As Bethenny Frankel and her estranged husband continue to battle it out in court, it seems as if Jason Hoppy has a new woman in his life.RELATED: Bethenny Frankel Dishes on 'Real Housewives' Intensity
The pharmaceutical sales executive was spotted with a mystery woman who held on tight to his arm as they left a dinner date in New York City's Tribeca district on Thursday.
Frankel and Hoppy, both 44, married in 2010 and welcomed daughter Bryn, now 5, that same year. Though they filed for divorce in 2013, the couple are still finalizing property negotiations. (Frankel quipped during the premiere episode of this season's Real Housewives of New York City that she is "homeless," a charge which Hoppy's lawyer adamantly denied.)
The two share custody of Bryn, although Hoppy's lawyer, Bernard Clair, has said in court the girl is "a prop" for Frankel in her "pursuit of career success."
Meanwhile, Frankel said last year in court that living with Hoppy following their split was "brutal, horrendous [and] excruciating."
