Bethenny Frankel In Court For 4 Hours, Still Working On Divorce From Jason Hoppy

Bethenny Frankel worked up an appetite for lunch on Thursday while sitting on a courthouse bench for hours with her tender tootsies exposed.

The Skinnygirl Cocktails founder was in Manhattan Supreme Court for a divorce proceeding, but waited two-and-a-half hours for her case to be called. She spent much of the time with her tender feet out of the extremely high black pumps she wore to do battle with her soon to be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy.

“What time is it? I’m soooo hungry!” the former member of the “Real Housewives of New York” cast asked her lawyer, Allen Mayefsky, as they headed out of court after about four hours.

Frankel, who gained fame and fortune through products promoting a “skinny” lifestyle for women, was criticized online for being too thin after the 43-year-old posted a picture to Instagram earlier this month of her wearing her 4-year-old daughter’s pajamas.

“This is my daughter’s nightgown and PJ shorts,” her caption read. “Think we’re ready to start sharing clothes yet?”

Frankel’s legal team and Hoppy’s lawyers, led by Bernard Clair, have locked horns over a division of assets and other matters.

Frankel has dug in in those fancy heels over how much Hoppy, 42, will get of her reputed $55 million fortune, which was built, in large measure, from the 2011 sale of Skinnygirl Cocktails to Beam Global. Sales of Skinnygirl soared before the couple’s marriage hit the rocks, but dropped 26% last year. The couple was married in March 2010 and separated in December 2012.

After a brief trial earlier this year, the couple settled on a joint custody arrangement over their daughter, Bryn.

Neither Frankel nor Hoppy would talk to reporters as they waited for the case to be called. They sat in separate areas of a courthouse corridor.

Their lawyers were equally mum, both beforehand and after emerging from a closed-door conference with the judge’s law clerk.

Lisa Vanderpump has quite the dilemma.

What is the fashionable star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills going to wear next Wednesday, July 30 when she's honored with a star at The Palm Springs Walk of Stars?

Hotter-than-hot temperatures in the California desert resort city have been hitting about 100 degrees in recent days.

"There is the rule that you don't wear mid-colored silks because that shows the sweat," Vanderpump told me yesterday when we caught up during a break from filming RHOBH. "I'd love to say I'll be glowing but I'll probably be sweating. I have to figure this one out. And I have to wear makeup for the cameras but it will probably be in a puddle beside me."

So what the heck is Vanderpump doing filming another season of RHOBH? She's made it quite clear over the last few months she wasn't happy with how things turned out last season.

"Yes, last season was awful and I think the viewers were very uncomfortable about that and I did feel like quitting after that," she said. "But time is a great healer and after six months, I kind of reconnected with a couple of them and I thought, 'OK, I'll go back in.'"

Besides, she said, "I was under contract with Bravo…Will I regret it? I don't know."

While Vanderpump declined to confirm if Lisa Rinna is joining the cast (multiple sources have told E! News she is), she is excited by the possibility. "I've known Lisa for 25 years," she said. "I love her and I have an authentic relationship with her…I do think she's very opinionated and vocal and I think that's a good thing for reality television or you fall asleep."

As for fired Housewives Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, Vanderpump is "sad" to see them go after just one season, but she said, "I don't make the rules."

No word if a camera crew will be following her to Palm Springs next week, but it doesn't matter to Vanderpump. She likes heading to the desert for some time away from L.A. "As an English girl, going there, it's so kind of different and quaint," she said. "But also being a huge advocate of the gay community, I love the way Palm Springs embraces the LGBT community and I think LGBT youth can go down there and they can feel safe down there. That is so awesome these days with what goes on in the world."

Aviva Drescher Doesn't Regret Throwing Her Prosthetic Leg Across the Room

While she's no stranger to hurling insults, Aviva Drescher took it a step further on the Real Housewives of New York City season finale by tossing her prosthesis across the room.

"There were three shrews attacking me, and I really just wanted them to zip it," she tells PEOPLE. "Some people throw down their glasses when they get angry and I just threw down my prosthesis. And you know what? It worked. They fled."

Never far from some drama, Drescher has faced off with several of her cast mates on season 6 of the Bravo reality show, but when it came to tossing her leg, it was a first, even for her.

"I normally only take it off when I go to bed or shower," she says. But despite causing a big scene, the reality star wouldn’t think twice about doing it again.

"I don't have any regrets at all. I only have experiences that I've learned from. If I could do this all over again, I think I would, because these girls, they just don't listen. They didn't want to hear what I had to say."

One thing that concerned Drescher: Whether her prosthesis could handle being tossed through the air.

"I don't know what I was more worried about," she says. "The Jimmy Choo or my leg, but it all worked out.

"I've been going to A Step Ahead Prosthetics in New York for 12 years, and one of the reasons that I did the show is to have a platform to raise awareness for amputees. I take so much pleasure in offering guidance to the right surgeons and prosthetics, and mine didn’t break!"

The drama continues with part one of The Real Housewives of New York City Reunion on Tuesday (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.

Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes Reveal: 'We Told the Kids About Our Affair!'

“We’ve had discussions with them about the whole situation,” Eddie says in the new issue of Life & Style, on stands now, of their honesty with Mason, 11, and Jake, 7, about their infidelity. “They understand more than you think they do,” LeAnn adds.

Being part of a blended family can be challenging, but LeAnn and Eddie found a way to make it work: therapy. Eddie tells the mag when he and LeAnn first got together, they went to counseling “to figure out how to put the kids first, to make sure they’re stable.” LeAnn’s sure it's helped, and she’s a doting stepmom to his kids. “We are always bettering ourselves,” she notes in the interview, “and our marriage.”

NeNe Leakes Throws Shade At Wendy Williams, Tells Her to "Be Scared" She'll Take Over Her Talk Show

Ooo girl! NeNe Leakes took to her blog on Tuesday, July 22, to call out Wendy Williams, and it apparently all started over a Hermès Birkin handbag.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star posted a picture of a customized Birkin bag on her Instagram account last week with the caption: "#personalized #birkin #neneisms #hermès custom by me & my husband had a fit." The bag, which can cost up to $10,000 and has "Neneisms" on it like "I'm a very rich bitch" and "close your legs to married men!" apparently didn't sit well with Williams. 

"Hot Question: What do think about @NeNeLeakes defacing her Birkin bag?" the talk show host asked her Twitter followers on July 22 and posted a photo of the Bravo star carrying the purse with her catchphrases written on it.

Leakes didn't appreciate the dig -- the feisty blonde then took to her own Twitter, tweeting at Williams: "Don't come 4 me WENDELL," along with a link to a post in which she tells her to "be scared." 

"Wendy I am sure people think that I’ve done something to you, maybe we had a beef or I slept with your man but none of that is true!" Leakes begins her post, acknowledging she's unaware of why Williams has issues with her. "I’ve actually only been nice to you! I gave you a beautiful black $3,200 Celine Phantom Bag to celebrate your 500th show but you haven’t spoken of that! But what you have chosen to do is constantly speak negative of me and lie on me! What you need to do is stop spewing hate," Leakes wrote.

The HSN fashion designer went on to call Williams "the lowest of the low," and even suggested she could replace Williams on her daytime talk show.

"I am sure you’re scared I will take your place (I know you have heard! Ummhmm wink wink) BE SCARED! I have a clothing line on HSN coming out in a few days and I know it must be hard for a black woman to support another black woman but you should try it sometime," she added.

As for that "defaced" Birkin bag? "PS: My Birkin is being turned into a work of art to raise money for a worthy charity something you fail to mention on your show! I don’t have one Birkin I have five now run tell that WIG," she concluded her heated post. 

Williams has yet to respond.

She did this off-camera, but then later denied it when Tamra brought it up on camera. ”

An insider says Lizzie brought the drama because she was warned her storyline was boring and she might not be invited back next season.

Bravo doesn’t comment on spoilers. And, Tamra and Lizzie won’t comment about the show’s storyline.

Kenya Moore Falls On Stage At ‘Real Housewives’ Competition In Las Vegas

Kenya Moore joined the tumbling ranks of Michelle Williams and Scarlet over the weekend.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta Star” was competing in a high-rollers competition on Saturday when she fell during a runway walk segment of the event, reports TMZ. The competition featured housewives from all of the Bravo “Real Housewives” shows.

The ladies were separated into four teams and competed against each other in a series of games in front of an audience at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The teams were led by four high rollers.

Ms. Moore’s fierceness faltered when the contestants were instructed to teach the four high rollers how to walk the runway. Moore started off strong but lost her footing, dramatically tumbling and rolling on the stage.

Not to be overcome by gravity's face-snatching reality, though, Moore bounced back up and redeemed her greatness with a series of bountiful hair flips. And though she has yet to release any official comment on the spill, we commend her Beyoncé-like reflexes when it comes to turning a fall into an epic hairography moment.

Bella Hadid, 17-Year-Old Daughter of Yolanda Foster, Arrested For DUI

Bella Hadid -- the 17-year-old daughter of Yolanda Foster -- who appears on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- was arrested early Tuesday morning for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Bella -- whose stepdad is legendary music producer David Foster and whose dad is Mohamed Hadid -- was driving on PCH at around 4 AM when she allegedly blew through a stop sign and almost collided with an L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. patrol car.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Bella was pulled over and the deputy detected a strong odor of alcohol.

Bella blew a .14 -- which approaches double the legal limit -- but because she's a minor it's even worse. She can't drive with ANY alcohol in her system.

It gets worse. Bella was driving on a suspended license.

She was arrested and ultimately released into the care of her famous stepdad.

Phaedra Parks and Husband Apollo Nida Spotted Filming For 'RHOA' Season 6

It’s a beautiful July day in the ATL!  What a lovely day to take your kids to the park  to visit with the father who will soon be off to the pokey. And of course the Bravo cameras are there to capture it all on film. This afternoon, Phaedra, Apollo and their sons the Mayor of Toronto and the President of Sudan or whatever are at Chastain park having a custody visit. Phaedra came in her car, Apollo came in his car, the nanny came in her car.

There is Bravo crew everywhere. This scene reminds me of the time Sheree and Bob went there to talk and Sheree assaulted him with a drink. Hopefully this scene will go a bit better. Whatever could the storyline be? A divorce discussion?  A scene for Phaedra to deny any knowledge of Apollo’s criminal ways? A scene where Phaedra says she is selling the house and moving to Athens?


I’m starting to think that the answer to Apollo’s questions, “Who will ride with me?” will be the entire Bravo crew. It looks like they are going to follow him all season long right until he goes behind bars.  While Phaedra and Apollo still pretend like they live together?  Will Phaedra pretend to stand by her man?

One thing is now official. Apollo is on next season and Phaedra is too. Part of me thought maybe Phaedra would be too embarrassed to show her face, or maybe she would want to deal with her problems quietly. But no. I think we can expect lots of church scenes with prayer cloths and book signings for the ridiculous etiquette book.

Teresa Giudice Exit Could Open Door For Danielle Staub Return To "Real Housewives of New Jersey"

Anyone following Danielle on Twitter knows full well she desperately wants to come back to 'RHONJ', but I highly doubt that if Teresa does go to jail that Dina would stay on:

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Teresa Guidice’s sentencing would have been concluded by now but for the death of Frank Giudice. That death prompting a change of Teresa Guidice’s sentencing until this fall. So if Teresa heads to prison, will she leave the show, and will Danielle Staub replace her? Fans might learn this fall. Teresa Giudice’s sentencing date is September 23, 2014. It was previously July 8. Joe Giudice’s sentencing date will be the same day as Teresa’s hearing.

Part of the mystery concerning Dina Manzo, Danielle Staub, and Teresa’s future with RHONJ stems from when, and how, Teresa could serve prison time. The confusion over Teresa Guidice’s sentencing is not just how long that she may spend time in prison but whether she will serve time while Joe Giudice is also in prison. The Giudices are presumably hoping that one spouse can serve time before the other for the sake of their children. But since Joe Giudice is facing several years in prison, it seems unlikely that Teresa’s prison term would be put on hold all those years until Joe’s period has concluded.

With that, questions remain if BravoTV will be able to record any footage for Teresa between now and this fall, in the event that she is sent to prison. And if they don’t get footage, what would be the backup plan for BravoTV? Many viewers are seeking a return of the show to its original core. But is Danielle Staub ready to return to the show?

If Teresa departs the show in part or in full for a season, the question is where the core of drama will come from. Many believe that the most obvious answer would be bringing Danielle Staub right back into the mix to battle Dina Manzo. Others disagree.

Since last Sunday’s episode aired, Danielle has been tweeting up a storm against Dina Manzo. There are still vestiges of their 2010 conflict. At the time, Danielle claimed issues about Dina’s contract, and who signed which provisions. “She told my ex’s family that I’d actually forged his signature on the contracts, which I did not,” Dina claimed in 2010. “She knew she could work on his emotions, so she supplied him with every phone number of everybody he’d need to follow through with a lawsuit – contacts at Bravo, our production crew and her attorneys.” She added “My ex husband was well aware of Lexi’s involvement in the show. She would often call him with details after a day of shooting.”

Phaedra Parks' Husband Apollo Nida Slams Wife For Not Showing Up During Sentencing

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Apollo Nida hasn't even started serving his eight-year prison sentence, but he's already questioning his marriage with Phaedra Parks.

Asked point-blank if their relationship would weather his time behind bars, Nida responded matter-of-factly.

"I doubt it," he told Atlanta B100's radio hosts. "I mean, my wife didn't even f------g show up for my sentencing, so I'm still kind of salty about that."

The Housewives star, 35, was arrested for fraud in January before pleading guilty in May.

While the future of his marriage is up in the air, Nida – who grew up in a broken home – also expressed concern over the impact his absence could have on his young sons Ayden, 4, and Dylan, 1.

"I love my kids," he said. "Coming from a non-father, non-mother background, I think at the end of the day, I feel sad and disappointed that I let my little man down."

And though Nida said he's accepted his punishment and is moving forward, he admitted, "This is hell."
