Lauri Peterson's Son Josh Faces Additional Criminal Charges

OCRegister.com:
The son of a former star on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is facing nearly a dozen new criminal charges linked to an attempted-murder case.

Joshua Waring, 27, the troubled son of former reality TV personality Lauri Peterson, was initially charged in June with attempted murder for allegedly shooting a 35-year-old man in the lower torso in Costa Mesa.

Two other victims, a man and a woman, were standing nearby but not hit, prompting prosecutors to file two additional attempted-murder charges.

Waring refused to come out of his jail cell for his first court appearance, but in July he appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to the charges, court records show.

This month, prosecutors filed nine new felony charges related to the case, including discharging a firearm at a home, assault, battery, reckless driving and resisting arrest.

Waring has denied the new allegations and is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 28. His attorney, Ray Chen, could not be reached for comment.

After the alleged shootings, Waring led police on a chase in a stolen BMW, authorities said. After getting into a traffic accident, he took off on foot near Fourth and Terminal streets in Santa Ana and tried to hide in a store before surrendering, authorities said.

A resident of San Juan Capistrano, Waring has a history of mostly drug-related charges. He has been arrested in the past on suspicion of assault and spousal battery and has several cases pending in Orange County Superior Court.

Jeana Keough Says Her Family Inspired The Entire 'Real Housewives' Franchise

HuffPo.com:
"Real Housewives" was once a single series focused on women in one particular community, but the production has since spiraled into a nationwide franchise, following the lives of affluent women in various parts of the U.S. And the whole thing started, according to one cast member, with her family.

Jeana Keough was one of the leading women featured on the debut series, “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” As Keough tells “Oprah: Where Are They Now?”, the original concept for the show focused on her.

“The producer, Scott Dunlop, wrote the show about my family,” Keough says. “He was my next-door neighbor.”

Keough and Dunlop lived in the exclusive gated community of Coto De Caza, about 60 miles away from downtown Los Angeles.

“When he started pitching the idea, he filmed us and sent it to Bravo,” Keough says. “They said, ‘Yeah, we like it, but let’s see some other families.’”

Other women were brought in, and “The Real Housewives of Orange County” became a hit, which Keough attributes to timing.

“Back then, the writers’ strike was on, so we became hugely successful for lack of anything else on TV,” she says.

However, not everyone was a fan of the show. Keogh’s neighbors in Coto De Caza were some of its most outspoken critics.

“The show was a huge disappointment to Coto,” Keough says. “They were afraid it was going to make them look stupid. They were boycotting and having big news conferences at the club about, ‘Let’s stop this filming. It’s disruptive. Our children are all going to be kidnapped.’”

Eventually, though, Keough says that sentiment shifted.

“Four or five years later, these same people are saying, ‘Oh, my God, I traveled to Japan and the conversation stopped when they heard we lived in Coto De Caza.’ It was like the buzz word,” she says. “Wherever we went, we were treated like princesses.”

Keough reveals more about her “Real Housewives” experience on “Oprah: Where Are They Now?”, airing Saturday, Aug. 20, at 10 p.m. ET on OWN.

The Original Housewives of Orange County Get Real on the First Season, 10 Years Later

EW.com:
Ten years ago, on March 21, 2006, The Real Housewives of Orange County premiered, and forever changed reality TV. The first series of Bravo’s hit Real Housewives franchise, RHOC is currently in production for an 11th season, which is set to begin airing this summer. When the pilot debuted a decade ago, it kicked off one of the biggest reality TV phenomena in the format’s brief history — not that anybody knew it at the time.

“I did not think it would make it to television,” original cast member Lauri Peterson tells EW. “I thought, ‘Okay, they’ll shoot a few scenes and try to put it together, and just like a million other people that attempted a reality show, it won’t fly and that will be it.’”

She wasn’t alone in that lack of foresight. In honor of the 10th anniversary of the premiere of RHOC — and by extension, the 10th anniversary of the birth of the entire Real Housewives empire — EW caught up with Peterson and her season 1 castmates Jo De La Rosa, Vicki Gunvalson, and Jeana Keough, none of whom ever dreamed that the show would reach its current degree of popularity.

”I really never thought it was going to amount to anything,” admits Gunvalson, the only original Housewife who is still a member of the current cast. “Reality wasn’t a thing back then,” De La Rosa adds. “It was a very foreign concept to me.” Keough echoes her sentiment, “I don’t think I even knew what a reality show was.”

The first season’s opening credits begin with the foreword, “Seven million families live in gated communities.” The five wives of RHOC’s first season — Peterson, De La Rosa, Gunvalson, Keough, and Kimberly Bryant — all lived in the exclusive gated community Coto De Caza in Orange County, California, and the Desperate Housewives-inspired series sought to examine their lavish lifestyle “behind the gates.”

“The homeowner’s association had big meetings at the club, trying to decide if there was any way they could stop us from filming,” Keough recalls. “They tried to see if they could fight it, and the lawyers would say, ‘No, look, it’s not even a big production.’ Back then we had karaoke boxes and a little handheld movie camera; now, it’s a full-on four-camera shoot.”
Kimberly Bryant must've really gone into hiding for them not to even get a quote from her.

Lynne Curtin Wants To Return To 'RHOC': Lauri Peterson Not So Sure, Jeana Keough 'No'

EOnline.com:
It was a blast from the past on Watch What Happens Live! Andy Cohen brought together three former Real Housewives of Orange County stars—Lauri Peterson, Lynne Curtin and Jeana Keough—to weigh in on the RHOC season, the reunion drama and stoke the flames of possible comebacks.

Both Jeana and Lynne appeared this season of RHOC and Lauri previously returned in season eight as a "friend." So would they come back as full-time cast members?

"No," Jeana quickly answered when asked by a caller whether she'd be back full-time. The same caller asked which cast member she'd vote off and Meghan King Edmonds was her voice.

"Probably not," Lauri said. But Andy was quick to point out Lauri always has "caveats." "It's always a discussion," he said. As for who she'd vote off, it's her frienemy Vicki Gunvalson.

"I would love to come back, of course," Lynne said. Lynne was a cast member for seasons four and five and has popped back up ere and there. She said her daughters, who were featured prominently during her time on the show, are "a little scorned" from the experience.

"They won't let me watch the show right now," she said. They're a little bit hurt by things that happened on the show with them. For the most part they've survived, as I have."

Lauri gave an update on her son Joshua is still struggling with addiction. "It's not good," she said. They are in contact though, but it's "really bad."  "At this point, our government hasn't figured out how to handle addiction and until they figure out how to treat it like an illness instead of criminalizing it, things just aren't going to change, so it's really bad."

Meanwhile, Jeana, who is friends with both Tamra Judge and her ex Simon Barney, said she talks to both of them and said they both encourage the kids to see each other. Tamra revealed her son Spencer lives with her and her daughter Sidney lives with Simon.

Jeana Keough Rents Out Home To Move In With New Boyfriend

NYPost.com:
For reality TV fans, this luxury rental qualifies as a historic home. Built in 2000, Jeana Keough’s Coto de Caza home has been featured in countless episodes of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” Now you can stroll through the halls of reality royalty if you can come up with $18,000 a month.

With her kids all grown up (and not fighting with one another), Keough says she’s feeling a distinct case of empty nest syndrome in the enormous mansion. “The 8,000 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms are mostly empty these days,” says Keough.

Besides the plentiful square footage, you’ll be ultra-safe behind the vaunted gates of Coto. And out back, there’s the huge pool where her dogs enjoy splashy camera time of their own.

As for Keough, she’s not leaving the OC. She’s simply switching ZIP codes thanks to a romantic development in her life. “I have fallen in love with someone and decided to move in with him. He lives in a beautiful remodeled place on Lake Mission Viejo,” says the reality star.

“I’ve decided to lease the house and see where this new adventure takes me.”

Jeana Keough Responds To Vicki Gunvalson’s Accusation That She's More A Friend To Tamra Than Her

Inquisitr.com:
Jeana Keough was a topic of conversation on Monday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live. During the show, Jeana Keough’s on-again, off-again friend, Vicki Gunvalson, spoke with Andy Cohen about her Real Housewives of Orange County co-star’s love of dramatic situations, and also accused Jeana Keough of being there for Tamra Barney than she was for her.

In an interview with Real Mr. Housewife on June 16, Jeana Keough responded to Gunvalson’s comments, defending her decision to help Barney, and her husband Simon, through their messy divorce years ago.
“I am always there for a friend when they need help…Anyone can be a good time friend. When bad things happen to my friends they always call me. They know I have the best criminal, personal injury and divorce attorneys. I have problem solving abilities outside the box. I always give good advice and I am always fair.”
While Gunvalson accused Jeana Keough of only involving herself in her fellow co-stars’ problems, Keough said it was simply in her nature, as the daughter of a fireman, to help those in need.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, news of Jeana Keough’s return to The Real Housewives of Orange County was first reported earlier this year. At the time, a source told Radar Online that Bravo was hoping to feature more of Jeana Keough’s story line during season 10, which had just begun filming.
“Bravo has reached out to [Jeana Keough]. They have asked her what is going on in her life with the hopes of understanding what a potential storyline for her could be. [Jeana Keough] has had lots of changes going on in her life. Her daughter recently got married, her oldest son is dating someone new, and she has two exchange students that live with her and keep her busy!”
Radar Online‘s source also claimed Gunvalson and Keough were “still good friends,” and said Gunvalson had made it clear that she would love to have Keough back on The Real Housewives of Orange County for season 10. As fans will recall, Gunvalson and Keough were two of the original five wives when the series began years ago. Now, Gunvalson remains as the only original housewife left standing. Everyone else left the show, or was fired by Bravo.

For more Jeana Keough, tune into The Real Housewives of Orange County on Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Keough may make more guest appearances as the series continues.

Tamra Barney Reunites With Former 'RHOC' Housewife Tammy Knickerbocker

Inquisitr.com:
Will Tamra Barney be joined by former housewife Tammy Knickerbocker on the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County? According to a April 24 report by Bravo’s Daily Dish, Tamra Barney and her former co-star recently reunited — and it may have been during filming for the upcoming installment of the hit reality series.

“Look who I ran into tonight,” Tamra Barney coyly captioned her Instagram photo, which included former housewife Knickerbocker.

While it’s hard to tell whether or not Knickerbocker filmed, it does appear likely, judging by a post made by Tamra Barney hours earlier, which included her co-stars, and the hashtag, “RHOC.”
“Having too much fun. Stay tuned @heatherdubrow @shannonbeador #sisterwives #rhoc #buttercake.”
In Tamra Barney’s photo, she appeared alongside Shannon Beador and Heather Dubrow, both of whom are returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 10. Also expected to return are Vicki Gunvalson and Lizzie Rovsek, who will be joined by Meghan King Edmonds and Katie Hamilton.

Another former co-star of Tamra Barney, Jeana Keough, will reportedly return to the show, as well, but only in a guest role. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Keough filmed a handful of scenes for the show after producers felt her return made sense.
In January, a source revealed the following to Radar Online in regard to Keough’s return to The Real Housewives of Orange County.
“Bravo has reached out to Jeana. They have asked her what is going on in her life with the hopes of understanding what a potential storyline for her could be. [Jeana Keough] has had lots of changes going on in her life. Her daughter recently got married, her oldest son is dating someone new, and she has two exchange students that live with her and keep her busy!”
Although Keough and Gunvalson had a falling out during a previous season of the show, during which Gunvalson grew closer to Tamra Barney, they have since made amends, which makes Keough’s return even more sensible for the Bravo reality series.
“Vicki and Jeana are still good friends. Vicki has made it publicly known on social media that she would love Jeana to come back, and the two definitely would have a great relationship.”
For more of Tamra Barney and the rest of the Southern California wives, tune into The Real Housewives of Orange County, when the series premieres on Bravo on June 1.

Jeana Keough Confirms Return To Real Housewives Of Orange County?!?

LALATE.com:
Jeana Keough’s RHOC 2015 return could once again blur the lines of BravoTV roles. Jeana Keough has returned to RHOC off and on for several seasons since her departure as a full housewife. But LALATE can exclusively report that in each return Jeana Keough did not secure a contract provision that would entitle her the full Housewife badge. Could next season be the same?

Jeana Keough’s return to RHOC is not anything new, LALATE can exclusively report. And while Jeana just teased fans about details this week, LALATE can report that her co-stars (and even new cast members) already knew it was happening.

BravoTV production’s Evolution Media has had a long history of wanting former RHOC co-stars to return to the series. But the manner in which they return is problematic. In 2012, LALATE exclusively reported the RHOC 7 was set to debut with new face Heather Dubrow. Dubrow, a seasoned Hollywood vet at the time, secured a full housewife provision for herself. Nevertheless the season did not star with Heather initially. Rather it began with Peggy Tanous. Tanous shot multiple episodes for RHOC7 and then exited the series. But when RHO7 aired, Jeana Keough, Peggy Tanous and Heather Dubrow all had scenes, and only Dubrow got a top credit. In fact, neither Tanous nor Keough got even a “friend of housewife” title that season despite significant scenes.

Jeana tells fans this week that she wants to return to the show. But LALATE can report that she has hardly ever left, filming virtually every season since her last full housewife season. But for reasons never explained, Jeana has not secured a full housewife contract in many years.

But if you think the RHOC credits on the TV broadcast are the same on DVD packaging, think again. During the 2011 season, Jeana Keough and Fernanda Rocha were both added to the cast once again. Rocha was confirmed by cast to be a full housewife. When the show when to DVD, Rocha on the packaging got that top credit. When the show went to TV, Rocha got no credit. What happened?

Keough’s entrance to the show could seemingly serve only one purpose: to create tensions with Tamra Barney. In 2011 LALATE reported “While Bravo has yet to give credit where credit is due, Keough was the singularly most explosive storyline in the penultimate and final episodes this season. Real Housewives of OC this season typically drew an approximate 1.5 ratings share. But the finale in which Keough takes on Tamra Barney drew an unprecedented 2.88 ratings share. The finale drew the highest rated episode of the season and seventeen percent increase in viewership since last year.” The credit was all Tamra vs. Jeana. Since that scene aired, Jena has hurled ton of massive allegations against Tamra (and Eddie). If Jeana joins RHOC again, expect all those allegations to come back to the front.

Jeana Keough In Talks To Return To ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’

RadarOnline.com:
Jeana Keough is negotiating her return to The Real Housewives of Orange County, as producers are looking to the past to boil up future drama, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

“Bravo has reached out to Jeana,” an insider dishes. “They have asked her what is going on in her life with the hopes of understanding what a potential storyline for her could be.”

The 59-year-old “has had lots of changes going on in her life,” the source continues. “Her daughter recently got married, her oldest son is dating someone new, and she has two exchange students that live with her and keep her busy!”

The last time we saw Keough on screen, she made up with Tamra Judge, 46, after an ongoing feud involving Judge’s ex-husband that had ended with Judge losing her cool and viciously throwing a drink in Keough’s face.

While Judge may have made up with Keough, last we saw, Judge was not on the best of terms with co-star Vicki Gunvalson — but hot tempers have cooled since then.

“Vicki and Jeana are still good friends,” the source said. “Vicki has made it publicly known on social media that she would love Jeana to come back, and the two definitely would have a great relationship.”

While one could intimate that the tension between Gunvalson and Judge could lead to Keough being used to stir the pot, the insider insisted production would have another reason for wanting Keough back: To act as a peacemaker.

Producers could “likely could use her for this role,” the insider said.

Since leaving the show, Keough has been working on getting in shape, as evidenced by her impressive body transformation.

“Jeana looks better than ever, which would only add to her confidence on the show,” the insider said.

Vicki Gunvalson Talks Boyfriend Brooks’ Cancer Diagnosis, Rekindling Friendship with Jeana Keough and Shrinking Waistline

Inquisitr.com:
The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson puts everything on television when she is filming, including her divorce from Donn, her disagreements with daughter Briana, and even her failing friendship with Tamra Barney. But when Vicki isn’t in front of the cameras, she tends to keep her life to herself. She is rarely on Twitter, compared to some of her co-stars, and she doesn’t get into massive arguments with followers.

Earlier this year, Vicki Gunvalson learned that her boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, had been diagnosed with cancer. He has started treatment, which includes chemotherapy. And while Gunvalson hasn’t discussed the matter in public, she may be taking this diagnosis personally. This week, she announced that she wants to be healthy.

According to a new tweet, The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson revealed that she has been trying to slim down a bit. She doesn’t need to lose weight, but this cancer diagnosis may be something that has Vicki thinking about her health. Gunvalson just became a grandmother for the second time, so she wants to stick around for years to come.

“Day 11: Going strong. New energy coming thru and my waistline is shrinking. 21Day Transformation,” Vicki Gunvalson tweeted, tagging Club Detox in the tweet.

According to the Inquisitr, The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson has revealed that Brooks’ cancer diagnosis has really put her life into perspective. Given that Vicki has been caught up in some drama with her co-stars on the show about who-said-what, it is no surprise that Gunvalson is thinking about the more important things, such as her family and her grandchildren.

After learning of the cancer diagnosis, Vicki decided to look at her past. Over the years, she has gone through several friendships as new wives joined the show and then left again. The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson decided to reach out to Jeana Keough recently. The two had been neighbors once and had indeed been good friends. But after Jeana left the show, the friendship fizzled out. Their children remained good friends, so these are two are bonding once again.

Jeana Keough Called Tamra Barney To Express Support In Child Custody Case

JewishJournal.com:
Vicki and Lizzie don’t think Tamra should have anther baby and it pisses Tamra off. Andy brings up Simon suing for more custody and Tamra says Jeana Keough called to offer her support in the case. I don’t believe that. We'll never know what is really going on. Time to review the breakdown and repair of Shannon’s marriage. This season really did suck. Shannon says her marriage is strong and connected and sexual and good. Bless her. I wish her and David well. Shannon is harmless, the only entertaining one, and a refreshing reality personality.

Shannon is annoyed with Heather for claiming things were said by her that she never said. I like Shannon’s balls when it comes to standing up for herself. It is a shame the troubles of her marriage were played out on TV for her kids to see, but in the end Mazel Tov. Heather says her house is coming along and we jump into the fake phone call from Heather to get out of a party. Heather assures Vicki it was not fake and we go into a recap of Heather’s season. Ugh. This is too much. There is nothing appealing about this woman or her husband. Nothing.

Do we really need to be talking to Heather about how she talks and her hand movements for 10 minutes? I don’t think so. Now it is time to review Tamra’s lying. Maybe we will finally get something good because until now I’ve been bored to tears. Tamra is going to try to turn it around on Vicki. Tamra is desperate to save face and she can’t. Vicki calls Tamra a liar and Tamra screams F you and goes after Vicki in a big way. Vicki says Tamra was miserable all season and was jealous that Vicki had such a successful and popular season. Ouch.

Jeana Keough Claims Real Housewives of Orange County Are the “Craziest”

Wetpaint.com:
The Real Housewives franchise is much different than it was eight years ago, according to cast members from series that started it all.

Andy Cohen sat down with former Real Housewives of Orange County stars Jo De La Rosa, Jeana Keough, and Jeana’s kids, Kara and Shane, where they dished on the 100th episode special of the reality show.

One caller asked Jo and Jeana whether they thought the current cast of Real Housewives of Orange County was “cattier and bitchier” than when they were on the show, and who they thought the biggest mean girl was.

“The show’s definitely changed, at least since my years,” said Jo De La Rosa. “It was a little bit calmer, a little bit normal, a little bit more everyday.”

Andy asked whether the current Housewives were indeed cattier and Jo reponded, “Well no, it’s just different.”

Kara Keough chimed in, mentioning how the addition of Real Housewives of New York and Real Housewives of Atlanta has raised the stakes. “Now they're trying to out bitch each other,” she joked.

Jeana had the last word on the matter, saying, “Guess what, I think OC is winning. They are the craziest right now!”

While none of them really answer the “mean girl” question, Jeana Keough hinted at her true feelings on the issue later on. When asked whether she thinks Vicki Gunvalson can only have one friend at a time, Jeana delivered a not-so-subtle dig at Tamra Barney.

“No, Vicki can have lots of friends,” said Jeana. “You're confusing her with Tamra. Tamra can only have one girlfriend at a time. But Vicki can be friends with anybody.”

Vicki Gunvalson on 100 'Real Housewives of Orange County' Episodes: 'Why the Hell Am I Doing This?'

Yahoo.com:
While Bravo is celebrating 100 episodes of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" with a special airing on Monday, it's only standing original cast member is still trying to wrap her head around the experience.

"I don't know if I'm still into it yet," Vicki Gunvalson told TheWrap. "I'm still trying to understand why the hell am I doing this?"

"There are days when I absolutely, 100 percent love it and there's days where I need to get my head examined. What sane person would ever allow millions of viewers to judge them question their looks, question every time they speak, question who they date? I mean it's annoying."

The insurance company owner isn't in the mood to celebrate the show's big accomplishment. She's in the middle of great controversy surrounding former cast mate, friend and employee Lauri Peterson. Peterson left the show after Season 4, but returned this season accusing Gunvalson of cheating on her ex-husband along with a host of other sexual accusations, including a threesome with another woman.

"It just totally blindsided me," Gunvalson said of Peterson's accusations. "And then I got upset with the production company because I said, 'Why didn't you ask me before you aired that, because it's a lie?' They said, 'You'll come around, you'll tell your truth.' But now the viewers think that I sleep around with a woman, it was just disgusting to me. So, how do you combat things that are lies? That's where I go deep and dark."

Defending herself, Gunvalson said that the woman in Peterson's threesome story was actually her sister and believes that the returning housewife made the stories up in order to get camera time. "She's pretty boring in her own life," the 51-year-old said. "And if she didn't come back with something they wouldn't have aired her."

Gunvalson said that the accusations have affected her business and said she didn't sign up for this kind of personal and professional attack.

"If I knew Lauri was going to come back like that, I probably would have never filmed again a day in my life because I wouldn't have allowed something like that to be out to the universe," she said.

"I mean we're talking stuff people will see 10 or 20 years from now; my grandchildren. It's gross, it's filthy, it's disgusting and I hate liars," she continued. "Now, I have to be the one that defends myself and that's not the person I want to be. I really am still very raw about it, still very upset about it, I don't understand it and I'm mad. I'm just very upset. Probably in time things will heal, but right now it's not good."

In interviews for Monday's 100th episode special on Bravo, Gunvalson was in a much better place. She opens the special and during it she declares that the show is like one of her babies.

Gunvalson had yet to watch the two-hour program when we talked to her, but after we informed her that there are plenty of touching flashbacks over the past eight seasons on the special that will probably counteract some of the drama this season, she said, "Oh, good."

"At the end of the day, it's business," she added. "I understand without that drama we wouldn't be on, so I'm smart enough to understand that. I will never tolerate just somebody coming on and lying about me. Pretty much, I'm going to claw her eyeballs out. But, other than that we're all good."

Ex-Real Housewives: Where Are They Now

Glamour.com:
Mary Schmidt-Amons
Mary "I don't make money, I spend money" Schmidt-Amons divorced her husband, Rich, about a year ago. The Labels for Love founder also recently launched bodybymaryamons.com, a website that scarily knows where you're clicking in from and appears to have something to do with diet supplements.

Lynda Erkiletian
Lynda's company, The Artists Agency, actually celebrates its 29th anniversary today. That's the good news. The bad news is that she's no longer with Ebong. Boo.

Stacie Scott Turner
I'll admit to falling in love with Stacie's search for her biological father--and I'm sad to say that she and husband Jason, who went on the quest with her, have since gone their separate ways. She's still running her real estate business.

Catherine Ommannen
Cat has written her autobiography and a sequel to her autobiography since the show aired. Let's disregard the fact that many world leaders have been captured in a single volume and just focus on how good she looks. (She also recently had a baby girl!)

Michaele Salahi
Michaele and her rocker bf Neal Schon are reportedly considering getting married on TV, while the rest of us are reportedly going "nah, we're good."

Now let's travel back to the origin story that was Real Housewives of Orange County and catch up with some of the first women to hold up fruit on television ever.

Jo De La Rosa
Jo's LinkedIn profile lists her as director of sales for the media company Optimal Fusion. I say: any position other than "Slade Smiley's television in" is a major step in the right direction.

Jeana Keough
The fact that Jeana rarely smiled at anything made her one of my favorites on the first season of RHOC. But I had to grin at this: Jeana recently took daughter Kara, who got engaged last year, to find a dress at Kleinfeld's in New York! PLEASE let this be an ep of Say Yes to the Dress.

DeShawn Snow
Well hey, DeShawn wrote a series of kids' books called Lil' Shawnee aimed at empowering young girls. I can't say anything snarky because I'd be lying if I said this cover, with all its preteen awesomeness wouldn't have brought me to a screeching, captivated halt in the library's YA section back in the day.

Danielle Staub
One-woman drama machine Staub won VH1's Famous Food (I know, I didn't see it either) in 2011--but her restaurant, The Lemon Basket, has since closed. There have been rumors of her returning to RHONJ, but no official word.

Tamra Barney: Strained Relationship With Vicki Gunvalson "Breaks My Heart"

USmagazine.com:
Vicki Gunvalson's new man, Brooks Ayers, sure has wooed the Real Housewives of Orange County star -- but the same can't be said for Gunvalson's Bravo costars.

Angered by Ayers' behavior throughout the season, RHOC's Tamra Barney couldn't take it any longer, and got into a heated spat with Gunvalson on Tuesday's season finale.
Barney -- recently engaged to boyfriend of two years Eddie Judge -- flipped once and for all when Ayers accused her of giving Gunvalson "the evil eye." "For him to continuously tell her in her ear, 'She's giving you the evil eye,' is crazy," Barney, 44, said on the emotional episode. "You're trying to get her pissed off, and you're definitely pissing me off."

Their feud escalated when Gunvalson, 50, asked Judge to "take control" of Barney, a request that didn't sit well with the fired-up reality star. "I don't have [a man] to take control of me ... Stop letting him tell you what to think," Barney snapped.

Fired back Gunvalson, making a scene by storming out of cast mate Heather Dubrow's name-changing party: "Don't talk that way to me or him ever! You're supposed to be my friend no matter what! My friend, my soulmate, my sister."

During a post-finale appearance on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live Tuesday, Barney confirmed the duo's relationship is still strained, and that tensions reached a boil at the reunion taping. "It's strange," Barney told Cohen of her current relationship with Gunvalson, her partner in their Wines By Wives venture. "We have our business together, but other than that, it's a few text messages here and there. We kind of hashed it out at the reunion -- things got bad -- and I'm waiting for everything to settle down."
Though Gunvalson appears to have her mind made up that her friendship with Barney is officially over, Barney still wishes her foe -- and beau Ayers -- well. "Vicki's been a good friend for many years and [our strained relationship] breaks my heart. I wish her well and I hope that everyone else is wrong [about Ayers' motives in their relationship] and they live happily ever after."

Tamra Barney And Jeana Keough's Have Showdown On "Real Housewives Of Orange County" Finale

RadarOnline.com:
The bitch is back!

In a sneak peek of the upcoming season finale of The Real Housewives of Orange County the wine is about to fly when Tamra Barney spots her nemesis former Housewife Jeana Keough at a formal party!

“Step back step back! Watch out I need a glass of wine I heard Jeana’s here,” Tamra warns.

“The last time I saw Jeana was after throwing a glass of wine in her face,” she reminisces about their explosive last meeting when they fought until Tamra tossed her drink in Jeana’s face.

Jeana and her daughter Kara greet Vicki Gunvalson, who is wearing a heavy fur coat that she immediately brags her dead-beat dad boyfriend Brooks Ayers gave her.

“My relationship with Jeana since the party last year is nothing,” Vicki admits. “We never see each other we never call each other. I miss her.”

However, Tamra certainly doesn’t miss Jeana and explains where her animosity comes from.

“I have a lot of anger towards Jeana,” Tamra says. “I think most of it comes from the fact that when I was married our families were close but she ran to Simon’s side and talked sh*t about me.”
