People.com:
Kandi Burruss is getting her Simon Cowell on.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star – who turned Kim Zolciak into a pop singer – will coach two young people through a chance at music stardom on a new spin-off special.
On The Kandi Factory, which will air March 4 (10 p.m. ET) on Bravo, Grammy winner Burruss will invite a young man and a young woman to Atlanta, where she'll work with them on "three factors that have to fit together to create a pop sensation," according to a press release from Bravo, "the song, the look and the performance."
Of the two singers, who have no previous experience in the music industry, one of them will get a big opportunity: their song will be released and a music video will be produced by Burruss's team at The Kandi Factory.
Kandi.... you are a true talent why wasteing ur talents on these "william Hung" types??? there are a ton of undiscovered talents out there who can sing however your show has picked these two (first shows candidates)???? Sorry thought u were a serious song writer/mentor this is crap tv at its finest I totally expected alot more from you...this isnt even entertaining just plain dumb/moronic babble... too bad :( you are pandering to the producers it seems and they are useing ur name to make money however your reputation is and will go down in a ball of flames.
