Wonder how George Peterson can stay in hiding out of shame since the Housewives are now on daily syndication to be rerun over and over again. Public Information websites offers this information on Georgie Poo....he doesn't pay his bills. Lauri has two recent "Collection" against her. What's up?
According to The County of Orange Treasurer Tax Collector (PUBLIC RECORD) website it indicates that George Peterson has not paid property taxes on his home since 2007, the same home that was used for the grand wedding, and still live in. The TTC indicates that a total of $67,879.90 is owed for tax years 2008-2009 that includes $16,146.06 in penalties and interest alone – and counting. The Public Record TTC websited also states that for tax years 2010 through April 2011 – $22,104.30 is in arrears that does not include penalties and interest. The property is wracking up almost $800 monthly in penalty and interest alone.
This notice on the TTC website closes out the information on this property —–”This property is subject to the power of sale. Please call the Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office for details on how to pay these taxes by certified funds before the date on which the property is offered for sale.”
The property belongs to the same Peterson Housewife couple. A recent appearance by Lauri and her duaghter Ashley on Bravo’s Fashion Show Collection reality show aired just 6 weeks ago.
Guidelines here prohibit giving out personal addresses but it’s very easy to confirm this property to be the Peterson’s with modern day Internet technology. Political contributions and other Internet sources are (PUBLIC RECORD).
My guess is expensive vacations and keeping a new wife happy is the priority here. Then again, if you have as much money as Peterson proclaims, $30 grand and mounting going down the drain is no biggie. I think it portrays just another Housewives couple who do not have their “financial houses” in order.
Well Lola, just as predicted, Mr. Egomaniac, George Peterson came up with the money to pay his property taxes just before losing the house to a tax default. However, he literally threw away close to $40,000 in penalties and interest charges alone. What does that tell you? The same thing happened with Lauri Waring's cat crap condo. She paid over $28,000 in property taxes to prevent losing the property with $14,000 thrown to the wind in penalties and interest....all puclic record.
Also, CPS has been called to George Peterson's house numerous times in the past 3-4 months. I understand Peterson's youngest daughter sought help at the Newport Beach Police dept charging her father with physical and emotional abuse. The little one was willing to go to Orangewood, an orphanage type facility, to escape her father's tirades. Lauri Waring knows who, and what, George does to his kids but turns a blind eye, Oh, what $$$$ does to some people!
Two of Peterson's other children have experienced extremely difficult incidents that caused them to seek help out of desperatation - The son was "sent" away for 14 months with the help of Peterson's political cronies that he donates large contributions to in exchange for favorable rulings in Family Court Law as well as business favors. The favorable ruling to have his son sent away ended up with the young boy being tortured and humiliated by the staff and some students. Google Mt. Bachelor Academy in Prineville Oregon to read the story about how the school was closed down by for child abuse and neglect.
In or around August, 2010, George forced another minor daughter out of his home, took her cell phone and car keys and took off on a 10 day trip to the Bahamas! After he returned, he reported the daughter as a runaway! True story!
Eventually, George Peterson will not be able to chain his kids to the bed (so to speak) in his maniacle agenda to alienate the kids from his former wife to prevent from paying child support as well as to STAY in control like most narcissists.
Parental Alienation? Google it. You will see exactly the uphill battle the children's mother and her family has waged for far too long. There is so much more to this story!
