Alexis Bellino appears to have found love again after finalizing her divorce from Jim Bellino back in August. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum went Instagram official with her new man, Andy Bohn, over Super Bowl weekend — and she even teased that they have some big plans for the future. The revelation came after sharing a snapshot in which he appeared to be cradling her belly: "No I’m not preggers, he is holding my hand. But we wouldn’t mind one more in the future."

She also captioned the photo with the hashtags: #loveisintheair and #myforever.

The Bellinos first announced their separation in June 2018 after 13 years of marriage. They are parents to three kids, James, 12, and 10-year-old twins, Melania and Mackenna. They confirmed at the time, "We have agreed on 50/50 custody of the children, and we ask that you respect our privacy by not theorizing about the reasons for our divorce."

Shortly after she and Jim confirmed their split, she vowed to "make a brand new ending" — and with a new love in her life, she seems to be keeping that vow. She also moved into a new home in the Orange County city of San Juan Capistrano while in the middle of the divorce.  She bought the home with Jim for $1.3 million before their filing, and the deed was later put in her name.

Shannon Beador can breathe a huge sigh of relief. A judge just threw out a $1 million lawsuit that Jim Bellino filed against her for defamation – and inside sources claim the Real Housewives of Orange County star is “completely relieved.”

Bellino, who was married to former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino, sued Beador and Tamra Judge for comments they made following his divorce. He claims they destroyed his reputation and wanted a $1 million payout in restitution.

“I’m relieved the judge agreed with our position,” Beador shared.

An insider told Radar Online that Beador considered the lawsuit a complete waste of time and resources. The RHOC star thought Bellino had no chance of winning the case and was only looking to drag her name through the mud.

Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador are asking Jim Bellino for some receipts! After Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband claimed their words cost him $1 million in damages, the Real Housewives of Orange County stars are demanding he prove his accusations.  

Documents obtained by The Blast Opens a New Window. show that both of the Real Housewives of Orange County costars are calling into question his claims that they harmed his trampoline brand named SkyZone.

Shannon claimed that Jim’s allegations that “visitors who regularly visit SkyZone no longer do because they have heard that ‘people get paralyzed there” does nothing “to link Ms. Beador to any purported loss of business.”

Both women believe the declaration he filed is nothing but a “self-serving statement” and argued that he provided no evidence to back up his claims against them.

“Bellino should have presented a declaration from any such investor or presented another writing as a business record that proves his assertion,” Shannon said. “Instead, he rests solely on his own statement. It stretches credulity to believe that an investor would be swayed in making a business decision by a comedic performance in a comedy club.”

Shannon Beador doesn’t have the time or money for Jim Bellino.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star filed court documents in Bellino’s ongoing $1 million defamation lawsuit against her and Tamra Judge, telling the judge that Bellino has no right to her text messages and emails and that he shouldn’t be allowed to depose Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley, per court papers obtained by The Blast.

Beador argued that if Bellino is allowed to depose the couple and seek documents from her she will have to spend tens of thousands of dollars for his “fishing expedition for information irrelevant” to his lawsuit as she does not believe that the couple “will be able to provide any admissible evidence of any ‘anger’ or ‘ill will’ that [she] harbors against the Bellinos.”

Beador, 54, also wants the suit dismissed on the basis that she joined the Bravo hit in 2014 after Bellino, 56, and his ex-wife Alexis left the franchise and that her statements were not defamatory towards him.

Alexis and her former fling, Jim, filed docs in California Monday officially signifying their marriage is a wrap.

TMZ broke the story ... Jim filed for divorce in June, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple married on April 16, 2005.  

It's the second divorce for Alexis, who joined 'Real Housewives' in season 5 before leaving the show in 2013. She married her college sweetheart in 2002, and they split in 2004.

Jim is also going after 'RHOC' stars Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador ... filing a lawsuit against the women last month and suing for more than $1 million in damages for allegedly lying about his trampoline business and calling his divorce fake.

Real Housewives of Orange County alum Alexis Bellino and her husband, Jim Bellino, have broken their silence regarding their split one week after Jim filed for divorce.

“It is with heavy hearts that we inform the public of our mutual decision to end our marriage — but it’s important to us that you know we made this choice together, with love, and as the best decision for our children’s future,” the two said in a joint statement to Us Weekly on Thursday, June 28. “We hold one another in the highest regards as spouses, and especially as parents. Us Weekly confirmed on June 21 that Jim had filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and is asking for spousal support from Alexis, who starred on RHOC for three season from 2009 to 2013. They share three children: 12-year-old old son James and 10-year-old twin daughters Melania and Mackenna.

Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” personality Alexis Bellino, through a California corporation that lists her as president, has sold a home in San Juan Capistrano for $2.739 million.

The Spanish-inspired house, built in 1991 and since updated, sits on a cul-de-sac with a swimming pool, two spas and a waterfall feature. Dark wood beams, black-hued chandeliers and light marble floors give the roughly 6,450 square feet of interior space a contemporary vibe.

A formal dining room with a fireplace, a wood-paneled office, a game room, four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms are among the living areas. An updated kitchen centers on a marble-topped island.

Another area holds a wall of glass-paneled cabinets filled with handbags and accessories.
French doors open to balcony and terrace space for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Lawns, mature trees and a five-car garage complete the grounds.

The property came to market in the summer for $3.288 million and was listed at $2.939 million prior to the sale. It previously changed hands five years ago for $2 million, records show.

Lauri Peterson's Son Josh Faces Additional Criminal Charges

The son of a former star on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is facing nearly a dozen new criminal charges linked to an attempted-murder case.

Joshua Waring, 27, the troubled son of former reality TV personality Lauri Peterson, was initially charged in June with attempted murder for allegedly shooting a 35-year-old man in the lower torso in Costa Mesa.

Two other victims, a man and a woman, were standing nearby but not hit, prompting prosecutors to file two additional attempted-murder charges.

Waring refused to come out of his jail cell for his first court appearance, but in July he appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to the charges, court records show.

This month, prosecutors filed nine new felony charges related to the case, including discharging a firearm at a home, assault, battery, reckless driving and resisting arrest.

Waring has denied the new allegations and is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 28. His attorney, Ray Chen, could not be reached for comment.

After the alleged shootings, Waring led police on a chase in a stolen BMW, authorities said. After getting into a traffic accident, he took off on foot near Fourth and Terminal streets in Santa Ana and tried to hide in a store before surrendering, authorities said.

A resident of San Juan Capistrano, Waring has a history of mostly drug-related charges. He has been arrested in the past on suspicion of assault and spousal battery and has several cases pending in Orange County Superior Court.

Alexis Bellino Buys A $3.65 Million Dollar Home In San Juan Capistrano

Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” personality Alexis Bellino and her husband, Jim, have bought a home in San Juan Capistrano for $3.65 million.

Set behind gates at the end of a cul-de-sac, the estate centers on a hacienda-style main house built in 2003. A three-bedroom guesthouse, a 2,000-square-foot barn and a 400-square-foot covered pavilion also lie within the grounds.

Within a single story of living is a great room with a stone fireplace, a center-island kitchen, an office/den, a game room with a bar, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Including the guest house, there is nearly 7,300 square feet of living space.

Outdoors, a wide loggia opens to a saltwater swimming pool with a raised spa and a fountain feature. A bocce ball court, a fire pit, sprawling lawns and a citrus grove fill out the setting. A circular motor court with another fountain feature sits off the entrance to the home.

The estate came up for sale in May for $3.8 million and sold in about two months. It previously changed hands four years ago for $3.05 million, records show.

Lee Ann Canaday of RE/MAX Fine Homes represented both ends of the deal, according to the multiple listing service.

Bellino, 39, joined the cast of the Bravo reality series in 2008 and was a regular on the show through its eighth season.

When Lydia McLaughlin starred on The Real Housewives of Orange County’s 8th season, the fervent Christian clashed with costars Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley. But in her upcoming book, the Beverly Hills Lifestyle managing editor, 33, reveals she is now at peace with the controversial couple, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

“During filming I mostly argued with Gretchen and Slade,” McLaughlin, married to entrepreneur Doug, 33, writes in Beyond Orange County: A Housewives Guide To Faith & Happiness, out on April 14. “But Doug and I have gone on double dates with them once we stopped filming, and consider them true friends!”

She even dedicated her Christian advice book/memoir in part to the pair, who were booted off the Bravo series in 2013.

“I am thankful for the friendships with Alexis, Jim, Gretchen, and Slade that continue to grow,” she says in the acknowledgements, also referring to former cast member and longtime friend Alexis Bellino, 38, and her husband Jim.

McLaughlin infamously lashed out at Smiley, 41, on camera when he made a comment about her pin thin frame.

Rossi, 36, hit back at McLaughlin for calling out her fiancée, snapping “I really want to be friends with you and cool with you … but now you’re starting to upset me.”

McLaughlin left the series after just one season, telling Star magazine she wanted to have a third child out of the spotlight.

She welcomed son Roman Scott on November 4, 2014.

From the extravagant lifestyles to the constant catfights, viewers can’t get enough of the reality TV juggernaut. And while some Housewives are beloved by fans, others have more Internet trolls than actual Twitter followers.

Case in point: “Beverly Hills” alum Brandi Glanville.

During Tuesday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the tension between Glanville and Kyle Richards came to a head. While jabs below the belt aren’t anything new — especially when it comes to the leggy blond — coming between two sisters is quite another matter. With Richards’ relationship with older (and troubled) sister Kim now in jeopardy, it seems Glanville is better at stirring up drama than keeping her friendships intact.

But 90210’s resident pot-stirrer isn’t the only Housewife whom viewers have come to detest.

Although the mother of three was reportedly fired from the series years ago, a new report claims she may be headed back.

On January 21, LALATE reported the following.

“St. Louis resident Jim Edmonds is now following all current RHOC cast members on Twitter. But he is also following former cast members as well. Why is Jim Edmonds following Alexis Bellino on Twitter? Bellino is from Missouri, and Edmonds, born in So Cal, is a resident of Missouri. So is Alexis going to be filming with RHOC this season? That remains unclear.”
“Yet, if you think that Jim Edmonds was following Alexis before this season just because of their Missouri connection, think again. Twitter reveals Jim just started following Alexis in the last few days.”

At the end of last year, as reported by the Inquisitr, Alexis Bellino had allegedly led fans to believe she was coming back to The Real Housewives of Orange County through her postings on social media. However, at the time, a source insisted to Radar Online that Bravo had no interest in bringing Bellino — or any other former members of the show — back for Season 10.

“Alexis is desperate for attention and by posting it likely is trying to get people think she is returning to the show, but she is not. Don’t believe what you see there. None of the old housewives will be coming back to the show for this season. Bravo has no interest in their story lines, which is why they were gone in the first place!”

Weeks after the story was shared, a second report surfaced, claiming Bravo was interested in bringing Jeana Keough back to the series. Days later, Keough confirmed the news on Twitter, telling fans she was “thinking” of returning to the show.

Of Keough’s possible return, a source told Radar Online the following.

“Bravo has reached out to Jeana. They have asked her what is going on in her life with the hopes of understanding what a potential story line for her could be.”

Speculation reached a fever pitch this week when Vicki Gunvalson and former housewife Alexis Bellino posted chummy pics of a girls’ night out, leading some to guess that she would return to the show. Does this mean that Bellino is re-joining the show, which is rumored to start taping next month? “No way,” an insider close to the show claimed.

While Gunvalson may be playing nice with Bellino, she certainly has her hands full with other drama. As Radar reported, she accidentally posted a photo of her bare breasts on Thursday. Not long before, her on-again off-again boyfriend Brooks Ayers was caught on video admitting to being violent with and cheating on Gunvalson.

Tamra said the attack by the women reminded her of a trip she, Alexis and other other girls took to Costa Rica where Alexis was called fake and a show off.

At that time, Alexis left the table and was crying in her room. “I want to publicly apologize to Alexis for being any part of that night,” Tamra wrote. “I had no idea how bad it hurt to have so many people coming at you like that while being so far from home. But now I do and have learned so much. Like that saying goes — ‘karma is a bitch!’

In a statement to RumorFix,  Alexis says, “Thank you for your apology, Tamra. I forgave you long ago. Next time maybe pick up the phone instead of doing it publicly, which feels more for attention than sincerity.”

Alexis Bellino Hints That She's Returning to TV

We were pretty sad when Bravo decided not to ask Alexis Bellino to return for Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Orange County. We’d gotten to know our favorite blonde bombshell for four seasons and saying goodbye is always hard. But what’s this we hear about a return to television for Alexis? Read on to learn more!

“After a looooong day of filming, we deserved this dinner last night @gnsforever! You look gorgeous, but exhausted! Lol!! #backtowork #funday #la #cabtwaittoshare,” Alexis captioned a photo of her and pal Shawn Bowman having a few drinks.

Of course Alexis looks fierce in her black-and-white dress while her friend is rocking a fuschia top. Homegirl always looked stylish on RHOC, so it’s not surprising that she’s still dressed to the nines. But what could she and her bestie be filming?

It looks like we might have to wait to hear it straight from Alexis herself, because she hasn’t yet revealed what she is working on. We’d imagine there’s no return to RHOC in the cards for her, and since she doesn’t have any non-reality credits on her IMDb page, it would probably be a non-scripted show. That being said, perhaps she’s following in former co-star Heather Dubrow’s footsteps and scooping up some awesome guest roles on network TV.

Either way, we seriously hope to see Alexis on our TV screens in the near future. It’s barely been a season since she’s been gone and we miss her already!
