Teresa's husband Joe's father, Frank Giudice, collapsed at their home which led to his untimely death recently. Teresa, the 43-year-old "Real Housewives of New Jersey" personality, took to Twitter to share their memories with the late patriarch while thanking fans.
"Thank you all for your prayers...xx," Giudice tweeted.
She went on to share images from the communion of one of her four daughters and an image from father's day.
"We Love you Dad Forever in our hearts," Teresa tweeted on the social networking website.
Teresa and Joe's 13-year-old daughter Gia took to Twitter to share her own heartfelt message for her grandfather.
"Strongest man I know.. I love you nonno. Rest in peace… 6/18/14,″ she tweeted.
Joe and their daughters were reportedly at their home when his father collapsed suddenly Wednesday.
"Teresa arrived shortly after it happened. He had just collapsed in the yard," a source reportedly told Radar Online. "They called 9-1-1 but there was basically nothing anyone could do when they got there. This was totally out of the blue."
Wendy Feldman, Teresa's representative, tweeted about the sad ordeal while calling for prayers for the family.
"Sadly it is true that father of my client and friend Joe Giudice passed away today @Teresa_Giudice asks for privacy and prayers," Feldman tweeted.
