Airline Says James and Amber Marchese Lied About Flight Fight

TheWrap.com:
Virgin Airlines says former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars James and Amber Marchese are members of the frequent liars program.

In a countersuit filed Wednesday in federal court in New Jersey, Virgin America claims that the Marcheses not only fought during an April 2016 flight from Los Angeles to Newark, but lied about it afterwards.

The Marcheses filed suit against Virgin America in October, claiming that an alleged brawl that a Virgin America employee told the police about — and which caused the Marcheses to be removed from the flight  — never happened. In their suit, the Marcheses alleged defamation, negligence and false imprisonment.

But Virgin America is sticking by its story in the countersuit, claiming that the airline employee heard James Marchese tell Amber, “If you want to be on equal f—ing playing fields, then carry the f—ing bags.” The airline also asserts that James Marchese closed his hands around his wife’s neck and told her, “Bitch, if you do that again, I will f—ing kill you” before releasing his grip around her neck.

Virgin America, which alleges defamation in its countersuit, claims that the Marcheses made “numerous defamatory statements” to the news media and on their social media accounts saying that the airline and the employee “lied to law enforcement and fabricated the domestic disturbance … for their own self-promotion and to attract publicity.”

Melissa Gorga’s Envy Boutique Is Temporarily Closed After ‘Difference of Opinion’ With Her Business Partner

EOnline.com:
Closing up shop … for now. The Envy by Melissa Gorga boutique is closed temporarily after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star had a “difference of opinion” with her business partner, Jackie Beard Robinson.

Rumors started swirling that the Montclair, New Jersey, retailer was shutting its doors after only a year when customers saw the entire store was empty — but the Bravo star’s rep tells Us that it will reopen in a few weeks with spring inventory.

“Melissa Gorga is and has always been an owner of the Envy by Melissa Gorga boutique,” Gorga’s rep tells Us Weekly exclusively. "Melissa and Jackie have had a difference of opinion on how the store should be run and at this point, Jackie is no longer involved in managing the boutique, but Melissa intends to maintain the success of the boutique by managing it on her own, and she is excited to open with a new inventory of spring fashions.”

A source tells Us that the reality star, 37, hasn’t seen eye to eye with Robinson for a while now, so Robinson decided to go into business with Kim DePaola, who owns Posche and has made cameos on RHONJ. The source says Robinson moved the inventory from Envy to DePaola’s store.

According to the source, the Love Italian Style: The Secrets of My Hot and Happy Marriage author disagreed with Robinson over spending and how to run the business. “Melissa was unhappy, and she was like, ‘You aren’t operating this store to make a profit. This isn’t working.’ She wanted to dissolve their agreement,” the insider continued. “But Jackie wanted Melissa to just give up her stake and be a paid spokesperson.”

Kelly Dodd Beats Siggy Flicker In Real Housewives’ Best Newcomer Poll

Inquisitr.com:

Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd has been crushing it in the polls lately. After being hailed as the Best Housewife of 2016, Kelly also won the Best Newcomer, beating Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania, and Dorit Kemsley from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The RHOC star also won Best Reality Star award, alongside Shark Tank‘s Mark Cuban.

In a recent online survey by Real Housewife Polls, Kelly Dodd was hailed as the best newcomer by Real Housewives fans. The RHOC star got 63 percent of 1,417 votes. Coming in second place was Real Housewives of New Jersey star Siggy Flicker with 19 percent.

In December, Real Housewives fans also voted Kelly as the Housewife who “entertained them the most” in 2016. She got 47 percent of the 1,389 total votes, narrowly winning against Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne, who got 44 percent.

Seemingly happy with the feedback she’s getting from fans, Kelly Dodd retweeted both polls on her official Twitter account.

In TV Guide‘s latest 2016 Real Housewife rank, the site also gave the top spot to Kelly Dodd. According to them, no single Housewife made as big of an impact in 2016 than the Real Housewives of Orange County newcomer.
“In her first – and possibly only season if the other women get their way – Kelly dominated nearly every storyline. Whether she was calling Shannon a c**t, flicking people’s noses or saying racist remarks, bad puns and horrible things about Tamra’s relationship with her daughter, Kelly was the real puppet this season, and everyone else was the master.”

Phaedra Parks Puts Ex-BFF Kandi Burruss On Blast, Speaks On Her Love From Threesomes

Hey if Kandi and Todd have an 'open marriage' and a love for threesomes then they should just own it. My thing is, why would you be dumb enough to bring (or attempt to bring) Porsha in your bedroom and not think that wasn't going to come out? Much less think that you could attempt to bring down Phaedra's personal life and not think you wasn't going to get tea thrown back at you, esp. when it involves someone else on the show?!?

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Husband Kroy Talk 'Secrets' To A Successful Marriage

BravoTV.com:
After five years of wedded bliss and six kids, Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have found the formula that makes their relationship work. For the Biermanns, it's all about communication.

"There’s probably a couple things there that are major keys to a successful relationship. For me, personally, I think growing up, I saw people that worked and I saw people that didn’t work. What I found didn’t work was a lack of communication. If there isn’t communication… people can’t read people’s minds," he shared with Personal Space. "You don’t know what’s bothering somebody or what they don’t like or what they do like. You can’t communicate. No matter what it is, you have to be able to express your likes and dislikes. It’s a major key to a successful relationship, and it’s not even necessarily verbal communication. It’s the physical touches or the understanding of what a person likes and dislikes throughout their daily routines. It’s about paying attention and being invested."

And, that means that Kroy always makes time for his Don't Be Tardy wife -- and their family. "If I came home from football and went downstairs and played video games and wasn’t engaged with the kids, and didn’t talk to my wife and she was up with the kids screaming and trying to run her businesses and I wasn’t helping her, it would irritate somebody," he said. "When people get irritated, they start to disconnect. As long as you’re invested and care. At the end of the day, if you truly want to be married to somebody for the rest of your life, you have to invest the time. Your buddies at the bar can wait. The beer- you don’t have to have that. Your wife, she needs your attention and she needs your help. She needs you to be around and invested. That’s what’s going to make the connection grow and be there. If you do need some time to unwind, do it with her. Don’t run off and do something else. Again, you’re not investing time that could be invested in the marriage."

Kenya Moore Pulls Gun on Three Trespassers

EOnline.com:
Kenya Moore was feeling fired up Friday.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star recorded two Instagram videos after three unidentified individuals approached Moore Manor a few moments earlier. "Look, there's only one way to say this—Imma get real real wit' y'all right now. I just had three motherf--kers come to my front door and knock on it. I didn't know who they were. They climbed over my fence where I live and came and thought it was a good idea to say, 'Hi, Kenya!' Like, bitch, you are on my motherf--ckin' property and you are trespassing, because you climbed over my fence to get over here," she explained. "Even though it's under construction, bitch, you can't crawl over it to get to me."

Moore published stills from the security footage, and in one of them, she appeared to pull a gun on the three trespassers. "This bitch over here is on high alert. We on level orange up in this bitch. If you come over here, you come to my door, you find out where I live, please do, because if you come over here, you gonna get a motherf--king cap in your ass," the 45-year-old Bravo reality star warned them. "No, 'Who are you?' 'What are you doing here?' You are going to get a motherf--king cap in your ass. I will f--king shoot and I will ask questions later. Try me!"
This is far from over, Moore added. "I will be pulling the security footage and I will be getting your license plates and I will be prosecuting you for trespassing," she said. "You come over here, you gonna go to jail—and you might get an ass whipping on your way to getting shot."
On Saturday morning, Moore offered a $1,000 reward to anyone who can identify one or more of the trespassers. Moore added that she is gathering more security footage from other cameras and asked anyone with information to e-mail her at mooremanor2016@gmail.com.
