The drama between "Real Housewives" Caroline Manzo and Danielle Staub spilled from the TV screen into the courtroom after Manzo testified on behalf of Staub's ex-husband, Kevin Maher, according to a report.You just know there was a part of Caroline that enjoyed being in court that day.
Maher, who filed suit in California against Staub claiming character defamation, called on Manzo to confirm that Staub had told stories about him during the taping of a "Housewives" reunion show, reports RadarOnline.com.
According to the deposition obtained by the gossip site, Manzo, who has openly - and repeatedly! - admitted her dislike for Staub, told the courtroom that Staub did in fact speak about her past and her marriage to Maher.
According to the deposition, on July 22, Manzo said, "[Staub] depicted him as a monster. She depicted him as someone that would beat her daily, as someone that put her in the hospital due to the beatings, I want to say on more than one occasion."
Manzo went on to describe more graphic incidences of abuse which she said Staub claimed were true.
"[Staub] told a story about being raped on broken glass. One incident, she said that she - he shot her dog. And then another incident, she claimed that he hung her dog...and inserted a pistol up her vagina and played like a Russian roulette."
In addition to the torture, Manzo testified that Staub "claimed to be a victim of prostitution due to his demands, that he put her into that world..."
I think Caroline needs to grow up! She cried on the series saying " what would our mother think if she heard what was being said?. But then she goes on to throw stones constantly at Danielle, who made her "GOD'?? Any professionalism this woman tries to portray at their family business is very questionable when Caroline just won't rest by remaining in "ugly" gossip herself about Danielle. She is perpetuating the very things she says she hates about Danielle, but Caroline is doing the things herself. I believe Caroline needs to have a sit down with Danielle and apologize for getting into her business when we heard on the finale that her family was also thought to have strings to organized crime too. Why are we not hearing about that?? Caroline, before karma comes calling for you, maybe think twice before you continue to be a "mean girl" yourself? How do you feel you are a good mother if your behaving so badly yourself?
