Can Jeana Keough Save $12 Million Mansion?

OCRegister.com:
Several homes valued at $5 million and up have been in and out of the foreclosure process in Orange County, as we noted earlier this year.

Another just hit the market with an asking price of $20 million.

Several others are still in limbo. It’s no secret that the well-heeled have more options for moving money around and averting the outcome that so many other homeowners face: The property goes back to the lender, or to an investor at the foreclosure auction.

Here’s an example. Table Rock, as the Laguna Beach mansion in the photo above is called, has been in various stages of foreclosure as the owner has attempted to modify the loan and sell the property.

That description comes from Jeana Keough, the former cast member of ”The Real Housewives of Orange County,” who is also one of the Realtors trying to get the home at 31721 Seacliff Dr. sold.

We’ve watched auction dates come and go for this home, which is now back on the market with an $11.9 million asking price, down from $18 million in March.

The property is described as extensively remodeled, and according to the listing, “creative financing” is available, including the seller carrying the loan or a lease option to buy. It recently was listed for rent at $45,000 a month.
Geez, "Housewives" and "housing problems" are becoming synonymous.
