Bravo’s ladies of the real 90210 return next week for Season 3 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” and sisters Kyle and Kim Richards stopped by Access Hollywood Live to dish about the upcoming season and their struggles about returning for more divas, designer dogs and drama.
Kim is back in action this season with a whole new outlook and is now living sober, something she was concerned about addressing on camera.“Recovery is a difficult process for anybody to go through. I think going through recovery in the public [eye] is definitely a lot more pressure. When one goes through recovery anyway, your family is watching and it’s something that’s difficult, but when everybody is watching it’s definitely more difficult. But, I think it also helps me to remember that there are eyes on me as well,” she told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Wednesday’s show.The former child Disney actor explained that she’s hoping her return to the Bravo series will possibly inspire other people struggling with addiction.“I ended Season 2, I went into treatment and I thought, ‘This is just me now. I’m going to get well and this is going to be for me,’ and then I felt like so many people watched me struggle. I wanted people to see that if they were struggling as well, that this would be chance to see that if I can do it then they could do it too,” she continued.Her sister, Kyle, was supportive of Kim’s decision to return.“I wanted her [to come back] if she felt comfortable and strong enough,” Kyle explained. “She really felt strong about not going out on that note in Season 2. It was very painful for her and for my family because that’s not the real Kim.”This season’s newcomer, Yolanda Foster, wife of famed composer David Foster, is added to the cast this season – and according to Kyle – she is one to watch.“She’s a firecracker,” Kyle hinted. “You’re going to have to wait and see.”
