Shannon Beador May Be Joining The Real Housewives of Orange County

EOnline.com:
The Real Housewives of Orange County has found a new star after season eight's major cast shakeup.

Shannon Beador has been chosen as the latest cast addition to RHOC, according to Housewife Tamra Barney, who broke the news via Instagram, while attending the USC-UCLA football game over the weekend. The 40-something Newport Beach resident is married to a man named David, who owns a construction company, and she is a mother of three (including twins). Bravo is not commenting on the casting.

Tamra wrote, "Excited to be going to the game tomorrow with Shannon & David (new housewife) can't wait to see you…" as a teaser and then posted a photo with Shannon a bit later.

"Hanging with Shannon @heathermcdonald before the game #USC," Tamra posted, showing the newest castmember.

A source connected to the show tells E! News that Bravo asked Tamra to delete her photos with Shannon, which have been taken down from her account.

RHOC is currently shooting its ninth season, and has plenty of space to fill, with Alexis Bellino, Gretchen Rossi and Lydia McLaughlin all off the show. Vicki Gunvalson, Heather Dubrow and Tamra are staying on the series, which is the original-recipe version of the Real Housewives franchise.
Real Housewives of Orange County has slipped in the ratings in recent seasons. The highest rated season was number five, in 2009-10.
