Shannon Beador Says Goodbye To Heather Dubrow and Puts $13 Million Mansion on the Market

Wetpaint.com:
If one thing’s for certain, it’s that Real Housewives of Orange County newbie Shannon Beador has not made the best impression on Heather “Fancy Pants” Dubrow this season. No matter what she does, Shannon just can’t win over the veteran reality star — so it looks like Shannon will be leaving the neighborhood before Heather can officially be her neighbor. Yikes!

According to The Real Estalker, Shannon and her hubby David Beador have listed their 13,000 plus square foot custom-designed villa (which was only just finished in 2012) for $13,498,000 million — though this isn’t the first time the two have tried to sell their mansion. Apparently the two listed the home in April 2013 at $15,998,000 but a month ago the property was de-listed and then re-listed at the current, lower price tag.

Need to know more about this giant abode? It’s got seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, five half bathrooms, multiple kitchens, a craft room, and a secret tea room. Let’s not forget a massive chandelier in the foyer and a subterranean garage. The list goes on and on.

We are only semi-serious about Shannon’s beef with Heather being the driving force for her wanting to vacate one of the most exclusive OC neighborhoods. We just hope it doesn’t have anything to do with she and David’s marriage crumbling, as it has been pretty difficult to watch the two on-screen together this season.

But rest assured, it seems like perhaps reality TV is actually helping their marriage, because it looks like Shannon might have more in common with Heather than she’d like to admit. According to Reality Tea, the Beadors have already purchased another parcel of land and hope to build yet another custom mansion. The only question is: Will they put a basketball court in this home?
