Kelly Bensimon Is Now an Empty Nester
BravoTV.com:
Kelly Killoren Bensimon's daughter Sea has started her second year of college and now her youngest daughter Teddy is off to college too, which leaves The Real Housewives of New York City alum (and new real estate agent) back at home with their dog, Fluffy.RELATED: Former RHONY Star Kelly Bensimon Says “Bad Things” are Happening to Bethenny Frankel Due to Karma, Claims She Used Carole Radziwill’s Ghost Writer and Revisits ‘Scary Island’
"Empty nester vibes," Kelly posted on Twitter. "First night without my kids at home..."
That's a completely common parental sentiment, and it's often accompanied by a river of tears and sad emotions, but since Kelly accompanied it with a photo of herself beaming in a bikini (click here to see), she seems to be rather okay with the new normal.
Kelly has been anticipating the empty nest for a while now. She told New York Post in February 2018 that "it’s off to the races” when it comes to her dating life once both her daughters are out of the house. She even teased her potential online dating profile: “I’m an empty nester and I’m ready to do almost anything!”

Tinsley Mortimer Shares an Update on Her Friendship with Carole Radziwill
BravoTV.com:
Things change faster than a New York minute on The Real Housewives of New York City. Just when it seemed like Carole Radziwill and Tinsley Mortimer were closer than ever last season of RHONY, we come to find out that perhaps they're not as tight as we thought at the reunion (clip above).RELATED: Tinsley Mortimer Reveals What's Really Happening In Her Relationship with Scott Kluth
Though it seemed like Carole and Tinsley weren't exactly seeing eye-to-eye on their relationship at the reunion, you might be glad to know that their friendship hasn't skipped a beat in the time since the Big Apple bunch came together for this sit-down. "I have been in touch with Carole a little bit. I saw her a little bit ago and saw Baby Dog, her doggy. But I haven't seen her so recently, but I have been in touch with her recently, yes," Tinsley told The Daily Dish on the red carpet of the Tribeca TV Festival's Tribeca Talks: Ten Years with The Real Housewives of New York City at Spring Studios in Manhattan on Sunday, September 24.
Tinsley went on to confirm that she and Carole are still good friends today. "Yes, we're definitely good," she said. "I've just been really busy recently and just haven't seen her very often, but no, our friendship is still good."
Carole showed some love to Tinsley and clarified why she said the two aren't "thick as thieves" at the reunion on Twitter. "[Tinsley] is a great girl and as I said I like her very much but I haven't seen her outside filming the reunion since May," she explained. "I do not think she thinks of me as her bestie or inner circle of friends. Period. #truth."

Is Bethenny Frankel Leaving 'Real Housewives of New York'?
With everything that went down at the reunion, the ongoing drama with her kid's dad and the loss of her boyfriend a few weeks ago, I'd be shocked to see Bethenny come back.

Carole Radziwill Addresses Rumors That She's Joining "The View"
BravoTV.com:
We're all eager to see what's next for Carole Radziwill following her departure from The Real Housewives of New York City this summer. However, she recently took to Twitter to set the record straight on a gig she won't be taking in the near future.RELATED: Carole Radziwill Throws More Shade At Bethenny Frankel In ‘RHONY’ Farewell Message
Carole shot down rumors that she would be joining The View. "Lol..how rumors start. I was having lunch with my old ABC News pal from my days with Peter Jennings and people just start talking nonsense," Carole responded to one fan's tweet bringing up the rumors, which has since been deleted. "I watch The View and I've been a guest but that is not the direction I'm heading. Stay tuned."
As RHONY fans know, Carole goes way back with ABC News. She landed an internship at ABC News in 1988, which kicked off her long career in journalism. Carole would go on to work with Peter Jennings' documentary unit and the newsmagazine shows Primetime Live and 20/20, which would garner her three Emmy Awards, a Robert F. Kennedy Humanitarian Award, and a GLAAD Award. She paid tribute to Jennings on what would have been his 80th birthday on August 7.

Carole Radziwill Leaves 'Real Housewives of New York': 'I'm Thrilled to Leave Frenemies Behind'
People.com:
Carole Radziwill is saying goodbye to Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City.Carole won't come right out and say it, but I believe she's really leaving because of Bethenny and whatever happened at the reunion.
The 54-year-old award-winning journalist and best-selling author will depart the hit reality series, which she joined in season 5, she revealed exclusively to PEOPLE.
“After six seasons on Bravo’s RHONY, I have decided to return to what I do best — journalism and producing,” Radziwill told PEOPLE in a statement.
“I am sure this does not come as a surprise to any of the viewers, all of whom have been supportive, encouraging, and kind,” she added. “My original curiosity about reality television has waned over the years and I am focusing on TV and writing projects that better suit my more steady temperament.”
She ended her statement with sincerity and wit. “I have worked with amazing producers, made great friends, and I’m thrilled to leave frenemies behind,” Radziwill wrote. “I will remember this entire experience with delight, humor, and a veracious accuracy. Next.”

Carole Radziwill Says 'The Real Housewives of New York City' Ladies Need a "Friendship Break"
Bravo.com:
The Real Housewives of New York City had some four-alarm drama this week — Dorinda “not your family crest” Medley and Sonja “it is my family crest” Morgan (say “family crest” again and watch everyone rip their own hair out and eat it), Tinsley Mortimer fighting with Bethenny Frankel (something about a wedding dress, sorry “family crest” still ringing in ears), and Luann de Lesseps fighting with Ramona Singer (Tom/drinks/Harry).RELATED: Carole Radziwill Reveals the Toughest Part of RHONY & Why She’s Less Dramatic than Her Co-stars, Plus Is She Still Hooking Up With Ex Adam Kenworthy?
Then, like a game of musical chairs, they switched it up. Dorinda fought with Bethenny, Carole fought with Bethenny, Bethenny fought with Bethenny, Bethenny's walls went up, and on and on until my head fell off, rolled across the floor, and was later discovered by police muttering "family crest" all on its own.
But amidst all the screaming and yelling, there was some non-aggressive talk of friendship breaks. Carole introduced the idea, telling some of the ladies they needed a break from some of the other ladies, but that’s impossible to do when your job is to be with these ladies on camera and fight. Why does Dorinda care about Sonja’s crest anyway? You’d think those giant crystals in the lounge area of the spa would have calmed them all the eff down, but no. Useless.
Carole's onto something. Maybe after this season everyone takes a breather, yes?
It’s possible to take a friendship break without breaking up forever. In fact, it can even be healthy and, when you return to each other, you may both have a new perspective on the relationship. We’re not talking about what can happen during life changes, like moving, babies, or growing apart naturally. Sometimes friendships need a break if, during recent “conversations” the decibel of your voice can only be topped by a plane taking off. Or if you're leaping from the dinner table like an MMA fighter out to destroy family crests.

Carole Radziwill On Why She Joined 'Real Housewives of New York City'
Bravo.com:
Carole Radziwill is aware that she can seem like one of the most serious of all the ladies on The Real Housewives of New York City.RELATED: ‘RHONY’ Star Carole Radziwill Doesn’t Feel Bad For Trashing Bethenny Frankel – It’s Her Job!
"I’m a very rational person — it’s the way my brain thinks, by nature and training. I’m a journalist," she explained in an interview with Refinery29. Despite this perception, she admitted that she joined the show in an effort to become more lighthearted.
“My young life was filled with very serious endeavors," she said. "I was very intense in my 20s and 30s, and I just thought, When I’m 80 and look back at my life, if this [RHONY] is the silliest thing I’ve ever done, I’m totally okay with that. The show balances that out. I don’t think I could do it if I didn’t have that foundation.”
However, Carole decided at the beginning that she wouldn't try to create a new persona.
“I knew who I was," she said. "I wasn’t prepared to pretend to be anything I wasn’t. In fact, I downplayed a lot of my background and my career. At that time, I felt good about myself, and I thought, I’ll show that to the world a little bit and it’ll be fine.”
Carole also made a point to avoid the pitfalls of reality television.
“There’s a lot of faux indignation on those shows, like women are morbidly wounded for not being invited to a brunch," she revealed. "I don’t play into it.”
