Fans of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” have been less than impressed by the level of drama in the first few episodes of the third season, but an insider tells us that’s about to change.
“Adrienne [Maloof] and Brandi [Glanville] get into a HUGE fight about Adrienne and Paul [Nassif]’s marriage,” the show source reveals to Confidenti@l, adding that Bravo producers would be “stupid” to cut the dramatic big blowout from the show, which airs on Bravo on Mondays at 9 p.m.
But if Maloof, who filed from divorce from plastic surgeon Paul Nassif in July, has her way, the scene will never see the light of day.
“Adrienne has been very controlling about what she allows the cameras to film because she wants to project a certain image of having the perfect life,” says the insider, adding that Maloof went “ballistic” over the filmed fight with Glanville.
“Brandi felt Adrienne was being inauthentic and disregarded her wishes [to not discuss her marital problems on camera] while the two of them were at dinner,” continues the insider. “[Maloof] held in her rage but when she walked off camera she screamed at Brandi and the production staff.”

Maloof was so mad, the source says she “called Bravo and quit the show but they held her to her contract and forced her to come back.”
The multimillionaire businesswoman didn’t put all the blame on Glanville. “Adrienne feels Lisa [Vanderpump] put Brandi up to this,” says the source, adding the only reason Maloof, who began feuding with Vanderpump in season 2, mended the relationship was to get off Vanderpump’s verbal “hit list.”
The source tells Confidenti@l producers have been pleasantly pleased with at least one — or should we say two — things about season three: The latest additions to the “Beverly Hills” cast, Yolanda Foster, the fourth wife of music producer David Foster, and Marisa Zanuck.
