Jacqueline Laurita Claims She’s In Talks With Bravo; Kathy Wakile Explains Why She Went On The Show
Jacqueline Laurita has been all over the news (well, the reality TV version of the news anyway) for her suspected firing from Real Housewives of New Jersey; but Jacs has something to say about that and she insists it’s simply not true!

Jacqueline took to Twitter (Where else?) to debunk the rumors claiming she is still deciding if she wants to return. “Thats not true. Its all undecided rght now but Im considering it if everythings in the rght place.Lets say theres talk right now.”

There’s been some rumors circulating from purported insiders that Jacqueline’s salary will be reduced if she is brought back for Season 5 and Bravo is basing her inclusion on whether or not they find a suitable Housewife to replace her. Jacqueline notoriously skipped the vengeful Season 3 reunion claiming she was feeling sick, which is a MAJOR no, no. Multiple reports have stated Bravo can no longer trust her, hence their reason for wanting to fire her. I guess we’ll see what happens!

Moving right along, Kathy Wakile recently did an interview with The Norton Report where she talked about her decision to come on the show and what’s next for her.

Explaining what motivated her to join RHONJ (besides the obvious), Kathy reveals: “I was at a point in my life where I wanted to do something outside of the house. I had been a stay-at-home mom for 17 years, my kids don’t need me as much, and it was at a time where they needed to realize I have to start doing some things on my own.”

“I thought, should I go out and get a job? And this opportunity just really fell into my lap at the same time,” she adds. “It really all fell at the right time, especially for my kids who are older and can handle being in the spotlight. It’s been a fun adventure.”

“I’ve had a lot of fun, I’ve done different things I wouldn’t normally be doing, interacting with new people and it’s just been a great experience so far.” I’m not sure how a huge, embarrassing family feud played out in a public arena is a great experience, but whatevs!

Kathy also talks about her role as a mediator amongst the cast: “Well, I’ve always been a good listener. I believe in order to be able to help people with conflict you really need to listen to what they’re saying. If you’re doing all the talking, you’re not getting all the facts. Being a good listener really is the number one component to being able to help.”

“I don’t like conflict so I like to create balance and try to understand everyone’s point of view. I always try never to hurt anyone’s feelings; we’re all imperfect so unfortunately that happens sometimes, but my intentions are always good.”

John Kolaj Spills Details of His Relationship With NeNe Leakes
Since NeNe Leakes and her husband, Gregg, split up last year, there has been plenty of speculation over who she’s currently dating. Rumors swirled that NeNe and Charles Grant were an item, but could NeNe have really found her match in Famous Famiglia co-founder, John Kolaj?

We watched as John and NeNe went on a newsworthy first date, but it turns out that there is a lot more to Mr. Kolaj than meets the eye. Wetpaint Entertainment spoke with him exclusively, and he dished about all of the lavish gifts he’s given NeNe, and what an amazing woman she really is.

As we guessed, John takes full credit for a bevvy of extravagant gifts NeNe’s recently tweeted about. “Absolutely, I gave her that ring! It's 8 carats. I gave her a set of diamond earrings, too.”

But that’s not all! John also revealed that he’s gifted NeNe with multiple pairs of those coveted, red-soled, Louboutins. “I got her a few pairs," he said.

Like a true gentleman, John only had wonderful things to say about Miss NeNe Leakes. “Nene Leakes is a smart, amazing woman who is a dear friend of mine, and I hope she's in my life for a very, very long time.”

However, when asked directly if he and NeNe were a couple, Kolaj remained tight-lipped, offering “no comment.”

Kim Richards Still In Rehab And "Doing Well"
Kim Richards is still in rehab, according to her rep.

Despite earlier reports she had left treatment and was home with her sister Kyle, she was, in fact, visited by Kyle.

"She's doing okay," a source tells PEOPLE of the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. "Everyone is hoping for the best."

Kim's daughter Kimberly as well as Kyle's three oldest daughters were part of the visit. "They were all happy to see each other," adds the source.

This is not the 47-year-old's first time in rehab. "But every time is a new time, and everyone just hopes this sticks and that she gets the help she needs," another source told PEOPLE when Kim sought treatment for alcohol abuse and "other problems" this December.

Kim's "bizarre behavior" as it played out on the reality show on which she and her sister appear was attributed to her prescription drug use in November, but Kyle has also called her an alcoholic.

And earlier in the season, costar Brandi Glanville accused Kim of being "wasted out of her f---ing mind" during a game-night episode. Kim denied it, and one of the season's biggest fights ensued.

Fernanda Rocha Speaks Out About Alleged Lesbian Affair With Taylor Armstrong
Taylor has been very vocal about the abuse she suffered in her marriage to Russell Armstrong but a new report claims Taylor found comfort in the arms of another woman just four days before he died!

Taylor Armstrong a lesbian? Taylor went through a tumultuous year with the suicide of her husband Russell Armstrong but InTouch claims Taylor has a passionate tryst with The Real Housewives of Orange County star Fernanda Rocha!

But the report goes on to claim that as soon as Taylor realized the fling wasn’t good for her image, she tossed Fernanda to the side and now Fernanda has something to say about it!

“Be responsible for your actions,” Fernanda says. “And don’t dismiss the other human being that you are connecting with. When people started asking, it was like, ‘Don’t say this, don’t say that …’ That is hurtful. I couldn’t really be open about how I felt because I was protecting her.”

However, Taylor’s rep tells that the claims are “untrue.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has just finished writing a tell-all book about the abuse she was subjected to in her marriage — we’re sure she’s not mentioning the fling.

“A lot of straight girls want to have an experience with another woman,” Fernanda goes on to say. “But they don’t take into consideration that we’re human!”
Wouldn't surprise me any if this is true. First, I think that there's lots of scandalous stuff about Taylor and Russell Armstrong's relationship that we'll never know about. Second, I recall Taylor flirting heavy with Kyle during season one. Lastly, ever since she came unto the scene Fernanda Rocha has been nothing but trouble (remember her own ex-girlfriend of some years talking on air about Fernanda cheating on her during an episode in the first season). And I think Fernanda's a serious egomaniac who gets off on getting "straight" chicks to "swim in the lady pond"--no surprise then that idiot blondes like Tamra Barney and now maybe Taylor would go there.

NeNe Leakes Got a Diamond Necklace for Christmas, Has She Fallen in Love Again?
Looks like NeNe Leakes had an especially merry Christmas this year. Just days after giving the world a peek at her new diamond earrings (courtesy of a wealthy mystery man) NeNe added some more ice to her ever-growing collection.

On Christmas day the Real Housewives of Atlanta star tweeted, “OMG he gave me an amazing all Diamond Letter N necklace! I love it.”

She followed the pic (below) with another tweet showing her love of diamonds, and her new man. “Diamonds r a girls best friend & they just keep comin & comin & comin.”

Even though her real name, Linnethia, obviously doesn’t begin with an “N,” somehow we don’t think she’ll mind.

Again, we aren’t totally sure who this mystery Daddy Warbucks is, but all signs are still pointing to pizza heir, John Kolaj. If their awkward dinner on RHoA was any indication, this guy is totally obsessed with our NeNe.

Millionaire Matchmaker (and friend of NeNe’s) Patti Stanger seems to think our gal found a keeper. She tweeted at NeNe, “This guy's in love with you, go for it.”

Tareq Salahi Legal Docs Against Michaele Says She Lived Beyond Her Means ... And She was a Slut
Tareq Salahi has fired off legal docs in his nasty divorce from Michaele Salahi, claiming she lived waaay beyond her means ... and, oh yeah, she was banging another dude.

In Tareq's response to MIchaele's divorce petition, he claims she was a compulsive liar. The examples he gave ... she SWORE she was a Washington Redskins Cheerleader and a Victoria's Secret Model.

Tareq also says Michaele lived beyond her means, routinely spending thousands of bucks on hair extensions and beauty treatments and throwing lavish parties for him -- in one case $16k.

And the whole banging thing ... Tareq quotes Journey guitarist Neal Schon, who boasts he had sex with Michaele in his dressing room after a concert while she was still with Tareq. Schon says, "I have tennis shoes on and she's, like, nine feet tall over me. And she looks down at me like she's standing on stilts and says, 'I love you. And that's never gonna change.' And when that happened I said, 'Get over her! This has taken 15 years.'"

It's a shame. They seem so ... right for each other.

Is Jacqueline Laurita Leaving Real Housewives of New Jersey?
All About the Real Housewives is exclusively reporting that Jacqueline Laurita was not asked back for Season 5 of Real Housewives of New Jersey.

A source close to the RHoNJ h’wives claims that Jacqueline wasn’t asked back for Season 5 after she failed to show up for the Season 3 reunion taping and tweeted details about Season 4 earlier this year. The source reveals, “Jacqueline won’t be returning to season 5 because she violated her contract and Bravo doesn’t trust her anymore. Her contract is now terminated.”

Aside from Jacqueline’s alleged departure, it also sounds like the other ladies are having issues of their own.

The source continues, “No one has been signed for Season 5 but Teresa Kathy and Melissa will be in it for sure. Caroline will possibly be on season 5 and she can’t stand Melissa Gorga! They haven’t even spoken and have only seen each other at Albie Greg and Chris’s apartment a few weeks ago.”

Does that mean that Caroline will be heading back to Team Giudice in the near future, or will she have to find some new friends?

Looks like the latter won’t be so hard since rumors are also circulating that Bravo is looking for three new Housewives to add to Season 5.

Discrimination Suit Against Cindy Barshop Dropped
Spa owner and former Bravo star Cindy Barshop avoided a hairy court drama when a discrimination case against her was dropped this month.

Former Completely Bare Spa employee Altovise Collier filed a complaint with New York’s Division of Human Rights accusing Barshop of firing her because she was black. Collier claimed she was given only partial information during employee training, which led her to inadequately perform procedures leading to customer complaints.

Collier also claimed other employees joked that she was hired to “inject some color” into the spa. When Collier told Barshop of the alleged treatment, she says she was fired. But the HRC said in its decision to toss the case that evidence failed to show Collier was fired because of her race, and pointed out that several Caucasian and Latino employees were axed in the same period.

Barshop said, “I’m so happy that the truth has come out. I’ve never looked at people based on race, religion, creed, or color. I see people for who they are.”

Heather Dubrow’s Plastic Surgeon Husband Sued By Former Patients
The Real Housewives of Orange County has a new cast member, Heather Dubrow, who is married to plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, and he has been sued by at least two former patients, is exclusively reporting.

The gorgeous brunette reveals in a video on the Bravo website that she has been married to Dr. Dubrow for 12 1/2 years, and the couple has four children together, all under the age of eight.

In court documents, obtained exclusively by, Leah Goodman filed a personal injury lawsuit against Dr. Dubrow, and the Newport Heights Medical Center.

Goodman filed the lawsuit against the plastic surgeon on March 4, 2011, and is seeking at least $25,000 in damages. Goodman is alleging medical malpractice, and general negligence. She is seeking unspecified damages.

A year earlier, June and Mark Hofherr filed a lawsuit against Dr. Dubrow and the Newport Bluffs Surgery Center for general damages, after June suffered complications from an unspecified procedure that the doc performed on her.

The court docs state: "Defendants failed to disclose material risks of the procedure to the plaintiff and thereby failed to fully describe the procedures that were proposed and/or exceeded the scope of the disclosure and thereby failed to obtain informed consent from the plaintiff for said course of care, treatment and/or surgery. Had plaintiff been adequately informed of all the risks of the procedure, plaintiff would not have consented to said procedure."

Mark Hofherr says that because of the surgery: "June Hofherr has been unable to perform the duties of a spouse and the work and services usually performed in the care, maintenance and management of the family home, June Hofherr will be unable to perform such work, services and duties in the future."

The Real Housewives of Orange County season seven premieres on February 7, 2012.

Adrienne Maloof Talks Returning For Season 3 & The Drama Still To Come
After a year of chaos and drama, Adrienne Maloof spent her holidays in NYC with husband, Paul Nassif, and their three sons where Adrienne was promoting her new shoe line Adrienne Maloof for Charles Jourdan. You can buy a pair, any pair you see on the Bravo Home Shopping Network for the fair and reasonable price of about $700. SOLD!

While in NYC, Adrienne spoke to WetPaint about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Talking about her role as the cast peacemaker, Adrienne credits her family business for giving her the skills to pay the bills. “I think, growing up in a family business with my brothers and having to, at the end of the day, make things work because you live together and you run a business together really prepared me for this job. Because it is, you know, a job. And I think it’s just in my personality to be a peacekeeper.”

As for exposing her friend Brandi Glanville to the crazy Kim Richards, Adrienne thinks Brandi is holding her own. “I met her through a mutual friend and she was going through a divorce,” Adrienne explains. “I thought it might be nice to bring her into the mix. So far, I think she’s doing quite well. It’s an adjustment having the cameras around all the time.”

Of the rest of this season Adrienne warns, “Oh, there’s a lot more drama coming, believe me,” and she is still deciding if she is on board for Season Three! “I’m still trying to get through Season 2! But I do enjoy doing the show and I’ve been having a good time. We’ll see.” And as for who of her cast mates are returning, Adrienne is keeping her lips sealed. “You’re going to hear a lot of rumors, it’s the nature of the beast. But I will say one thing: On this show, you never know!” Fair enough.

Dina Manzo Sends Holiday Message To Danielle Staub, Ignores Sister Caroline Manzo For Christmas

If this story is true then it's a official: Dina Manzo is an immature, disloyal and classless bitch:
While it might be Christmas, it looks like the drama with the Real Housewives of New Jersey doesn’t take a break… not even for the happiest time of the year!

The Laurita and Manzo families did not get to see their Aunt Dina Manzo at Christmas today as she made it clear that she wants nothing to do with either Jacqueline Laurita or Caroline Manzo.

When Jacqueline sent out an invitation for Dina to join them for Christmas dinner, Dina responded, “@JacLaurita ooops sorry, I’m doing open heart surgery on Rudolph so he can deliver all the toys to the good little girls and boys.”

Dina then Tweeted an additional message, presumably with Jacqueline in mind, writing, “The most dangerous ‘Hateful’ people are the ones who has everyone convinced that their angels… eventually the ugly comes out for all the world to see.”

Jacqueline responded to the Tweet writing back to her, “What a hateful thing to tweet. Lol! I agree with u. R we going to see u at Caroline’s today? Let’s make it happen. Time 4 a change.”

Caroline, meanwhile, didn’t seem to want to chime in on all the Twittering that was going on and instead concentrated on preparing the big meal she was going to feed her family with.

But in a surprise move, Dina did reach out to former nemesis Danielle Staub and wished her a Merry Christmas. Wow, how the tables have turned!

Taylor Armstrong: It’s ‘Difficult’ Watching ‘The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’
Taylor Armstrong reveals to how it’s felt to watch her troubled relationship with her late ex-husband Russell Armstrong on ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ spoke to Taylor Armstrong at Sweet E’s, the mini bake shop, in Beverly Hills Dec. 22, where Taylor’s daughter, Kennedy, and her little girlfriends were decorating holiday cupcakes and cookies. She explained how life has changed since last summer when her late ex-husband Russell Armstrong committed suicide and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season two began airing.

“My daughter Kennedy is doing good, we are both getting stronger every day,” she began, adding that Kennedy is asking for an iPad for Christmas. “We are just taking it one day at a time. We know we are going to make it.”

She explained, “It’s difficult watching the show because we taped it so long ago. But I do get to see other people’s perspectives so I understand them better. But it’s difficult doing reality TV because you experience the drama in your life when you are experiencing it and then when you watch it months later on TV you re-live it.”

Even though she and Russell weren’t allowed into Kyle Richards‘ white party, Taylor and Kyle have put that incident behind them and remain close.

“We are all pretty good about keeping in touch,” Taylor said. “I talk to Kyle the most because we live close to each other and our kids play with each other. I see her a lot. I saw Lisa [Vanderpump] the other night.”

When we asked Taylor about her autobiographical book, which comes out Feb. 7, she explained why she considers it a labor of love. “I want my book to inspire people to talk about [abuse] — to make it a conversation, because if it’s not talked about, there can be no change.”

We wish Taylor and Kennedy the very best this holiday seasons.

Sheree Whitfield Talks Child Support Drama, Losing Her Car, and More

Kim Zolciak Says Nene Leakes “Doesn’t Exist” To Her; Disses Marlo Hampton
Merry Christmas RT Readers!!! A very special thanks to you all for being loyal readers and hoping 2012 will be your best year yet!!

And on this special day, I bring you news about the never ending Real Housewives of Atlanta drama!

While former BFFs Kim Zolciak and Nene Leakes promised to never speak again following their tour bus blow up on season 3, many fans believed that pact wouldn’t last. It has however lasted as evident on last week’s RHOA episode which had both ladies in the same room not speaking, while also not acknowledging one another.

In her latest Bravo blog, Kim Zoliack Biermann talks about seeing the Nene during Cynthia Bailey’s opening of her modeling agency.

“I had baby KJ three weeks before Cynthia’s event, so it was my first time getting into regular clothes in a while. A Louis Vuitton jumpsuit to be exact. It was nice to get out! Everyone was so worried about me and NeNe being in the same room together, but I wasn’t!,” says Kim.

Kim continues, “I am an adult, and both NeNe and I have come to the understanding that we will never speak ever again. Besides, I’m in a different place than I was on the bus tour. NeNe doesn’t exist to Kim Biermann. NeNe may be taller than I am, but she is definitely not on my level. Moving on!” Me to the ow!

Kim then takes a minute to get on her soapbox about newbie Marlo Hampton’s claim to riches! “Everyone has been buzzing about this new girl, Marlo, and I was excited to meet her. I had heard rumors that she sleeps with much older men for money and that’s her claim to fame in Atlanta.” Uh isn’t that YOUR claim to fame as well Kim?!

Sitting comfortably in her glass house, Kim continues, “Now listen, I’m not one to judge how a bitch pays her bills, but admitting to it and then boasting about it is just tacky! She kept bringing up her “big poppa” and hearing those two words was making me sick!” Didn’t you used to brag about your “big Poppa”? Anyone else remember that scene from season 1 during which she went on and on about the married and rich Big Poppa buying her a Range Rover?

Kim closes out her blog by stating: “She and Kandi started arguing about God knows what, and it totally reminded me why Kroy and I are happy to stay at home. These women are in their late thirties and early forties and they still go to events and argue. I couldn’t have left any faster. Bye, bitches!”

Funny how these Bravo housewives get their own spinoffs and are all of a sudden too good for the drama! Coughs, Bethenny, coughs. And finally, Kim’s daughter Brielle posted an old photo on her Myspace page (people still use Myspace?) of her mom without her wig on!

Taylor Armstrong & Camille Grammer Kiss And Make Up
Taylor Armstrong and Camille Grammer aren't in a nasty feud anymore, despite the drama the two stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have had on the show, is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported, the tension on this season's hit Bravo show hit a fever pitch on Tuesday night when the cast asked Taylor and her then-husband Russell to leave a party, upon learning he threatened to sue Camille for her talk of his alleged abusive behavior toward Taylor.

Taylor was furious with Camille for being the first cast member to reveal on the show that Russell had been physically abusive with her.

"Taylor just isn't capable of being mad at anyone, period. There isn't a feud between the two. On Sunday before this week's episode aired, all of the Housewives, including Camille were texting Taylor offering words of support to her. All of the girls receive copies of the show that will air several days before so they can watch it before the public," an insider told

"Taylor hadn't had the time to watch it when she started receiving the text messages. Camille was extremely gracious and sincere in her text messages. Are these two best friends? No. But Taylor was extremely appreciative towards Camille in the days after Russell committed suicide because of the support she offered Taylor."

As we previously reported, Taylor finally decided to file for divorce from Russell because executives at Bravo had implemented a ban prohibiting the couple from appearing on the show after Russell sent executives legal letters threatening to sue.

"During filming of the show, as the season progressed, Russell started sending blistering letters and emails to Bravo and NBC Universal executives threatening lawsuits. Russell was furious that Taylor had discussed their serious marital issues, including the fact that he hit her on multiple occasions, and that the fellow housewives were now talking about it on the show," the insider said.

"Russell would have had no legal leg to stand on because it was Taylor who was telling the girls this stuff. Bravo and NBC decided that Russell and Taylor were more trouble than they were worth, and decided to end filming with them, as soon as it became apparent that Russell was going to continue down that path."

Viewers won't see Taylor on the show again until January 2, 2012. "The episode that will air on Monday night will show all of the girls except Taylor going to Hawaii. Taylor will call the girls, and tell them on speakerphone while they are on their Hawaiian holiday that she had decided to leave Russell," the source revealed.

"Taylor decided to pursue the separation first, but then she thought to get back on the show, she would need to file for divorce, so that she could appear on the show again, if she promised executives that she was leaving him for good."

Kim Zolciak Says She's Over the Drama of Real Housewives
From wig-pulling to going on tour, Kim Zolciak is no stranger to reality-TV drama. But starting a family with NFL hubby Kroy Biermann has given her a new set of priorities.

"Having a new baby changes you," Zolciak – who is also mom to daughters Brielle and Ariana from a previous relationship – told PEOPLE on Tuesday.

"I used to cover my eyes sometimes [during my Housewives scenes]. I'd be like, 'Oh, god.' And now, this season ... it's been incredible ... I wasn't involved with the drama."

Now that she's not fighting with her Real Housewives of Atlanta costars on camera, Zolciak, 33, says she has found fulfillment.

"Watching this season, I feel like you can just see how happy I am on my face – I don't even have to say anything," says Zolciak, who gave birth six months ago to baby boy Kroy Jagger Jr. "I'm grateful to have all this captured on camera."

Zolciak says she's enjoying the show even more now that she's above the drama.

"I absolutely have no regrets, but this season is a lot easier for me to watch," she explains. "Last year I was caught up in drama and trying to do that bus tour. And it's hard to watch. You live it, and then six months later, you watch it on TV. So this season, there aren't any moments where I'm in a position where I'm going to cover my eyes."

Zolciak – who also spent a lot of the year filming her spinoff, Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding – says her new years resolution is "to get more sleep."

But the rest won't come before she teams up with Ciroc vodka for the Real Housewives of New Year's Eve partnership. Zolciak, along with other stars of Bravo's hit franchise will be in New York City, where she'll hand out "safe ride cards" to partygoers so they can drink alcohol responsibly and avoid driving drunk.

Taylor Armstrong Filed For Divorce To Get Back On Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong finally decided to file for divorce from her then-husband, Russell Armstrong, because executives at Bravo had implemented a ban prohibiting the couple from appearing on the hit show after Russell sent executives legal letters threatening to sue, is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported, the tension on this season's Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills hit a fever pitch on Tuesday night, as the cast asked Taylor and Russell to leave a party, upon learning he threatened to sue Camille Grammer for her talk of his alleged abusive behavior toward Taylor.

But Kelsey Grammer's ex-wife wasn't the only recipient of letters threatening legal action from Russell.

"During filming of the show, as the season progressed, Russell started sending blistering letters and emails to Bravo and NBC Universal executives threatening lawsuits. Russell was furious that Taylor had discussed their serious marital issues, including the fact that he hit her on multiple occasions, and that the fellow housewives were now talking about it on the show," an insider told

Taylor will call the girls, and tell them on speakerphone while they are on their Hawaiian holiday that she had decided to leave Russell," the spy said.

"Taylor decided to pursue the separation first, but then she thought to get back on the show, she would need to file for divorce, so that she could appear on the show again, if she promised executives that she was leaving him for good."

Taylor knew "for a very long time that she needed to leave Russell because of the verbal and physical abuse. Being taken off a show that she loved doing because of his actions was the catalyst that finally made her pull the trigger on her marriage. Russell knew he was going to be exposed and was in full damage control mode. Ultimately, there was nothing he could do to stop it," the source said.

Russell killed himself last August, and was found hanged in the bedroom of a friend's house that he was staying in.

Report Says Jacqueline Laurita Once a Vegas Stripper, Once Arrested For Domestic Violence
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jacqueline Laurita has long insisted that rumors of her past life as stripper are false.

“I WAS NOT A STRIPPER,” Laurita tweeted back in October, following a story published by In Touch about the 41-year-old mother’s alleged former career.

But in their latest issue, a source tells In Touch that Laurita danced in downtown Las Vegas, long before the tourist-friendly Fremont Street Experience was built. “She was a stripper at a Las Vegas club called the Glitter Gulch,” former friend who was allegedly “very close” to Laurita told In Touch. “She worked there from 1992 to 1993. Like all strip clubs, it was an awful place.”

A second source tells the magazine about a years-long violent relationship that Laurita had during the ‘90s, culminating with the pair being arrested for battery in 1996.

“She slapped him in the face and punched him in the groin,” In Touch quotes the police report as stating.

So far, Laurita has not acknowledged In Touch’s new story. “I'm enjoying this Holiday season so much with my parents here,” she tweeted on Dec. 22. “I think this is the most relaxed, enjoyable time I've had before the holidays.”
I recall too Caroline once saying that she and Jacqueline once got came to blows too when Jacqueline had her son CJ. Considering how much darts everyone (including myself) throws at daughter Ashlee's obnoxious behavior, the more you hear about Jacqueline's past, it kind of puts things in a different light.

Michaele Salahi Seeking to Expedite Separation from Husband Tareq Salahi, Claims He Caused Her To Flee Out of Fear
White House state dinner crasher and “Real Housewives of D.C.” star Michaele Salahi’s relationship status with estranged husband Tareq Salahi has changed multiple times over the past few months, but the most recent iteration involves a scary portrayal of Tareq as a violent menace.

According to TMZ, Michaele is seeking to expedite her separation from Tareq because she is fearful for her physical safety.

In court papers obtained by TMZ, Michaele said that the main reason she ran away with Journey guitarist Neal Schon was because she feared for her life.

On Sept. 11, two days before she was reported missing, Michaele returned home late after running errands to find Tareq sitting in the dark waiting to reprimand her, according to the legal documents.

This scared Michaele into finally leaving, she said.

Tareq, however, is claiming that the stories are “absurd” and that Michaele is a “chronic liar.”

The pair have been in a bitter battle of words ever since Michaele ran away with Schon in September.

“We had a beautiful marriage. This was real love,” Tareq said on the “Today” show at the time. “I think everybody, all of our friends, the people who know us, know that we thought it was real love. I’ve been duped. I’ve been lied to. I’ve been cheated on. And our family and our home was destroyed. It was full of love and now it’s an empty home.”

Joe Giudice Indicted On Impersonation & Fraud Charges
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's husband Joe was indicted on Tuesday by a grand jury in the Garden State, charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother's name, and has the details.

Joe, 40, was charged by a Passaic County grand jury with one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another, authorities said.

When his license was suspended, according to officials, Giudice used his brother Pietro’s marriage and birth certificates to obtain a driver’s license with his picture -- but his brother’s info -- at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.

Prosecutors said the ruse was uncovered when Pietro Giudice was pulled over in March on a routine traffic stop, and Joe's picture came up.

As previously reported, Joe's family fronted $50,000 bail the day he was arrested and he was released and driven to the Poconos where Teresa had a book signing.

If convicted on both counts, he could face more than 11 years in prison.

This is not the reality star’s first run-in with the law. He spent 10 days in jail last year for driving with a suspended license and was even detained by Dominican Republic Police in February for his part in a violent bar brawl.

Teresa did not discuss the news on her Twitter page Tuesday.

Sheree Whitfield Opens Up On Court Drama With Phaedra, Talks To 107.5 WBLS Studios
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield continues to open up about her court case drama with costar Phaedra Parks!

After Phaedra agreed to represent Sheree in her child support case with ex-husband Bob Whitfield, the ladies eventually decided to end their professional relationship amicably as Sheree felt Phaedra was outsmarted by her ex in court. Many felt Sheree was ungrateful as there was nothing Phaedra could have done to prevent her ex from filing an order of contempt against her.

During her appearance on the Watch What Happens Live Aftershow on Sunday night, Sheree went into more details about why she felt Phaedra didn’t represent her well. Sheree’s defense is that Phaedra volunteered to file a contempt motion on her behalf (didn’t she tell Phaedra NOT to file???), but Bob beat her to the punch two weeks later because Phaedra was waiting to get clearance for Bravo cameras.

“I never met with Phaedra outside of your cameras. So to me when I’m meeting with her, and I’m saying this is my life. Like even if the cameras are not there, what you’re supposed to do, I still need you to do it,” said Sheree.

Sheree also talked about Phaedra’s employees hounding her to get the retainer. “I love Phaedra. I didn’t want to end it in a bad way but it didn’t sit well with me when it kind of made it seem like they were hounding me, asking me, trying to get this money when that is not the case. When Phaedra asked me for the money, it was the day before… She had her people call me… I get a phone call. They’re like we need the money. I never got a contract. I never got any kind of paper work,” said Sheree.

“The money part came in after Bob filed because it takes it to a whole other level. Before it was something very simple when she volunteered to file the contempt but she never did it because the cameras couldn’t get to her in time,” continued Sheree.

Sheree adds that by the time they went to court a month later, Phaedra had still yet to file anything. “The only time Phaedra and I met off camera was with another attorney who is a family attorney who was actually coaching her on how to handle my case,” added Sheree.

And on the actual WWHL show, Sheree fired back at the criticism that she shouldn’t be suing for child support if she can afford expensive items such as a Hermes bag, designer clothes and a Porsche to replace her old seized Bentley.

“This is the ignorant thing that I hate to hear people say,” said Sheree. “Why are you fighting for child support? First of all, I did not make these kids by myself. We did this together. So I shouldn’t have to fight you to be responsible for your kids.”

Meanwhile, Sheree also debuted her new song “Who Gon Check Me Boo” on WWHL. Some are calling it a diss track to her costar Nene Leakes though Sheree denies the allegations.

Kim Richards Was ''Obviously Very Sick'' at White Party, Says Co-Star Jennifer Gimenez
In addition to being an actress and reality star, Sober House’s Jennifer Gimenez is an addiction counselor. She also happens to be a good friend of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer Brandi Glanville and was at Brandi’s side when co-star Kim Richards went off on a disturbing, erratic rant targeted at Brandi on last night’s episode. It took place at the home of Kim’s sister, Kyle Richards, during her annual white party. Since the filming of the episode, which occurred this past spring, Kim has checked into rehab to address alcohol and other serious issues. Speaking exclusively with Wetpaint Entertainment, Jennifer talks about what it was like to witness Kim’s outburst that evening – and why she thinks rehab is truly the best place for her right now.

Wetpaint Entertainment: In one of her asides to the camera, Brandi said she thought substance abuse issues were at the root of Kim’s behavior. Based on what you saw at the white party, do you agree?

Jennifer: Yes, I do. That night was my first encounter with her, but right away I could tell something was off. You could tell from looking at her – her eyes, her gestures – that she was not well.

Kim was throwing out insult after insult, even mocking Brandi’s voice like a child and threatening to hurt her. Yet, you and Brandi kept your cool and didn’t fight back.

Brandi and I were just doing our best to be compassionate. It was obvious to both of us that Kim was very sick. She was clearly suffering. We didn’t want to do anything to make it worse. My main goal, besides being there for Brandi, was to make sure no one got hurt. At one point, Kim did threaten to get violent and I didn’t want the situation to get any more out of hand than it already had.

Kim recently checked into rehab. What are your thoughts about that?

Jennifer Gimenez: I’m very happy for her think it’s courageous for anyone to admit they have a problem and make the decision to get help. If our paths cross again, I would absolutely open my arms to her in any way possible.

Follow Jennifer, the spokesperson for LA’S KLEAN Treatment Center, at @JenniferGimenez.

Teresa Giudice Withdraws Bankruptcy & Resolves Fraud Lawsuit; Melissa Gorga Selling T-Shirt
Following in the footsteps of her husband, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has also withdrawn her bankruptcy petition.

If you recall, Teresa and husband Joe Giudice shocked viewers back in 2010 when it was revealed that they filed bankruptcy to the tune of $11 million in debt. Shortly afterwards, the two were accused of bankruptcy fraud by their trustee John Sywilok, who accused them of concealing assets and hiding income. By the way, concealing assets just happens to be a federal crime.

In a move to likely avoid persecution, Joe first withdrew his bankruptcy bid back in September, after pleading the fifth amendment during questioning by the trustee.

Following Joe’s move the Giudices’ lawyer told PEOPLE magazine that Teresa would soon follow, stating she felt “vindicated” to be voluntarily paying her remaining debts rather than go to jail have them discharged in bankruptcy court.

The NJ Star-Ledger is reporting that in addition to withdrawing her bankruptcy, Teresa has also settled the lawsuit by the trustee by acknowledging that she wishes to resolve Sywilok’s proceedings against her “without the need for further inquiry or litigation, and without her making any further admissions.”

Teresa’s attorney Jim Kridel stated back in September that Teresa was now making enough money to pay off her debts, while also adding that most of the debt in the bankruptcy belonged to Joe. Safe to say the system won this go around.

In other RHONJ news, Tre’s sister-in-law Melissa Gorga recently revealed she is now selling T-shirts with some of her catch phrases written on them such as “Thank you Jesus” and “On Display.”

“We are selling a lot of “Thank you Jesus!” shirts of my website this week! Guess its for Christmas gifts! Send pics! Xo,” tweeted Melissa last week.

Russell Armstrong's Exes Rip Real Housewife Taylor, 'She's Heartless'
Russell Armstrong's exes have accused his widow, Taylor, star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, of being heartless and self-centered in the wake of his suicide.

Star magazine reports that Barbara Fredrickson, Russell’s ex-wife, and Milette Fields, his former fiancée, who have children — Aiden, 14, and Griffin, 11 — with the late reality star, claim Taylor couldn’t be bothered to break the tragic news of Russell's sudden death in person.

“She never called us to say he passed away,” Barbara tells Star. “She could have said, ‘Before this hits the news, this is what happened.’ I would have done that, but she didn’t.”

What’s more, Barbara says Taylor — who also has a 5-year-old daughter, Kennedy, with Russell — didn’t even call her husband’s mother to offer sympathy.

“She e-mailed Russell’s nephew to ask his mom to call her,” Barbara confides. “She never said, ‘We all need to be together as a family.’ That’s really odd behavior.”

Barbara and Milette also claim that Taylor is denying their sons access to Russell’s legacy. “Since his death, Taylor has made things very difficult,” Barbara explains. “We’ve asked about a trust or a will, but she won’t tell us. We’ve had to hire lawyers to get answers.”

The two women, brought together by grief, note that they’re after mementos, not money. “Nothing has been given to our sons — not even a T-shirt, a tie, or a family photo,” Milette reveals. Barbara also believes Taylor is purposely hiding valuable belongings and is livid that the reality star is penning a tell-all about Russell’s abuse.

“Enough is enough! Let the children mourn and remember their father in a good light,” she fumes. “Shame on her for profiting from her husband’s tragic death.”

5 Things You Don't Know About New OC Housewife Heather Dubrow
Heather Dubrow is ready to prove to the Real Housewives of Orange County that it may not necessarily be blondes who have the most fun.

The brunette stay-at-home mom from Newport Beach, Calif,. is set to join Gretchen Rossi, Vicki Gunvalson and the OC gang when season 7 of the Bravo hit premieres February 7.

But just who is the brunette beauty who will shake it up with the gals? Us Weekly uncovers five need-to-know details about Dubrow below.

1. Originally a New York City girl, Dubrow stumbled onto the West Coast and never left. As a musical theater major at Syracuse University, Dubrow (then known professionally as Heather Paige Kent) aspired to do Broadway, but when she was sent to Los Angeles for a TV audition, she never looked back. In the time since making her name in L.A., Dubrow has appeared in primetime on Married With Children, Stark Raving Mad and on the CBS drama That's Life.

2. She met her husband, Terry, on a blind date. "We met on December 7 -- D-Day -- which [should have been] a warning," she jokes of getting together with her husband of 12 years, a plastic surgeon who offered his services on The Swan and Bridalplasty. "My husband and I are very down to earth people," insists Dubrow. "We're not defined by where we live or what we have. We're just normal people and we're incredibly grateful for what we have and each other."

3. Dubrow epitomizes the "busy mom on the go." Parenting four kids all under the age of 8 has become a full-time job for the new Housewife, who says she's been on a "radical sabbatical" since giving birth to her little ones. But the housewife admits she still indulges herself in a little TV work now and then, joking that she "still [does] a pilot every year that doesn't get picked up."

4. She's a former beauty queen! Selected as Miss Greater Syracuse in 1989, the New York native was named Miss Congeniality at that year's Miss New York State Pageant, which is affiliated with Miss America.

5. Gretchen Rossi and the girls have already put her through the Housewives' hazing ritual. "The first party [where we were all together,] we were pretty hard on her," Rossi told Us. "We just gave her a hard time and every time she said something we'd just be rolling our eyes or doing something, but nothing too harsh. We don't make her go running in her underwear around the street or anything like that!"

Real Housewives of Orange County premieres February 7 on Bravo.

Sheree Whitfield Releases Debut Single, ''Who Gon' Check Me Boo?''

Damn, the times must really be getting desperate for Sheree:
Another day, another reality star releasing a single. The latest foray into the growing genre? A pop masterpiece courtesy of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield.

The single, just released on Dec. 16, is titled "Who Gon' Check Me Boo?" in a reference to Sheree's now-infamous quote. The song's instrumentation is actually built on a sped-up sample of Sheree's "Who gon check me, boo?" dialogue — a pretty impressive bit of self-referentiality. Not to mention — the beat is kinda fire.

And while we hate to extrapolate, it's hard not to think that the song might be directed at Sheree's ex-friend NeNe Leakes, the two of whom have been feuding all season long. Lyrics like, "Thinking that you're hotter is straight foolery/If you don't know think you better go and Google me" or "Before you say anything else to me, go and fix your grill," or especially, "Sayin' that you're rich but I know that's all a mirage/Stuntin' like you a star/You need to quit it girl, stop." Gulp.

Still, we can't shade Sheree too much for wanting to cash in on her well-loved sassitude. She may not have Kandi's musical prowess or Trump checks to fall back in, but if the single earns her some paper, who are we to judge? Listen to the track here, and if you want to keep Sheree in Louboutins, pick up the single on iTunes.

Adrienne Maloof And Lisa Vanderpump “Absolutely Hate Each Other?
Another day, another fight on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills! Adrienne Maloof-Nassif and Lisa Vanderpump "absolutely hate each other," an insider tells Star. "Now that the show is airing and they're both finding out what was said behind each other's backs, they're both furious."

The feud began when Lisa's daughter, Pandora, decided not to have her bachelorette party at the Maloof-owned Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. And then Lisa snottily referred to Adrienne's new shoe line as "the Maloof Hoofs" and quickly began creating her own rival shoe, the Vanderpump, debuting in 2012.

"Now, they're never together unless they have to be for the show," says the insider. "The friendship is done."

Kim Zolciak Opens Up on Family and Drama
Things seem to be looking up these days for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak. On this week's episode, she shared the birth of her son with the country, and last month she married baby-daddy and Atlanta Falcon Kroy Biermann, who she met while filming last season at a charity event held by co-star Sheree Whitfield.

"The whole thing is incredible," she told Windy City Times about meeting and marrying Kroy all within about a year-and-a-half. "I always say I'm so grateful. I went to support Sheree and never would have thought in a million years that I would have met my husband."

Kim also affirmed that her fans will be able to see her wedding when the her spin-off Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding , airs on Bravo. The series will include less episodes than a regular season of RHOA in a half-hour format with a more comedic and lighthearted tone.

She also talked about new baby K.J. and dealing with fame with her daughters.

"[K.J.] is a carbon copy of his daddy. It is amazing how much he looks like Kroy," Kim said. "Being on TV can be very hard [for my kids]. Brielle has had some issues with bullying that I have had to deal with at the school, unfortunately. They are both strong and know it is my job. If my girls ever asked to not be on television again."

Kim also explained on her Bravo blog why her oldest daughter Brielle seemed to be less than thrilled about the arrival of her new little brother.

"My girls are my world, and I always try and have sit downs with them and talk about anything they'd like," she wrote. "During my whole pregnancy Brielle showed that she was excited about the baby but at the same time she was scared. When I was seven months pregnant with Ariana, my husband cheated on me, so I became a single mother to a four-year-old and a newborn. I couldn't give Brielle all the attention she needed, because I was taking care of a newborn baby alone. So I understand why she feels like the birth of K.J. would put a strain on our relationship."

While everything is sunny in her personal life, dealing with her cast mates (especially mortal enemy NeNe Leakes) still gives her life a spin for the dramatic.

"I'm over [NeNe]. I am at a different place in my life," she told Windy City Times. "I wish her well and much success. She is the one that introduced me to the producers [of RHOA]. I will always be thankful for that. IT has been an incredible journey over all of these years. But she has some anger issues that she needs to deal with."

Well based on the preview for next week's episode, I think we can hope for at least one last Kim vs. NeNe brawl. That should hold us over until the reunion show...

Will Taylor Armstrong Return To ‘Real Housewives’?
Following her tumultuous year, will Taylor Armstrong return for another season of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”?

The reality star stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Thursday, where she chatted with Billy Bush and Kit Hoover about her future in front of the cameras.

“We’re gonna see. We haven’t been picked up for a third season, so were gonna see how the year plays out,” Taylor said when asked if she would return to the hit Bravo series.

Taylor explained that the suicide of husband Russell Armstrong, whom she was divorcing at the time of his death, is something she still deals with every day.

“I spend sleepless nights trying to figure it all out,” she said. “I haven’t been able to put all the pieces together, but I think there were some bigger things at play… I’m gonna talk about a lot of it later.”

“On the show?” Billy asked.

“No, just in life,” she continued, adding that her emotions surrounding the tragic situation can come up at any time. “Sometimes I’m just curling my hair and I start to ball. It just comes out of nowhere. I’m just keeping myself busy to avoid feeling a lot of it… Sometimes you just break down and cry.”

Taylor, who told Billy and Kit that daughter Kennedy is her “focus” at the moment, said dating is not on her radar.

“I’m not ready, I just need to focus on me and Kennedy and my friends,” she explained. “I’m just trying to get strong as a woman.”

In addition to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” which airs Monday’s on Bravo at 9 PM, Taylor is hosting a Bravo/Ciroc Vodka-sponsored New Year’s Eve event in Chicago. Other Real Housewives” franchise stars will also be hosting events in Houston, Miami, New York and Los Angeles to celebrate 2012.

NeNe Leakes’s Role on Glee Rumored to Be Recurring; Ramona Singer Is On Team NeNe
By now it’s no secret that Real Housewives of Atlanta's NeNe Leakes landed herself a guest spot on Glee, but now we’re hearing that the Atlanta diva’s stint could be a bit more involved than originally thought.

According to Tamara Tattles, NeNe will appear on not one, but two episodes of Glee, and there’s an opportunity for more screen time after that. As we previously reported, NeNe will be playing Roz Washington, Sam Evans's (Chord Overstreet) synchronized swimming coach. She'll be in the show’s Grease-themed episode, airing January 17, 2012, and the Michael Jackson tribute episode set to air January 24.

As the writers explore the storyline further, there’s talk that other glee club members will follow Sam and join the synchronized swim team, thus keeping NeNe on board for a bit longer.

Looks like NeNe's jealousy of Kim Zolciak’s spin-off is a thing of the past.

Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Manzos & Lauritas Sued For Stealing “Blackwater” Concept
Ai ya ya. A Canadian firm has now filed a lawsuit against several Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members, accusing them of stealing the concept used for their bottled-water product, BLACKWATER, in addition to misappropriation of the trademark and breach of contract.

The lawsuit, which was filed yesterday in the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, names BLK Brands LLC. (“BLK”) and it owners — Albie Manzo, Chris Manzo, and Chris Laurita as well as Jacqueline Lauria and Louise Wilkie, as defendants.

The suit, filed by Canadian design and marketing company Creative Thinkers, Inc, alleges the Wilkies entered into an agreement with Creative Thinkers to bottle BLACKWATER(TM), a specialty health water infused with a proprietary blend of fulvic and humic acid. However, instead of working with Ivan Solomon (the owner of Creative Thinkers), his partner Gordon Jung, and their corporation, Blackwater Innovations Corp., the Wilkies allegedly stole the idea and trademark and marketed the product with the Manzo-Laurita family.

“One of the core premises of trademark law is the right and ability to protect one’s name against imitations and customer confusion,” said Bobby A. Ghajar, one of the attorneys representing Creative Thinkers. “This case goes to the heart of trademark law.”

In July 2011, Blackwater Innovations Corp. sent a cease and desist letter to BLK after the Wilkies claimed they developed the idea for the product after they witnessed the water heal their sick mother. However, the suit alleges the defendants received confidential information about the Blackwater specialty product in a November 2009 agreement, and agreed to keep information about the health water confidential.

The court documents allege the Manzo-Laurita family inappropriately used their reality TV fame to sell a false story about how the idea for the blackwater drink originated. Creative Thinkers insists that the family stole the idea after attending a food industry trade show. At the trade show, the Manzo-Laurita family allegedly saw the BLACKWATER(TM) product and conspired with the Wilkies to steal the product, marketing and distribution plan.

“We are confident that the evidence will prove that the Manzo-Laurita family and the Wilkies stole the BLACKWATER(TM) specialty concept,” said Mark D. Litvack, one of the attorneys on the case. “The Manzo-Laurita family has wrongfully used its fame to steal another’s idea, and this suit seeks to restore ownership of BLACKWATER(TM) to its true originator.”

Court Documents Reveal The Real Reason Sheree Whitfield Isn't Getting Child Support

She's just shady, that's why:
Ever since this whole child support drama with Sheree Whitfield and her ex-husband Bob began, we knew something wasn’t quite right.

How could a successful pro-football player be broke and refuse to support his children? Why was Sheree so reluctant to put his sleazy ass in jail, even after her lawyer Phaedra Parks told her that was the best option?

Well, according to Straight From the A, Sheree has pulled a few shady moves of her own. When the couple divorced in 2007, they were ordered to sell their house and split the proceeds. Bob was also ordered to pay Sheree $425,000 in additional cash.

Bob was supposed to pay Sheree $25,000 upfront, and pay her the remaining $400,000 after the couple sold their house and he got his share of the money. However, Sheree asked Bob to pay her $400,000 upfront so she could buy a new home for herself and the couple’s two children, and Bob agreed.

Now this is where things get sketchy. After getting the 400k from Bob, Sheree refused to move out of or pay the mortgage on the house they were supposed to sell together, and when the bank later foreclosed on the house, Bob was out 400k.

According to court documents, Sheree was admonished for her actions and has reportedly been reluctant to sue Bob for child support because she fears he will counter-sue for the $400, 000.

Finally, this whole mess is starting to make more sense!

Jill Zarin To Judge 'Iron Chef,' Talks Becoming A Monster
Controversial former "Real Housewives of New York" star Jill Zarin told me that her gift is gab and fortunately, it's the gift that keeps on giving.

"I'm so happy to be off of the show," Zarin told me. "I'm not happy that I didn't make the money. I'm back to me. I got my happy back. I didn't realize that when I was in it. I think I became like a monster to the people around me, because I was under so much stress. It just takes so much manipulating and trying to figure out whose team you're on and who is your friend and who is your enemy. It just sucks up all the air in the room. Let's be honest. I had a 4-year run on a show that, by the way, is going to be in reruns like 'The Brady Bunch' in Europe forever."

Coming back to TV on Dec. 25th, Zarin will serve up her signature sass as a judge on "Iron Chef" alongside Art Smith, notable food-world figure who is also the friend of Oprah and Lady Gaga. She also has plans to do her own show, but this time will steer clear of her former fire-breathing ways.

"There won't be any puppeteers pulling strings to make fights, and there won't be jealousy," Zarin explained on the set of my talk show "Naughty But Nice With Rob." "There wont be those kinds of things that change who people are. I just really want to do my own thing. I just really want to be with my family. I had a lot of anxiety. I had no control and I'm a little bit of a control freak."

Kyle Richards: Kim Is Doing "Fantastic" in Rehab
Rehab appears to be agreeing with Kim Richards.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star checked into an undisclosed treatment center December 5, and two weeks later, her sister (and RHOBH costar) Kyle tells Us Weekly she's "doing very well. Fantastic."

A former Disney child star, Kim, 47, briefly entered rehab in mid-2010, but declined to elaborate on her addiction issues. On Housewives' first season, a seemingly intoxicated Kim famously sparred with Kyle, 42, after Kyle called her an "alcoholic" during an ugly brawl.

Most recently, Kim's foe Brandi Glanville accused her of being on crystal meth, though costar Dr. Paul Nassif theorized that the cause of Kim's erratic behavior and slurred speech was a bad combination of prescription medications.

As Kim seeks treatment away from her family over the holidays, Kyle is anxious to put 2011's events behind her.

"I think I want a new watch [for Christmas], but I would settle for just peace and happiness and no drama!" she reasoned.

Melissa Gorga Involved In An Argument At A Christmas Party;
There’s never a dull moment in Real Housewives of New Jersey land! I’m sure most of you heard of the Twittercation involving The View co-host Sherri Shepherd, Teresa Giudice, and Melissa Gorga over the weekend.

It seems that Sherri and her husband were attending a party in New Jersey and who should show up but Melissa, hauling with her a buncha drama. Le sigh. And if you are wondering what kind of people get into an argument at a Christmas party, look no further than the hot-tempered ladies of RHONJ!

Sherri, rightfully annoyed that a peaceful evening was ruined by sqaubbling twelve-year-olds women, took to Twitter to complain about the nonsense. “Why am I at a party in Jersey with Sal & one of the New Jersey Housewives gets into an altercation w someone! This is surreal & a #hotmess,” Sherri admonished, via Twitter. Sherri initially believed Teresa was the hot mess in question, but Teresa immediately set her straight, Tweeting: “And no I was NOT at the Jersey party w/ @SherriEShepherd yest. I was in NYC w/my kids. She’s got her hot mess NJHousewives mixed up! ;) xx”

After realizing her error Sherri, Tweeted her sorries. “Apology to @Teresa_Giudice … thought you were at the party. I swear you got a doppleganger [sic]! Just as well – the drama didn’t involve you!” Teresa sort of does have a doppelganger (assuming she knows what that is): her sister in law Melissa – who as it turns out was the hot mess in question! Oh dear.

It seems Melissa attended the get together with Kathy Wakile and some bickering occurred in the bathroom – wait didn’t this already happen at the Posche Fashion Show? Melissa instantly went on the defense over Sherri’s “hot mess” accusation and replied, “”No honey! Someone tried 2 pull a publicity stunt last night 2try & cause drama, I was upset they did that!” Melissa claims she was jut an innocent bystander victimized by fame seeking harlots. uh huh. Again, haven’t we heard this story before (ahem… Posche Fashion Show)?

Ignorant Sheree Whitfield Buys Herself A New Porsche Before Asking For More Child Support

It's just too funny watching this clip because while it shows how smart Phaedra Parks actually is, it really displays Sheree's naivete and utter stupidity when it comes to the real world. Appearance does matter in court, judges speak on it and lash out at people about it all the time. Yet, the Angry Black Woman that is Sheree Whitfield is just too stuck in her ignorant ways to see how buying a new Porsche along with $10,000 handbags while wearing thousand dollar suits just comes off as excessive and totally unnecessary, especially when you're claiming to need more in child support. Whatever one might think of Phaedra, she is a well-known lawyer with plenty of experience in the justice system--in other words, when somebody with way more experience in a certain field gives you free advice, it's best to just sit down, shut up and listen:
A mere 48 hours after the last very special episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” featuring Kim Zolciak’s baby delivery, Bravo is carting out yet another new episode on a Tuesday night.

For the first time this season, Sheree Whitfield receives the primary story line this week thanks to a court case with her ex-husband Bob Whitfield.

The way the show is editing it, Bob appears to be doing everything he can to avoid paying child support for their kids. Or perhaps he really can’t. It’s hard to tell. He served Sheree with papers saying he’d like to reduce his child support because his income is greatly reduced.

The two end up going to Fulton County civil court. Phaedra Parks is representing Sheree. Phaedra is aware that Sheree didn’t fully pay two previous divorce attorneys, who both sued her to the tune of $180,000 plus combined. One of the firms even seized her Aston Martin last year to get some of the monies back. Sheree’s rationale for not paying was that she didn’t feel they did a good job.

“It makes me a little leery about representing her,” Phaedra says, with good reason. “I don’t work for free.”

Her staff had to chase Sheree down to get Phaedra’s $5,000 retainer from her. Phaedra is annoyed (”We’re not a courier service. We’re not a pick-up deli!”) but moves forward.

She gives Sheree the option of sending Bob to jail for not paying child support but Sheree is resistant to taking such an extreme measure.

“I believe Sheree is afraid of the court system because her divorce was very tumultuous,” Phaedra says. “She incurred a lot of debt. She did not get the things she thought she should have gotten.”

She tells Sheree to be brave. “You’ve got to be ready to fight,” she says.

Yet Sheree has a blind spot about her own spending habits. She shows off a Porsche she had just gotten (probably leased though I can’t imagine her credit is all that stellar). She carries around $10,000 handbags. Phaedra recommends she dresses down for the court date.

“What does that have to do with anything?” Sheree asks. “How I look – I don’t feel that should make a difference over what’s right and what’s wrong.”

“It’s perception,” Phaedra says.

The morning of the court date, Sheree emotionally breaks down. Phaedra has to calm her nerves by phone, telling her everything will be alright and she’ll do all the talking.

Then the big surprise: Bob arrives in court by himself, no lawyer (to show how broke he is, Phaedra says.) He files a petition for contempt against Sheree, claiming she kept furniture that was his since the divorce. It’s a pretty clear attempt at stalling. “I did go to Stanford,” Bob said to Phaedra with a smirk. Phaedra acts nonplussed but it does work in delaying the case over Bob’s child-support payments. Sheree is annoyed with Phaedra.

“She was outsmarted by an ex football player who was representing himself,” Sheree snipes.

Sheree and Phaedra meet with Kandi Burruss at Wahoo Grill, a restaurant in Decatur. Kandi relates her own woes concerning her daughter and the daddy in court and how tough it was. She cries. Sheree cries. Phaedra does not. This story will obviously continue, though it’s unclear what more we’ll see on that front.

Taylor Armstrong Watched Judge Beating Daughter Viral Video, Taped Reaction For Her Website
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Taylor Armstrong, recently watched the viral video of a Texas judge beating his cerebal palsy- stricken daughter, and her reaction was filmed for her website, is exclusively reporting.

Taylor's estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, committed suicide last summer, and the reality star has alleged that he beat her on multiple occasions, going public with photos of her battered face.

aylor's psychiatrist, Dr. Charles Sophy, was with her when she watched the shocking YouTube video of Judge William Adams of Arnasas County, Texas, beating his then 16-year-old daughter, Hillary for illegally downloading music on the Internet.

"Taylor wanted to confront her fears about domestic violence, and she had heard so much about the judge beating his daughter. She filmed it for it to be released on her website to educate women about domestic violence,” a source close to the situation tells “Taylor was absolutely gutted watching the video. She cried, and she got very, very angry. She saw herself in the judge's daughter, vulnerable and unable to fight back. Taylor thought it took tremendous courage for Hillary to film the brutal beating, and to finally release it. Taylor kept saying that could have been my daughter Kennedy. Even though Russell never laid a hand on their daughter, there was no guarantee that if he had lived, he wouldn't have done that.”

As previously reported, Taylor has signed a book deal with Simon & Shuster, and will be releasing her memoir, Hiding From Reality, My Story of Love, Loss, and Finding The Courage Within, in February, 2012.

Taylor plans on putting her reaction to the video on her website around the time of the launch of her book. However, it was accidentally put up on her site last week for about an hour!

"Somehow it got onto Taylor's website, and it wasn't supposed to be there,” the source says. “To watch the video now, the user must enter a password, but that wasn't done last week. It doesn't appear that too many people saw it.”
