Kim Zolciak's Husband Kroy Went On Vacation Instead of Attending Super Bowl To Support Ex-Team
Bustle.com:
The Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots are facing off for football glory in the 2017 Super Bowl. But some fans may be wondering about a certain famous former Falcon — is Kroy Biermann at the 2017 Super Bowl? Unfortunately, Instagram photo posts by his wife Kim Zolciak place him on a tropical vacation in Turks & Caicos with his family rather than at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas — or just fresh from a relaxing vacay. On Saturday, Zolciak posted a photo of herself and Biermann together on a beautiful beach, and wrote in the caption, "I love him to the moon and back! ... Thankful for this last week! Romantic and restful!"
So it sounds like the Don't Be Tardy stars and the kids spent the past week on the beach, but there also hasn't been any word of Biermann being attendance at the Super Bowl or watching it with his family. After all, it might be hard for him — Biermann played for the Falcons from 2008 until 2015, and now his former team is competing for the Super Bowl trophy without him. You might think he's bitter, but Biermann doesn't seem to be. On Jan. 22, he tweeted his well wishes to his former team: "Congrats 2 the players, coaches, [owner] Arthur [Blank], and the staff of Falcons!! I know the work u all put n and its much deserved. Keep kicking ass!!"
Even Zolciak posted her support for Biermann's former team on Instagram and Twitter. An hour before the Super Bowl began, she tweeted on Sunday: "Rise up @Atlanta Falcons."RELATED: After attending SoxFest, Brielle Biermann lobbies for a 'Real Housewives of Chicago'

Source Says Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd Will Return to 'Real Housewives of Orange County'
RadarOnline.com:
Heather Dubrow is not returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County, but what about her enemies? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal if Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd will be back in the OC for season 12.
“Vicki and Kelly are going to return,” a source told Radar. “They are just trying to get more money since they know that they bring the drama and RHOC needs their drama.”
Dodd seems to be working hard for a raise, as she sparked departure rumors when she tweeted that she will “prob not” return to the Bravo show.
“I may come back, but it’s probably unlikely,” she told a user. “I’m not sure yet.”
The cast shakeup comes after Dubrow announced her departure from the show.

Erika Jayne Talks #Pantygate, New Music Video & The P-Word
Refinery29.com:
Since 2007, Erika Jayne has had nine No. 1 singles on the U.S. Billboard Dance Club chart. She’s worked with the likes of Flo Rida and Maino. Her up-tempo hits are direct descendants of the disco music that fueled nightclubs in the '70s. Latching onto this version of pop has helped Jayne reach icon status in the LGBT community, where her music is in heavy rotation. She even won the News Ally Entertainer of 2015 award.RELATED: Prepare for Erika Jayne's 'Xxpensive' Video With Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Footage
I don’t think Jayne is the type of woman anyone would expect to be a housewife. MILF? Definitely. Housewife? Eh. Jayne has a wealthy husband in the form of Tom Girardi, but that’s where the trope ends. Still, she has assumed the title as one of the newer additions to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast. But trying to wrap Jayne up into a neat little box doesn’t work in anyone’s favor.
At 45, Jayne is living a life that would turn a 21-year-old green with envy. On this season of RHOBH, she and her vagina have caused enough drama to have their own spin-off. But when pussy is one of your favorite words, these are the kinds of situations you can handle with grace. And Erika Girardi, the woman behind Erika Jayne, is nothing if not graceful. I was lucky enough to chat with her over the phone about her humble beginnings, her current grind, and going commando.
Let’s address an important issue. I’ve been watching this season of RHOBH and following the fallout of #pantygate. Why do you think it’s still such a big deal to go without underwear?
"I don’t know why it’s such a big deal. I think that something that was small and innocent on my behalf got turned into something else which is disappointing... I’ve said everything I needed to say about it. I’m not quite sure what the motivation is here. I don’t understand why the punishment. It’s unfortunate, honestly, to see women go after other women like that."
Are you and Dorit cool now?
"What you’re seeing now happened six months ago. Not to give away the show, but things progressed. When I watch the show now and I see the things that were said about me, it kind of reopens some old wounds. I’m not gonna lie. It’s like, 'Why would you say that?' or 'Wow, you really took that to heart and you really do feel that.' [There’s] so much I’m kept away from. All of us are. So when you see people's sit down interviews, and you see how they feel...their personal feelings in their homes you go, 'Well damn, okay. You really felt that.'"
Is there anything that people are going to be shocked or surprised to see from you in this season?
"No, I don’t think you’ll be shocked. You’ll get to see me with my mother in a very human moment. You get to see me cry. Which I don’t like to do. You get to see me be a little bit more human and not so showgirl all the time. Which I think is good because a lot times people feel that when there’s a lot of weave, and there’s makeup, and there’s pumps, and there’s boobs and ass, that’s all you can be. You can’t possibly be tender or caring or sensitive or loving. They kind of just paint you with one paintbrush. They never think: This is a human. This is a daughter, a mother, a wife, a friend. You get to see my mother and I talk about some sensitive things."
Kandi Burruss Claims Phaedra Parks Has No Storyline, and No ‘Boyfriend’
RollingOut.com:
On “The Real” this Friday, Feb. 3, guest co-host Kandi Burruss clapped back at a fan “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast mate Phaedra Parks’ storyline.RELATED: Kandi Burruss Talks Porsha Williams Lesbian Drama, Spills the Tea on What Really Went Down
Here’s how the conversation started.
Jeannie Mai: We were cruising your Facebook page when we found this little gem posted a preview of an upcoming episode of “The Real” Housewives of Atlanta. J-Mar Vaton Tymes wrote, “So over Kandi and her rude behavior. She doing anything for a paycheck and keep using Phaedra name as a storyline.” Kandi, do you want to hit reply on that?
Kandi Burruss: Oh gosh. I want to hit reply on that, but they’re going to be mad. [Laughs.] OK, first and foremost, sweetheart I mean come on, I mean, I don’t have to do anything for a paycheck. I get multiple paychecks. Can we google first?
KB: If you gonna come at me with a diss, let it be something that makes sense. So I don’t have to do anything for a paycheck, but then also the whole thing about using Phaedra as a storyline, uh, what’s her storyline? If it wasn’t for, you know, the stuff that’s going on between me, her or my family or whatever — the things that you know, we say and she says about us, what is her storyline? I don’t see a boyfriend, I don’t see any work getting done. I don’t see nothing [sic]. I saw one charity event, but other than that, it’s like a friend of the show at this point.

Attempted-Murder Trial to Start For Son of Lauri Peterson Gets Delayed
LATimes.com:
Joshua Waring, son of former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lauri Peterson, won't face trial on charges of attempted murder for at least two weeks.
Waring's trial had been scheduled to begin Thursday. But after about 20 minutes of debate Thursday morning involving Waring, his attorney and Orange County Superior Court Judge Sheila Hanson, Waring ultimately agreed to delay his trial until Feb. 16 to give him time to retain a private defense attorney.
Deputy Alternate Defender Ray Chen, who currently represents Waring, had filed a motion Monday to delay the trial for several months to give him time to prepare Waring's defense.
"It would be a dereliction of my duty as an attorney to even contemplate answering 'ready' today," Chen said Thursday.RELATED: Abandoned Behind Bars! ‘RHOC’ Star Lauri Peterson Refuses To See Or Speak To Son
Waring initially refused to go along with his attorney's request for a delay and instead asked Hanson to allow him to make a phone call so another attorney could represent him at trial Thursday. Hanson declined, saying it is not up to her or court staff to aid his search for alternative counsel.
Earlier in the morning, Waring had refused to leave his jail cell for court until guards allowed him to make a phone call. The purpose of the call was unclear.

Bethenny Frankel Bails on ‘Housewives’ Filming After Ex-Husband’s Arrest
PageSix.com:
“Real Housewives of New York” star Bethenny Frankel skipped filming the reality show on Friday night, after an alleged incident involving her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, Page Six has learned.RELATED: Inside Jason Hoppy's aggressive emails
Hoppy was charged with harassing and stalking Frankel after he allegedly sent a series of abusive emails and turned up at their daughter’s Manhattan school on Friday. An NYPD spokeswoman told Page Six on Tuesday that Hoppy approached Frankel and a friend at the school around 8:15 a.m. and “tried to provoke a fight. He said, ‘I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned.’” (Hoppy’s attorney told us he “intends to vigorously fight these false charges.”)
Spies have further told Page Six that after the alleged incident, a distraught Frankel skipped filming her show Friday night.
A source told us that the Bravo show’s cameras were rolling when the “Real Housewives” cast attended a Dressed to Kilt charity fashion show. “All the other ‘Housewives’ were there … Bethenny was a no-show,” a spy said. The source added, “When Carole Radziwill [Frankel’s best friend on the show] is there and the cameras are rolling, you know Bethenny is expected so she just didn’t show.”
A source close to the star told us that Frankel did not attend because of Friday’s earlier drama, but that she did then go on a trip with the cast to the Killington Ski Resort in Vermont.
Kyle Richards Defends Relationship with Sister Kim Amid Addiction ‘Enabler’ Gossip from Eden Sassoon
RadarOnline.com:
Eden Sassoon is a dog with a bone! She just can’t leave Kim and Kyle Richards alone but the sisters set her straight during this week’s episode.RELATED: Did Kyle Richards Think Her Elimination from Celebrity Apprentice Was Fair?
Kyle already had her back up because Eden approached her at Lisa Rinna’s barbeque about how she thinks Kim isn’t in a good place with her sobriety.
The daughter of hair icon Vidal Sassoon, had only brief encounters with the sisters but claimed Kim was “closed off” and “abrasive” towards her.
“I think maybe you’re reading into things with a magnifying glass or something,” Kyle told Eden. “I don’t really know what to do with that to be honest. I think it’s just injecting yourself into something you don’t know anything about.”
But later on at Kyle’s over-the-top Great Gatsby-themed bash at an incredible oceanfront estate in Malibu, the three women finally came face-to-face-to-face.
“What I’m hearing is that you’re judging me,” Kim explained to Eden. “You were looking for trouble and I didn’t want to be around that. I just needed to back away from you a little bit.

Porsha Williams Talks Her Dramatic Exit from Celebrity Apprentice
People.com:
This week’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice took the phrase “cutting the cord” a bit too literally — yet Porsha Williams still got the boot.RELATED: Porsha DUMPED! Williams Ditched By BFF Shamea After Party Snub & Sex Rumors
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star dished on Arnold Schwarzenegger eliminations with PEOPLE Now, revealing that she didn’t think she should have been “terminated” in addition to Chael Sonnen (who purposely caused a power outage in order to buy his team extra time to complete their task of creating a spellbinding brochure for Universal Studios’ Wizarding World of Harry Potter).
“I knew he was going to be eliminated for doing that,” Williams shares, adding that the team was concerned for his well-being. “That was a scary situation because I honestly thought that he had hurt himself. I didn’t realize that he did it on purpose.”
“I was thankful for the time, but at the same time, you cannot cheat in this game,” she continued. “Come on. This is for charity, and so he’s a gangster.”
Although Sonnen got the ax when his cheating tactic was exposed, somebody from Williams’ losing team had to go. The reality star took the blame for the creative aspects of the brochure and was sent packing from the boardroom.
“Now when I look back, I’m like, maybe we should have waited to bring up with Chael thing until later, you know, whoever got brought back, so that way only he would have gotten fired,” the 35-year-old reality star explains.
Jason Hoppy Ordered to Stay Clear of Bethenny Frankel
TMZ.com:
Bethenny Frankel now has a powerful weapon in her arsenal in her post-divorce war ... there's a restraining order against ex-hubby Jason Hoppy.RELATED: Bethenny Frankel Reflects on Her "Gnarly" Divorce -- And How She's Moving On
The order was issued in conjunction with Hoppy's arrest Friday for stalking and harassment. He confronted Bethenny at their child's school, allegedly saying, "I will destroy you."
We've learned the restraining order requires Hoppy to stay clear of Bethenny's home, Bethenny's school, and place of business.
The order also requires Jason to stay radio silent ... no communication with Bethenny.
The only exception for Hoppy is if a judge allows him access at the various locations to facilitate the custody arrangement.
There's one kind of vague part of the order ... Jason is not permitted to have any "third party contact." Although the order does not specify the identity of third parties, it's safe to assume it includes Bethenny's boyfriend, Dennis Shields, who was with Bethenny when Jason got arrested.
The restraining order lasts 6 months.
