Michaele Salahi Marries Journey Guitarist Neal Schon

EOnline.com:
Former Real Housewives of D.C. star Michaele Salahi and Journey guitarist Neal Schon have tied the knot.

The erstwhile Bravo star and the musician exchanged vows at San Francisco's Palace of Fine Arts on Sunday, Dec. 15.

The ceremony was televised live on pay-per-view, with a portion of the proceeds going toward typhoon relief efforts in the Philippines.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, more then 300 guests were in attendance, including Schon's fellow bandmates Arnel Pineda and Jonathan Cain, as well as singer Sammy Hagar, the Grateful Dead's Bob Weir, Celebrity Apprentice star Omarosa Manigault and R&B crooner Brian McKnight.

The reception, which was held under a big white tent, featured a performance by Journey.

Salahi made headlines back in 2009 when she and her then-husband, Tareq, allegedly crashed a White House dinner. She began dating Schon in 2011.

Last week, prior to their nuptials, the couple sat down with E! News to discuss their big day details.

"We've been best friends. And when you meet your soul mate, and he's been mine since the '90s when I first met him, you can't fight that feeling. You just have to go with it," said Salahi. "And I've been in love with him for a very long time."

"She then fled to me," noted Schon before Salahi added, "I've never looked back. And I continue to soar and I love him very much."
