Countess Luann de Lesseps is not shedding any tears over Bethenny Frankel.Yeah, it's Bethenny's fault Kelly has got such a bad rap, not Kelly's own weird, stupid, bizarre and criminal behavior when Bethenney was nowhere around. It's funny how Team Jill goes out of their way to try and make Kelly look sane, but each lame attempt just doesn't work on the rest of the country who sees Kelly for who she is: crazy. Anyway, if LuAnn thought being a total bitch this season would get her more attention it certainly worked.
"I'm so glad she's gone," she tells The Famous. "Oh, yeah. Let her go off with her husband, off into the sunset. God bless her."
Countess says filming Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York" without Frankel is easier on the cast -- especially Kelly Bensimon, whose sometimes bizarre behavior was endlessly mocked by the outspoken Skinnygirl entrepreneur.
"Kelly's been amazing this season, and I think you see the true Kelly," she says. "She got a really bad rap last season. Because, you know, it's hard to battle against Bethenny."
Frankel, a fan favorite and frequent voice of reason on the show, dropped out last year to star in her own spinoff, "Bethenny Ever After." Sans Frankel's spunk, the new season of "RHONY" is no less dramatic: Countess and Alex McCord constantly clash; McCord calls Countess "haughty," "condescending" and "vile" toward the cast.
"People do say that -- and I guess I can come off that way -- but it's not ill meaning or anything like that," says Countess, who calls McCord a "weirdo." "I guess it's just a different way of looking at it, and I'm not going to apologize for the way I am."
The joke of someone publishing a book about class behavior from the Countless Luann still amazes me; unless of course the tome is really a how-to lesson on being rude, condescending, snobbish, smug and untalented. Those she does very well.

ReplyDeleteLuAnne is one of my favorite of the RHONY ladies. I hope she is featured on the new Jill Zarin spin-off show that is in the works! I want Jill to get away from all of the other ladies, but i love LuAnne and Jill together. I think they would make a great spin-off!

ReplyDeleteThought it typical "Jillousy" when Luann, or as she's better known as in the Native American community, "Bitch Who Thinks Her Shit Don't Stink", resorted to her passive-aggressive, low-brow modus operandi of casually mentioning negative, hurtful things when she said that when Bethenny started "she didn't have much...we all had a lot." For her to imply that Bethenny's $120 million somehow allowed Bethenny to "catch up" to her meager $2 million worth was absolutely laughable. I'd venture to say that her brothers, who deserve a title too..."Connecticut Kings of Concrete", are worth more than this wannabe is.

ReplyDeleteLuann is a snake and a totally classless woman with no manners. A lady would always try to put people at their ease and most certainly not talk down to anyone. She doesn't think of anyone except herself. Now that she is "countless" why is she still using the title?
ReplyDeleteMegalomaniacs such as the Countless are unable to be anything but rude, condescending and downright vile to others because she has a very skewed perception of herself. Therefore, she is totally unable to see others as their true selves.

She has no "class" and never has had. Anyone who clings too a title from a defunct aristocracy really should be pitied, its all she has and she knows it.
Does any Native American tribe really claim LuAnn?? Give me a break. I think she is what we call a nose-bleed Algonquin. Folks on the rez laugh at her!
