Caroline Manzo Frustrates 'Good Day NY' by Not Gossiping About Teresa Giudice
Caroline Manzo was driving the crew of 'Good Day New York' (Weekdays, 9AM ET on Fox) absolutely crazy with her interview. They were hoping for the same kind of juicy gossip that permeates 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey,' but she wasn't offering up much.
They even tried to goad her by talking about Teresa Giudice, with whom she had a pretty big falling out during this past season. Manzo admitted the two have a "non-existent" relationship right now, but refused to gossip about Giudice, or her husband in any way.
"Caroline, start dishing," Greg Kelly said at one point, seeming to get agitated that she was basically evading all of their questions about her co-stars. "It's reality TV. There's no such thing as personal to them."
All Manzo would do was promise that the next season would provide plenty of answers, which made her the perfect spokesperson for the franchise. Give them nothing, but leave them wanting more, and then point them to your product to get the answers they're looking for.
