Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson Talk "Wine by Wives" Charity Wine-of-the-Month Club

Vicki Gunvalson, of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," chats with StarCam at her Wines by Wives event about why she and Tamra Barney started the company and why she chose Long Beach Women's Shelter as the charity she donates proceeds to.

Taylor Armstrong: I Got Screwed Over My $250k Engagement Ring

TMZ.com:
Turns out "Real Houswives of Beverly Hills" start Taylor Armstrong is NOT selling her engagement ring on eBay -- the company that sued her is selling it, because Taylor surrendered the bling to get out from under a huge legal mess.

The ring her deceased husband Russell Armstrong gave Taylor was placed on the auction block this morning.

Now here's what we know ... Taylor and Russell were sued by investors who claimed Russell fleeced them out of millions of dollars.  The case settled, but the Armstrongs didn't pay.  So the investors went after them again -- this time with a vengeance.

Since Russell committed suicide, Taylor has now struck a new settlement deal with the investors to make the whole thing go away. The new deal was struck yesterday, which requires Taylor to pay an undisclosed amount of money to the investors and fork over a bunch of personal property -- INCLUDING THE ENGAGEMENT RING.

So the investors are the ones who put the ring on eBay and hope to fetch a quarter of a million bucks.

Sources close to Taylor tell us she's really pissed and feels she's been backed into a corner because of Russell's misdeeds.  She wanted to fight, but can't afford the legal war.

Taylor wanted to pass the ring on to her daughter when she got married.

Trial For Joe Giudice Is Delayed, Gets More Time To Negotiate Possible Plea Offer

NJ.com:
A judge has given the husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Teresa Giudice more time to prepare for his wrongful identity trial.

Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice of Montville didn't speak during a brief court appearance in Paterson Tuesday.
The 42-year-old is accused of obtaining a driver's license using marriage and birth certificates that belonged to his brother. "Joe" Giudice's license was suspended at the time after he crashed his truck in 2010.

He could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

NorthJesey.com reports the judge ordered him back to court on June 27, when a final plea offer or trial day would be set.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' Recap: Everyone Gangs Up on Alexis Bellino

Oh, there was a rumble in the jungle alright tonight, as we finally reached the heated dinner/girls' getaway from hell that we see on each season of The Real Housewives. It happened for the ladies of Orange County in Costa Rica, and it was Alexis Bellino in the hot seat. And boy that hot seat was hot.

After they all had poked fun and snickered about Alexis's every move since they left the O.C., they gathered for dinner. They started talking about how all of the guys were getting together for dinner back home while they were away, and when they asked Alexis if Jim was going she hemmed and hawed until she blurted out that he wouldn't go because of the big white elephant among them all. Namely: That Terry Dubrow called her the phoniest person ever.

So they put that elephant right in the middle of the table, and the discussion/firing squad began with everyone telling Alexis just how deplorable she is.

I too find Jesus Barbie annoying, fake, and irritating as hell, but man, she really didn't deserve what she got at that table. It was a big mean girl pile up, and I can't believe she sat there and took it. Even Gretchen Rossi, who's supposed to be her friend, started in about how and why Alexis is so pretentious.

Heather Dubrow told her she saw her and her family in Nordstrom before she knew them and was appalled by their behavior. Apparently Jim was talking really loudly about how expensive the shoes he was buying were. So what? Let them brag all they want and roll your eyes behind their back, but there's no need for the rest of the ladies to act as the good taste police.

Vicki Gunvalson, who didn't like being called out for being the hypocrite she pretty much is, was going to stay out of it ... but couldn't. She told Alexis that she makes her feel beneath her, and that's weird because she has MORE MONEY. That's not hypocritical for someone who is trying to call someone out for bragging about how much money she has, now is it?

Of course, the most stinging wrath came from Tamra Barney who just can't stand Alexis. I honestly think she's jealous of her, and will never give her a chance. Plus, she just seems hell bent on being mean as of late to pretty much anyone in her path -- Vicki included. There was that nicer, kinder version of Tamra for a few episodes, but she seems to have vanished.

Alexis actually held her own pretty well during the slaughter and called Tamra out for being mean, but nothing was resolved. The drama looks like it will continue next week, but I don't foresee much moving on and bonding happening after they put all of that out there on the table before the food was even served.
I'm no fan of Alexis (who is?), but yeah she definitely had every right to feel ganged up on that trip. Then too, while Tamra's shown us plenty of times in the past that she can be downright mean (just ask Slade, but then he deserved Tamra's wrath, Alexis didn't) and nasty, why she felt the need to go full tilt on Alexis is beyond me, esp. considering how they've never gotten along and probably never will.

Adrienne Maloof Dishes About Return of Co-Star Camille Grammer

Celebuzz.com:
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof opened up to Celebuzz on Saturday night when she and hubby Dr. Paul Nassif hosted Disney actor Ryan Ochoa‘s 16th birthday bash at their gorgeous Beverly Hills home. She was all too happy to fill us in on her latest endeavors and season three of her hit reality show

“It goes without saying that there will be a lot of drama this season,” she noted. No surprise here!

When asked about Camille Grammer, Adrienne tells us she’s been doing fabulously.

But is Camille still sitting out this upcoming season?

Adrienne says Camille will not be returning as a Housewife, but she does make several appearances throughout the season. Can we just say right now that we’re happy to hear Camille will not be left out entirely this season!

As for our favorite RHOBH couple, Adrienne and Dr. Nassif, they’ve been keeping plenty busy. The husband and wife duo recently teamed up for their first business venture together, a new skincare line that launches in June.

“There are some disagreements, but that’s how you make things better when you don’t always agree on everything,” Dr. Nassif said of their partnership. Adrienne jokingly added, ”You know what it goes in one ear and out the other. You have to have selective hearing.”

Adrienne was also excited to share with everyone her newest endeavor, OMG Cases for iPhones. Adrienne came up with the idea of these spectacular cell phone cases that light up by incorporating LED technology. “You’ll never see anything like it,” says Maloof.

How does the busy mother of three do it all? “I get less sleep, and when I work out I have to make phone calls while I’m on the treadmill,” she says.

Having a talented husband admittedly helps her stay looking her best even with a busy schedule — he’s even created what he called a “Housewives Lift” for the ladies of the show!

Down-To-Earth Writer and Camelot Widow Carole Radziwill Goes On

NYPost.com:
Carole Radziwill is lounging on a chaise at the Bar on Fifth at the Setai hotel, crossing her Louboutin espadrilles. The lithe 48-year-old is decked out in hip-hugging jeans and an ivory cardigan. She’s got a big smile on her face and appears completely at ease for someone about to take her turn as one of the new “Real Housewives of New York City.”

There’s just one thing. She does not want to be photographed with a glass of Champagne.

“You’ll see on the show, I’m like, ‘Enough with the f - - king toasting!’ ” she laughs, poking fun at the Housewives’ propensity to turn every cocktail party into a “moment.”
Radziwill is one of three new cast members joining the reality hit, which premieres its fifth season Monday at 9 p.m.

But she’s not your typical Bravo reality-TV celebrity. There’s no entourage of unnecessary assistants and no strapless cocktail dress worn in broad daylight.

More surprising still: She doesn’t want to watch herself on television. “You get self-conscious, and then you lose something,” she says of the experience.

That said — and as she herself is quick to point out — this isn’t exactly her first rodeo. Radziwill gained national attention when she wed Polish prince Anthony Radziwill in August 1994, marrying into European royalty and, tangentially, American royalty. Anthony was the son of Lee Bouvier Radziwill, the beautiful sister of Jacqueline Kennedy. Anthony’s cousin John F. Kennedy Jr. was his best friend (and best man at his wedding), while his wife, Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, became Carole’s confidant and closest friend.

But in 1999, everything changed. On July 16, John and Carolyn died when their plane went down in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard. Less than a month later, Anthony lost his five-year battle with testicular cancer. And just like that, Carole was alone.

In 2003, Radziwill, who had spent nearly two decades working as a journalist at ABC, left to write a memoir, “What Remains,” chronicling her loss. Critics raved about the heart-wrenching book, which landed Radziwill a spot on the New York Times Best Seller List in 2005 and a sit-down with Oprah. “Critical acclaim is great, and it gets you the corner table,” says Radziwill, “but commercial success pays the bills.”

Which brings her to her current venture. Mum’s the word on “Housewife” paychecks (a rep for Bravo declined to comment on finances), but returning cast members will reportedly make $500,000 each this season, while the newcomers will not make nearly as much. Radziwill says only that she considers the show “a job offer.” After leaving ABC, Radziwill began interviewing celebrities for Glamour on a contributing basis, but that gig has ended.
Already, people are talking about Radziwill’s debut on the reality show known for catfights and cocktails.
“The unlikely housewife,” she says, with a knowing laugh.

She says that she and Andy Cohen, the Bravo brain behind the “Housewives” franchise, go way back. Other women have groveled to Cohen to be cast, sometimes even showing up in the background of existing cast members’ filmed parties over and over again. In his memoir, Cohen says that 500 women showed up to audition for the Beverly Hills cast.

Radziwill, to the contrary, was chased. “I could probably count on one hand the number of conversations I’ve ever had about the ‘Housewives’ show with him,” she says.

“But last summer, we had dinner with some mutual friends. And he kind of asked me if I would consider it. My impulse was to say, ‘Are you crazy? Hell no!’ ”

But Cohen is nothing if not persistent. He followed up the next day and convinced Radziwill to consider it.

She started meeting with the producers of the show and was surprised to find herself impressed with them. “I got the feeling ... that most of them probably would’ve been working in news had reality television not taken over the airwaves 10 years ago,” she says.

“A lot of them had journalism degrees. So there’s a comfort level.”

Still, the over-the-top nature of the show could prove quite controversial for a woman currently famous for being a widow.

“You know, I’ve come to a point in my life where I’m really comfortable with it,” says Radziwill of discussing her past. “It feels really natural to talk about my late husband. I get a joy out of it when I think of those memories.”

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy Put On United Front With Daughter

RadarOnline.com:
Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are doing their best to put on a united front as speculation that they are to divorce continues to mount.

The family made a trip to the Malibu Farmers' Market with daughter Bryn Sunday and to a nearby shopping center.

The 41-year-old star of Bethenny Ever After looked lovely and immaculately turned out as ever in a tight-fitting striped maxi dress but failed to crack a real smile during the family jaunt.

Bethenny also in denim jacket, flip flops and straw hat, carried her two-year-old daughter Bryn, who looked pretty as a picture in a floral red dress.

Jason wandered along besides them with the family dog, looking distracted and just a little sad.

The couple has moved to Los Angeles from New York so Bethenny can work on her new talk show.

The reality mogul has been doing the rounds on the promotional carousel, but is keeping silent on the news first reported by Star magazine that her divorce from Jason is in the works.

“They are going to get a divorce … it’s imminent,” a source said about Bethenny and Jason, who have documented their fights and potential demise on their reality show, Bethenny Ever After, which airs its finale tonight on Bravo.

Teresa Giudice And Caroline Feud Deepening: Manzo Desperate To Push Giudice Off The Show

RadarOnline.com:
The feud between Teresa Giudice and Caroline Manzo is deepening by the day, with the Real Housewives at each other's throats and the latter trying to push her former friend off the show, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported, Caroline has voiced her desire to leave the show, with a source telling Reality Weekly, "She thought being on a reality show would be fun, but it's just been drama, lies, deception and scandal."

But, a Bravo source tells RadarOnline.com that Caroline has no actual plans to leave the hit show, rather, she is scheming to push her nemesis, Teresa Giudice, off the air for good.

"Caroline is sick of the drama that Teresa brings," the source says. "But more than that, she's jealous because she knows she is the bigger star. It's Teresa who appeared on Celebrity Apprentice, it's Teresa who gets all the magazine covers and it's Teresa that is perceived as the star of the show. Caroline hates it and would love nothing more than to get rid of Teresa… for good!

"She's been trying to get the other ladies to all gang up on Teresa and make some kind of ultimatum of "Teresa or us" to Bravo producers, she believes that could work, but I think she is seriously underestimating the star power of Teresa.

"Bravo knows that Teresa is the one that viewers tune in to watch — either love her or hate her, people love to watch her and her drama and there's no way they are going to lose her. Caroline, they could care less about. She doesn't really deliver anything and they wouldn't really care either way if she left or stayed.

"Put it this way, Caroline is really picking the wrong fight if she thinks she can push Teresa off the show. It just isn't happening."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Teresa blew her top Thursday after fellow housewife, Jacqueline Laurita "attacked" her ten-year-old daughter on her Bravo Blog.

“She is furious that Jacqueline has dragged Gia into this nasty fight and is especially pissed that Jacqueline’s Twitter followers are viciously attacking her little girl,” a source close to Teresa told RadarOnline.com

Teresa doesn’t care if people attack her all they want but they cross the line when they attack her daughter. She’s only 10 years old! She doesn’t want her daughter to be thrown into this mix.”

Andy Cohen Says 'Real Housewives' Is Sociology Of The Rich, Admits To Past 'Freeballing' With Cybill Shepherd

OrlandoSentinel.com:
What's behind the success of Bravo?

Andy Cohen should know as the programmer behind "Top Chef," the various "Real Housewives" series and his own "Watch What Happens Live." Cohen, a former producer at CBS News, weighed in on the Bravo success story in an interview with Howard Kurtz on CNN's "Reliable Sources" Sunday morning.

In picking programs, Cohen said he looks for "something that hasn't been done before" and a personality different from what viewers have seen.

"If you look at the people who make up the Bravo landscape from Jeff Lewis to Rachel Zoe and Padma Lakshmi and Tabatha Coffey and the 'Millionaire Matchmaker,' these are very strong personalities that people love to watch and that you ... don't see anywhere else," Cohen said.

"In the case of 'The Housewives,' I call the 'Housewives' sociology of the rich," Cohen told Kurtz. "I think it's just fun to watch. It's guilt-free gossiping that you can have. It's like the modern-day soap opera, in my mind."

Do you agree?

Of his own show, Cohen said: "The funny thing is it's a very positive show. And I would never want to embarrass a guest or make them feel like they didn't have a great time. But we try to go there and have fun with people. Absolutely."

Cohen recently published "Most Talkative: Stories from Behind the Lines of Pop Culture."

Camille Grammer Suing Boyfriend’s Baby Mama Over Leaked Phone Call Rant

NYDailyNews.com:
She may air most of her personal business for all the world to see on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but Camille Grammer won't tolerate any uninvited invasions of privacy.

The reality star is firing back at boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos' ex-girlfriend Lisa Chynoweth for leaking private phone conversations to the press after what has proven to be a messy case of he-said-she-said.

Grammer's beef with Chynoweth began when Chynoweth launched a personal attack on Grammer and her children right in the middle of Grammer's custody battle with her own ex, "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer.

According to RadarOnline.com, the phone call between the two women began very civilly until Chynoweth instigated a confrontation by bringing Camille's children into the conversation.

Grammer, unaware that Chynoweth was strategically recording their conversation, reportedly fought back, telling Chynoweth that if she went to the press to dish about Grammer's personal issues, "I have lawyers that are beyond what you can imgine and they will pull stuff on you and you will be so mortified about your life and your family and what you have done.

"You don't want to do that to Marcus (Chynoweth's son)."

Chynoweth then turned around and used the recording in her own custody battle with ex Charalambopoulos, claiming that Grammer was threatening her son.

A source told RadarOnline.com that Chynoweth had edited the phone call for her own benefit, and Grammer is now suing Chynoweth for leaking private material to the media.

"Lisa didn't record the portions of the phone call when Camille praised what a great dad Dmitri was and what an amazing little boy they were raising," th source said. "Lisa purposefully recorded when she had provoked Camille and attempted to use it against her.

"How did the deposition end up on YouTube? The lawyers involved are the only ones that have access to that information."

Fired 'Real Housewives Of New York' Cast Members Not Likely To Return

HuffPo.com:
Many "Real Housewives of New York City" viewers were disappointed that former cast member Jill Zarin will not be returning next month for the show's fifth season. But Zarin said she was told by Bravo that it was the show's fans who requested the shakeup.

“Bravo said it was fans who wanted a cast change," she said. "It is up to all of you to tell Bravo what you want for next season. If ratings go down, they might consider bringing back some of the original cast.”
Sources at Bravo told me that it's highly unlikely the network would bring back cast members who were axed after Season 4, namely Zarin, Alex McCord, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop.

"The new season of 'Real Housewives of New York City,' which kicks off June 4, is going to be amazing and everyone is going to just love the new ladies," said a Bravo representative, referring to new additions Aviva Drescher, Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson.

“First of all, the new season is going to be huge," another source at the network told me. "Our audience is going to love the new ladies. It is, without doubt, the best season we have ever seen. We are expecting huge ratings and, even if ratings drop, which they won’t, there is zero chance to bringing back any of the old cast members.”

Simon Van Kempen, the husband of former cast member McCord, who was fired at the same time as Zarin, agreed with what Bravo insiders told me. He doesn’t expect his wife, Zarin or even himself to be invited back.

“[It's] not going to happen, irrespective of the ratings,” Van Kempen said. “Once you leave a party, or a partner for that matter, there really is no going back. While we didn’t leave by choice, the only thing we miss is the [reported] $300,000 paycheck. Being on a reality show is a little bit like being on a football team, but on Bravo TV, Andy Cohen gets to play as the quarterback and most often his editing plays are to the detriment of the rest of the team.”

Phaedra Parks Files $30 Million Libel Lawsuit Against Vibe Holdings

AJC.com:
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Phaedra Parks has filed a $30 million lawsuit against Vibe Holdings, which operates Vibe.com, Uptown Magazine, and Augustus Publishing, saying the outlet has published lies about her to generate interest in a book.

The lawsuit, filed this week, demands a jury trial, $5 million in compensatory and $25 million in punitive damages, and retractions.

“While Plaintiff recognizes the importance of the role of the media in reporting on public figures, Defendant and other members of the media are not granted an unfettered right or privilege under the First Amendment to defame public figures by publishing false and defamatory accusations with actual malice,” the lawsuit states.

“As a result of its conduct, Defendant crossed the threshold from speech protected by the First Amendment to enter the arena of actionable defamation of a public figure for which they must be held legally accountable.”

The lawsuit lists articles filed about Parks, beginning with a a March 14 one titled “Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Star Phaedra Parks Exposed.” The articles, the lawsuit says, “falsely accuse Plaintiff of being a crooked attorney who knows how to commit crimes, has committed crimes, and knows how to cover up her criminal activity.”

The article was followed by others, and then an ebook produced by Augustus Publishing titled, “Lies Of A Real Housewife,” by Angela Stanton. It’s online now and available for download. The description on the Augustus Publishing site reads as follows:

“Brazen, incisive, and outrageous, ‘Lies Of A Real Housewife,’ spans the years of early childhood through adulthood. It’s an illustration of guts, and the determination it takes to overcome tragedies in one’s life. Her story begins at the tender age of five years old when Angela Stanton was raped. She takes us into her survival mode on the streets, and adjustments she had to make in her home life. The author shares experiences of her teen years, growing up in Buffalo, NY. She leads us on a short stay as a young girl in Greensboro, NC. The author, rapper, wife and mother, guides us through her struggles into her early adult years in Hotlanta. By fate, she lives a hustler’s life of crime with none other than ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’s’ own, Phaedra Parks. By a twist of fate, her life crashes sending her on a trip to a darkened place called hell. Urban Author, Angela Stanton, survives to give a raw, revolutionary account of her daring journey to redemption. In her sophomore book, Lies Of A Real Housewife, Angela Stanton opens her past life for public viewing.”

The lawsuit says, “In its entirety, the book falsely portrays the relationship between Plaintiff and Stanton as that of friends and accomplices in criminal activity,” and “conveys a picture of Plaintiff as a crooked attorney engaged in a multitude of criminal acts, who conspires with Stanton to commit these acts, and who then uses Stanton in an effort to escape criminal liability for those acts.”

The lawsuit quotes excerpts from the e-book and articles claiming Parks was involved in various criminal enterprises including forgery and a complicated “federal racketeering scheme” aimed at stealing luxury cars.
“Like a true mafia outfit, we were operating above the law, and I was in an elite network of workers for Phaedra Parks,” reads an excerpt quoted in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit says that Parks met Stanton years ago through a past client, but that they have never been friends or close associates. It also notes that Parks is an attorney active in numerous philanthropic endeavors who ”has never been arrested for a crime or charged with any crime” and “has never been questioned by any law enforcement agency or organization about possible involvement in any crime.”

Kim Zolciak Has Garage Fire in 'Dream' Home

ChristianPost.com:
Kim Zolciak woke to find that her garage had caught on fire after an ATV which was parked there burst into flames on Wednesday morning.

The Roswell Fire Department in Georgia received a phone call about the fire at 9:35 a.m. and dispatched a truck to the scene and no one was harmed, according to TMZ.

"Shout out to Roswell Fire Dept for their quick response this morning!" Zolciak tweeted after the incident.
The reality TV star moved into her Roswell, Ga. mansion, which she calls her "dream" home, last year, and it is often featured on the hit Bravo TV shows "Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding."

The 17,000-square foot luxury home, reportedly worth $3.25 million, was a recent topic of discussion during the "Real Housewives" reunion special.

Zolciak's co-star, Nene Leakes, accused the 33-year-old and her husband Kroy Biermann of pretending to own their lavish home when they are allegedly renting.

Lisa Vanderpump & Brandi Glanville's 'Diva Behavior' Is Disrupting Filming Of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

RadarOnline.com:
Two of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars, Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville, are acting like divas and are disrupting filming of the show, and their fellow cast mates are not happy about it, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, the claws were already out before filming began for the third season of the hit Bravo reality show because Vanderpump was given a spin-off show on Bravo, based on one of the restaurants, Sur, located in West Hollywood.

After telling fellow cast members during the second season to shun Glanville because she was friend's with Cedric, a one-time family friend of Vanderpump's, the two "are absolutely joined at the hip this year.

It's absolutely bizarre because Lisa told the other ladies to not talk to Brandi at all when she first joined the show last year. Lisa was livid because Brandi was friends with Cedric, and she thought she could just freeze out Brandi, and that if she did so, the other ladies would follow. Towards the end of the second season, Brandi and Lisa did begin to get along. However, during the current season, Lisa, who always likes to act like the mother hen of the show, has taken Brandi under her wing, and the two are now inseparable. The two have such huge ego's, and their antics are driving the other ladies, especially Kyle and Taylor, absolutely nuts," a show insider tells us.

Brandi Glanville has become a "mean girl" of the hit Bravo reality. "She just doesn't seem to be in a good place right now, and she has been definitely hitting the bottle a lot harder this year during filming, which is cause for concern. Brandi becomes much more aggressive when she drinks, and she is turning into the new mean girl on the show. It's hard to tell if it's the alcohol that is the cause for the drastic mood changes, if it's just Brandi trying to be provocative, or if she feels pressure to act a certain way during filming," the source says.
The ladies of the 90210 "definitely want to confront both Brandi and Lisa about their behavior, especially Lisa's. However, they are afraid to do so because Lisa is extremely good friend's with Bravo executive, Andy Cohen, and she is always bragging about their relationship. Lisa just hosted a book party for Andy's new book at Sur recently, and she was laying it on thick leading up to the party. Lisa is a very smart businesswoman, and aligned herself very early on with the key executives at Bravo, and at the production company of the show, and she has leveraged that to get her own t.v. show. The thing about Lisa is that she always presents herself as being diplomatic and doesn't have time for drama or controversy, which is absolutely laughable because she is the one stirring it up! This year she is just using Brandi to do her dirty work. Brandi should be very careful because Lisa will turn on her, it's only a matter of time," the insider said.
The third season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will air this fall on Bravo.

Sources Say Bethenny & Jason Hoppy Are Still Together

RadarOnline.com:
Amid reports that reality star, Bethenny Frankel and her husband of two years, Jason Hoppy are headed for divorce, a source close to the Skinnygirl founder tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that the couple signed a prenup before they got married, which was slightly modified after the wedding.

As previously reported, Bethenny and Jason have both met with divorce lawyers, according to this week's edition of Star, and one source tells the magazine, “They are going to get a divorce … it’s imminent.”

"Bethenny wasn't going to get married without a prenup, to protect both herself and Jason," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. "Bethenny has watched plenty of her friends over the years get divorced and has always vowed to never end up dependent on a man for financial stability or security. The prenup clearly outlines that ALL of Bethenny's business deals, endorsements, Skinnygirl, are hers, period. The prenup was modified after the couple got married, but Skinnygirl is and always will be Bethenny's, and Jason waived any rights to it.

"Bethenny had just started dating Jason when Skinnygirl was in the beginning stages. Skinnygirl was sold to Jim Beam after the pair got married and this is when the prenup was modified, but Bethenny still has an active role with the company."

'Celebrities At Home' Features Phaedra Parks

HuffPo.com:

Phaedra Parks was clearly enjoying showing off her 4,100 square foot home on "Celebrities at Home" (Tue., 8 p.m. ET on HGTV), but fans on Twitter found themselves somewhat underwhelmed by "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star's pad. Or maybe it was how excited she was about the decorating choices she'd made.

The home just looked so ... ordinary, according to many. Sure, at 22 rooms, it was much bigger than the average American home, but there wasn't that excitement or wow factor that fans of the show have come to expect from celebrity homes.

Instead, Parks spent time overselling her creativity in picking out lamps and shades, as well as designing black curtains for the dining room that drape, but do not close. This one left viewers a little perplexed as well.

What was entertaining no matter what else the show offered was how excited Parks was to show off her decorative abilities and her home. Her enthusiasm was infectious, even if viewers didn't agree with her assessment of the decor.

Check in with more "Celebrities at Home" every Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on HGTV.

Melissa Gorga Clarifies 'Housewives' Drama, Says Teresa and Joe Giudice Have Tried to Turn Joe Gorga’s Parents Against Him

TheInsider.com:
The Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star Melissa Gorga has faced plenty of rumors in the past couple of months, from her alleged inability to pay her mortgage payments on her home to drama with her friend and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice. In an interview with The Insider, Gorga set the record straight on it all.

The news that Gorga was selling her home in Montville, New Jersey sparked rumors that she could no longer afford to live in her luxurious multi-million dollar home, which she said couldn't be farther from the truth.

"Joe (husband) is a builder. This is what we do. We buy and sell and build and sell. He custom-builds homes all the time," she said. "We love Montville. We love the school system here but Joe wants to be back in Franklin Lakes...It's not the we can't afford it...We've been doing really well."

Gorga also gave her honest take on fellow housewife and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, who has had her fair share of circulating rumors as well. "It's not that she can sit there and claim victim because it's just what she's doing and what she's saying," she said. "So, it's hard to feel really bad because it's what she does and what she says."

As for her personal relationship with Giudice, Gorga admitted that there is some tension between the two but she would like to eventually be on friendly terms with her. "I'm not going to sugar-coat it for you," she said. "We definitely have some things to work out but I am hopeful that one day we could all work this out and be together because it's just such a waste of time."

Kandi Burruss Covers VIBE's 'Sexy Issue'

DRJays.com:
Earlier this month, Evelyn Lozada posted some pictures on her website of a “top secret” photo shoot with former Love & Hip-Hop star Chrissy Lampkin and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss. Today the secret is out as VIBE magazine just unveiled their ‘sexy issue’ with the reality TV divas, including Tamar Braxton, on the cover. Check out what they said about people starting petitions to get shows like theirs off the air, and Star Jones lashing out against women and violence on reality TV.

Evelyn:

“I think she’s going to have to get a whole lot of names. Actually, I like the petition and I like the controversy because I’ve learned controversy is good. But I think she’s irrelevant. And she’s using our coattails to get relevant again. Nobody gives a fuck about her.”

Chrissy:

“Whatever Star Jones is feeling is a little deeper than what she sees. I think she has her own issues.”

Kandi:

“She may not be violent, but I’m sure she goes off on people in her day-to-day. I just don’t think it’s fair to block somebody from getting money.”

Real Housewives of D.C. Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Stacie Turner and Catherine Ommanney Reunite With Andy Cohen

WaPo.com:
The Real Housewives of D.C. — minus Michaele Salahi or any made-for-TV meltdowns — reunited Friday thanks to one man: Andy Cohen.

The Bravo network executive behind the “Housewives” franchises and other guilty pleasures has become a pop culture phenom himself; in something like the Dick Cheney veep search, Cohen cast himself as the network’s nightly talk-show host and on-air pundit of his own programs.

Which made him the star attraction of Bethesda Row’s three-day fashion event last weekend. The line of fans Friday night stretched around the block, clutching copies of his new memoir, “Most Talkative”; groupies gave him custom t-shirts, flowers and even original artwork. “It’s mazel mayhem!” proclaimed Lynn Blitzer, who sat with husband Wolf and Cohen during the runway show.

Also in the front row: Four of D.C.’s erstwhile Housewives — Mary Amons, Stacie Turner, Lynda Erkiletian and Catherine Ommanney — who said they showed up out of affection for Cohen.

“Oh, we love Andy,” Amons told us. “He’s a really likeable guy. He’s very smart, and he knows how smart we are as a group. I think he really appreciates that.”

“And what he’s done with the network and how he’s extending himself is exactly what we’re looking to do,” said Turner.

No hard feelings, in other words — despite the fact Cohen canceled their show after one season. Forget that playful exterior, he’s first and foremost a shrewd TV programmer. What happen, Andy — was Washington just too boring for your fans?

“Every reporter in D.C. says to me, ‘Why is D.C. bad for reality shows?’ And it’s not,” he claimed. The local version was one of the most successful first seasons for the network; he believes it was derailed by the Salahis’ White House State Dinner crash.

“It hurt it because it sucked up all the attention about the show,” he said. Plus, the Miami and Beverly Hills franchises were launching and there were concerns about “Housewives” overkill. No regrets: “We set out to do a show about proximity to power, about race in a city with its first black president.” They got some provocative discussions about race, he said, and “we certainly got the story of what people will do for proximity to power.”

What about the ’Wives — would they do it all over again? None of them got rich off the show; and all four stars married at the time of production have since split from their husbands.

“Absolutely!” said Amons. “It was just a great opportunity for me to get into the entertainment business that I’ve loved and longed for for so long.”

Turner hesitated for a moment. “I think so,” she said. “I’m not sure.”

NeNe Leakes Dispels Kenya Moore Casting, Talks New Ryan Murphy Series (Video)

HollywoodReporter.com:
NeNe Leakes dished quite a bit on her TV projects when she appeared on Tuesday’s The Wendy Williams Show.

While Bravo hasn’t officially renewed The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Leakes confirms that they’re already shooting. On top of that, the gabby star says reports that actress and former Miss USA, Kenya Moore, has joined the show as an official castmember are false. The mother of two also reveals she’s unsure if last season’s Marlo Hampton is returning. A Bravo rep tells The Hollywood Reporter the network has no comment on Season 5 castings.

As for former buddy, Sheree Whitfield, who announced she isn’t returning to the series, Leakes, 44, doesn’t mince words. “It’s probably a good thing that she left,” she tells Wendy Williams. “That’s about it.”
Sure, Leakes is known for having quite the ego, but she can back it up. She’s the only housewife from Bravo’s franchise to move beyond reality TV into a recurring scripted role. This past season, Leakes appeared as Coach Roz Washington on Fox’s Glee. She apparently impressed the hit musical show’s co-creator enough to have landed a spot on his newly picked up NBC comedy series, The New Normal, without having to audition.

“[Ryan Murphy] wrote the character for me,” she says of her character. “So, I didn’t [audition]. He just talked to me about, ‘You want to do this new sitcom with me? It’s called The New Normal. You play this character, Rocky.’ And I said, ‘Yes, let’s do it.’ ”

Leakes also talks about the two famous Kims in her life: Kim Kardashian and fellow castmember Kim Zolciak.

Yeah, Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita Were Totally Wrong For How They Treated Gia On Field Day

Thanks to Gia Guidice's total meltdown, there's been a lot of talk, chatter and brouhaha regarding the Sunday's episode of RHONJ. I just watched it tonight, so here's my two cents: Jacqueline (especially) and Caroline looked really bad trying to "parent" Gia that day. Is Gia a spoiled brat? Of course she is, but history has long shown us that 10-year-old's have a tendency to behave a little out-of-control at times. Then too, being 10 doesn't make Gia an idiot and plenty of longtime fans of RHONJ have seen Jacqueline act real childish and temperamental when she doesn't get her way. But really, you're a grown-ass woman taking on a 10yo child (that's not yours), telling her to get out of your house and then condescendingly bringing out some book about "Being A Bad Sport" to read to her?!? Gia knew she was being played and she wanted no part of it. Indeed, Jacqueline's behavior there was so bad it actually made me sympathize with what Ashlee had to deal with growing up:
In last night's episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice's ten-year-old daughter Gia threw a tantrum (Milania's not the only Giudice girl who can make a scene).

Now Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita are defending their attempt to diffuse the situation, after Teresa criticized them, saying they should have left the parenting to the parent.

"Field day was a blast. See? Miracles happen. Everyone got along and really enjoyed the day. Almost..." Caroline writes in her
Bravo blog. "Gia was unhappy that her team lost the tug of war. She thought her Uncle Joe was cheating and she voiced her opinion to everyone. I was upstairs in the kitchen cooking when I heard voices from the basement and it sounded like someone crying. I went downstairs...and tried to explain to Gia that her mom and uncle were having a great time."

Caroline says that things did not get confrontational until Gia blatantly disregarded her as an adult authority figure.

"I never once reprimanded her for her behavior until she became disrespectful towards me directly," Caroline continued. 'I don't care whose child you are or how upset you are; you do not look an adult in the face and tell them to be quiet, mind their business, and get out of the room. Especially when they are not antagonizing you. It was then I told Gia to look at me and show some respect. I would expect nothing less from any other adult if it were my child back in the day--respect is paramount in my book."

Speaking of books, Jacqueline at one point pulled out a book to read to Gia about "Being a Bad Sport." Jacqueline claims that her intention wasn't to antagonize Gia or make the situation worse.

"I apologized many times for overstepping my boundaries on that one,"
Jacqueline tweeted during the episode. "I felt horrible. I just wanted her to snap out of it and join us."

As for Teresa accusing them of being unkind by not fetching her when Gia was asking for her, Caroline and Jacqueline both went on the all-caps defensive.

"WE didn't get her Mom because she was filming outside,"
Jacqueline tweeted.

"I DID call for Teresa,"
Caroline tweeted.

Caroline not only takes issue with Gia's behavior as a reflection on Teresa's parenting, but she also didn't appreciate Teresa reprimanding her and Jacqueline.

"Teresa challenging Jacqueline and myself in front of Gia was wrong," Caroline wrote in her blog. "First of all, she wasn't in the room, she didn't know what happened. IF she had a problem with either of us, she should have pulled us aside and spoke to us in private and discussed the situation before berating us in front of Gia. That's just my thought on it, we all parent differently, and that's what makes the world go round."

Jacqueline, on the the other hand, had less than kind words to leave with Teresa after seeing Teresa's confessional, in which Teresa questioned Jacqueline's parenting skills with her daughter Ashlee, whom viewers have watched being "rebellious" over the last three seasons.

"And her kids aren't rebellious at all, huh?"
she tweeted.

Brooks Ayers Reassures Vicki Gunvalson He’s No Opportunist: 'I’m Not After Your Money!'

RadarOnline.com:
Vicki Gunvalson seeks solace with the man who is driving a wedge between her and her daughter Briana in the next episode of the Real Housewives of Orange County. The tearful 50-year-old tells boyfriend Brooks Ayers that her daughter branded him an “opportunist” which of course, he vehemently denies.

RadarOnline.com
has a sneak preview of their sit down which shows Vick’s tearful heart-to-heart in full.

Last week saw Briana tell her mother she’d changed as she reeled off evidence of Brooks’ unsuitability, such as his DUI and lack of care for his "four children by three different women."

But in the new clip, Brooks appears as a paragon of thoughtfulness when he “surprises” Vicki at work with breakfast. “Nobody has brought me coffee before,” she tells him before recounting her recent argument with her only daughter.

“I can’t believe she was so disrespectful,” she tells Brooks. “I may not be perfect as a human being but I do believe I am a perfect mother.”

Vicki goes on to tell Brooks she believes that Briana’s anger is really about her father issues, towards her biological dad Mike and Vicki’s estranged husband, Don.

“I would give everything to have my baby back,” she sobs to Brooks.

Her lover responds by looking at the positives and tells Vicki she should be pleased that Briana feels she can be truthful with her mother, because it must be “her truth.”

He starts to tell Vicki that her daughter is “obviously strong-willed, truthful and well educated,” but Vicki interrupts him to say that Briana branded him “an opportunist.”

Brooks clearly immediately regrets his words, and slowly tells Vicki: “I’m not after your money, I’m not after your assets, I just want your love.”

Vicki seems placated by this statement but as RadarOnline.com previously reported, Brooks is already at the point of dumping Vicki.

A well placed source revealed: “Brooks is totally at the point of dumping Vicki, problem is, he really enjoys all the fame and attention that goes with dating her, so looks like he will be hanging on for a little longer to milk it for all it’s worth.”

Camille Grammer Talks Season 3, Her Hot New Flame, and Kelsey Grammer

Wetpaint.com:
Camille Grammer broke a lot of fans’ hearts with the announcement that she wasn’t returning full-time to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the show’s third season. But in taking time off from her “reality” life, she’s been mending her own heart with the help of new boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos. Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with Camille at the Race to Erase MS Event in Los Angeles to find out all about her new relationship, how she stays in shape, and what’s really going on between Camille and her ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer.

Wetpaint Entertainment: What’s going on in your life? Where are you at right now?
Camille Grammer: Well, I’m there for my kids, making sure they get to dance recital and school and do their homework, so I’m mommy. And, you know, they’re getting older. I just love this age. My son’s 7 and my daughter’s 10. I still will be showing up on the show, making appearances. I’ve got a lot of things going on. I keep myself busy and I’m happy and of course, I have a new man in my life and he loves to cook for me.

What does he cook for you?
Spanakopita. He’s a really good Greek cook!

And you manage to look incredible. You have one of the greatest beach bodies out there. How do you do it?
That is very kind of you to say. Thank you. I’ll take it. I get out and I hike a lot, so he and I have been hiking about five miles a day. And I do some weight training but primarily, hiking. I love to paddle board; I like to stay active and I like to get out. I don’t like to be in an indoor gym. Running, hiking, anything in the ocean, swimming.

Whose beach body do you love the most?
Oh, my God there’s so many. I’m going to pick him—[gestures to boyfriend Dimitri]. He’s got a great body. I mean, I’m sorry. It’s insane and he’s all covered up.

Anything you can tell us about the show, what’s happening?
Well, I’ll be showing up, making appearances, but it’s going to be a lot of drama, definitely. The girls are bringing it.

If you had to write a book about your life, what would it be called?
That’s a good one. I would have to think about that. I don’t know. My Life Under Public Scrutiny While Doing a Ridiculous Reality Show?

How’s your relationship with Kyle Richards now?
It’s great. I adore Kyle. Kyle’s been really supportive. Kyle’s a riot. You know, the first year is difficult because it was a misunderstanding that went too far. When we talked things out afterwards we realized that we’re both really good people who were just unfortunate.

How do you feel about appearing less on the show this season?
I’m okay with it. The show takes a lot of your time. I have two young kids; I’m a single mom and I really wanted to devote more time to being the best mother I can, and be there for them.

Have they met your boyfriend?
Yes. They’ve met him. We’ve been dating for ten months and they’ve met him. They’ve spent time with him and Dimitri’s great with the kids, he’s very patient, he builds Legos with my son, they play tennis together, he helped my son learn to ride his bike, he’s great with my daughter. It’s great because he gets on their level. He doesn’t play down to them but he relates to children and he’s got a ten-year-old himself. That’s real important for me, to be with somebody that’s good with kids and understands.

What’s the best part of dating a younger guy?
He’s just so sweet. I don’t know if it’s younger guy. I don’t know if it makes a difference if it’s age, or just the person. He’s not Hollywood; he’s not seeking to be on a TV show; he’s not looking for fame. He’s very humble and just normal. It’s nice to be with somebody who’s just real and normal for a change. My ex was an actor, a larger-than-life personality.

How’s that relationship now?
There isn’t any. Unfortunately, I keep reaching out to him because we have two kids and I think it’s important that we stay in contact, but he doesn’t want to speak to me at all and he made it very clear to my attorney that that will never happen.

You don’t talk to him directly at all?
No. There’s none whatsoever. It’s through attorneys and it’s so unfortunate because we have two young kids and they suffer for it.

After 23 Years Bethenny Frankel Reconciles With Stepfather Who Raised Her

RadarOnline.com:
Bethenny Frankel has made no bones about the traumatic childhood she was subjected to, and hasn’t spoken to her mother Bernadette for years as a result. She also had no relationship with her father, legendary horse trainer Bobby Frankel, up until his death two years ago from cancer. She was raised from age two by her stepfather John Parisella, but had been estranged from him since her teens.

However, in a trailer for the next episode of Bethenny Ever After, obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 41-year-old reveals that she has reconciled with John after being touched by his loyalty towards her.

In the clip, she is seen discussing her birth father Bobby over dinner, but the topic quickly moves to the stepfather.

"John is my father! I never lived a day with Bobby Frankel," she says.

Then switching to a monologue interview for the show she says: "I called my stepfather Dad, and referred to my real father as ‘Bobby.’"

And she added that John told her that he felt responsible for the way she is today.

"I wanted him to know that, you know, some f***ed up stuff happened, he was a hustler, there was some stuff he did to my mother that was not great but before that, he raised me as his own,' she says.

"I wanted to validate that, have it acknowledged, you know ‘you were the only father I ever had in my life.’ And it was really nice."

Even though Bethenny has started mending some family fences it's highly unlikely Bernadette is on the top of her reconciliation list. As previously reported, she’s angry at her mother, and has threatened to never speak to her again!

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bernadette opened up about her daughter's life in an exclusive interview with Star magazine, and the reality star is furious about her comments, to say the least!

“I hate her! I really do! I hate her. I just hate her. I really do,” Bethenny said on a past episode of her reality show, going on to critique her aging mother's appearance. “Look how scary she looks. It’s almost embarrassing to me what she looks like!”
