The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been trying to sell the opulent home in the Serra Retreat area since August 2012.
“Camille wants to downsize and the Malibu mansion is just way too big for her and the kids,” a friend of the reality star previously told Radar.
“She will probably buy another property in Malibu as she really loves the small town feeling of the seaside community. The mansion was the family home she shared with her ex-husband, Kelsey Grammar, and she wants to start over in a new house that doesn’t have painful memories.”
The private property sits in a gated community on approximately 4.77 acres that feature flowering gardens, a lighted tennis court, towering trees and a large private pool,Trulia.com reports.
At 4-bedrooms, 6-bathrooms and a massive 6,645 square-feet, the estate has a large master bedroom with spanning ocean views, a Creston engineered home theater with large projection screen, a detached guest house with large kitchen and several bedrooms and a 5 car garage.
