Claudia Jordan Says NeNe Leakes Loves to 'Play the Victim'

NeNe Leakes and Claudia Jordan may have looked — dare we say it? —almost friendly on last week’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, but this week’s tense counseling session was proof positive that things can change on a moment’s notice in the ATL. 


On Sunday, during a therapy session with the rest of the cast, NeNe made it clear that, despite it being her idea to gather all the girls to meet with Dr. Jeff, she wasn’t exactly open to the idea of mending fences.

When prompted to give her true feelings about the group dynamic — something that’s never been particularly difficult for the outspoken star — NeNe admitted to thinking that the rest of the cast was eager to steal her place in the spotlight. 

"I've been the longest in this group and every time somebody comes around, they come for me … this ain't no come at NeNe day,” NeNe told Claudia. “You're trying to be important in this situation and you're not important honey. Please." 

It seems as though Claudia wasn’t about to let NeNe get the best of her, claiming that NeNe’s desire to control the group dynamic was making her paranoid.

"NeNe wants to be the victim,” said Claudia. “Everyone's coming for her, everyone wants to be her friend, and this desire to be the head bitch in charge seems it's driving her crazy, actually."
