Porsha Williams is a mom! 

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has given birth to her first child with fiance Dennis McKinley, her younger sister confirmed on her Instagram Story on Friday.

The couple's daughter, named PJ, was born at 1:36 p.m., weighing 6 lbs., 15 oz., and measuring 20 inches long, according to People. 

Williams and McKinley announced her pregnancy in September. In October, the pair announced their engagement and revealed they were expecting a baby girl.

Porsha Williams worried about keeping her pregnancy a secret during a girls' trip to Florida on Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.

It may have been the least of her worries as the 37-year-old reality star was attacked over her relationship with Dennis McKinley before they even reached their holiday home in Destin.

She was forced to admit that she lied about having a 'strict, monogamous relationship' with Dennis since they met six months earlier.

Porsha also was confronted with the fact that 'Sherri with the lips,' one of the women whose names was tattooed on Dennis, only split from him six weeks earlier, rather than six months.

Porsha Williams Is "Home Sweet Home" Following Brief Hospitalization

UPDATE (Nov. 6, 2018, 3:51 p.m.): On Tuesday afternoon, Porsha confirmed on Instagram that she has been put on a week of bed rest after visiting the hospital last weekend, but did not further elaborate on her condition.

Porsha Williams confirmed that she is "home sweet home" after a brief hospitalization over the weekend. Pal Nene Leakes first shared the news of the pregnant Real Housewives of Atlanta radio host's visit to the hospital on Instagram, and on Monday, the mom-to-be thanked fans for their support. "Thank you so much for all [your] thoughts and prayers," Porsha wrote on Instagram Stories; however, she did not confirm why she was hospitalized.

When NeNe addressed the hospitalization on Monday on social media, she did note that Porsha's baby is fine: "Send some prayers and good vibes to our Tink Tink @porsha4real today #goodvibesonly #babyPJisdoingfine #aunteenene #babyboom."

Porsha is currently expecting her first child with fiancé Dennis McKinley, whom RHOA viewers got to meet during Sunday's Season 11 premiere.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 47, gave birth to daughter Brooklyn Doris Daly at 9:39 a.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 4, PEOPLE can exclusively report. The baby girl weighs 5 lbs. and 12 oz.

It’s the first child for Moore and husband Marc Daly, who gave their daughter a name that holds special meaning.

“Brooklyn because that’s where we met and fell in love, and Doris after my grandmother who passed away last year and who raised me,” Moore tells PEOPLE.

Mom is doing well and “Brooklyn is very alert and active,” but the happy news also comes after scary few days for Moore.

The former Miss USA, who conceived through in vitro fertilization, gave birth via emergency cesarean section after revealing on Oct. 27 that she had tested positive for preeclampsia — a pregnancy complication that caused her to gain “17 lbs. in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine.”

Porsha Williams is pregnant.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star announced the news on Wednesday.

"I am happy, healthy…and pregnant!" the mother-to-be wrote on Instagram along with the hashtags #Blessed, #BabyMckinley and #DM, which are the initials of her boyfriend Dennis McKinley.

This is the couple's first child together. According to People, the 37-year-old reality star revealed the happy surprise to her beau on his birthday back in July. 

"The pregnancy came from the left, but it definitely has brought us closer together," she told the magazine. "Because you realize, when it sets in, that you are actually bringing a life to this world—that you have become [a] family overnight. So, now a lot of the things that we had talked about are a reality, and we work really hard at wanting to be a good couple and build a strong foundation for our new family that we're going to have. "

While Williams said she was "excited" about the news, she also admitted she was a bit fearful, especially considering she suffered a miscarriage about six years ago.

"I've had a miscarriage before in my past, which I've also been open about because I suffer with fibroids and had to have a myomectomy," she told the People. "So just the fear of, ‘Is the baby going to be okay? Will I make it full term?' All those questions that you ask if you've had a miscarriage before."
