Dina Manzo couldn't be this passage-aggressive, could she? Who knows? But returning to a show she claimed out her in a "dark" place because of all the recurring "drama"...and only after your sister leaves? That's just adding fuel to the fire IMO while sending a very pointed message to her estranged sister:
Multiple sources close to the show tell In Touch that the former Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Dina Manzo is “in serious talks” to return after being off the show for the past three seasons.

“The timing is perfect — Caroline won’t be returning next season,” the source tells In Touch. “She has her spin-off and that’s what she’s moving on to. She might appear in a couple episodes here and there."

Additionally Dina's former nemesis, Danielle Staub, has long been gone from the cast. In the past, Dina has cited Danielle as a reason she left.
Not returning to the hit reality show is Dina’s husband, Tommy, who she is currently separated from.
Dina’s return is sure to mix up the RHONJ dynamic. As the insider explains, she’s an “ally” to Teresa Giudice and she has remained a strong supporter of Joe and Teresa in the midst of their legal woes.
One fact that remains to be seen is Dina’s residence — though she currently lives in New York, it’s unclear whether she’ll move for her return to the show.
