Now, this is a weird coincidence: The same week Dancing With the Stars host Erin Andrews’s peeping tom trial, we’re learning a Real Housewives of Potomac star was once accused of something similar!RELATED: Who Is Gizelle Bryant's Ex-Husband Jamal? 'The Real Housewives Of Potomac's Ex Is Still A Major Part Of His Kids' Lives
In one of the most bizarre lawsuits a Housewife has probably ever been involved, Gizelle Bryant and former husband Pastor Jamal Bryant were sued in late 2014 by a woman who insisted they “cease eavesdropping, wiretapping and video surveillance” on her, seeking damages for her alleged invasion of privacy.
The legal documents, obtained by RadarOnline.com, say the plaintiff, Brooklyn resident Sylvia Rolle, claimed the Bryants had installed a camera to tape her unknowingly and for their “amusement, entertainment, and profit.”
Where did they watch her? She maintained they peeped on her in the “bedroom, changing room, restroom, toilet, hotel, bathroom, and shower.”
She then alleged they published and sold images from the video tapes (here’s the Erin Andrews parallel). And that’s just the beginning!
The New Yorker also told the court she had suffered social security, medicare, disability, and medical fraud, real estate theft, and identity theft at the hands of the now-reality stars, and accused them of “non-stop elder abuse.”
But as crazy as that all sounds, it seems to have turned out to be just that — crazy. The judge dismissed the case, calling it “frivolous” and “the product of delusion or fantasy.”
