusateri sarcastically called the whole thing "pretty classy," while The Stir's Julie Ryan Evans admitted that she loved watching Adriana go "berserk."

Alexia Echevarria Reveals Drug Trafficking Past About Ex-Husband

LatinTimes.com:
Alexia Echevarria revealed a pretty dark secret about her former husband on "The Real Housewives of Miami." The blonde beauty was married before to Peter Rosello, whom she had two children with, Peter and Frankie. Alexia is worried about Peter as he has gotten multiple tattoos and one is referencing his biological father, a rose that "unconsciously" is for Rosello, his last name. This cornered Echevarria to talk to her mother about why Peter is acting like this and revealed, "Peter and Frankie have two fathers, they had Herman and Peter Rosello. When Peter and I got married, I was young, I was naive ... he had like a 'bad boy' lifestyle ... I got pregnant. During that time my ex-husband was involved in a very serious drug trafficking case, where several of the defendants were murdered. He was sentenced to 25 years for drug trafficking."

Over on her Bravo Blog, Alexia further explains why it was so important for her to open up about her first husband. "It’s really difficult to have to talk about something that happened 23 years ago. Something that stirs so many mixed emotions -- happiness, sadness, fear, shame, guilt. Something that no matter how much I tried to hide it, erase it, and forget about it still haunts me today," the 'Housewives' star wrote. "At the same time, it's uncomfortable to have to speak about my ex-husband, the biological father of my children, after we have been legally divorced for over 17 years. As you all know, I've been happily married to Herman for the last 13 years. Peter and Frankie have always lived with me and Herman. Basically my boys have been blessed with having two fathers in their lives."

When Alexia's mother asks her if she feels guilty for giving them this type of parent she replies, "I do. He was in, about 4 or 4 and a half years and when he came home to the house, I got pregnant with Frankie and I made the same mistake again. It's like you wake up and snap out of it and you're like, 'OMG! Is this the life I want to live? Is this the life I want to give to my children?' I think Peter identifies a lot with his dad because Peter feels like he's the bad seed, but I am going to do my very best to make him realize that he is not a bad seed. That he's just a flower ready to bloom."

Alexia Echevarria Opens Up About Her 'Real Housewives of Miami' Co-Stars, Son Peter's Arrest and Real-Life Drama

TV.Yahoo.com:
All the upcoming drama in Alexia Echevarria’s life on "The Real Housewives of Miami" is, tragically, of the real variety. Her youngest son Frankie Rosello continues to recuperate from a major car accident, while her older son Peter Rosello remains a "work in progress" after being charged with felony battery after he punched a sleeping homeless man last year.

Here, we chat with Alexia as she cries, laughs, and sends a message to all the know-it-all critics in the blogosphere.

It can be hard when your friends want to talk about each other and you are in the middle of so many fights. Do we see that come to a head?
I actually like Lea and I like Adriana, and I think they both have a lot of valid points, so they are the only ones that can fix this problem. And it’s really interesting how it unfolds. For me, it's really tough because I kind of analyze both sides, and I can't make anybody change their minds about anyone. And I think it takes time. Sometimes you can't get in the middle so much. And I'm also in the middle between Lea and Marysol, and that is even more uncomfortable because I am very friendly with Marysol, and that is why I have a problem with Lea because it feels like I should pick sides and I have a problem with picking sides. That's just me. I have always been like that. I've always been the girl that gets along with everyone. And there has to be one, don't you think?

Agreed. So when you and Marysol hang out and you get snapped by the paparazzi, do you worry about Lea seeing the pictures?
I don't think about it. Lea loves Herman and my kids, and she always makes it a point to say she loves them, and the other day I go, “What about me? When are you gonna say ‘I love Alexia'?” And I said, “I know what your answer is. You're gonna say, 'I love Alexia when she picks my side.'” We were cracking up. Everybody is the way they are and I respect that. You'll see on the show I can be friends with both of them without being the gossip. I am not the type that talks. That's not my personality, because at the end, you're the one that comes out looking like an ass and you're in the middle.

Joanna did an interview recently where she described Adriana as a con artist. Thoughts?
I could have told you that. It doesn’t surprise me. You have to watch and see why she says that. I don’t see it that way, but it all depends on your relationship. I wouldn't say that, but I guess she got that from Lea. Lea is the one who calls her the con artist.

And she called Marysol boring. What do you think of that?
Um, no. She doesn’t know Marysol the way I know Marysol, and you’ll be watching the real Marysol this season. And I think her storyline is stronger this season, even though she is recurring; she is friendly with me and Adriana, so she has a lot of scenes with us.

Your mother is a riot. Are we gonna see a lot of her?
I’m really privileged to have a mother who is my mother and my friend. She was always more like a friend than a mother. She’s a psychiatrist, she’s like a 30-year-old trapped in... I don’t want to say her age, because she'll kill me. Mentally, she is such a liberal, open-minded person: so much fun, always has something smart to say that makes a lot of sense. She really speaks the truth. And I think I got that from my mom. She spends time here now because of what I have been going through for the last two years. My mother is sort of being like the mediator in the way she can, which is psychologically.

She seems to have a good way with Peter. Is that helpful?
Yes, she is. If she didn’t have problems with her knees and back, she would be going with Peter to clubs because that is her mindset. It’s very easy for him to talk to her. He feels he can talk to her more than he can to me. People feel very comfortable speaking to her.

Does she give you too much advice? Do you ever go, "Mom, lay off, it’s my kid"?
No. You know what, I don't. I have never had that attitude with my mom… You don’t want your kids to make the same mistakes that you made, but some kids will listen and some don’t. Peter makes his own mistakes and learns from them to get where he is today. If I had listened to my mom, I wouldn't have made a lot of mistakes, but you learn from them and turn negative to positive. Life goes on. Being able to get up after you're down and move forward is what is important.

Which of your friends have been there the most for you throughout your ordeals?
Marysol has been, and Anna and I were friendly before. I mean, I am still friendly with her, but I have known her from before the show the most. Lea has been very supportive, too. I like Lea a lot. She just has a weird way of showing that she cares for you. I think that is where she comes off as a tough person. She has a hard time showing her feelings and emotions. But I like her and I get her. She was very good with me and came to visit at the hospital and sent texts and prayers, so I will always appreciate that.

Is it hard to relive things when they hit the web? Peter’s arrest was in April, but it didn’t make headlines for a few months. Do you read the blogs?
First of all, I don’t have a Google alert on me or any of the girls. Nobody knows my life more than me. I do not read what other people write about me. I have never done it, not even in Season 1. I Googled myself once in my life. And you are always gonna see something you don’t like, so for me to stay sane, I don't have a thick skin, so I don't read anything. My husband does. And he is like, "Oh, information is power," but no. Nobody knows what my life is like but me. If anybody is gonna write about it, it's gonna be me. And like I said, that was a turning point. That happened shortly after the homeless incident. Fortunately the case was dismissed, and nothing came out of that, but it was a turning point in my relationship with him and in his whole life, which you'll see in the show. And my relationship with him has gotten him to where he is today, a much better place. But he is a work in progress.

How is he now?
Peter is turning 21, and like I said, all kids are different. These last two years have been very difficult. When you go through this, almost losing your brother, every kid handles it differently. And I left Miami. I had to leave my kid, my home, and Herman and Peter, and focus on Frankie, and it was the only way I could recuperate and recover. So I kind of left everything behind and focused on Frankie. My mother's like, "Your son Peter is suicidal. You need to get involved." And that's when everything started. He was acting out, hanging out with the wrong people. He was pretty much on his own, not knowing whether his brother was gonna make it or not. He was at a very dark, dark place in his life and not caring or valuing his own life or the life of others and made mistakes, but not about of being a bad person or a bad boy, but out of desperation or attention-seeking. I don’t even know. There is no reason for it, besides that he was very troubled. You’ll see how six months later he is in a better place: still a work in progress, recuperated. The Peter I raised and knew, he is. And it's not because I am his mother defending him. He is my son and I will never give up on him. I don’t give up on my children. That's why my children are where they are today. I will not give up on them.

Alexia Echevarria’s Son Arrested...Again

RadarOnline.com:
Peter Rosello, the son of The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria, has been arrested for the second time in a year, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The 20-year-old was busted for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by the North Miami Police Department, Gossip Extra is reporting.

According to the police report, Rosello was a passenger in a Fiat that hit a parked unmarked North Miami PD police car!  When the cops caught up with the fleeing Fiat, they searched the vehicle and found a backpack with a jar full of weed and a pipe.  The cops say Rosello admitted the bag was his.

Last October, Rosello, who has made several appearances on his mom’s reality show, was arrested for a senseless assault.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Rosello got busted after brutally attacking a sleeping homeless man and then posting video of the assault on YouTube, calling it “Hobo Gets Nutchecked!!!”

After pleasing guilty, he escaped jail by agreeing to go into a diversion program for a year, performing 100 hours of community service, apologizing to his victim and donating $1,000 to Florida’s victims relief fund.

Another plea deal on the new arrest is keeping Rosello — an aspiring model — out of jail yet again with another six months being added to his diversion program requirement.

“It wasn’t really his bag,” Richard Sharpstein, Rosello’s lawyer told GossipExtra. “He’s back in the program and once he completes it, his record will be sealed.”

That’s assuming he’s not arrested again.

Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Miami has its new season premiere, Monday August 12 at 9/8c.

Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton Indulge In Celebrity Gossip, Hot Miami Sun

DailyMail.co.uk:
The Real Housewives Of Miami stars aren't known for conservative style.

But on Sunday as Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton enjoyed a sunny day at a Miami beach, Alexia's traffic-stopping buxom swimsuit left her co-star Marysol looking overdressed in comparison.

The pair of reality stars were joined by Alexia's son Frankie and her husband Herman, before retreating for even more fun by the pool at Miami's The Setai.

Alexia opted for a particularly revealing white cut-out one piece, with a cut so low it threatened to reveal more than she probably intended.

The swimsuit was decorated with tassels around the neck, giving it a fun cowgirl feel.
The leggy blonde wrapped a red and white sarong around her waist and wore matching white sunglasses.
She tied her lengthy blonde tresses into a high ponytail, ensuring every bit of her tanned and toned upper body was on show.

Marysol chose a considerably more conservative swimsuit for the outing, which is unusual for her.

It was a black lacy number that reached all the way to her neck, so that not even a single hint of her chest was visible.
The 45-year-old covered up even further with a cream tasselled beach poncho, and shielded her eyes with dark sunglasses.

Adorably, Alexia clutched her son Frankie's hand as the crew strolled onto the beach, putting her motherly love on show.

Alexia sincerely made the beach look like her own catwalk as she stood out among the bunch, and continued to steal the show as the pair of vivacious women lay down to sunbathe.
Whilst Marysol buried her head in her phone, Alexia dissolved into fits of giggles, flashing giant smiles for the camera.

Later, Alexia uploaded an Instagram snap of the two of them at Miami's The Setai pool.

Continuing their fun in the sun, the ladies had moved on to a less sandy location and struck thoroughly choreographed poses to flaunt their bikini bodies.

Both women will be gearing up for the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Miami, which is set to air on August 12 on Bravo.
