Shannon Beador ‘Relieved’ As Judge Tosses Jim Bellino’s Ridiculous Lawsuit

CelebrityInsider.com:
Shannon Beador can breathe a huge sigh of relief. A judge just threw out a $1 million lawsuit that Jim Bellino filed against her for defamation – and inside sources claim the Real Housewives of Orange County star is “completely relieved.”

Bellino, who was married to former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino, sued Beador and Tamra Judge for comments they made following his divorce. He claims they destroyed his reputation and wanted a $1 million payout in restitution.

“I’m relieved the judge agreed with our position,” Beador shared.

An insider told Radar Online that Beador considered the lawsuit a complete waste of time and resources. The RHOC star thought Bellino had no chance of winning the case and was only looking to drag her name through the mud.

Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador Want Jim Bellino To Prove They Harmed His Business

OKmagazine.com:
Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador are asking Jim Bellino for some receipts! After Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband claimed their words cost him $1 million in damages, the Real Housewives of Orange County stars are demanding he prove his accusations.

Documents obtained by The Blast show that both of the Real Housewives of Orange County costars are calling into question his claims that they harmed his trampoline brand named SkyZone.

Shannon claimed that Jim’s allegations that “visitors who regularly visit SkyZone no longer do because they have heard that ‘people get paralyzed there” does nothing “to link Ms. Beador to any purported loss of business.”

Both women believe the declaration he filed is nothing but a “self-serving statement” and argued that he provided no evidence to back up his claims against them.

“Bellino should have presented a declaration from any such investor or presented another writing as a business record that proves his assertion,” Shannon said. “Instead, he rests solely on his own statement. It stretches credulity to believe that an investor would be swayed in making a business decision by a comedic performance in a comedy club.”

Shannon Beador: Jim Bellino Just Wants to Ruin My Finances in Lawsuit

PageSix.com:
Shannon Beador doesn’t have the time or money for Jim Bellino.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star filed court documents in Bellino’s ongoing $1 million defamation lawsuit against her and Tamra Judge, telling the judge that Bellino has no right to her text messages and emails and that he shouldn’t be allowed to depose Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley, per court papers obtained by The Blast.

Beador argued that if Bellino is allowed to depose the couple and seek documents from her she will have to spend tens of thousands of dollars for his “fishing expedition for information irrelevant” to his lawsuit as she does not believe that the couple “will be able to provide any admissible evidence of any ‘anger’ or ‘ill will’ that [she] harbors against the Bellinos.”

Beador, 54, also wants the suit dismissed on the basis that she joined the Bravo hit in 2014 after Bellino, 56, and his ex-wife Alexis left the franchise and that her statements were not defamatory towards him.

Shannon Beador Calls New Housewife Emily Simpson 'Out of Line'

People.com:
Shannon Beador hasn't gotten along with her two new "Real Housewives of Orange County" co-stars, Emily Simpson of Gina Kirschenheiter, and the five-season reality star has plenty of reasons why.

"There’s one girl that’s new -- that I’ll leave for you to guess [who I'm talking about] -- my God, I feel like everything [she does] is manipulated," Beador told AOL exclusively during a recent sit-down interview. "She’s tried to be on the show for multiple years."

The mother-of-three was seemingly talking about Simpson, who Beador said we'll be hearing say "unconscionable and unethical" allegations about her in an upcoming episode.

"I’d like to address what apparently I will be seeing [later in the season]," she told us when we asked what she'd like to talk about on this season's reunion. "The labels that Emily Simpson has made on me ... I just think she’s out of line. I didn’t threaten to kill someone at a party. If you’re going to start questioning my mental capacity, then I’ll throw it right back at ya, gal."

Gina Kirschenheiter Is Bringing Long Island To 'Real Housewives of Orange County'

Bustle.com:
Her official bio on Bravo's website calls her an "expressive outsider from Long Island," but there's more to this new Housewife than New York nativity. Gina Kirschenheiter is joining The Real Housewives of Orange County. She's shaking things up on Season 13, and she's not worried about doing it with political correctness, either.

According to her bio, Gina moved to Orange County three years ago with her then-husband, Matthew Kirschenheiter, and two children, Nicholas and Sienna, for Matthew's job. He is a financial planner, per Newsday. The two have since had another child, Luca, who is now two years old. Us Weekly reported that in April of this year, Gina filed for divorce from Matthew and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason.

Even though Gina and her husband were technically together during the production of Season 13, he won't appear on the show, and her bio even calls her "a single mom of sorts." She told Newsday, however, that his lack of presence on camera during this upcoming season has nothing to do with their impending divorce. "His employer did not want him to [be on the show],” she said. “It wasn’t a decision having anything to do with our relationship. Pure timing.”

According to the same piece, the two are both alumni of Hofstra University alumni, which is a private college in Long Island, New York. She majored in Psychology, because that's what she was interested in, but nothing really ever came of it as a career. “I was a very typical kid of my generation,” she told Newsday. “I went to college, since that’s what you do, and I liked psychology. But not enough to pull the trigger on it” for work. Instead, she worked as a flight attendant for North American Airlines because she wanted to travel after college, and she also worked as an executive assistant on the Upper East Side. She planned to return to school at the Hofstra School of Medicine for a master's degree in health administration when she became pregnant with her first born, Nicholas, who is now six years old. From that point on, she decided to focus on motherhood.

And motherhood will continue to be a significant part of her identity as she appears on RHOC. Matthew spends a lot of the time living and working in Los Angeles, so she is often left to parent the children alone, per Gina's bio. However, despite the distance and now, the divorce, Gina remains dedicated to keeping her family together. She recently posted an Instagram photo of the five of them, including Matthew, playing in the sand on the beach. "Party of five!!!" she wrote, with the hashtag #familytradition.
