Joe Giudice Goes To Court Without Wife Teresa For Fake Driver’s License Case

Teresa Giudice is not standing by her man today.

Joe Giudice walked into the Passaic County courthouse alone Tuesday morning RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned and “he did not look happy.”

The legally challenged Real Housewives of New Jersey star is there for a status conference with Judge Greta Gooden Brownto follow up on his fictitious driver’s license case and will discuss whether he’s pleading or going forward with the trial.

According to eyewitness Tom Murro, “Joe did not look happy when he walked into the court house.”

Joe and his wife Teresa are already in hot water with the law, facing a whopping 41 charges of tax evasion and fraud, as well as identity fraud.

As Radar previously reported, Joe was also busted on Nov. 26 when he was pulled over and issued two driving infractions — no inspection sticker and an expired insurance card.

Garden State records indicate Joe has had his license suspended an unbelievable 47 TIMES in 26 years.

UPDATE: No plea deal was reached today and Joe’s next court date is January 6, 2014.
