Jacqueline Laurita and Joe Gorga's Posche Fight Court Case Pushed Back To Later This Month

Wetpaint.com:
With all of the legal drama surrounding Joe and Teresa Giudice, you may have forgotten that Joe Gorga and Chris and Jacqueline Laurita have some court drama of their own coming up. But, the Real Housewives of New Jersey troublemakers will have a few more weeks before they have to face their judge.

The threesome was charged with terrorist threats and assault when they beat up John Karagiorgis at the grand opening of Posche 2. Apparently, Joe was defending Melissa Gorga's honor when the fight broke out, which culminated in Jacqueline removing her stiletto and whacking Johnny across the head with it.

Don't these people know by now that nothing good can come from a Posche event?

The Laurita's and Joe were due in court this week, but according to North Jersey, the case has been pushed back.

"The cases will now proceed in Ridgewood’s Municipal Court on Sept. 26," the website reported.

And there’s also some good news for the stars involved. According to Celebuzz the charges have been downgraded from felonies to lesser misdemeanor counts, making them less serious.
