Bethenny Frankel Wanted Her Daughter to Have a Sister Before Miscarriage

People.com:
In July 2011, Bethenny Frankel told PEOPLE she had "anxiety" about her age when it came to trying for more children. In February, she admitted her fears came true when at eight weeks pregnant she had a miscarriage.

"It can be different for everybody," Frankel says of the heartbreaking event on Tuesday's episode of her talk show, Bethenny, which featured guest Dr. Roshini Raj. "For me, it's that I'm older. I'm 41. That was ringing in my head and that it's high-risk. But, I'm lucky to have my first child."

Frankel was especially disappointed about losing the baby because she "accidentally found out" from her doctor that she would have had another daughter.

"For me it was thinking about Bryn running around with another girl," she says.

Frankel can now relate to other ladies who have been through the same thing.

"I've honestly had women that I've been friends with in the past [tell me] they had a miscarriage," she explains. "And I kind of didn't really understand, and I'd say, 'I'm so sorry that's terrible.' But not until you really go through it, do you understand what it means. In your head, it's a person that could never be. You blame yourself as a woman."

Frankel says she got through the traumatic situation with the help of female peers.

"It was really just something that women were so supportive [about] and it was great to kind of go through that with other women," she says. "It's not really about me and my experience it's just kind of about being able to talk about it and women knowing that it's so common and it's not their fault."

Kelly Bensimon Responds To Bethenny Frankel’s Well Wishes Today: ‘It’s Very Sweet Of Her’

GossipDavid.com:
On today’s episode of Bethenny Frankel‘s new daytime talk show, the former Real Housewives of New York castmate sends her regards to fellow show alum Kelly Bensimon — and in an exclusive interview with GossipDavid.com, Kelly says she appreciates the gesture but the tension between the two was much ado about nothing.

Bethenny says on today’s show, “I wish Jill [Zarin] the best. I wish Kelly the best. Honestly, it was an experience that I’ll never forget and the year with the first five of us is definitely very nostalgic.”

Kelly tells GossipDavid.com, “She didn’t have to do that. That was really nice of her. And I think that for the Real Housewives brand, that’s amazing. I had a great time filming with her. We had sick ratings. I never had animosity toward her. You shouldn’t have animosity with people you work with.

That’s not cool. You should have animosity toward an ex-boyfriend, not people you work with.”

Kelly added that it may just continue the notion that there was some massive feud, though: “I think it’s really, really nice to acknowledge that to her new fan base, and I appreciate it for whatever it is It’s very sweet of her. But at the same time, I find it very concerning, because it’s a show for entertainment so for people to make a big deal out of an altercation for television, in all honesty, it’s incredibly concerning for me….that people actually think that something for television is real. That’s been my biggest thing.”

Says Kelly: I wish people would stop making it something it wasn’t. I always wish her well. It was a job to me. I wish people would stop making it something it wasn’t. I always wish her well.”

Still, Kelly says, “It was a great time in my life, I had so much fun with it. It was a platform for me.”

And she’s definitely doing a lot of juggling as a single mom: She’s currently busy with book store appearances for I Can Make You Hot!, she’ll appear in the upcoming film Innocence, she’s heavily involved with the non-profit Generosity Water and is planning a trip to Ghana, among other happenings.

Tamra Barney And Jeana Keough's Have Showdown On "Real Housewives Of Orange County" Finale

RadarOnline.com:
The bitch is back!

In a sneak peek of the upcoming season finale of The Real Housewives of Orange County the wine is about to fly when Tamra Barney spots her nemesis former Housewife Jeana Keough at a formal party!

“Step back step back! Watch out I need a glass of wine I heard Jeana’s here,” Tamra warns.

“The last time I saw Jeana was after throwing a glass of wine in her face,” she reminisces about their explosive last meeting when they fought until Tamra tossed her drink in Jeana’s face.

Jeana and her daughter Kara greet Vicki Gunvalson, who is wearing a heavy fur coat that she immediately brags her dead-beat dad boyfriend Brooks Ayers gave her.

“My relationship with Jeana since the party last year is nothing,” Vicki admits. “We never see each other we never call each other. I miss her.”

However, Tamra certainly doesn’t miss Jeana and explains where her animosity comes from.

“I have a lot of anger towards Jeana,” Tamra says. “I think most of it comes from the fact that when I was married our families were close but she ran to Simon’s side and talked sh*t about me.”

Who Is Aviva Drescher? 5 Things to Know About the RHONY Housewife

Wetpaint.com:
As you may know by now, The Real Housewives of New York has cast three new ladies to join the team: Aviva DrescherHeather Thomson, and Carole Radziwill. Here are five things to know about Aviva.

Aviva has a prosthetic leg. In the premiere episode, we learn pretty quickly that Aviva has a very expensive fake leg. She tells Sonja the frightening story of what happened to her leg when she was a teenager (more of the gruesome details can be found here), but she seems to handle her handicap quite gracefully.

She was born and raised in NYC. Aviva’s tagline is, “Never underestimate a woman born and raised in New York City.” Her bio offers other details: She attended the elite Fieldston School, one of a handful of top private schools in New York, and then Vassar College. Both schools have artsy reputations, but Aviva then went on to get a Masters in French Literature from NYU, and her JD at law school. So she’s a smartie, too.

She has four children, with two different fathers. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, obviously. Her oldest is named Harry, whose father, Harrison (Harry) Dubin dated both Luann de Lesepps and Sonja Morgan. Her three children with current husband is Reid Drescher, and they have three kids under 8 years old together.

Her cousin is Fran Drescher. By marrying Reid, she became cousins by marriage to comedienne Fran. Fran has spoken out about how she would never do a Real Housewives show, saying that she’s embarrassed to admit that her cousin, Aviva, is on RHONY.

Aviva will bring the drama. In previews for the upcoming season, Aviva has several confrontations with the three returning Housewives, including a moment where she condemns Ramona Singer for being wildly drunk. She’s also seen telling Ramona and Sonja that they are “white trash.” And very recently, she told the press that Sonja is an alcoholic. Now that’s why we watch this show!

Alexis Bellino Compares Tamra Barney & Cohorts To 'Mean Girls From High School'

Video streaming by Ustream

RadarOnline.com:
Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino made a special visit to RadarOnline.com on Thursday for an exclusive live chat where she answered all the questions that viewers have been dying to know but were afraid to ask!

After divulging about her past plastic surgery perils and plans not to go under the knife again for a long time, the 35-year-old reality star dished the dirt on her real life rift with co-star Tamra Barney and her bitchy sidekicks.

"I feel they were the mean girls from high school all season, I feel like it started in the first episode," Alexis told RadarOnline.com in the exclusive video interview.

"I feel like it was mostly her (Tamra) doing the smack talking and she kind of lured Heather (Dubrow) and Gretchen (Rossi) into the mix, which is unfortunate but it is what it is.

"So I just have to count my blessings for what is positive in my life and move on from there," she said diplomatically.

Earlier in the interview, Alexis revealed how she felt she was getting picked on by the other girls, and said the back-stabbing and bullying may influence her decision on whether she returns to the show for another season.

"I'm completely getting ganged up on," complained Bellino. "Like I said, since the reunion I am hopeful that things will change next year -- if there is a next year… if I do a next year. There's so many 'ifs' in the question."

One ray of light is that Alexis has gotten to become close gal pals with Vicki Gunvalson – especially since she and Tamra's friendship has been on the rocks.

"I am definitely close to Vicki, and that's not a façade; it's been slow. I had to make amends last year and it didn't work.

"We worked a little bit closer last year, and we're getting closer, and we're taking baby steps. We're both very cautious. We're very guarded," said Alexis.

"We're trying to protect ourselves and make sure it’s a sincere friendship and not staged. Hollywood makes everything a little bit of a façade. Vicki and I really love each other as people," she pledged.

'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Recap: And Teresa Giudice Stands Alone

It was a little meek and mild, but Jacqueline Laurita finally let Teresa Giudice have it tonight on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. While she tried to keep things sweet and civil, in the end Teresa and her lies just pushed her to the point where she declared that she would be distancing herself from the Giudice family.

It's about time. Honestly, if it wasn't for Caroline Manzo surprisingly dropping in on the whole confrontation, I'm not sure Jacqueline would have actually gotten there. So thank goodness for Caroline. Teresa has a way of manipulating and confusing Jacqueline, and making her think maybe she is Heckyll & Jyde, even though all Jacqueline wanted to do was understand what really was going on with Teresa. And why she had been Tweeting with Danielle Staub?
But understanding Teresa is challenging, to say the least.

We JUST saw Teresa tell Jacqueline how she gets paid by the tabloids for stories, and then there she sat tonight claiming she never said that. It was also almost laughable witnessing just how delusional she is while she droned on about how she doesn't hold a grudge while she spewed about the grudge she has against Melissa Gorga from two years ago. Talk about Heckyll and Jyde. Best part: When Jacqueline asked why Melissa would have bad feelings toward her, Teresa screamed, "frickin’ jealousy!” Jealous of what, she didn't say, nor is it obvious.

Instead of being honest with the one person who has stood by her side and still would, Teresa just yelled at Jacqueline and tried to manipulate her. Then, out of nowhere, Caroline appeared, and Teresa knew she going down.

There was plenty of yelling about the cookbook, and Teresa's tabloid dealings. Then Jacqueline did some bizarre role playing that she really shouldn't have done, but her point was a good one, even if it was lost on Teresa.

In the end, Caroline told Teresa that she wouldn't be anything but cordial to her from there on out, and that she felt like she'd never been anything but an accessory to Teresa. Jacqueline told her she was going to distance herself from Teresa and her family, which was pretty ballsy for Jacqueline, even if she did kiss her after that.

Now Teresa stands alone. Slowly and surely she's driven every friend and family member away and out of her life. Based on previews and what we gather from Twitter, she doesn't stop driving either. It's pretty much Teresa vs. everyone, and I don't know when or if that's going to change.

Heather Thomson Talks Cliques & Catfights on ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’

SheKnows.com:
A new season of The Real Housewives of New York City is underway on Bravo, and as we’ve already seen in the first few episodes, with three new cast members in the mix, there are also some new alliances. But this time, it’s not as simple as the blondes vs. the brunettes (or The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s talls vs. the smalls), and according to Heather Thomson, one “team” is definitely outnumbered.

As we learned from Ms. Sonja Morgan last season, there’s a pecking order on The Real Housewives of New York City. Unfortunately for Sonja and her BFF Ramona “I bleed pinot” Singer, with the new ‘wives already having a lot of money, power, and respect in the NYC social scene, they may not rank as high on that list as they did before, and cliques, they are a formin’!

When asked by Wetpaint Entertainment, which of the other Housewives she was closest to, newbie Heather Thomson, not surprisingly said, “I think Carole [Radziwill] and LuAnn [de Lesseps] and Aviva [Drescher],” adding that “Sonja [Morgan] and LuAnn are close.”

Hmmm…. No mention of Ramona in there at all. Guess these two still haven’t managed to work things out.
So, it looks like so far, Ramona and Sonja are outnumbered; unless you count Singer’s bottles of pinot, which we think probably contributed to the split amongst the ladies in the first place (indirectly, of course).

Bethenny Frankel: Plastic Surgery Made Me Feel Hotter In Bed

RadarOnline.com:
Bethenny Frankel is not bashful when it comes to talking about her boob job!

The former Real Housewife opens up about her plastic surgery on Friday’s Bethenny, revealing why she went under the knife to get size D implants and that she has subsequently had them removed, and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek of the revealing episode.

“I was in high school and probably about 30 pounds heavier and my boobs used to sag. They were bigger and they were saggy. They would almost like touch your stomach, when you feel like it’s hot and sweaty. You know what I’m talking about?” She dishes to her guests Loni Love and Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi.

“I could of put a diet coke can underneath and hold it because they were heavy and saggy.”

After losing all the excess weight in her late 20s, early 30s, her boobs shrunk in size.

“They were small. They were nice. They were probably like a C, but they were really still saggy. You know when you lay down naked and they’re over here (on either side of you). They’re like cocktails on the side.  So my girlfriend said, you should do something.”

Bethenny explains that she went to a plastic surgeon to get a lift, and he informed her that it would leave behind lollipop scars.

“I felt self-conscious that as a single woman going out and meeting men. I felt like I would be scared,” she says about the scars.  “So, he said put a small implant in it and it will lift it.”

“I ended up with a D, and I didn’t feel like it was right on me. I felt kind of sloppy. I felt like they were unwieldy and all over the place.”

After Bethenny made her fortune, she could afford perfection.

“So then I went again like a couple of years ago when I could afford it to get them taken out and then lifted and I did feel much better," she says.

Her final words of boob job wisdom?

Jill Zarin Writes Angry Blog About RHONY And Then Deletes It, Begs Fans To Convince Bravo To Re-Hire Her

Yunno, as much as I hate to admit, I kinda miss Jill a little bit on RHONYC, good to know Jill feels the same way too:
Jill Zarin has a plan. It may not be elegantly proposed, or even make much sense, but the recently fired Real Housewives of New York star thinks she’s figured out a way to get back on the Bravo show that made her famous.

Allow Jill to explain how her current circumstances are exactly the same as Bobby Ewing’s on the original Dallas. On her personal blog, Jill writes the following:

Remember Dallas? ( probably not!) Well it’s back BTW. One season was completely erased and called “The Dream” season because the rumor was they fired Bobby Ewing who was rumored wanted too much money and then when the fans backlashed against the network with a Boycott, call in. write in campaign ( there were no blogs, emails, tweets or Facebook back in the OLD DAYS) . The had to “eat crow” and bring back Bobby with a huge raise.
We think we follow Jill’s underlying logic. When Patrick Duffy’s character, Bobby Ewing, was killed off in Season 7, producers realized how upset fans were that one of their beloved characters was gone from the show. Their solution was to bring Patrick back at the end of Season 8, calling the entire season a “Dream” season, essentially conceding that nothing viewers had watched and enjoyed that year had actually happened.

Jill continues, “If you are even thinking that the cast could be asked back..the fans would have do pull off a DALLAS move.” However, the Skweez Couture entrepreneur is quick to add, “I am certainly not advocating anything..just thinking of all the scenarios out loud.”

Well, maybe Jill will get her wish. We asked RHONY fans if they want Jill back and a whopping 50% say they want their old Housewives back on the show.

Alexis Bellino Says She Hasn’t Been Portrayed Fairly on Real Housewives of Orange County

Wetpaint.com:
Season 7 of Real Housewives of Orange County has been a rough one for Alexis Bellino. Between recovering from sinus surgery and rhinoplasty, she’s also been the target of an “intervention” by her castmates — who thought she was “phony” and “pretentious.”

When Wetpaint Entertainment spoke with the blond Housewife and her husband, Jim, at Patti Stanger’s birthday party on June 14, we asked about her damaged relationship with Gretchen Rossi, her new friendship with Vicki Gunvalson, and whether she’ll be back for Season 8. Alexis also reveals why she was almost a no-show at the Season 7 reunion, as Wetpaint Entertainment was the first to report.

Wetpaint Entertainment: How has it been since being back from Costa Rica and having to confront everyone?
Alexis Bellino: Well, it’s been good with Vicki. The other ones, it’s been the same.

Is Vicki the only one you’re talking to now?
Alexis: Well, after the reunion we did have a little peace-making going on, but we’ll see how that really turns out. I don’t know. I never know because one day they’ll tell me that they’re sorry or this and that and then the next day, “I got drunk in a bar.” I’m just very guarded, I should say.

You almost skipped the reunion. What made you change your mind?
Alexis: I didn’t skip it. I was medically released from it. I finally got the courage to go. Yeah, it’s been a rough season.

Was it really difficult to get through it?
Alexis: They were lighter on me at the reunion, so that helped. I had the Lord with me, so it helped a lot too.

What do you think people most misunderstand about you?
Alexis: I just think that I’m an easy target, because I don’t fight dirty. I’m not going to go to that level. I think it’s easy to just say what you want about me, because I’m not going to attack back.

Do you think you’ll be able to heal your relationships with some of the other girls, like Gretchen?
Alexis: I think there’s a chance I’m going to heal my relationship with Gretchen. I wouldn’t call it completely shut for good. I do love her, and I miss her.

You’ve talked about having another baby. Do you think you’re going to add to your family?
Alexis: [Cover’s husband Jim’s ears and sings “La la la la la”] I want another baby. He is not really up for it, and it takes two for that to happen so I don’t know if I’m gonna get it. He kind of would for about a month when he said that he would think about it and revisit it in a few months, and now he’s just shut it down. “No, not happening.”

Jim Bellino: She’ll get a dog.

Alexis: I’m gonna get a little bitty dog. But he doesn’t like the little rat ones.

You put up with so much this season. Are you going to return next season?
Alexis: I don’t know.

Is a lot of that going to depend on your relationships outside of the show and how you guys mend?
Alexis: There’s just a lot of factors involved. There’s my family. There’s my health. There’s so much involved. The one thing I know is I will be friends with her [points to Vicki], and hopefully Gretchen and I will become friends again and I won’t lose touch with her whether I’m on the show or not.

Overall, how has being on the show changed your life?
Alexis: For the most part, it’s been a very positive experience. It’s just this year that was really difficult. I mean, everybody goes through it so we’ll see. We just finished filming, and now is when I get to heal and go through everything.

Taylor Armstrong Tries To Settle Lawsuit With Fake Birkins

Styleite.com:
As much as SNL likes to poke fun at The Real Housewives, this story is not a laughing matter. (Okay, it kind of is.)

Russell Armstrong, husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly HillsTaylor Armstrong, committed suicide last July after being slapped with a $1.5 million fraud lawsuit by MyMedicalRecords.com, an online medical record storage site.

Russell was raising capital for MMR, but allegedly pocketed some of the cash with Taylor’s help. The two signed legal documents with MMR listing every investor that gave money to them, but they left out three major names. When MMR found out, the company filed a $1.5 million lawsuit against Russell and Taylor. He committed suicide, and she was left to deal with the mess.

It took nearly a year, but Taylor recently settled the suit. According to court documents, Taylor didn’t have enough cash to pay off the settlement. As such, she was required to turn over personal property. She gave up her $251,000 engagement ring, which MMR tried to auction off on eBay for more money, and two Hermès Birkin bags, which were revealed to be fake. Ouch.

MMR’s CEO Robert Lorsch explains:
“The Birkin bags turned out to be fakes from a real housewife. Knowing our experience with the Armstrongs in the past, we trusted very little so we add the [banknote] at the last minute when there was no paperwork on the bags. At the end of the day, I think we will do okay with the ring…it got the case settled. We didn’t want to go out and spend over $100,000 at trial and maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to recover [damages]. For us the chapter is closed.”
