Teresa Giudice's Husband Joe Released From Prison and Facing Possible Deportation

Cosmopolitan.com:
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice was released from prison in Pennsylvania today and is currently in the custody of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Joe was sentenced to 41 months in prison for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, which he began in March 2016. Teresa Giudice, who was charged with the same crimes, served 11 months in prison and was released in December 2015.

Joe is originally from Italy but has lived in America since he was a kid. Since he never became an American citizen, he's currently facing possible deportation. Joe tried to appeal the deportation ruling in November, and he is now at a detention center awaiting a final decision.

Joe's attorney, James Leonard Jr. gave the following statement:
"Mr. Giudice has finished serving his federal prison sentence and was transferred early this morning from the Bureau of Prisons to a facility in western Pennsylvania which houses immigration detainees. His lawyers and his family are hopeful that justice will prevail and Mr. Guidice will return home to his wife and four daughters who love him and miss him."
If Joe is deported, Teresa has made clear that she's not down to do a long-distance relationship unless their four daughters say they want to move to Italy. She told Andy Cohen, "It's like starting a whole new life. And they've been through so much already. So, I mean, I'm not doing a long-distance relationship. I'm just not doing it. I want somebody with me every day. I know exactly what happens, I'm sure he'll be with other women. It happens. We do the long-distance thing? It's not going to work. I'll be like, 'Bye bye.'"
