The Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting that an Atlanta woman named Courtney Cloer Thompson is the newest addition to the Real Housewives of Atlanta.


The AJC reportedly has confirmation that Courtney has signed on for Season 5 of Real Housewives of Atlanta from several reliable sources, including a relative and close friend of Thompson’s.


Despite the casting buzz, Bravo has denied the latest rumors, releasing a statement that reads, “There is no truth to this. We are in the middle of a successful season four with a full cast.”


Courtney and her husband Robert Thompson live in Buckhead, and Robert works as a labor attorney in Atlanta and also serves as adjunct professor at Emory Law School. Robert reportedly represented NBA player Latrell Sprewell in 1998 after Sprewell attacked his head coach.


While Courtney may have signed on for Season 5, there’s still no guarantee that she’ll be featured on the show since producers maintain the right to change their minds. Yet since the h’wives usually start filming the new season in the spring, we will know soon enough if Atlanta has room for a new housewife!

Sheree Whitfield Confronts Ex-Husband Bob Over Child Support

When it comes to keeping it 'real' Sheree Whitfield is about taking care of her business. On last night's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Whitfield confronted her ex-husband, Bob Whitfield, about him being four years behind in child support payments.


While the single parent explains how much she has provided for their children without any of his assistance, the former NFL star asked Whitfield why she was complaining since he keeps a separate household for his children.


"Listen, you've been the able body female for those last four years," he said. "...And I feel like my kids maintain two households. They have the household with you that you provide all the things for. And they have the household with me that I provide all the things for. You got to go out and support the family responsibly."

Joe & Melissa Gorga Dish About Gifts

The Gorga family is known for doing things big, and this Christmas is certainly no exception. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are once again planning on showering their children - Antonia, 6, Gino, 4, and Joey, 1 - with lavish gifts, but this year, Melissa Gorga says that things are going to be even more exciting.


"Gino's really into [Christmas] this year because he's four," the aspiring singer tells HollyBaby. "Joey, he'll be ripping the gifts open and stuff."


The kids haven't made out any wish-lists, but Melissa and her hubby, Joe, already have an idea of what gifts will be under the tree Christmas morning.


"Antonia is going to get the Wii," Melissa shares. "She wants the dance thing that you can dance on the Wii. And Gino wants an iPad because he likes to download all of the games.


"It takes them a lot to decide," says the New Jersey housewife. "I kind of decided on those gifts myself."


And according to Joe, the little ones deserve every gift they get. "They're just such good kids," gushes the proud papa.

NeNe Leakes Threatening To Quit If She Doesn’t Get Her Own Spin-Off! Plus Chateau Sheree Still An Empty Lot

There’s never a dull moment for the Real Housewives of Atlanta! These ladies must have drama running through their veins!


According to the latest NeNe Leakes is not about to let Kim Zolciak one-up her in the spin-off department (remember how upset she got over Tardy For The Party!) and she is demanding her own show. With Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding — Kim’s one-season spin-off currently in the works to chronicle her wedding to Kroy Biermann — Star Magazine is reporting that the always big-hearted and supportive Ms. Leakes is beside herself with jealousy!


“She’s furious that Kim got her own show and she didn’t,” a source tells Star. Apparently NeNe has become quite the diva (oh, really?) ever since her rather volatile stint on Celebrity Apprentice. “She’s saying she’s too big for RHOA, and Bravo doesn’t pay her enough,” the source claims. The source adds that NeNe erroneously believes RHOA will “crumble” if she leaves and the show is “all about her.”


“NeNe has told friends if she doesn’t get what she wants, she will quit!” Would the fans really mind that? “She thinks she’s Madonna,” the source reveals which is the most laugh out loud, pee my pants quote I’ve ever heard from a “source”!


In fact, on a recent episode of WWHL, NeNe expected the star-treatment with a full list of over-the-top demands! “She insisted on her own, very expensive make-up artist, a stretch limo, and the presidential suite during her stay,” the insider asserts, adding that NeNe also requested Cristal Champagne but was rejected! BRAHAHAHAHA!


And while she was the consummate professional (ha!) on stage, things were quite the opposite behind the scenes. “She acted nice to host Andy Cohen while shooting but laid into him afterward and said she wants her own show,” the source alleges. Luckily for all of us, the mag is reporting that the Bravo execs are not likely to accommodate her given her recent behaviors! And in a recent interview Andy stated there are no plans for Kim’s spin-off to be permanent as he likes her on the “mother-ship.” Although if NeNe and Kim continue to refuse to film together things are going to get very interesting!


Moving on, the drama surrounding Sheree Whitfield and Chateau Sheree continues — most specifically does it even exist? According to the Atlanta blog Tamara Tattles — no it doesn’t! Not yet anyways!


Upon being questioned by fans about the status of her new home, Sheree Tweeted: “not done yet, really just getting started! It’s been quite a handful… everyone’s on their own schedule & seem to have an agenda.” Basically, the house is in exactly the same condition as it was during filming!


The property that viewers have seen getting demolished over the last few episodes of RHOA was indeed purchased with the intent to build a new home — but it was not purchased by Sheree! Her mother, Thelma Ferguson, actually purchased the original house in a bank foreclosure for around $300,000 in Dec 2010, due to Sheree’s recent financial struggles. Sheree’s mother, Thelma is a successful author and MBA educated business woman who seems quite different from her gold-digging daughter. A copy of the deed is listed below.


If you remember Sheree had big hopes of getting a seven-figure divorce settlement from her ex-husband Bob Whitfield who owns a recording studio and is a retired Atlanta Falcons player. Sheree ended up getting a mere $1M and a portion of his pensions. Instead of paying the attorneys that defended her all the way to the GA Supreme Court, she purchased an Aston-Martin (featured on last season’s show) which was then seized!


As the original home on the Fulton County property was demolished it is now an empty lot on which Sheree owes quite a hefty mortgage. In addition to the rent on her townhouse (which is rumored to be paid by Bravo). How is Sheree financing all of this? She is apparently paying the mortgage on this now empty lot with the money she makes as CEO of her own company. Yes — I burst out laughing too, because Sheree has incorporated herself! According to the State of Georgia, Sheree is the owner, founder, and Chief Executive (and sole employee, it seems) of Sheree’ Corporation, which may or may not still be in business.

Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer Spotted In Miami Beach

Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York" ditched the big city this weekend for some warmer weather in Florida, and Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer weren't shy about showing off their figures.


The reality stars were photographed wearing some sexy beachwear in Miami Beach on Saturday, with Singer opting to wear a slim-cut blue suit and Morgan deciding on a red bikini after trying on a white two-piece.


The ladies were also joined by Singer's husband, Mario, and new "RHONY" cast member Aviva Drescher, according to Splash.


The Bravo reality show will certainly be different when it returns for its next season. The network booted former cast members Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop earlier this fall in favor of some fresh faces, including Drescher.

Lisa Vanderpump Fires Back At Adrienne Maloof

On the last episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, viewers saw costars Lisa Vanderpump and Adrienne Maloof bicker over which high end luxury hotel should have hosted the bachelorette party for Lisa’s daughter — a.k.a. Rich People Problems!


Adrienne particularly took offense to the fact that Lisa didn’t ask her if she would host Pandora Vanderpump’s bachelorette party at her Palms hotel in Vegas so that she can get free promotion for her business on national television! Adrienne decided to confront Lisa during her event, and Lisa did not back down, making it clear the owner of Planet Hollywood was a family friend and that the decision to have the bachelorette party there was her daughter’s.


In her latest Bravo blog, Lisa fires back at Adrienne, hinting that Adrienne’s only concern was promoting her own hotel. Lisa also feels the whole argument was ridic stating she doesn’t question Adrienne whenever she chooses to dine at other restaurants in Beverly Hills.


Lisa wrote: “Apparently [Adrienne] was miffed that Pandora had decided to hold her bachelorette party at our old family friend Robert Earl’s venue, Planet Hollywood . Robert loves her and had no intention of promoting the hotel. I mean, how dare my daughter choose what she wants? She should be supporting her mother’s neighbor’s business! I seriously couldn’t understand this. It was the first I knew of her being upset. Jason had had his bachelor party a couple of weeks before, hosted by our friend, and Pandora was going to do the same. It was all arranged. I wasn’t going and hadn’t been involved in the arrangements.”


Lisa continued, “Somehow, to cut a long story short, I was roped into this trip, and obviously, now you, the viewer, will get to witness it, so everything changes. What was to be Pandora’s trip became a major production, and I was suddenly in trouble for it. I resent the fact that suddenly I am to blame, it is a huge deal to entertain 14 people, and I certainly would never dream of asking anybody to do that. Robert wanted to comp the whole weekend as his gift to Pandora, Why do I feel I have to constantly justify mine and my daughter’s actions?”


To close out her blog, Lisa hinted that perhaps Adrienne was just trying to create drama for the camera. “When Adrienne and Paul are having dinner at a neighboring restaurant, it wouldn’t even enter my mind to question them! It seems as if some people are looking for a problem. . . So there we have it. Once again a pleasant evening was marred by a really petty matter. I am losing patience with this constant need for altercations when we all have busy lives,” blogged Lisa.

Taylor Armstrong To Write Tell-All

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Taylor Armstrong -- whose estranged husband committed suicide earlier this year -- is writing a tell-all book about her relationship.


It's called "Hiding from Reality: My Story of Love, Loss, and Finding the Courage Within" -- and the 272-pager is set for release in February 2012.


Taylor claims she's writing the book to raise domestic violence awareness -- and will detail the ins-and-outs of her relationship with her late husband Russell Armstrong ... who she claims physically abused her.


Russell killed himself in August, a month after Taylor had filed for divorce.

Ramona Singer Talks New Season & Fired Housewives

It seems Ramona Singer‘s name is on the tip of everyone’s tongue these days as the Real Housewives of New York loose canon has been everywhere promoting her pinot and show!


Ramona, who as we know, hawks quite a few products was recently honored at the Stevie Awards for Women in Business as the 2011 Mogul of the Year. Whoa — So, that uh constant Pinot advertising has apparently paid off! A photo of Ramona receiving her award is below.


And to celebrate her success, Ramona did a sit-down with Celebuzz about what it’s like in Pinot-land! Some excerpts from the interview are below!


Do you see yourself as a role model for women?
I actually say, for my daughter [Avery], I’m probably killing her as a role model. We actually discussed this. When I first started the show, I already had my own business for 20 years; I was already self made. Being on the show got my creative juices going, and I said, Let me show my daughter first-hand how you can start up a business. And then another business started, and another business started, and I realized that maybe now I’m raising the bar too high for her – or even for myself! [Laughs]


Did any of the Housewives attend the ceremony with you?
Yes, actually. I had Sonja [Morgan] there, who is my good friend on and off the show, and I had several other Housewives [there] whose whose names can’t be mentioned yet, I don’t think. But we did film it for the show, yes. *(The other Housewives are allegedly Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson and Aviva Drescher).


Did everyone get along?
You know what? We all get along at times and we all don’t get along at times. That’s what happens in life, right?


The Real Housewives of New York City made a lot of headlines when it was announced that Jill Zarin, Cindy Bishop, Alex McCord and Kelly Bensimon would not be returning next season. Has the dynamic of the show changed following their departure?
Obviously, filming the show this season with people not being on that were there last season, and with some other new people [on this season], the dynamics change. I think change is good. I embrace change.


How did you react when you heard the news?
It was a double-edged sword. Part of me was saying, Oh my gosh, It’s going to be sad not to have everyone together again. But the other part of me embraces change. I’m always changing. I’ve changed my businesses, my career, constantly, and I think change is good.


Do you keep in touch with any of the former Housewives?
Alex. Alex and I are still friends.


The show has become known for its big trips. Will there be another trip this season?
We always go on a trip; we’re always going on a trip.


Beyond the Stevie Awards, what will we see from you this season?
Basically, you are going to see me as woman who I think really, truly has it all. I have a marriage going on 20 years. [My husband Mario] is filming more with me this year, and you’ll see how, 20 years later, we still have this love and attraction for each other, and it’s just really wonderful. You’ll see my daughter [Avery] … She’s [now] a junior in high school. She is the apple of my eye, she is just beyond blossoming and she’s just successful in every way … And just my entrepreneurialness and trying to help women. A lot of women are now seeking me out to say, “How can I start my own business?”. I gave a class at the Learning Annex [on] having it all, how I started my business, how anyone can start a business. And I had no connections; I did it with me, myself and I. So, if I can do it, anybody can do it.


Interestingly in the interview Ramona confronted myths that Sonja and her are feuding and that none of her cast mates get along with her; mentioning that they attended the Stevie Awards — although the fact that they filmed it for the show means the other ladies may have been required to attend whether they wanted to or not!


Additionally, Ramona reveals that we can expect the new season to premiere in Spring or Summer of 2012 and she has big plans to branch out into clothing design! Ramona Couture, anyone?

Melissa Gorga: I Don’t Want To Lose My Husband Joe To Reality TV

It doesn’t help that her sister-in-law and co-star Teresa Giudice continually bashes Melissa on the show and questions Melissa’s intentions for marrying Joe in the first place. Melissa tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that all she wants for Christmas is to keep her marriage going strong.


“This year, to be honest with you, I feel like there is a lot of stress from the show and being in the public eye,” Melissa explained to us at the Reeve Foundation Magical Evening Gala at NYC’s Cipriani Wall Street on Nov. 30. ”All I want from my husband is to just … I just want to make sure we keep this bond that him and I have.”


Melissa doesn’t want haters interfering in with her marriage. “I don’t want to let anything or any person break it,” she admitted. “That to me is the most important thing because we had an amazing life before we entered this show. And we still do and I don’t want to let anything break it. I know this business can break you sometimes.”

43-year-old Kelly Bensimon is ready to start making more babies!


The former Real Housewives of New York City star opens up about her career on the popular Bravo show and her desire to remarry and expand her family in the December issue of AVENUE magazine – and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek.


“I definitely do want to have a baby boy,” reveals Bensimon, who has two daughters, Thaddeus “Teddy” Ann, 11, and Sea Louise, 13, with her former husband of 10 years, Gilles Bensimon, to AVENUE’s Carson Griffith.


“I definitely want to get married again. I have always wanted to be married. I’ve always wanted to be a wife.”


The former model, who became an international celebrity after appearing on the first four seasons of the hit show before being nixed along with Jill Zarin and Alex McCord in September, maintains that she has a great relationship with her children’s father.


“He lives down the street from me,” says Kelly.


“Look, do I want to be married to Gilles? No. Do I adore the ground he walks on? Yes.”

Adrienne Maloof suffered shoe line jealousy on RHOBH, the reality star revealed moments ago. Where can you buy Adrienne Maloof’s shoes? That was the question dominating RHOBH viewers last night. And while Maloof considered her shoe business a great achievement, not just for her, but also to the empowerment of women, she believes that the interest in her shoe line has sparked horrible jealousy among RHOBH cast members.


Adrienne Maloof’s shoe line plans were first revealed on LALATE months ago, before the second season of RHOBH debuted. At the time, Maloof hadn’t released images nor pricing, but had detailed extensively her personal enjoyment at the endeavor. Maloof just recently went on a press campaign for the incredibly fashionable shoes.


But Maloof in the last two seasons has already won enormous fan patronage for her impressive thirst in business. Before last night’s episode, one of the biggest storylines for Maloof this season was her family’s decision to move the Sacramento Kings to Anaheim to become the Los Angeles Royals or Anaheim Royals.


So when Adrienne depicted her shoe line last night, it was a continuation of the portrayal of a savvy business woman and the inspiration that came from her father. During the séance, Adrienne connected with her father George. Since then, Adrienne has detailed how her father encouraged her to succeed as a businesswoman.


But in a news statement released moments ago on BravoTv.com, Maloof says she did not get encouragement from fellow housewives about her shoes.


“However, it was really disappointing to see Lisa’s snide remarks about all of it. It’s something that has not sat well with me. I get that people make sarcastic comments, or careless ones, but I really believe that you have to take care not to insult someone’s family or their business.” She added “Simply put? Not cool. You’d think women would encourage each other instead of getting catty. I was taken aback by what I consider to be her classless comments on my new business and how she approached the bachelorette party.”


Maloof continued “I truly felt that she was envious of what we’ve accomplished and maybe what they say is true – jealousy is the root of all evil. Regardless, I’m so proud of what we accomplished this year in creating this brand, and I have so many plans for expansion next.”
