A source tells PEOPLE that things allegedly got violent between costars Porsha Williams and Cynthia Bailey while filming the reality show recently.
"Words were going back and forth," the insider says. "From what I hear, Cynthia snapped and kicked Porsha in the stomach while wearing high heels."
Williams, 34, was treated briefly in the emergency room, the source adds.
Luckily, the women seem to be doing okay and do not plan on involving police.
"There will be no charges pressed as both ladies just want to put this past them and move on," the source says. "It was an unfortunate situation that escalated. Neither one is proud of what happened, but there will be no shortage of drama now that NeNe is gone."
Reps for Bravo, Williams and Bailey, 47, had no comment. According to TMZ, RHOA cameras filmed the altercation, which took place on a boat.
This isn't Williams' first on-air brawl: She was charged with battery in 2014 after getting into a physical fight with castmate Kenya Moore while taping the reunion special.
