If there’s one reality star who’s embracing the notion of becoming a grandmother, it’s Tamra Barney. The Real Housewives of Orange County star may not have been the biggest fan of her son, Ryan Vieth, moving away from home and getting engaged to a woman he barely knew, Sarah Rodriguez, but she’s been a huge supporter of their impending baby — her first grandchild. “Tamra requested a shabby chic country theme for the baby shower for her soon-to-be granddaughter, Ava,” party planners Emily Simpson and Shireen Burgan from Two Wild and Crazy Gals told the news site about last Saturday’s big shindig.
Familiar faces including Tamra’s current husband, Eddie Judge, as well as former RHOC star Lynne Curtin, who showed up to enjoy a dance floor, yummy food, and to help Tamra celebrate her impending grandmother-hood. The outspoken blonde even treated the guests to an emotional toast that should bring a tear to everyone’s eyes.
“Tamra made a beautiful toast, thanking all family and friends for sharing in the celebration,” the party planners continued. “She expressed her love for her entire family, emphasizing how incredibly proud she is of Ryan and Sarah and how much she is looking forward to meeting her granddaughter, Ava Ryan, very soon.”
I have to laugh at the woman who's dumb enough to get knocked up by a loser like Ryan -- he can't even get a job on his own for god's sake.
