Bethenny Frankel Custody Case Settled, Her and Estranged Husband Jason Hoppy Will Split Custody of Daughter Bryn

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's ongoing custody battle over the 4-year-old daughter, Brynn, has finally been settled.

E! News can confirm that after more than a year of fighting over their daughter's future, the two have come to an agreement.

Hoppy's attorney, Bernard Clair, tells us that his "client is delighted that this custody battle has been resolved; that his co-parenting status has been acknowledged; that the parties' child will have the benefit of being raised by both parents; and most importantly, that his daughter will no longer be at the mercy of a high-profile courtroom battle."

Clair added, "Jason wishes Bethenny only the best of luck, and he looks forward to sharing with her all of the joyous occasions, milestones, and blessings that will be coming up in his daughter's future."

Frankel had initially asked the court for primary custody and sole decision-making for their daughter, while Hoppy was asking for shared custody. The terms of their settlement have not be made public at this time.
The exes most recently appeared in a New York courtroom on May 28, where the former Real Housewives of New York star testified that Hoppy threatened to "destroy" her after he discovered that she wanted a divorce.

"If you don't want to be with me and you're ending this marriage, I want nothing to do with you ever again. I'm going to destroy you," Frankel was quoted as saying in her testimony, as the New York Daily News.

Frankel detailed her conversations with Hoppy, explaining why she thinks it's impossible for the two to co-parent.

"He said, ‘You're dead to me. I want nothing to do with you. You think I want to be with you on the holidays? You're a piece of s--t. You're garbage. You have no idea what I've got on you," the 43-year-old brunette said in her testimony.

Likewise, Hoppy's counsel claimed that the former talk show host used "the child as a prop…in the pursuit of her own career and her own brand."

Frankel was first to pull the plug on her two-year marriage to Hoppy, filing for divorce in January 2013.

And now more than a year later, these two can finally move forward.

During tonight’s all-new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County — Season 9, Episode 7 (“Choke-Lahoma”) — Tamra Barney and her son, Ryan Vieth, had yet another heart-to-heart. After his mom gave him a tough time for not being career-focused a few episodes ago, tonight saw Ryan admit to his mom that he’s been taking Human Growth Hormone.

According to WebMD, HGH can be used to treat a number of medical issues in both children and adults, “but the most common uses for HGH are not FDA-approved. Some people use the hormone, along with other performance-enhancing drugs such as anabolic steroids, to build muscle and improve athletic performance.”

Ryan — who is recently engaged — was discussing estrogen with his mom on the couch when he casually brought up the fact that he uses HGH, saying, “I have less fat on my body, my muscles are more dense, and my hair’s even gotten better.”

Tamra seemed shocked during the conversation, but admitted in her one-on-one conversation that she wasn’t taken aback. “I’m not surprised at all,” Tamra told the cameras. “Ryan’s always struggled with body issues and he’s always looking for the easiest way out. He wants things now and he wants things fast.”

These are the side effects WebMD lists as a result of using HGH:

• Nerve, muscle, or joint pain
• Swelling due to fluid in the body’s tissues (edema)
• Carpal tunnel syndrome
• Numbness and tingling of the skin
• High cholesterol levels
• Increased risk of diabetes and contribute to cancerous tumors

Tamra, being the caring mother that she is, then asks Ryan if he's completely sure he's taking every precaution to ensure that he's being careful with where he gets the HGH. He claims that he checks the serial numbers but that what he does is “sketchy and probably illegal.” After a visit to the doctor and pending blood labs, we'll have to wait until next week to see what the medical professionals say about Ryan's bulk-up methods.

Ramona Singer Lashes Out at Aviva Drescher's Dad For Proposing To 25-Year-Old Girlfriend

Sex and Saratoga were front and center on Tuesday's The Real Housewives of New York City.

Aviva Drescher held an engagement party for her 76-year-old father, George, at, appropriately enough, the Museum of Sex, after he proposed to his 25-year-old girlfriend, Cody, in last week's episode.

"The Museum of Sex is an obvious choice for my father's engagement party," joked Drescher, before turning serious. "I believe that Cody and my father are truly in love, and while it may be unconventional, I support my father."

But things turned dysfunctional quickly. 

"I'm having a conversation, and all of a sudden I realized there was a hand on my breast," said Kristen Taekman. "It was George's."

But it was Ramona Singer's mouth that caused the most problems. 

Singer insinuated Cody was marrying for money, before bringing up her deceased parents after being warned not to do so, causing the bride-to-be to cry.

"How dare she insult her?" George raged. "Ramona is a bitch, and you know what happens to bitches? They get f–––ed by dogs."
Singer visited Drescher, offering an apology for ruining the party, but it didn't last long after Singer told George she wouldn't want her daughter "to be prey to an older man."

Continued Singer: "If you really loved her, you would let her go."

As Teresa and Joe Giudice anxiously await their July 8 court sentencing for fraud, the Real Housewives of New Jersey train keeps rolling on!

Bravo has released an extended promo and it shows how the notorious legal struggles of the Giudices have taken their toll.

As Radar has extensively reported, the scandal-plagued reality show star couple pleaded guilty this March to federal fraud and tax evasion charges after an ongoing legal drama which began last summer.

With their punishment set to come down in July, however, the show had to deal with the controversy.

And, as the RHONJ clip to promote the July 13 season six premiere shows, the Giudices, both 42, are handling things in their usual emotional way!

Viewers will see Teresa telling her husband, who faces up to 46 months in prison and possible deportation, “Me without you doesn’t work. This family cannot function without you.”

Then their oldest daughter Gia, 13, cries hysterically and hugs Juicy, saying, “I love you so much!”

But Teresa could also get jail time, and she consults clairvoyant James Van Praagh for clues on what the future holds for her and Joe in their legal nightmare.

But that’s not all! While Caroline Manzo has left the show, her sister Dina Manzo has returned to RHONJ and is in the thick of the drama, as is new cast member Amber Marchese.

In fact, Amber’s husband Jim works for a mortgage company that is “working with the prosecutor that is prosecuting Mr.Guidice. It’s a very touchy situation,” he told the cameras.

Dina comments in the clip, “Amber’s husband Jim seems f*cking nuts.”

Amber herself is also stirring the pot, as she gossips that Melissa Gorga’s husband, Joe Gorga, was engaged to someone else before marrying Melissa.

Teresa and Kathy Wakile seem up to their feuding ways, as Teresa decides to start a dessert line, coming into conflict with her cannoli queen cousin!

Mama Joyce Blames Fiancé Todd Tucker For Daughter Kandi's 30–Pound Weight Gain on "Kandi's Wedding"

Kandi Burruss’ meddling Mama Joyce was up to her usual tricks on the premiere of Bravo’s Kandi’s Wedding on Sunday night.

The reality show mom, who doesn’t want her wealthy singer daughter to marry Todd Tucker, blamed Kandi’s TV producer fiancé for letting Burruss pack on 30 pounds.

And later on The Real Housewives of Atlanta summer spinoff, Mama Joyce prodded Burruss about getting a prenup to protect her fortune. (As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Mama Joyce also accused Tucker’s mom of being a prostitute, and his father of being a pimp.

During the first episode of Kandi’s Wedding, Burruss, 38, admitted she’d gained 30 pounds since meeting Tucker — and Mama Joyce later told Burruss’ aunts, Nora and Bertha, that Tucker shouldn’t have let her get heavy.

“To me, Todd do NOT have Kandi’s best interests at heart. Ain’t no way he would be letting Kandi gain weight the way she’s gaining weight,” Mama Joyce sniffed.

One of Burruss’ aunts pointed out that Oprah Winfrey was big — and also successful, but it didn’t cut any ice with skeptical Mama Joyce.

In another scene, Burruss said to her mother, who recently lost 40 pounds herself, “If I can get down to your size, that would be good.”

“You can,” Mama Joyce replied. “You gotta love yourself.”

Burruss smiled, “I do love myself . . . I love food, too.”

Burruss and her mother had gone weeks without talking, and she claimed not to know her daughter had set her wedding date.

“What made you decide to rush the wedding so quick?” Mama Joyce growled.

“Because I wanted that date, 4/4/14,” Burruss replied.

Dina Manzo Admits "Anxiety" About Dating, Getting Naked for a New Guy

The bitch is back...and on the prowl! After three seasons away from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, former series star Dina Manzo is back with a vengeance in season six—and Us Weekly has an early look.

As seen in this exclusive footage from the Bravo show, Manzo will try her hand at dating following her separation from her husband in February 2013. The two were married for seven years, so the Project Ladybug founder, 41, has been out of the game for quite some time.

"When I pictured myself 40-something, this was not what I was expecting," she confesses. "The last time I had to get naked in front of a guy, I was 28 years old...There's definitely anxiety around that."

There's also some nervousness around her daughter Lexi's departure for college. (Lexi, 17, is Manzo's child from her first marriage.) "It's the end of an era as a mom," she says. "Now I just have to worry about my f---ed-up pets."

Manzo's RHONJ comeback follows the departure of her estranged sister, Caroline, who left the series after five seasons last October. Announcing her return in previews for upcoming episodes, the interior decorator says cheekily, "The bitch is back, and if you don't like it, you can kiss my ass."

Camille Grammer's ex-boyfriend thinks she should write reality TV -- because the "assault" she concocted and then accused him of last year was worthy of an episode of "Real Housewives."

Dimitri Charalambopoulos has filed a lawsuit against Camille, accusing her of bold-faced lying over a blowout fight they allegedly had last year.

You'll recall, Camille claimed Dimitri beat her to a pulp in a Houston hotel room and even ripped out her hair.

But according to Dimitri's lawsuit -- filed by his attorney, Guy Fisher -- there was no fight. He claims she baselessly accused him of cheating and he immediately left the hotel room ... at which point Camille faked the entire melee, smudging her make-up and even pulling hair from her hairbrush to scatter around the room.

And under the category "salt in the wound" ... Dimitri claims she made her bogus claims after he cared for her post cancer surgery, doing everything from helping her shower to "draining her catheter bag."

Sources tell us ... Dimitri thinks it's the most fantasy filled novelesque manner that the screenwriters for 'Housewives of Beverly Hills' would envy.

As we reported, the felony assault charges that followed were dismissed this week due to lack of evidence. Dimitri insists the damage is done ... his life has been devastated by Camille's lies.

He's suing for defamation, malicious prosecution, fraud and more.

A fan favorite, NeNe is the last remaining cast member left from the original season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. But after all the fighting and possibly the most drama-filled season yet, NeNe is being very honest about her mixed feelings regarding her future on the Bravo reality hit.

“Everybody has been invited back, but I don’t know exactly what I’m doing,” NeNe, 46, tells Life and Style. “This past season was very dark and toxic; there was a lot of negativity. I just don’t want to work with so much negativity.”
