Melissa Gorga spoke of the upcoming season seven premiere of The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Twitter earlier this month.
According to a report by AllAboutTRH, Gorga, who is believed to be returning to the show, along with Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita, gave an update on the show, but unfortunately, she didn't reveal much.RELATED: Melissa Gorga News: 'RHONJ' Star Hangs With Amber Marchese, Returning For Season Seven? [VIDEO]
In response to a fan who tweeted, “I must say, I feel like a piece of my life is missing without a new season of #RHONJ,” Gorga wrote, "I hear Ya... Coming soon."
While Gorga told fans a premiere was coming soon, the show hasn't yet begun production, and thus far, no cast has been confirmed.
Around the time Gorga's tweet was shared, a source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that Gorga, Giudice and Laurita had all been asked to return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for its upcoming seventh season. However, Amber Marchese, Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea had not been asked back to the Bravo reality series, and Dina Manzo isn't expected back either (she moved to Los Angeles after filming season six).
As for the roles of friends of the Housewives, they will reportedly be given to Kathy Wakile, the cousin of GIudice, and her sister, Rosie Pierri. Wakile and Pierri have appeared on the show for the last few seasons, and continue to be a hit with fans.
