RadarOnline.com:
Kim Richards is ready to get back to work after finishing a successful stint in rehab to deal with her alcoholism, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that her family and friends are urging her to quit the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!Frankly, I think Kim Richards has to stay on RHOBH because she needs the money. Then too (and call me crazy) the woman's instability is just so bizarre to watch that in turn makes her appealing.
“The show has proved to be nothing but humiliating for her,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Bravo forced Kim into treatment because after Russell Armstrong’s tragic and unexpected suicide they “wanted to make sure nothing bad happens to anyone on their shows.”
However, Kim’s return to the show is up in the air.
“She hoped it would be a platform to resurrect her career but that has just not been the case, she comes off as an unstable train wreck,” the source said about Paris Hilton’s aunt, who was a child movie star but hasn’t worked in Hollywood in years.
“Even though it is her only source of income it just isn’t something they want her to do. Her family is willing to keep supporting financially no matter what.
“Kim was hoping it would be a good business move to be on the show, but has not received any lucrative offers like the other women.”
The 47-year-old is doing well since rehab, but her family realizes she shouldn’t return to the show. “They don’t think it is a good idea, her personality is too fragile.”
After a bombshell reunion show where her sister Kyle Richards had a meltdown when her sister’s drug use was discussed, RadarOnline.com has learned that some of the other housewives have questioned if Kim even wants to return to the show.
“They don’t know if Kim would come back for another season, they think she just might not,” the source says.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, it’s looking more and more as if it will be all change for season three of the hit franchise. Kelsey Grammer’s ex-wife Camille Grammer, will likely not be returning for another turn and it’s looking ever more likely that Taylor Armstrong could be axed.
"Producers are asking Lisa Vanderpump, Adrienne Maloof and Kyle Richards if any of their wealthy female friends would be interested in appearing on the show,” a Bravo network insider told RadarOnline.com.
I think she should quit. Anyway, we bareley see her on the show! She never goes to the parties with her castmates not posting any blog, and she was really mean this season with Brandi. I dont like her.
ReplyDeleteIf she is smart, she will return and use it as a platform to show revovery and a new healthy lifestyle. She will become a spokeswoman for mental health charities and write a book about her recovery...if she's smart.
ReplyDeleteOn part 2 of the reunion, Kyle said Kim did not care much about being on the show and does not watch. I believe it because she barely showed up for anything. Kim should not be asked back for the next season. Better to make room for someone else. She needs to focus on her recovery.
