A judge has given the husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Teresa Giudice more time to prepare for his wrongful identity trial.
Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice of Montville didn't speak during a brief court appearance in Paterson Tuesday.
The 42-year-old is accused of obtaining a driver's license using marriage and birth certificates that belonged to his brother. "Joe" Giudice's license was suspended at the time after he crashed his truck in 2010.RELATED: Teresa Giudice Getting Real Housewives of New Jersey Spinoff Show?
He could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
NorthJesey.com reports the judge ordered him back to court on June 27, when a final plea offer or trial day would be set.

i don't know how that will go w/melissa who
really is sneaky, and very jealos of teresa
and her brothers prior relationship. mel has
her sisters, and doesn't understand they are
just the 2 siblings. also hope she files for
divorce, her husband brings nothing to the
table, as a father, or breadwinner. this is
probably just wishful thinking. the italian/
catholic/in jail thing; will probably overcome
that.
What was this guy thinking. He is on a well known television show where it was shown that he lost his license. He takes his brothers identification papers to the DMV to get a license in his name and then starts driving around the community. Did he really think no one was going to notice. He is either really stupid, arrogant or both. If he thinks being a celebrity is going to keep him out of jail he is in for a rude awakening.

DeleteI feel sorry for Tre. Yes she is annoying, but she doesn't need this cheating alcoholic husband. She is fighting for her sanity and her family.
ReplyDeleteTheresa is stupid to stay with him. I hope he gets 10 yrs. also Theresa should leave housewifes. She is nothing but crazy, crazy, crazy. Bravo should dump her. No more magazine covers for her either. Enough is enough.
ReplyDeletePeople make stupid decisions everyday. Teresa and Joe will come out stronger by facing their tough times together and learning from their mistakes. They are committed to their children and their marriage and that is admirable. People are not perfect and we all have issues and we all make stupid mistakes but what matters is that Teresa and Joe understand this and are willing to deal with issues, learn from them and move on.
