Luann de Lesseps Begged Bethenny Frankel's Boyfriend Dennies Shields for $6M Before Second Intervention

In Wednesday's all-new episode of the Bravo series, de Lesseps met up with Housewives Bethenny Frankel and Sonja Morgan, new "friend of" Barbara Kavovit and another close friend to thank them for convincing her to return to rehab in July 2018.
While the former Countess had previously been sober for a few months following her first court-mandated stay in rehab, predicated by her 2017 Christmas Eve arrest, a legal dispute with her children about the ability to sell a home sent her into a tailspin.
"I had been sober for months, and gradually I had a glass of wine here, a glass of wine there, and then having this lawsuit with my kids was the straw that broke the camel's back," she confessed. "I polished off two bottles of Rosé and that still wasn't enough."
It wasn't long before her friends realized something was up when she began begging them for $6 million to buy an 8,000-square-foot mansion in upstate New York, Kavovit revealed, asking, "Who does that?"
"That night on intervention weekend, there was an emergency," Frankel added. "Luann had been making a lot of irrational financial decisions. Then she got mad at me, because she was telling everyone, 'Oh Bethenny is a bad person, she won't give me $6 million for this house.'"

The “RHONY” star has not completed any of the four requirements assigned to her as part of her no-jail deal for her Christmas Eve ’17 drunken freakout in Palm Beach, Fla. — where she kicked a cop and shouted “I’m going to kill you all”— her New York probation officer complains in the Feb. 4 documents.
De Lesseps, 53, has missed half of her community service hours, skipped her sobriety class, and has not provided proof of attending AA meets, reveals the document — a six-month probation compliance report.
“The Countess” admitted in August to battery, trespassing and “disorderly intoxication” to avoid a jail sentence for getting busted with a man in a Palm Beach hotel room where neither had permission to be.

Luann de Lesseps Says Sobriety Hasn't Changed Her

“I feel amazing,” de Lesseps, 53, told PEOPLE on Thursday night at the launch of her statement necklace collection with SuperJeweler. “I’ve gotten so more accomplished in the last six months than I have in the past couple of years! I mean, really — I’m just more on my game, more present, and more clear-headed. It’s crazy what not waking up with a hangover will do to you!”
De Lesseps has brought her new attitude to RHONY, with the Bravo show currently filming its eleventh season. She says it’s helped her handle conflicts between her and other cast members. “When you’re sober, you can deal with everything a lot better,” she says. “Things that used to rock my boat don’t rock my boat as much.”
That doesn’t mean fans will lose sight of the Countess they’ve come to know and love.
“I’m still having a good time,” she says. “I’m cool and I have a good time with the women just like before. And the women don’t feel like they have to walk on eggshells around me, which is nice. I don’t make a big deal about it. They were like, ‘Can I have a glass of wine [around you]?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, go ahead!’ ” So they kind of forgot about it.”

Barbara Kavovit (Allegedly) Joining ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ for Season 11

Kavovit, who runs an on-the-go bag business called DIYva, is friends with longtime cast member Luann de Lesseps. The two women recently stepped out together at the Bluebird London grand opening party in NYC on September 5.
Fans may also remember Kavovit’s off-camera conversation with Carole Radziwill about de Lesseps’ relationship with her then-fiancé, Tom D’Agostino Jr., during season 9 of RHONY. While Kavovit did not appear on the episode, which aired in May 2017, Radziwill’s mic picked up their conversation at a mutual friends’ holiday party.
“I think she has something to prove,” Kavovit told Radziwill at the time about de Lesseps’ upcoming New Years Eve nuptials. “She’d rather go through with it and get divorced than call it off.”
According to reports, Kavovit tried to prevent Bravo from airing her conversation with Radziwill at the time. De Lesseps, meanwhile, did split from D’Agostino Jr. after only seven months of marriage in August 2017.
Kavovit may be a full-time cast member, per the source, but it’s too early to tell. News of her casting comes two months after Radziwill left the show following six seasons as a full-time cast member. While her former bestie Bethenny Frankel implied that she was fired, the former journalist stood by her claims that she made the decision to exit the series.

Luann de Lesseps Avoids Jail for Drunken Christmas Meltdown

A Palm Beach County, Fla., judge signed off on a plea deal that avoids jail time for the “Real Housewives of New York” star on Wednesday morning, per court documents obtained by Page Six.
De Lesseps agreed to plea guilty to battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication in exchange for the felony charge against her being reduced.
She will also perform 50 hours of community service (with at least 10 hours per month) and attend two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week in New York, per the deal. The “Countess and Friends” star will also attend a Mothers Against Drunk Driving victim impact class and she cannot use drugs or alcohol.
She will be required to submit to random testing throughout her year-long probation.
De Lesseps, 53, already wrote an apology letter to the cop she hit.

That's not the only real estate news going down in Luann's life as of late. During an appearance on Megyn Kelly TODAY this month, she confirmed that she was keeping her home in the Hamptons after flirting with the idea of selling the property and buying a home upstate in the wake of some drama with her family regarding that move.
This summer, Luann completed her second stay in rehab, during which she missed the Season 10 reunion taping for RHONY. She recently addressed her absence, sharing, "Wish I could’ve been there but #Healthfirst."

With everything that went down at the reunion, the ongoing drama with her kid's dad and the loss of her boyfriend a few weeks ago, I'd be shocked to see Bethenny come back.
