Porsha Williams may be facing assault charges for her part in the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion brawl, but she’s not taking them lying down. In fact, she’s planning to counteract the case co-star Kenya Moore is making against her with her own felony assault charges against the former Miss USA!RELATED: Faux Boyfriend? Porsha’s lawyer, Joe S. Habachy, maintains that not only does Kenya not have a case against his client, but it’s Porsha who actually has a case against her.
He says, “Cast member Kenya Moore sought out the warrant and, although the claim is unfounded, Ms. Williams fully cooperated with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name.”
As we reported before, Porsha’s attorney says that Kenya was the “primary aggressor” in the attack — we assume verbally — and that they have plenty of evidence (cast and crew witnesses) to make a case against her.
“Ms. Williams, who has never been arrested before, intends to contest the pending misdemeanor and to pursue felony charges against Kenya for aggravated assault,” he states.
Kenya is funny but she is a whore from the 90`s, who has done nothing porsha with indirects or nasty comments all season. I hope the counteract goes through & kenyagets in some trouble.
