It’s official! Michaele Salahi is 44. After rumors circulated about her lying about being a Washington Redskins Cheerleader, Michaele Salahi set the record straight when she stopped by for a visit on The Today Show. Hoda and Kathy Lee got right to the point.
“Everywhere you’ve go, crisis follows you,” said Kathy Lee. “Just the whole thing with the Redskin-ettes, they were saying you’d bever been a cheerleader…”Apparently, Salahi lied about when she was a cheerleader - telling people that shook those pom poms in 1991, not the 80s, to appear younger than she really is.
So there you have it.
Hoda and Kathy Lee also grilled the former housewife about her book, Cirque du Salahi, and a doll in the likeness of Michaele in the outfit she wore to the White House State Dinner. Salahi was quick to explain tht she doesn’t make a penny off her pint size doll, and that it goes right to charity.
She never was a cheerleader. Diane Dimond devotes pages 152-159 to proving that was a baldfaced lie, including the new version of the story Michaele is telling now.
