Lea Black Talks Like After 'Real Housewives' and Advising Joanna Krupa To Drop Lawsuit Against Brandi Glanville

HuffPo.com:
When Real Housewives of Miami failed to return for a fourth season, there was never an official “cancellation” announcement from Bravo. Some viewers speculated that the series was on hiatus and could magically return. However, enough time has passed with enough Housewives (of other cities) to entertain that most fans are not counting on it. Despite the absence of Miami on Bravo, the name of one of the cast members, Lea Black, has recently become synonymous with “gay icon” and “informed liberal” though when I share the former with Lea herself, she tells me it’s the first she’s hearing of it. This surprises me because she was known for introducing a famous Miami drag queen to her former cast mates and she has always seemed much beloved by gay members of her community.

Today, Lea is only friends with a few of the Housewives including Joanna Krupka, a stunning model who is connected to a mortifying and grotesque debacle that made for tabloid fodder and brought about a notorious lawsuit against another “Real Housewife” http://people.com/tv/joanna-krupa-sues-brandi-glanville-for-slander/ . ”I advised Joanna to drop the lawsuit to make this (gossip and entire ordeal) go away,” Lea relates, “but you have to know Joanna, particularly when she is angry! This is something she needs to see through to justice and it doesn’t matter what anyone else says.”
With outspoken friends like comedians Julie Goldman, Brandy Howard and Ronnie Karam (who are all based in Los Angeles where Lea now also retains a residence)as her unofficial cheerleaders, Lea, whose political leanings were well-known in Miami where she held events to raise money for democratic politicians, has been able to share her convictions with a larger audience.
Although she refers to herself as a “centrist” in our conversation, she champions all the causes that resonate with liberals. She has always been a supporter of gay rights and shows a keen awareness and clear empathy for the average American who isn’t part of “the 1 percent.” As Julie Goldman said on her podcast with Brandy Goldman, Dumb Gay Politics: “Lea is really rich, like really really really rich and she is an avid democrat, so suck it, they exist!”
Lea is witty but not at all condescending, quirky with a lilting Texan cadence and she lacks both self-consciousness and pretense. She is extremely well-read and knowledgeable (she’s also married to successful civil and criminal defense trial attorney Roy Black and familiarizes herself with the law) and is staunch in her political affirmations while remaining respectful of those on the right. After all, despite purchasing a house in Los Angeles, she spends a large portion of her time in her red state residence in Florida.
“If you are against abortion, then don’t have an abortion!” she says logically when we discuss a population of those who voted for Donald Trump. She enforces the notion that women are responsible for their own bodies and one issue voting is not the way to go nor does it bode well: “One issue voting certainly didn’t make sense for this administration.”

Lisa Vanderpump Continues Feud with Eileen Davidson & Lisa Rinna

People.com:
The last time Lisa Vanderpump saw Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson, the 56-year-old restauranteur was trading barbs with them on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion.

It was a tense argument built around a season of accusations from the Housewives claiming that Vanderpump had been manipulating them to engage in discussions they didn’t want to be a part of — including a plot to expose Yolanda Hadid’s alleged Munchausen Syndrome.

But on Tuesday’s premiere season 7 premiere of the hit Bravo franchise, both Rinna and Davidson were ready to leave the battles in the past and move on.

Vanderpump? Not so much.

“I think maybe Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna would probably be thrilled if I wasn’t part of this circle of friends,” she told viewers. “But no — I’m coming back. And I’m coming back stronger than ever.”

“I had a really miserable time in Dubai,” she confessed, reflecting on the season 6 trip. “Rinna kept going on at me saying I told her to say something about Yolanda’s health, which wasn’t true. Rinna was just unusually aggressive. And Eileen was just backing her up. Eileen also kept going on at my about mentioning the word ‘affair,’ which she had had. It was just a nightmare.”

Kyle Richards hoped Vanderpump would find a way to move on — but admitted the process might take some time. “I’m sure they’re going to be okay eventually,” Richards said. “I know Lisa so well, and she does hold on to things for a long time. I don’t think she’s losing any sleep over Lisa Rinna and Eileen.”

“I mean, is she sitting there with a voodoo doll?” Richards joked. “Maybe.”

Andy Cohen Confirms ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ Cancellation

RadarOnline.com:
Andy Cohen has finally confirmed that a beloved Real Housewives franchise will not be returning.

Cohen, 48, revealed at Live Talks L.A. that The Real Housewives of Miami “didn’t work out,” just weeks after he raised the question in Superficial: More Adventures From The Andy Cohen Diaries.

“I knew the first question was going to be when is Real Housewives of Miami coming back and I said, ‘Never say never,'” he wrote in his book. “But I could see from the women’s faces that they didn’t believe me and then I kind of didn’t believe me, but I was getting nostalgic for them.”

RHOM lasted for three seasons from 2011 to 2013, and starred Lea Black, Larsa Pippen, and Joanna Krupa among others. None of the ladies got a spin-off after the show’s cancellation, but Marysol Patton and her mom Elsa received a web series, Havana Elsa during the show’s second season.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that three-season star Alexia Echevarria‘s husband Herman died of natural causes earlier this year. He was separated from the Bravolebrity at the time, and was found alone in his condo.

Lea Black Starts a Feud with Brandi Glanville

Inquisitr.com:
Brandi Glanville and Lea Black are in a war of words on Twitter.

After an update was shared in regard to the ongoing lawsuit between the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and Black’s former Real Housewives of Miami co-star, Joanna Krupa, Black weighed in on the situation — and Glanville didn’t like it.

“A t**t walking around w/ tampon hanging out says another t**t needs perfume? Send jury the panties,” Black wrote, referring to an embarrassing moment suffered by Brandi Glanville in 2013.
Black, who starred on The Real Housewives of Miami until its cancellation in 2013, was reacting to an article shared by the Miami Herald earlier this week, in which it was stated that Glanville’s attorneys were requesting Krupa’s medical records. According to the report, the attorneys were hoping to prove that Krupa suffered from feminine odor with her documents, which would hopefully result in the case being thrown out.

“Lea, wow I thought you were classy,” Brandi Glanville responded. “Remind me never to have you over to my home again & mallow you to meet my kids. Honestly sad.”

Lea Black Doubles Up On Miami Mansion Sale

TMZ.com:
Roy Black -- the powerhouse attorney who handled Justin Bieber's Miami DUI case -- is about to score a sweet deal for his Miami mansion.

Roy and his wife, ex 'Real Housewives of Miami' star Lea Black, just listed their palace on Star Island for $18 million -- an impressive price, considering they paid $7.5 million for it just 4 years ago.

The home was recently renovated and is huge -- 10,000 sq ft with 7 bedrooms and 7 baths, plus a guest house with 3 more rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Lea and Roy have options for a new primary residence -- they have another home in Miami, one in the Florida Keys, and one in L.A.

Lea Black’s Novel ‘Red Carpets & White Lies’ Hits Stores Next Month

PageSix.com:
Real Housewife” Lea Black — who might have the best argument in favor of jury duty since she met her hubby while serving on one — has written what she knows in “Red Carpets & White Lies” (due from Beaufort Books on May 5).

One of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” Black met her lawyer husband Roy Black when she was on a jury and he was successfully defending William Kennedy Smith on a rape charge.

In the book, the first of a trilogy, she’s socialite Leigh White, who is busy planning what she hopes will be the best charity ball in Miami history while coping with the hysterics of her friends and pseudo friends.

Move over, Jackie Collins.

Lea Black's Husband Roy Gets Justin Bieber Off For Paltry $2,500 After DUI Areest

Zap2it.com:
Could parts of Justin Bieber's DUI ordeal make its way onto the next season of Bravo's "Real Housewives of Miami"?

By now, you must be aware that the Biebs was popped by the police in Miami on early Thursday (Jan. 23) on charges of drunk driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license. But what you might not know is that the pop star's high-powered attorney is none other than "RHOM" star Lea Black's husband, Roy.

Roy appeared before a judge during Bieber's bail hearing on Thursday on behalf of the troubled teenager, arranging the terms of his release after being retained by Bieber's manager.

Turns out, Lea was unaware her husband had taken the singer on as a client. "U guys have me laughing," she tweets. "I just checked my tweets and found out about the Biebs, didn't know - hubby just called -was too rushed to mention."

Odds on Lea at least mentioning this next season?

Lea Black on 2014 Golden Globes Jewelry: Amy Adams' Necklace Was Pure Seduction

EOnline.com:
The 2014 Golden Globes may have come and gone, but there's still plenty to discuss when it comes to red carpet fashion!
We rounded up the best bling of the night and tapped Lea Black of The Real Housewives of Miami to give us her candid opinions of all of those eye-catching jewels!
Lea is no stranger to pricey baubles, so her criticism goes a long way in this category.
She wasn't a big fan of Kerry Washington's jewelry choices ("These pieces will be great for her future daughter for prom. Hope she has a girl," she quipped) and offered advice toZooey Deschanel, who wore a whimsical flower in her hair.
"Lose the hair flower, replace it with a diamond brooch, and that would be star power," she critiqued.
On the upside, the style maven gave a big thumbs up to Uma Thurman, who wore dazzling white oval and round diamond chandelier earrings and matching bracelets by Chopard.
"I loved the big bling earrings and the diamond bracelets on Uma. Proportions and choice were very stylish," Black shared with us.
Another win for Black was Jessica Chastain, who wore a dazzling platinum and diamond necklace by Bulgari.
"The double strand of various cuts and shapes of diamonds were highly styled and placed perfectly around her neck," Black said. "It exuded, 'I am somebody and somebody with confidence!'  If she had worn her hair up to showcase the design, it would have been a showstopper. "

Adriana De Moura Dishes About “Ignorant” Joanna Krupa, Says Brandi Glanville Told The Truth About Alleged Affair

Wetpaint.com:
With The Real Housewives of Miami wrapping up Season 3 tonight with Part 2 of the tumultuous reunion special, all eyes are on the cast of lovely ladies as they go through yet another hour of excruciatingly brutal catfights and name-calling.

One of the housewives taking center stage at the reunion is Adriana De Moura, who has been on the Bravo reality series since the beginning. This outspoken Brazilian bombshell has been painfully honest and has taken the internet by storm with her “limp penis” statement.

Wetpaint Entertainment spoke with Adriana ahead of tonight’s show about the rumored Joanna Krupa and Mohamed Hadid (Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster’s ex-husband) affair, possibly reconciling with Joanna, and her flailing friendship with castmate Lea Black.

Check out the interview and then hit the comments to let us know exactly what you’re feeling about all this drama down in Miami.

Wetpaint Entertainment: Can you give us a little background on your conversation with Brandi Glanville: Where she told you, how it came up, and why you think it’s true?

Adriana De Moura: Brandi told me a while ago — it was actually last year — but I didn’t want to bring this up because there was no reason for me to. I tried to work things out with Joanna at her bachelorette party, I went to her wedding, everything was nice. It wasn’t until when this season started to air and I saw Joanna, every week, putting digs at me and showing her hostility and rehashing the past, that I realized she hasn’t moved forward.

I just think that it’s very funny that she thinks just because she’s beautiful she thinks her beauty gives her the license to act ugly. And when you retaliate, she’s overwhelmed by the retaliation and gets even uglier.

Brandi came to me [at a party] when Joanna wasn’t around and told me Joanna tried to come to her and say hello and give her a kiss on the cheek and she coldly extended her hand because she doesn’t like homewreckers. She said, “I despise women like that.”

Who had the better wedding between you and Joanna?

I think they were both beautiful weddings and I truly enjoyed being at Joanna’s wedding. Her mother is lovely, I love her sister, the place was amazing, and I actually enjoyed myself more at her wedding than my own because my own was so chaotic.

If you look at the details of the wedding, I think my wedding might have been more for my taste. I like more classic things. I don’t really like the flash, the new rich, style of things, I prefer vintage and classic things, but it’s personal taste. I don’t anything negative to say about her wedding — except that her dress was like a flamenco dancer, but she was still a beautiful bride.
Joanna has said she will never make peace with you again. Do you feel the same way?

Never say never. What I keep thinking is, never say never. But at the same time, Joanna is very territorial and is all about herself. She thinks she’s all that. I’m not saying I’m an angel, because I’m very fiery and feisty. Joanna is calculated. If you step on her route to whatever it is, she will walk all over you or throw you under the bus.

It’s going to be pretty hard to recover after that “limp penis” statement.

Now I’m getting criticized because I said [Romain] has a limp penis. But she was the first one to call him a girl on national television. She opened up about her sex life, and when you do that on national television, you have to accept people’s opinions or assumptions of what they’re seeing. When I said “maybe he’s gay,” I didn’t mean anything by that. He could be gay, that doesn’t mean that being gay is bad.

That’s what bothers me about her, she’s ignorant. She thinks that because she’s pretty, she’s allowed to be ugly, she’s allowed to make stupid remarks, and get away with it. She’s allowed to go around and sleep with married men and get away with it.

So it doesn’t sound like there’s any hope for reconciliation anytime soon.

I don’t know — we need time to heal. The dust needs to settle.

Switching gears to Lea, what is the status of your friendship with her? Will it ever recover?

I hope that we could because of our sons. With Lea, it’s different because we had history. I really regret everything that went down between us and whatever part I did to cause her to feel that way, I really regret it, though I think she exaggerates it and makes stuff up and spins stuff and then she’s the victim — and it’s not quite like that. She’s trying to hurt me, but she’s hurting my son more than anything else because he goes to school, kids make comments, and it’s not a nice thing.

I wish we could move past this because it’s not worth it. Her ego, my ego, whatever. Let’s put our egos aside and think about the boys — but she’s unable to. I don’t know what’s going to happen.

Joanna Krupa Weds as Season 3 of 'Real Housewives of Miami' Wraps Up

Zap2It.com:
Another season in the Sunshine State comes to a close as "The Real Housewives of Miami" wrapped Season 3 on Monday (Nov. 4) with star Joanna Krupa finally tying the knot with fiance Romain Zago. With Joanna's ending fairly common knowledge, the suspense was left in seeing how things came together for the rest of the ladies.

First off, we must discuss that drive to San Diego from Las Vegas after the ladies "overslept." Has anything ever seen more fake in the history of reality TV? The women supposedly woke up at 11, couldn't find a single flight that would get them to southern California by sunset (a flight that's only 45 minutes long) and had to drive. They pulled over somewhere to make a dramatic phone call and then still arrived on time. There's no way this occurred in reality. Simply no way.

With that complaint out of the way, let's look at how each Wife ended the season:

Adriana De Moura: Adriana really came full circle this season, especially in regards to her relationship with Joanna. Seeing these two bitter enemies come together and enjoy each other's company was a delight, as was seeing Adriana apologize to Joanna's mom for her bad behavior. There may be hope for these two yet. Sadly, it doesn't look as if the same can be said for Adriana and Lea Black. (More on that later.)

Alexia Echevarria: Alexia's storyline this season was entirely centered on her family; particularly, the recovery of son Frankie after his devastating accident. It's been interesting and touching to watch throughout the season, but with the finale squarely focused on Joanna's wedding, it made her feel rather inconsequential. Though she was only away from her family for three days, all of her screen time was spent moping about being away from them, which only worked to highlight how little she really factored into season's events. And Peter's arrival was so beyond staged. Oof.

Lisa Hochstein: After all the drama spurred by Lisa's insane drinking in Vegas the night before was quickly swept under the rug, which was actually a pleasant surprise. It was refreshing to see a fight not turn into some sort of elongated grudge.  The youngest Wife was missing her husband while at Joanna's wedding and the producers tried their hardest to make it look like their marriage was on the rocks, but Lisa spent a majority of the episode beaming over the fact that she and Lenny had found a surrogate to help them have a child. One of this season's most fascinating, if sad, storylines has been watching Lisa struggle with her fertility issues, which is what made the final moment feel like such a punch to the gut. Lisa's season epitaph revealed that she and Lenny lost their surrogate, continuing their struggle. Here's hoping Season 4 arrives with better news for these two.

Joanna Krupa: So, Joanna and Romain made it official. Their vows were sweet (but the less said about the dresses, the better) and Joanna's sister Marta even made peace with her new husband. Between that and her detente with Adriana, Joanna's looking pretty drama-free heading into the reunion specials. Of course, that won't last. There's always an incendiary blog post or tweet to be bitter over.

Lea Black: Lastly, there's Lea. What's there to say about Lea? Throughout her three seasons on the show, Ms. Black has made her fair share of enemies, thanks to her caustic and, at times, off-putting ways. But no rift was more surprising than the one with her BFF Adriana. Lea spun it so that her anger at Adriana was based on the whole secret marriage brouhaha, but it was so clearly about her bruised ego after last season's reunion. Adriana was persona non grata to her because she didn't blindly defend Lea against Ana and Marysol's (mostly true) attack.

Certainly, Adriana didn't spend the season an innocent party, but her apology to Lea, and her willingness to try and rebuild, seemed sincere -- which is what makes Lea's actions in that spa scene on the day of the wedding feel so ice cold. After telling Adriana she wanted to try to make things better, Lea was so transparently bothered by the peace between her former friend and her new compatriot, Joanna, that she did an about face and shut Adriana out. Watching Adrianna cry and basically beg, to no avail, felt uncomfortably real and sad.

Lea always presents herself as the Wife above it all, too mature and put together for these ladies' nonsense. But in this instance, she made it clear that she's possibly the most childish one of all. Not a good look, Lea.

Spare Parts:

- Joanna and Romain haven't slept together again since their wedding night? One: What the what? Two: Why share that?

- Season 2 castoff Karent Sierra got in her final cameo at Joanna's wedding. Thankfully it didn't come with a soundbite.

- Lea's considering running for mayor of Miami on "the platform of cleaning the streets of its trash." HAHAHAHAHA. Maybe she can wrangle Flo Rida or John Rich to sing her campaign anthem.

- Can Marysol Patton return full-time for Season 4, should there be a Season 4? There wasn't nearly enough Mama Elsa this go-round. Here's hoping Elsa's healthy enough for some cameos next year.

- So, who won Season 3's War of the Weddings? Adriana's was wildly insane, what with the required costume change and the inexcusable delays, but Joanna's felt odd, taking place midday in San Diego's unforgiving summer heat.

Lea Black Defends Herself from Marysol Patton's Verbal Attack

BuddyTV.com:
For the entire third season of The Real Housewives of Miami, Lea Black has been targeted by mean girls Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton and Ana Quincoces. During last night's episode, she was verbally attacked by Marysol, who accused her of not reaching out to her sick mother, Mama Elsa. Now Lea wants to make it clear that her accusations are nothing but lies.

"Wow! The amount of camouflaged and blatant hatred, venom, lies, bitterness and phoniness that spews out at me each week says more about anyone than I could ever say," Lea wrote on her Bravo blog. "Forgive them, they know not what they do."

Lea also said that Marysol exaggerated her relationship with Mama Elsa, although the two of them have always shared a special connection. Which is why she sent Elsa flowers and cards when she found out she was in the hospital.

"I never had any spiritual conversations or advice from Elsa other than season 1 when she sat at a dinner table and gave all the girls her opinion on each of us. And by the way, she said nice things about me," Lea clarified. "I have reached out to Elsa many times with cards, calls and flowers that can be verified by florists, and I sent an email to her daughter, who never replied back."

Marysol Patton Calls Out Lea Black For Not Reaching Out To Mama Elsa

Wetpaint.com:
This week's intense episode of Real Housewives of Miami featured an epic showdown between Marysol Patton and Lea Black at Alexia Echevarria's birthday party. Now, Marysol is trying to make sense of it all.
For starters, Marysol does not believe what Lea told Alexia before the party about having reached out to Marysol's mom, Elsa. "I found the meeting between Lea and Alexia regarding Lea completely ignoring the fact that mom has been at death’s door ridiculous," Marysol writes in her Bravo blog. "Lea knows the truth and that will weigh on her conscience, not mine. I don’t need to convince anyone of the truth."

Then, at the party, Marysol did not expect Lea to say what she did. "When I went to speak to Lea, I was shocked that she looked straight at me and lied," Marysol continues. "This started to get me upset, and I had no choice but to call her out. Her behavior was very odd the way she ran away, her body language was saying something very different than what was coming out of her mouth."

As you may have guessed, Marysol also did not appreciate Lisa Hochstein getting involved. "Lisa jumped into a conversation that she knew nothing about and was really pushing my buttons," she writes. "She does not know my mother, and she certainly did not know the relationship Lea had with my mother."

"Lisa also has not been by my side for 2.5 months straight to know that day after day not a note, nor a call, nor flowers were ever received by anyone in my family on behalf of Lea," Marysol adds. "My mother, father, and brother will be the first ones to tell the world that that is the honest truth."

So will we ever know for sure who is telling the truth here? We suppose we'll have to wait and see.

Lea Black Launches Skincare Line

NYDailyNews.com:
Bravo reality TV star Lea Black is no stranger to the beauty industry —her first endeavor Lea Cosmetics became an international success selling high-end skin cream and makeup on infomercials, reportedly raking in more than $2 million a year. Now she’s back in the biz with a new line, Lea Black Beauty.

We caught up with the Texas native and “Real Housewife of Miami” to find out what we should expect from the new collection, available on leablackbeauty.com.

POWDER ROOM: What makes this collection different?

LEA BLACK: I never really expanded skincare to be all-inclusive like this one. Now we have everything from the wash to the moisturizer to the serum to the exfoliant.

PR: Which product is your favorite?

LB: I think the serum and moisturizer combination, because clinical studies prove that if you use the Intensive Moisture Renewal Creme ($49.95) for 48 hours, the increase in skin moisturization will be 440%. And as you know, moisturizing your skin, next to cleaning your skin, is the most important thing you can do. If it’s not moisturized, it will crack, age, weather — everything people try to avoid for as long as possible.

PR: And the serum?

LB: That does the lifting, toning, firming and tightening. But you need to moisturize. So the combo between the Advanced Anti-Aging Serum ($49.95) and the moisturizer —that keeps your skin in top condition.

PR: What sparked your interest in beauty?

LB: My grandmother always used homemade concoctions, using egg whites and aloe vera gel – and she just died 10 years ago at almost 100, and her skin was absolutely gorgeous. I just started working with those products, and went to labs and centers to develop a line … the results were extraordinary. Once my son went to school, I thought, ‘I’m going to take this skincare line to the next level.’

PR: Are there any makeup products you can’t live without?

LB: Eyebrow pencil and mascara. And then I would say lipstick and blush. I don’t wear foundation except for TV or photo shoots. That’s how good my skin is. My skin is kind of flawless. People always ask me how my skin has this glow … it kinda looks like a baby’s butt. It’s just fresh!

PR: Have you picked up any beauty tips on the ‘Real Housewives’ set?

LB: One of the girls, Joanna, always carries a big powder puff in her pocketbook. That’s a good one if you’re in front of cameras. But what I’ve noticed is, less is more. The less makeup, the more natural you look.

Marysol Patton Says She's "Confused" by Her Co-Stars' "Conflicting Stories"

Wetpaint.com:
Things have been tough for Marysol Patton on this season of Real Housewives of Miami, between her mom's health issues and her arguments with the other Housewives.
"When Lisa invited Alexia, Adriana, and myself to meet her out for a fun girls night, I was really looking forward to it," Marysol writes in her Bravo blog, explaining that she was looking forward to getting an escape from dealing with her mom, Elsa's, health problems. "Some of the most difficult times for me are when I lie in bed at night thinking about my mom, unable to sleep."

"When we arrived at the club, I quickly realized Lisa was staging an intervention to get everyone to make up," Marysol says. "The other ladies Lisa invited were not happy to see us and made it very obvious, as did we. No one was ready to make amends yet, but I tried to enjoy the evening regardless. I for sure was not going to let my evening be a bust, and at this point any moment of distraction and happiness is a blessing."

Marysol says that she has trouble believing everything that the Housewives are saying this season. "As I watch the show I'm discovering many conflicting stories that have me a bit confused," she admits. "This season is going to be one for the books, to say the least."

Rest Of 'Real Housewives Of Miami' Cast Skip Lea Black's Charity Gala

HuffPo.com:
It was supposed to be a time of charity and fun when Lea Black's annual gala rolled around on "The Real Housewives of Miami." But charity and fun weren't on the minds of many of the women in the cast. So it's a good thing Lea had her "all-star" celebrity friends like Lance Bass, Dennis Rodman, drag queen Elaine Lancaster, former "American Idol" Taylor Hicks, and former "Housewife" Karent Sierra. It's a good thing, because the women she shares a weekly show with weren't going to be bothered to show up.

“The Lea Black Victims Club is rolling its way to Party Ville," Marysol Patton said. "She may have a boatload of celebrities, but we have a bus full of [cocktails].”

Lea seemed tired of the same old thing happening over and over again. "It’s a junior high group of haters," she said. "Hating the prom queen. What’d I do? Suck another lemon and join a new hate club. This one’s getting old.”

"You guys need to grow up, because it’s not about winning and losing," Alexia Echeverria told the ladies. But then, she apparently forgot to grow up herself. She flaked on the gala as well, saying that the women made her have second thoughts about it. Lea thought it was sad, because the gala's not about her -- it's about raising money for needy children.

Over at The Stir, Julie Ryan Evans seems convinced this drama was created out of nothing. "I keep waiting to see Adriana and her posse's side of things, and for my eyes to be opened to the evil of Lea Black they profess, but I don't see it," she wrote. "Much more starkly I see their jealousy and pettiness, and it's too bad they sucked Alexia into it.” Buddy TV's Gina Pusateri agreed, saying that it seemed like a collective cry for attention.

Lea Black Says Marysol Patton and Adriana de Moura Are "Phony"

Wetpaint.com:
Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black did not appreciate Alexia Echevarria calling her a "hypocrite" at the party  especially because Lea says she was doing her best to keep the festivities from getting ugly.
"Being polite and not causing a scene with people even if you don't like them isn't hypocrisy, it's simply being civilized and respectful to the host and their guests, and it’s called manners," Lea writes in her Bravo blog. "And the shocking thing about it is Alexia daring to call me a hypocrite while I am trying to calm down the atmosphere instead of throwing gasoline on it."

"Rather than appreciate me wanting her party to be fun and fabulous instead of a brawl, she once again took an opportunity to take a pot shot at me," she continues. "I find it surprising a host would insult one of their guests that way. Especially a friend whose heart was in the right place." Then again, when is a party ever carefree on this show?

Lea says she's not a fan of what Adriana De Moura and Frederic Marq have been saying about her. "Frederic has called me an evil bitch," Lea writes. "He has never said one nice thing about me. He keeps telling his wife all the ugly things he wants to do to me and threatens me. And he has the nerve to say I talk about him. "

"While talking to Lisa, Adriana took talking in circles to the next level," she adds. "Did any of you get dizzy during the spin?" Sounds like Lea could use some Dramamine.

And Lea says she didn't enjoy Marysol Patton's scene with the psychic. "The 'psychic' set up was as phony as the five-year 'engagement,'" Lea writes, referring to Adriana's marriage. And so there you have it: Lea won't being patching things up with Adriana and Marysol anytime soon. Or be consulting with that psychic.

Adrianna Sidi and Joanna Krupa's Men Argue On Twitter, Get Into Real Life Fight At Alexia Echevarria's Party

HuffPo.com:
It was the men of Miami who took center stage on the latest episode of "The Real Housewives of Miami."

Now usually, viewers can count on the women to cook up some reason to be at each other's throats on a weekly basis, but this week it was their men. At least the fight was about the women, so they were still involved in some capacity from the beginning.

Adriana and Joanna's fiances, Frederic and Romain, got into a heated argument about their ladies on Twitter, and then they ran into one another at Alexia's magazine party. They quickly picked up in person where they left off online.

“You re-Tweet something, you need to re-Tweet?" Romain accused. "Oh, look at you, you guys must be so unhappy. Look at both of your faces.”

Alexia seemed okay with the fight erupting at her party. As she saw it, "As long as [there are] no bottles flying all over the place or there’s no blood, or there’s no hitting, I’m OK with it. It just gives people another reason to talk about the party.”

Later, Adriana decided that she needed to be involved in the argument after all, so she accused Romain of cheating on Joanna with a Colombian girl. Rather than deny it right away, Romain told her to "shut the f*ck up!"

“Let’s talk about the Columbian girl. He’s sleeping around. He’s been f***ing a Colombian girl!” Adriana said. What she didn't expect was Joanna's response. She said, "Good, good. Good for him if he did.”

Buddy TV's Gina Pusateri sarcastically called the whole thing "pretty classy," while The Stir's Julie Ryan Evans admitted that she loved watching Adriana go "berserk."
